Abstract

This study to analyze the utilization of Belajar.id accounts in enhancing the quality of Social Studies learning at SMP Negeri 03 Bengkulu Tengah. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the optimal use of Belajar.id accounts significantly improves Social Studies teachers' access to various digital learning resources, strengthens digital learning interactions, and enhances teachers' creativity in designing interactive teaching materials. The novelty of this research lies in the development of practical strategies for utilizing Belajar.id accounts to support Social Studies learning processes at the junior high school level. This study provides practical recommendations for school administrators and Social Studies teachers to optimize the use of Belajar.id accounts in order to improve learning quality in the digital era. Abstract

The impacted community's basic requirements have not been met as a result of the natural disaster that struck Aceh Tamiang Regency. In order to guarantee that aid is targeted, particularly for vulnerable populations (toddlers, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities), the Community Service program aims to distribute integrated logistical assistance and give distribution assistance. Benua Raja Village, Bukit Tempurung Village, Purwodadi Village, and Rantau Village were the four impacted villages where this exercise was carried out on December 7, 2025. Involving the community and volunteers, the strategies employed included gathering and delivering logistical support, distributing bundles of necessities, and offering distribution support all the way to the end. The activity's findings show that, in spite of obstacles brought on by difficult environmental circumstances and restricted access, community-based distribution and the integrated logistics package approach can increase assistance distribution's accuracy, transparency, and accountability. This program not only provides for the basic requirements of the community but also enhances local volunteer talents and humanitarian networks. Aid distribution was more successful thanks to the integrated logistical strategy and field support, which may be repeated in subsequent flood situations. It is intended that this initiative will serve as a template for adaptable and long-lasting community service approaches to disaster relief

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja perangkat Desa Telaga, Kecamatan Lenangguar, yang dinilai belum optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan publik. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja perangkat desa masih rendah pada tiga indikator utama: (1) Produktivitas, ditandai dengan rendahnya disiplin waktu (datang terlambat dan pulang sebelum waktunya); (2) Kualitas Layanan, yang terkendala oleh ketiadaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas serta minimnya fasilitas komputer dan internet; dan (3) Responsivitas, di mana penanganan keluhan masyarakat cenderung lambat. Faktor penghambat utama adalah kapasitas SDM yang belum melek teknologi dan lemahnya pengawasan internal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan sistem absensi yang ketat, pelatihan administrasi digital, dan pemenuhan fasilitas dasar kantor desa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mengendalikan laju pertumbuhan penduduk serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang memiliki pengetahuan terbatas mengenai jenis dan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang rasional melalui edukasi kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dengan pendekatan multimedia interaktif yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, pemutaran video, serta penggunaan media leaflet dan infografis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Januari 2025 di Puskesmas Pagelaran dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang yang terdiri dari pasangan usia subur dan ibu-ibu di wilayah kerja puskesmas. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 5,8 pada pre-test menjadi 8,9 pada post-test dengan peningkatan sebesar 53,4%. Selain itu, jumlah peserta dengan pengetahuan baik meningkat dari 15% menjadi 85%, sementara kategori pengetahuan kurang menurun dari 30% menjadi 0%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi kesehatan mengenai keluarga berencana efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang rasional. Dengan demikian, kegiatan edukasi KB perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung keberhasilan program keluarga berencana dan meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study maps students' mental workload during Project-Based Learning (PjBL) on a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) project by focusing on NASA-TLX measurements. The issue raised is the imbalance between project challenges and students' cognitive capacity during the troubleshooting and system integration phases. The study aims to describe the level of mental workload in aggregate and per dimension, while linking it to instructional design decisions. The method used is a descriptive quantitative survey of 21 students, with the unweighted NASA-TLX procedure (paired comparisons and a rating of 0–100 per dimension). The results show that the global mental workload is in the medium–high category. The Mental Demand, Temporal Demand, and Effort dimensions are most prominent; Frustration increases in the critical phase; Performance tends to be medium; while Physical Demand is the lowest. The internal reliability of the instrument is very high (α ≈ 0.951). These findings emphasize the need for redistribution of workload across milestones, reduction of extrinsic workload through technical scaffolding (decision-tree, template, checklist), and fast-feedback as strategies to reduce Frustration without reducing cognitive challenges. This study positions NASA-TLX not just as a diagnostic tool, but as a design compass to keep PjBL challenging, measurable, and humane.

Abstract

Temper tantrums are episodes of extreme anger and frustration, characterized by behavior such as crying, screaming, and violent or aggressive body movements, caused by factors such as physiological, psychological, parental, and environmental. The incidence of tantrums in Indonesia in 2019 increased to 1.52%. Based on a preliminary study conducted at the Jembrana Regency Military Dormitory, of 10 pre-school age children, it was found that 50% of the children experienced temper tantrums. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and the incidence of temper tantrums in toddler children in the Jembrana Regency Military Dormitory. The type of design is correlational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all 42 mothers who had toddler children. The total sample of 42 mothers was taken using a saturated sampling technique. The instrument uses a parenting style questionnaire and a temper tantrum questionnaire. The research results showed that democratic parenting was 42.9% and the incidence of temper tantrums was low at 50.0%. Data analysis used the lambda test and correlation coefficient. The p-value obtained was 0.048 <α 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, indicating that there was a significant relationship between parenting styles and the incidence of temper tantrums and an r value of 0.333 was obtained, which means the level of closeness of the relationship between the two variables is low. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the better the parenting style applied to children, the smaller the occurrence of temper tantrums in children. Advice for parents is to apply good parenting patterns such as democratic parenting so that children do not easily experience excessive tantrums.
