Abstract

The participation of novice voters in the 2024 elections in Kuningan Regency is already underway but is considered still not optimal due to a lack of basic understanding regarding the importance of participation in elections, apathy towards the political system and their low trust in the government. This research aims to find out how novice voters participate in the 2024 elections in Kuningan Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Using the theory of the influence of community participation according to Bintoro Tjokroamidjojo as a theoretical framework. The results of this research indicate that voter participation in the 2024 elections in Kuningan Regency is considered not yet optimal if viewed from the results of the vote acquisition during the election because the number of invalid votes is still quite large. These results cannot be separated from the participation of first-time voters in it. Things that influence the participation of first-time voters are the lack of voter trust in the government and political institutions, the delivery of election-related information to first-time voters is still not conveyed thoroughly, and the political knowledge and understanding of new voters is still minimal. So even though the election was welcomed enthusiastically by first-time voters, there were still many invalid votes which was an indicator that in their participation they had not been able to use their voting rights properly.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di desa menjadi hal yang penting untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi layanan publik. Desa Kubangdeleg, yang belum memiliki kanal resmi .desa.id, membutuhkan intervensi untuk membangun tata kelola digital yang lebih baik. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menerapkan sosialisasi mengenai kanal digital dengan memberikan workshop kepada perangkat desa. Dalam tiga jam sesi, 21 perangkat desa dilibatkan untuk memahami pentingnya .desa.id, menyusun arsitektur informasi dengan lima menu inti, dan menyiapkan konten perdana untuk kanal desa. Selain itu, pengukuran kesiapan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Indeks Kesiapan Desa Digital (IKDD), yang menghasilkan skor 15/16 yang menunjukkan kesiapan desa untuk mengaktifkan kanal resmi. Model “3–1–5” yang diterapkan terbukti efektif, dengan hasil yang mencakup penetapan admin, penyusunan struktur menu, dan penyusunan konten awal. Hasil ini penting sebagai dasar bagi desa lain dalam memulai transformasi digital dengan sumber daya yang terbatas. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan program menegaskan bahwa kesiapan organisasi lebih penting dibanding kesiapan teknis pada tahap awal digitalisasi desa. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model “3–1–5” dapat direplikasi pada desa lain dengan kondisi serupa untuk mempercepat adopsi kanal .desa.id dan memperkuat integrasi e-government di tingkat akar rumput.

Abstract

This therapy aims to improve the effectiveness of play in children so that children will not lose theright to play. According to the data in SLB YAPC Makassar city children who were educated therein 2016/2017 is 130 children. So that there are 130 children who are likely to lose effectiveness inplay, if this is allowed then the right child in play will just passed. Because even if the child is sick,but the need for play still exists. Data collection using obeservation and interviews. The dataobtained were analyzed using pre and post test without control in the conditions presented in theform of tables and graphs. One way to learn effectively for children with special needs is to learnto color. The existence of these changes can be concluded that the coloring game method has apositive effect to improve the concentration of learning in children with intellectual disabilitymoderate in YPAC Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik pemecahan masalah dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X-12 MAN 2 Deli Serdang Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Popolasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MAN 2 Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 432 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 siswa yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket kemandirian belajar yang berjumlah 35 butir pernyataan yang telah valid dan reliabel. Angket diberikan sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik pemecahan masalah. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh signifikan pemberian bimbingan kelompok teknik pemecahan masalah terhadap belajar kemandirian siswa. Data hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test diperoleh sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan interpretasi indeks korelasi product moment maka hasil perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel kemandirian belajar sebelum diberikan perlakuan berupa layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik pemecahan masalah dengan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik pemecahan masalah. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang berarti dari pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik pemecahan masalah terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X-12 MAN 2 Deli Serdang Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025.

