Abstract

Kesehatan masyarakat merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari pencegahan penyakit guna memperbaiki kualitas hidup masyarakat. Di Indonesia ilmu kesehatan masyarakat sudah berkembang sejak abad ke-14. Peneltian ini menggunakan kajian literatur yang diambil sesuai dengan pokok pembahasan dan kemudian di analisis secara mendalam. Kesehatan masyarakat mengacu pada preventif, promotive dana terapi. Pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat diharapkan dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Tantangan yang terjadi dalam kesehatan masyarakat adalah masyarakat yang beragam dan pluraristik.

Abstract

Hak atas Kesehatan merupakan bagian dari hak asasi manusia karena kesehatan berkaitan erat dengan seseorang hidup dan menjalankan fungsi sebagai makhluk social di dalam kegiatannya sehari-hari dikarenakan hal tersebut ha katas Kesehatan harus diperhatikan oleh warga negara hingga pemerintah. Semenjak Penyebaran Covid-19 yang pertama kali terkonfirmasi di kota Wuhan dan menyebar ke seluruh negara, termasuk negara Indonesia, Pemerintah kita telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19. Kebijakan itu berupa melakukan Karantina wilayah berupa Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM), hingga melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dengan tujuan untuk menekan penyebaran penyakit Covid-19. Untuk memastikan Vaksinasi Covid-19 berjalan lancer demi memenuhi Hak Atas Kesehatan Pemerintah mengeluarkan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 99 tahun 2020 tentang Pengadaan Vaksin dan Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi Dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).

Abstract

This scientific work aims to find data through studies in international publications that discuss Islam as a great religion and the future in the view of the western scientific community. To facilitate the search for data to answer this research question, we first searched it from Islamic religious literature electronically to understand and answer the question with valid and reliable findings. The way we analyze involves, among other things, a data analysis system, coding the data, and drawing a summary of the final understanding according to the research question. So, based on the findings and discussion of the data, most of the publications state that Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the world today. Because it is developing so fast, it will be an essential concern for the West. They see Islam as a threat to the future of world civilization, which the West now dominates, but Islam is also a religion that they consider quantitatively and qualitatively by practicing Islamic teachings specifically. Hopefully, this finding can be a valuable contribution to many Islamic studies in the future.

Abstract

Peran Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) bagi pembangunan masyarakat daerah sampai saat ini masih sangat diperlukan, walaupun keberadaan BPD yang secara de yure sudah dihapus oleh Undang-Undang No.7 Tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan (UU Perbankan). Tulisan ini menganalisis status hukum dari BPD sekarang ini dan harta kekayaannya. Hasil analisis yang diberikan di sini menunjukkan bahwa BPD tidaklah identik dengan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) dan juga terjadi kesalahan mendasar dalam penerapan tindak pidana korupsi terhadap pemberian kredit oleh BPD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran lembaga konsultasi dalam merubah sikap dan persepsi istri korban dampak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian empiris dengan bertitik tolak pada pendekatan analitis deskriptif untuk mendapatkan data tersebut dengan pengamatan dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sikap istri korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) selalu menutup diri dikarenakan tindakan tersebut aib keluarga dan berpersepsi perbuatan pelaku semata-mata kehilafan. Oleh karena itu peran lembaga konsultasi dan bantuan hukum (LKBH) Sambas sangat penting dalam menggali informasi dari korban terkait fakta lapangan melalui pendekatan komunikatif dan persuasif, serta nilai kemaslahatan yang tertuang pada Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Experts believe that the success of education is closely related to the existence of technology that is adopted into the learning process. The reseachers examined many scientific reports highlighting online learning approaches before the Covid-19 issue hit education to prove this belief. The researchers look for evidence of literature studies from international studies that have succeeded in sounding out educational operations by optimizing technology as a face-to-face companion learning method when students study in class. The data retrieval method is carried out with electronic assistance systems on databases of publication journals such as ERIC, Google Books, Taylor & France, and Sagepub. Next, reseachers analyzed the data using a review system that started with coding and in-depth evaluation techniques and concluded data findings that fairly and accurately answered the research questions. Based on the discussion of the data found, researchers report that online learning activities before the pandemic can help students become successful learners both in the classroom and outside of school. This is highly valid because of evidence from previous literature reviews where online learning is juxtaposed with successful blended learning approaches. Online learning helps students get additional self-study content. Because with online learning, students become more practical, enjoyable, personal, controlled, easy, efficient, focused, and measurable. Abstract

