Abstract

The research aims to analyze the islamic boarding school language and the meaning of Zainuddin Abdul Majid poems with a literature study and analyzed using content analysis methodology by using the semiotic perspective of Charles Sanders Peirce theory. The results of the study found several things including: 1) the poems used a lot of islamic typical words/phrases, namely key words in Islamic treasures that were identical to Arabic; 2) the form of words/phrases Islamic typical words which the author used tended to be simple, namely from 50 words/phrases. typical phrases of Islamic typical are 25 elements of icons, 20 elements of indexes, and 5 elements of symbols, 3) The typical words/phrases of islamic in poetry have different meanings according to the text and context.

Abstract

Multimedia pembelajaran merupakan suatu kombinasi dari berbagai media yang dirancang atau diprogram secara terstruktur dan interaktif untuk menyajikan konsep pembelajaran. Hendaknya dipersiapkan multimedia pembelajaranuntuk membantu memudahkan pembelajaran agar siswadapat memahamikonsepdanmerepresentasikan konsep pembelajaran matematika.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran matematika berbasis teori APOS (aksi, proses, objek dan skema) dan efektivitasnya terhadap pembelajaran pada materi statistika dan peluang yang valid menurut ahli. Efektivitas pembelajaran diukur denganpeningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis dan multimedia dipersepsikan dengan baik oleh siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaranmatematika dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket penilaianahli materi dan ahli desain pembelajaran, angket tanggapan guru dan siswa, persepsi siswa, dan tes hasil kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Dari hasil analisis tes kemampuan representasi didapat peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa pada kategori tinggi, berdasarkan uji gain untuk materi statistika skor yang diperoleh 0,7 dan materi peluang skor uji gain diperoleh 1,3. Dan hasil analisis dari angket persepsi siswa didapat persentase 95% menunjukkan kategori “sangat positif”. Dapat disimpulkan multimedia pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sangat baik dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Sehingga multimedia pembelajaran efektiv digunakan oleh guru dan siswa SMA khususnya pada pembelajaran materi statistika dan peluang.Kata Kunci : Multimedia Pembelajaran, Teori APOS, Efektivitas Multimedia learning is a combination of various media that are designed or programmed in a structured and interactive way to present the concept of learning. Multimedia learning should be prepared to help facilitate learning so students can understand the concept and represent the concept of mathematics learning. The purpose of this study was to develop a multimedia learning mathematics based on APOS theory (actions, processes, objects and schemes) and its effectiveness on learning in statistical materials and valid opportunities according to experts. The effectiveness of learning is measured by increasing the ability of mathematical representations and multimedia are well perceived by students. This type of research is development research that develops multimedia mathematics learning and the instruments used are questionnaires for assessment of material experts and expert learning design, questionnaires of teacher and student responses, student perceptions and test results of studentsmathematical representation abilities. From the results of the analysis of the representation ability test obtained an increase in students mathematical representation ability in the high category, based on the gain test for statistical material the score obtained was 0,7 and the probability material gain test score was 1,3. And the results of the analysis of the student perception questionnaire obtained a percentage of 95% showed the category “very positive”. It can be concluded that multimedia learning that is developed is very good and can improve students mathematical representation abilities. So that effective multimedia learning is used by teachers and high school students, especially in learning statistical materials and opportunities.Keywords: Learning Multimedia, APOS Theory, Effectiveness

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengetahuan Matematika yang muncul pada anak usia 3-4 tahun (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana anak usia dini memperoleh pengetahuan Matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi kegiatan permainan anak dengan menggunakan media puzzle angka, telur warna, balok susun, dan puzzle bergambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan media bermain yang edukatif untuk anak bisa memunculkan pengetahuan matematika yang sesuai dengan perkembangan usianya. Hal ini dilihat dari kemampuan anak yang telah mampu: (1) memasangkan benda-benda yang berkaitan (pairing) melalui media puzzle angka, pemerolehan pengetahuan matematikanya dengan cara mencocokkan ukuran bentuk kepingan puzzle (trial and error) dan secara berulang-ulang, mengenali bentuk yang sesuai pada kepingan puzzle dan selanjutnya anak paham akan bentuk ukuran dan menyebutkan lambang bilangan pada puzzle angka (2) mengelompokkan berdasarkan warna (matching). Melalui media telur warna pemerolehan pengetahuan matematika ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan anak mengindentifikasi warna (3) mengurutkan benda berdasarkan ukuran dari yang kecil ke besar atau sebaliknya (seriation). Kata kunci : pengetahuan matematika, anak usia dini Abstrack The purpose of this study are (1) to find out whether there is mathematical knowledge that arises in children aged 3-4 years (2) to find out how early childhood children acquire mathematical knowledge. The method used in this research is qualitative with a narrative approach. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, interviews and documentation based on children's play activities using media Puzzle Figures, Color Eggs, Stacking Beams, and Picture Puzzles.Results of the research showed that the tools of early childhood education have succeeded to encourage math sciences for early childhood aged 3-4 years old. This can be seen from the ability of early childhood who have been able to: (1) pair objects that are paired through Number Puzzle media, gain mathematical knowledge by matching the size of the puzzle pieces (trial and error) and repeatedly, recognizing shapes which is appropriate in the puzzle piece and then the child understands the shape of the size and mentions the number symbol on the number puzzle (2) grouping according to matching. Through Egg media Color acquisition of mathematical knowledge is indicated by the ability of children to identify colours (3) sort objects based on size from small to large or vice versa (seriation). Abstract

