Abstract

Education is very important for everyone because it can add insight, hone skills in solving problems, improve the economy, and get good job prospects in the future. Along with the times, the education needed is getting higher so that it requires universities in Indonesia to increase their knowledge. Abstract

The increase in beauty industry waste due to the trend of using beauty products in Indonesia, unfortunately, is not accompanied by public awareness of the environmental impacts caused. The #PakaiSampaiHabis campaign seeks to raise public awareness of the consumption of beauty products through the spread of persuasive messages in the form of visualization on Instagram @lyfewithless. The study aims to determine the effect of visualization of persuasive messages in the #PakaiSampaiHabis campaign on Instagram @lyfewithless on changes in followers' behavior in consuming beauty products. The research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Primary data was obtained from the results of a questionnaire of 100 Instagram followers @lyfewithless and interviews, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The data analysis technique uses Simple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, and F Test. The results showed that message visualization in the #PakaiSampaiHabis campaign played a role of 64.6% in influencing changes in followers' behavior in consuming beauty products. Visualization of persuasive messages in the #PakaiSampaiHabis campaign with sound and music indicators is the main factor that attracts followers' attention in receiving and understanding the campaign. Changes in the behavior of followers consuming beauty products are in the contemplation stage in the form of high awareness to be responsible for the use of beauty products.

Abstract

Gargarisma dapat digunakan untuk mencegah pertumbuhan bakteri di rongga mulut. Ekstrak daun jambu biji memiliki aktivitas antibakteri sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan aktif dalam sediaan gargarisma. Dalam infunsa daun jambu biji mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder tannin. Tannin mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri karena bereaksi dengan dinding sel bakteri sehingga mengakibatkan denaturasi protein pada bakteri. Sehingga infusa daun jambu biji memiliki potensi sebagai bahan aktif sediaan gargarisma. Sediaan gargarisma harus memiliki mutu sesuai dengan yang dipersyarakan agar aman digunakan. Pada penelitian ini akan diformulasikan gargarisma dengan bahan aktif infusa daun jambu biji. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui mutu fisik gargarisma ekstrak daun jambu biji yang meliputi uji organoleptis, homogenitas, kejernihan, uji volume terpindahkan, pH, uji berat jenis dan uji viskositas. Peneltian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode ektraksi yang digunakan adalah infundasi. Hasil penelitian uji organoleptis sediaan berbentuk larutan, berwarna coklat muda, rasa khas jambu biji diikuti rasa menthol dan beraroma daun jambu biji dan menthol. Sediaan homogen jernih bebas dari partikel asing, hasil uji volume terpindahkan adalah peyimpangan tidak melebihi 1%. Hasil uji pH sediaan pada rentang 6,57. Uji berat jenis sampel 1,0018 g/mL mendekati berat jenis air 1 g/ml dan uji viskositas 0.95492cP, mendekati viskositas air 1 cP.

Abstract

Efforts to reinforce the export capacity of carrots derived from Indonesia has complex problems since the top (on Farm) to downstream. The carrot request at the market of China, Malaysia, Singapore, is still high and this becomes a probabiltas market reduced carrot farmer in the territory of Indonesia. This study intends to examine the competitiveness of carrots derived from Indonesia. Methods of analysis using Revealed Compararative Advantage (RCA) to review the competitiveness of carrots in the Chinese market, Malaysia, Singapore. The results of the analysis show the power of carrots, from Indonesia has competitiveness to many low and high countries

Abstract

21stcentury learning is an era in which science and technology are developing very rapidly and demand quality human resources and can compete globally. One of the skills that meet the demands of this century is critical thinking skills which are developed through the provision of Student Worksheets. This study aims to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the e-student worksheet on the concept of Ferns (Pteridophyte) based on Critical Thinking Skills. The subjects of the validity test were three experts, the individual test was three students of class X high school level and the small group test was four students of class X high school level. This type of research is development research to produce valid, practical, and effective products. The results showed that: 1) the validity of the e-student worksheet has a valid category, 2) the practicality of thee-student worksheet has a good category, and 3) the effectiveness of e-student worksheet expectations based on the assessment of students critical thinking skills in doing tasks on thee-student worksheet has a very good category (covering interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, and explanation) and good category on self-regulation aspect.