In 2017, a patient case in Sangau, West Kalimantan, involving a women with syringomyelia has drawn public attention. The case ended with the arrest of her husband who cultivated Cannabis to treat her disease. Currently, Indonesian regulation classifies Cannabis as the first group of narcotics which are prohibited to be used as medicine. This research aimed to ellaborate whether Cannabis as medicine should be specifically regulated. Data source was national and international regulation on narcotics and scientific evidence regarding medical benefit of Cannabis The data was obtained from literature search with following keywords; regulation of Cannabis, medical use of Cannabis, Cannabis medicine. Analysis was conducted using qualitative approach. The results of this study showed that Indonesian regulation regarding Cannabis is associated with International Convention on narcotics. Evidence-based data on Cannabis application in medical treatment have been extensively studied. Given beneficial effect of Cannabis to treat many diseases, several countries have already regulated the use of Cannabis for medical purpose. In conclusion, it is worth to consider a specific regulation for medical Cannabis in Indonesia, given its beneficial utilization to treat certain diseases.Key words: Regulation, Cannabis, medical Cannabis, syringomelia

Abstract

This paper aimed to understand and provide solutions to several victims of Covid vaccination in Indonesia, which are the topic of news and the issue of National vaccination by the government to the citizens. To expedite the discussion of this topic, the author has successfully carried out a series of electronic data collection in many publications such as health journals, both national and international, both on mass media, social media, and discussed how the implementation of vaccination runs smoothly, safely and fairly. So, the following process of this paper involved data analysis methods, including coding systems, non-in-depth data evaluation, so that the author can conclude the final data as findings to answer this study problem with valid and reliable findings. Before presenting the case, first, we also get a core understanding of the topic of discussion about Covid-19 and cases of vaccination failure, and finally, we try to offer a solution which we believe is that the solution will provide a sense of justice for the restoration of the rights to safety and health for the people who are victims of the national vaccine program.

Abstract

This study of health sciences and human rights aims to explore the evidence of scientific studies of abortion behavior, which is an act of social violence and human rights law. The author believes that abortion is closely related to the law and social culture in a place. Therefore, under the phenomenological approach, we attempt to explore as much data as possible to obtain information relevant to answering the understanding of abortion behavior in terms of human rights law and the social-cultural behavior of a society. We found all the data in answering this work question from various publications in the form of scientific evidence that discussed issues of abortion behavior in terms of various legal and legal perspectives. Then we analyzed the data by involving critical data evaluation, coding system, and drawing relevant conclusions to answer questions with high validity and reliability. The data shows that the behavior of abortion in one place is closely related to the local socio-cultural culture and human rights law. We hope this royal finding can add to the body of knowledge on abortion behavior from various perspectives in future studies.

Abstract

This study examines the identification of legal protection for recipients of the COVID vaccine during the pandemic crisis in Indonesia, which is viewed from the point of view of the study of the health law. We believe that the Government certainly has some supporters and protectors in carrying out its policies, namely vaccination services for citizens. To discuss this topic, we are supported by some scientific publications, especially findings on vaccination studies in the context of legal protection for vaccine recipients and the legal basis for state action in implementing policies. We found data from various study sources from legal and health scientific journal publications, especially vaccination conflicts, both from international and domestic journals. In order to make it easier for us to take essential points as the findings of this study, first, we have listed them under the phenomenological approach, which is a method or method that we do to obtain information, then we examine them to get the gist of the relevant answers. Based on the data exposure and discussion, we found that in carrying out the vaccination program, the Government first has a responsibility, namely to ensure that its citizens are healthy and prosperous so that based on this obligation, the Government makes a policy. Then the Government also coordinates with health parties in the field and the community irregularities in its implementation. The Government is considered unable to carry out vaccinations as mandated by this policy because people still need awareness and belief to run optimally.
