Looking for various strategies to market the creative economy after a pandemic disruption is the best practice in running a business. Many studies have been conducted regarding one species during a pandemic, but few have led to the identification of post-pandemic strategies. This aticle was looking for some strategic business marketing strategy after pandemic. Therefore, the authors have collected some data from various publications or secondary data. Then we examine it under a phenomenological approach whose aim is to obtain some phenomenal relevant data to answer the discussion of this article, such as coding the data, evaluating the data, and concluding as desired. Get answers to research questions. Based on the existing data and the discussion of relevant topics, we can conclude that the strategies we have obtained include, among others, formulating products and prices for consumers. Furthermore, we try to maximize promotions with various strategies. Some are through social networking; some are paid media ads. A marketing system via email, then internet-based marketing, as well as direct sales strategies and strategies to identify product weaknesses and many methods that we believe are relevant for marketing strategies business after the pandemic. Thus, these findings will be useful material for further studies.

The emergence of various new business and product marketing applications is increasingly unstoppable. So business drivers must be able to adapt to the emergence of various applications which are, of course, ready to succeed in business, especially marketing matters based on instantaneous internet connections. This study seeks various views of experts on the emergence of various technology applications in the business arena, especially marketing. For this reason, we have conducted data searches on literature sources that discuss new technology issues in business marketing. The sources include publications of both books and other scientific works that actively discuss technology issues in innovating business marketing. We carry out this study under a phenomenological approach, a strategy to analyze or get input or data findings that can answer problems from a relatively large amount of data. For example, in this study, we carried out a data coding system that carefully evaluated and interpreted the data so that the data became valid and reliable findings, which are the characteristics of qualitative study data analysis. Finally, based on the findings and discussion of the results, we can conclude that the emergence of various applications of the latest technology, especially in the context of marketing MSME products, has required business people to be more proactive in studying and applying the latest technology models which have generally been successful in promoting and marketing MSME products and services. Thus, we hope that the findings of this business and marketing study will be valuable inputs in efforts to maximize future similar studies by academics and industry.

World institutions that regulate sports are under the authority of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Currently, two institutions in Indonesia, namely the in: Regional Sports Committee (RSC) and the Indonesian Olympic Committee (IOC). The Indonesian National Sports Committee (INSC) is the only organization authorized and responsible for managing, fostering, developing & coordinating the entire implementation of sports activities for each member's achievements in Indonesia. RSCis an independent and non-governmental body, meaning that sports activities return to the community. Judging from the historical aspect of the birth of Presidential Decree No. 72 of 2001, RSC was positioned as a single public legal entity that carried out coaching and development of sports and achievements. This study aimed to explain the existence, legality, and authority of RSC and IOC. This research is normative legal research with qualitative analysis using secondary data. The results of the research and analysis show that the two institutions legally go hand in hand and do not overlap.

A partnership is a form of cooperation between micro, small and medium enterprises with large businesses which can be misused. For this reason, it is necessary to supervise the partnership agreement. The institution appointed to carry out supervision is the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU). This study was made with the aim of examining the concept of partnership supervision by the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU) and the legal remedies that can be taken in relation to the supervision carried out by KPPU. This research is normative legal research, which uses secondary data. The secondary data used is based on primary legal sources consisting of a series of applicable laws and regulations. The analysis was conducted qualitatively in order to examine the existing legal norms more deeply and comprehensively.

This study intends to conduct a juridical investigation of the regulation of the Professional Competency Test for health workers as regulated in various kinds of legislation today. As a normative study, this research uses a normative juridical method. The data used as a study is secondary data, focusing on various provisions governing Competency Tests, in general, and explicitly regulating the Competency Tests of health workers' professions. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively to assess the meaning of the existing legal rules. This descriptive-analytical research aims to provide an overview of the overall setting of the Competency Test. Furthermore, this study analyzed the purpose of implementing the Competency Test for health professionals. The application of general legal principles is also carried out in order to obtain optimum results. The study results indicate the need for a redefinition of the purpose of the National Competency Test, which can be applied to all health workers.

Pemahaman mengenai keberadaan Sertifikat Kompetensi dan Sertifikat Profesi sampai saat ini masih membingunkan banyak pihak. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap undang-undang dan peraturan pelaksanannya yang mengatur mengenai Sertifikat Kompetisi dan Sertifikat Profesi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang mengambil bentuk deskriptif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa banyak terdapat undang-undang yang mengatur mengenai Sertifikat Kompetensi dan Sertifikat Profesi dengan makna dan cara perolehannya yang berbeda-beda. Peneliti pada akhirnya menyarankan agar Pemerintah dan DPR dapat secara lebih serius dan komsisten untuk melakukan perubahan menyeluruh terhadap semua undang-undang yang mengatur tentang Sertifikat Kompetensi dan Sertifikat Profesi sehingga terdapat sinkornisasi dan harmonisasi regulasi dan pelaksanaan makna Sertifikat Kompetensi dan Sertifikat Profesi.