Abstract

The success of the influence of the school environment in the process of various social actions of several students. The purpose of this research is to use an appropriate description of the basic functions of the school environment in the formation of behavior according to the social demands of students. The location of the research occurred at Public Elementary School (SDN) 2 Sidoharjo, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The method used in research is an incident or case study. Data collection techniques derived from observation, in-depth interviews and documentation tools, with good informants coming from students, teachers and local community leaders who were determined by purposive sampling. In this study, Bourdieu's theory of habitus and arena is used, in which the habitus is assessed by all activities in the school and the arena is the frequency of the school environment. The results showed that students' social actions were evident in all forms of activities carried out by students in certain social situations. A student's social awareness will be formed by various factors, it could be the reason for external factors or internal factors, meaning that one's actions will continue to be able to adapt to various social situations. The function of the involvement of the school environment in students' social actions, for example: exemplary, habituation, advice, control mechanisms, sanctioning systematic sustainability. Elements of society as one of the applications of all social behavior of many students become an inseparable part and play a role as control of the scale of social priorities in order to become good students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Preschool X di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan observasi partisipatif dimana peneliti terlibat dalam kegiatan sehari – hari di Preschool X dan digunakan sebagai sumber data penelitian. Pendekatan Focus Group Discussion digunakan sebagai metode analisis atas data yang terkumpul dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Lembaga Pendidikan Preschool X memerlukan audit internal sebagai fungsi pengawasan pengendalian internal namun karena faktor biaya dan memilih memperbaiki sistem pengendalian sehingga manajemen memutuskan untuk tidak menggunakan audit internal.

Abstract

Introduction: Pregnancy danger signals are symptoms that indicate possible risks that may arise during pregnancy or the prenatal period and can result in maternal death if not reported or detected. The aim was to find out the relationship between family motivation, the role of midwives, and the effectiveness of antenatal care on danger signs in pregnant women at the Poskesdes of Rajik Village, Simpang Rimba District, South Bangka Regency in 2022. Methods: This descriptive-analytic study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The population is pregnant women using total sampling and the number of samples used is 50 people. The questionnaire is used as a research measurement tool. Data is processed using computer software. Results: The results of the analysis showed that of the 50 respondents, most of the respondents received warning signs of danger in pregnant women, namely as many as 26 respondents (52%); and most of the respondents received family motivation as many as 27 respondents (54%). most of the respondents got the midwife role. Meanwhile, there were 30 respondents (60%) who had good antenatal care effectiveness. the results of the Chi-Square statistical test obtained a p-value of 0,001 (p < 0,05) so can be concluded that there is a relationship between family motivation and prevention of danger signs in pregnant women. Discussion: There is a relationship between the role of the midwife and the prevention of danger signs in pregnant women (p-value = 0,019). there is a relationship between the effectiveness of antenatal care on the prevention of danger signs in pregnant women (p-value = 0,011). It is expected that pregnant women can increase counseling about the knowledge of pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy, especially midwives who actively provide counseling to increase the knowledge of pregnant women.

Abstract

Introduction: Hyperemesis gravidarum is excessive nausea and vomiting so that daily work is disrupted and the general condition becomes worse. Nausea and vomiting are the most common disorders encountered in the first trimester of pregnancy, around 60-80% of primigravidas and 40-60% of multigravidas experience nausea and vomiting but these symptoms become more severe only in 1 out of 1,000 pregnancies. Husband's support, physical activity, and stress influence the incidence of hyperemesis gravdiarum. This study aimed to determine the relationship between husband's support, physical activity, and stress in first-trimester pregnant women to the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum at TPMB Yunita in 2023. Methods: The research method used an analytic descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was total sampling with 30 first-trimester pregnant women. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between the husband's support (p-value 0,005); physical activity (p-value 0,001); and stress (p-value 0.002) to the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum. Discussion: The study concludes a relationship between husband's support, physical activity, and stress in trimester I pregnant women to the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum at TPMB Yunita in 2023. Suggestions for pregnant women are expected to be able to manage the physical activity carried out to be of higher quality and not too excessive during pregnancy by limiting activities that are too strenuous such as doing housework continuously and lifting heavy weights.