Abstract

This study examines the participation of first-time voters in the 2024 Elections in Cirebon City, where participation is considered suboptimal due to limited political understanding, apathy, and low trust in government institutions. Using a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through documentation, interviews, and direct observation, the research applies sociological, psychological, and rational choice theories by Dennis Kavanagh as its analytical framework. Findings show that first-time voter participation remains low, reflected in the still high number of invalid ballots, which indicates inadequate use of voting rights. The main factors influencing this condition include unequal socialization by the KPU, distrust toward political institutions, social media influence, and minimal political literacy. These results highlight the need for more targeted political education and effective outreach to improve youth participation in future elections.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out at D’Bantar Bamboo Craft, Banjarnegara, aiming to improve the understanding and skills of bamboo SMEs in implementing an integrated value chain approach. The activity was driven by Banjarnegara’s abundant bamboo resources, which remain underutilized due to traditional business management, low production efficiency, and limited marketing strategies. The method employed a participatory approach through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), including lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, and field mentoring. Understanding levels were measured before and after the program using a questionnaire. Results show an increase in average understanding scores from 1.71 (low) to 2.82 (moderate to high), representing a 65% improvement. Most participants shifted from low to high categories, indicating the program’s effectiveness in enhancing knowledge and awareness of value chain management. This activity contributes significantly to improving the competitiveness of bamboo SMEs and serves as a foundation for further mentoring programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire in March 2021 from 64 respondents, the sample objects were employees of the non-medical section of the Ciputat Fruit Hospital, South Tangerang, because they had characteristics that matched the variables to be studied. The collected data was tested by multiple regression method using SPSS 24.00. The result of this research is that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and work motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Industri minyak dan gas bumi (migas) menempati posisi krusial sebagai sektor strategis yang menopang perekonomian nasional Indonesia. Akan tetapi, pelaksanaan kontrak migas dalam praktiknya sering dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti perubahan kebijakan regulatif, ketidakstabilan harga energi global, serta adanya ketimpangan kepentingan antara negara dan pihak kontraktor. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan kebijakan pemutusan kontrak yang berdampak luas, baik terhadap upaya perlindungan kekayaan negara (hifzh al-mâl) maupun terhadap kesinambungan kedaulatan dan otoritas negara (hifzh al-dawlah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemutusan kontrak migas dalam perspektif maqâshid al-syarî‘ah, dengan menitikberatkan pada perlindungan aset publik dan kepentingan negara, serta mengaitkannya dengan prinsip-prinsip Al-Qur’an dalam kajian ilmu tafsir. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dalam kerangka penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dan komparatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari peraturan perundang-undangan, kontrak migas berbasis Production Sharing Contract, literatur fikih klasik dan kontemporer terkait maqâshid al-syarî‘ah, kitab-kitab tafsir Al-Qur’an, serta kajian atas sejumlah kasus pemutusan kontrak migas di Indonesia. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menempatkan maqâshid al-syarî‘ah sebagai kerangka etik dan normatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemutusan kontrak migas dapat dipandang sah secara hukum positif, syariah, dan selaras dengan penafsiran Al-Qur’an sepanjang bertujuan melindungi harta publik dari potensi kerugian (QS. an-Nisā’ [4]: 29), mencegah dominasi pihak asing atas kekayaan nasional (QS. al-Ḥasyr [59]: 7), serta menjamin keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumber daya alam sebagai amanah kepemimpinan (QS. al-An‘ām [6]: 165). Oleh karena itu, pemutusan kontrak migas tidak semata-mata merupakan prosedur hukum, melainkan juga instrumen strategis dalam menjaga kepentingan nasional yang sejalan dengan tujuan syariah dan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

PT Telkom Access is a global internet service provider that plays a crucial role in developing fiber optic–based telecommunication infrastructure. One of its operational areas, located on Jl. Duri, Gambir District, Central Jakarta, faces issues related to the inefficient distribution route of the 1:4 Optical Distribution Point (ODP) serving twenty customer homes. This condition has led to 198 customer complaints in 2023 and high installation costs for the Optical Distribution Cabinet (ODC) to ODP distribution network, amounting to Rp 78,205,400. This study aims to optimize the installation cost of the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network using a Linear Programming approach with the aid of LINGO software, as well as to design a more efficient ODC scheme on a new ODP configuration. The approach involves a comparative analysis between 1:4 and 1:8 ODP configurations, considering both technical and economic aspects of fiber optic network distribution. The results show that using an ODP 1:8 configuration with a 1:8 passive splitter in the new FTTH line produces a total installation cost of Rp 49,085,400, which is approximately Rp 29,120,000 lower than the 1:4 ODP configuration, resulting in cost optimization of 59.37%. In addition to cost savings, the ODP 1:8 configuration reduces network maintenance complexity and enhances distribution efficiency without compromising service quality. Based on these findings, this research recommends the adoption of the ODP 1:8 configuration as the optimal solution to improve cost efficiency, network maintainability, and sustainable infrastructure development in fiber optic network implementation. This strategy is expected to strengthen PT Telkom Access’s competitiveness and support sustainable global internet service performance.

Abstract

The metal manufacturing industry's supply chain faces problems with inaccurate sales demand analysis, with a 9% discrepancy between forecasted and actual demand. Production activity times are 23% inconsistent with established plans. Shipments of goods are inconsistent with sales orders, preventing the metal company from achieving its delivery targets. This study aims to analyze supply chain performance measurements and provide suggestions for improvements to the results of these measurements. This research method combines the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. This study identified 17 selected performance indicators and prioritized attributes, namely reliability, responsiveness, and agility. The results of data processing through performance indicator weighting yielded a total SCM performance score of 90.90, with 5 performance indicators requiring improvement. Therefore, the proposed improvements focus more on these 5 dominant indicators. The contribution of this study to the analysis of SCOR and AHP performance measurements is that companies are expected to maximize their supply chains, thereby increasing industrial productivity and gaining a competitive advantage.