Experts believe that the success of education is closely related to the existence of technology that is adopted into the learning process. The reseachers examined many scientific reports highlighting online learning approaches before the Covid-19 issue hit education to prove this belief. The researchers look for evidence of literature studies from international studies that have succeeded in sounding out educational operations by optimizing technology as a face-to-face companion learning method when students study in class. The data retrieval method is carried out with electronic assistance systems on databases of publication journals such as ERIC, Google Books, Taylor & France, and Sagepub. Next, reseachers analyzed the data using a review system that started with coding and in-depth evaluation techniques and concluded data findings that fairly and accurately answered the research questions. Based on the discussion of the data found, researchers report that online learning activities before the pandemic can help students become successful learners both in the classroom and outside of school. This is highly valid because of evidence from previous literature reviews where online learning is juxtaposed with successful blended learning approaches. Online learning helps students get additional self-study content. Because with online learning, students become more practical, enjoyable, personal, controlled, easy, efficient, focused, and measurable. The rapid development of technology allows the parties to use the technology's benefits. This study aims to obtain in-depth information about increasing legal compliance among students by optimizing the use of digital applications in the automation era at Krisnadwipayana University. In collecting the data, this study conducted a series of interviews with academics and other academic activities to hear their perspectives regarding the role of universities using digital applications in improving legal compliance for their students. We examine the results of these interviews under a phenomenological approach that involves coding systems of evaluation and interpretation data, concluding that they have answered the core problem of this study. After analyzing the data and discussing the results, we can conclude that increasing awareness and obedience to favorable laws among students at Krisnadwipayana University by utilizing digital applications are very innovative and creative. This result is relevant to the demands of the all-digital era, where the benefits of digital applications still include all learning activities, especially the dissemination of compliance and legal compliance among universities. Hopefully, these findings will become meaningful inputs for similar studies in the future.

The case of Holywings Bar is an issue that has garnered public attention following their social media promotions on alcoholic beverage products by including the names of Muhammad and Maria. This case is considered as a sensitive issue in a country with the majority of its population are Muslims. Thus, by the initiative of several community groups, this issue has been reported to the legal apparatus to stop all its operations in Jakarta and other big cities entirely. Based on the issue, this study is conducted to obtain a profound understanding toward the case of Holywings bar and its existence in Indonesia viewed from the legal and socio-political aspects. In discussing the problem of this study, we collect information from various newspapers and other legal and socio-political science publishers as the supporting data. Then, we analyze the datathrough phenomenological approach and draw conclusions believedas the best answer for the problem. Finally, the researchers conclude that the case of Holywings Bar is declared as having violated the law and business licensing regulations for bars that sell alcoholic beverages. According to several experts, the closure of Holywings Bar can be viewed from the legal and socio-political perspectivesrelated to the 2024 presidential election, since the majority of voters for presidential candidates are from Islamic groups who support the closure, and they are closely related to one of the presidential candidates in 2024. Hence, the results of this study are expected to be beneficial toward the development of similar studies in the future.

Academic Skills Guidance Efforts to Reduce Plagiarism Act in Student Writing in The Digital Age at Krisnadwipayana University – Jakarta Gunawan Widjaja

ABSTRACTThis article aimed to interview seven academics related to academic skill instructions to reduce student plagiarism in academic writing in the digital era. To complete the data, we have conducted a series of data searches, the first being an electronic search for data on several publications and literature related to the theme of this study and interviewing seven academics to ask for their views on the guidance and training provided to students at the Krisnadwipayana university in Jakarta. After the data has been collected both in the literature and the results of interviews, we then enter into data analysis under the phenomenological approach, namely an attempt to understand something phenomenal among the existing data so that we can conclude the results as valid findings. Based on the search for data and the results of interviews, we can conclude that academic efforts at the University of Jakarta in combating plagiarism by students include training and punishments for those caught committing plagiarism. Plagiarism training is emphasized understanding and technical guidance methods for students to be able to carry out academic writing activities that are free from plagiarism elements. Thus, it is hoped that these findings will become a treasured knowledge of additional scientific studies and support future projects. ABSTRAKArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mewawancarai tujuh akademisi terkait instruksi keterampilan akademik untuk mengurangi plagiarisme mahasiswa dalam penulisan akademik di era digital. Untuk melengkapi data tersebut, kami telah melakukan serangkaian pencarian data, yang pertama adalah pencarian data elektronik pada beberapa publikasi dan literatur yang terkait dengan tema penelitian ini dan mewawancarai tujuh akademisi untuk meminta pandangan mereka tentang bimbingan dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Setelah data terkumpul baik dalam literatur maupun hasil wawancara, selanjutnya kita masuk ke dalam analisis data dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, yaitu upaya untuk memahami sesuatu yang fenomenal di antara data yang ada sehingga dapat kita simpulkan hasilnya sebagai temuan yang valid. Berdasarkan penelusuran data dan hasil wawancara, dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya akademik dalam mengurangi tindakan plagiarisme oleh mahasiswa meliputi pelatihan dan sangsi bagi mereka yang kedapatan melakukan plagiarisme. Pelatihan plagiarisme ditekankan pada pemahaman dan metode bimbingan teknis anti plagiat agar mereka dapat melaksanakan kegiatan penulisan akademik yang bebas dari unsur plagiarisme. Dengan demikian, diharapkan temuan ini akan menjadi pengetahuan berharga untuk studi ilmiah tambahan dan mendukung proyek-proyek masa depan.