This research explores the widespread and trending phenomenon of al-Qur'an memorization (tahfiẓ) programs in Islamic education, encompassing traditional and modern settings such as Islamic boarding schools and public schools. Using a qualitative approach and drawing on Kotler's (2002) and Keller's (2001) brand image theory, data is collected through observation, interviews (with key figures in educational institutions, including leaders, teachers, parents, students, alumni, and government agencies in West Nusa Tenggara), and documentation. The findings highlight distinct types of tahfiẓ programs in the three selected educational institutions: Al-Aziziyah Islamic Boarding School requires the precise memorization of the entire Qur'an (30 chapters), Abu Hurairah Islamic Boarding School integrates the program within the formal curriculum, covering 13 chapters, and SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram includes the program in the formal curriculum, completing two chapters (30 and 29). Theological, pragmatic, and sociological factors influence public responses to these institutions. The study suggests that the theological aspects play a significant role in shaping the perception of the Qur'an tahfiẓ program as an Islamic educational brand, which extends beyond the attributes, benefits, values, culture, personality, and users emphasized in existing brand image theories.

Abstract

This systematic literature review provided several journal articles that contain about students` Attitude on artificial intelligence . This article used three databases, namely ERIC, Google Scholar and Taylor & Francis. A total of 25.093 articles were appeared, and only 4 of them were chosen after considering the criteria for exclusion and inclusion. The articles under consideration were published between 2022 and 2023. In general, this review is beneficial for practitioners because it allows them to learn which journal articles are prepared to be used in determining the gaps of Students` Attitude on artificial intelligence. This study found that the students who have a positive attitude in using artificial intelligence can improved their English skills.

Abstract

Tradisi begawe orang Sasak di Praya Barat Daya mencerminkan nilai-nilai sosial-budaya dan spiritual yang mendalam, dengan leksikon kuliner berfungsi sebagai penanda identitas simbolis. Terlepas dari penelitian sebelumnya tentang penamaan makanan tradisional, tidak ada yang secara sistematis menganalisis hierarki semantik mereka dalam konteks ritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan istilah-istilah kuliner begawe menggunakan teori hiponimi-hipernimi, menjelaskan signifikansi budaya dan bahasanya. Diterapkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, menggabungkan data primer (wawancara dengan informan) dan data sekunder (literatur), dianalisis melalui empat tahap: pengumpulan, pengurangan, presentasi, dan verifikasi. Studi ini mengidentifikasi 62 leksikon kuliner, mengkategorikannya berdasarkan metode persiapan (misalnya, tedang, tekulup), bahan, dan makna simbolis. Analisis semantik mengungkapkan begawe urip (perayaan) dan begawe pati (berkabung) sebagai hipernim, dengan sub-ritual (misalnya, nyongkol, nelung) sebagai hiponim, menunjukkan bagaimana bahasa mengkodekan nilai-nilai budaya. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk melestarikan warisan kuliner Sasak dan menawarkan model studi interdisipliner yang menghubungkan linguistik, antropologi, dan pengarsipan digital.

Abstract

Early childhood is a crucial period for developmental,where parental involvement and the integration of information and communication technology (ICT) significantly influence digital literacy and language learning.This study systematically reviews existing literatureto examine how parental engagement in ICT-based learning environments enhances children’s educational outcomes. Unlike previous research, this study provides a holistic analysis that integrated both digital literacy and language learning within early childhood education. The findings highlight that active parental participation not only fosters academic success and socio-emotional development but also mitigates some challenges associated with ICT use. While ICT enhances language acquisition and digital skills, concern such as cognitive strain, online safety risks, and disparities in internet access pose significant barriers to its effectiveness. This research underscores that necessity of structured parental involvement, equitable digital policies, and targeted ICT training for both educators and parents. Implementing these strategies can optimize children’s learning experiences and bridge existing gaps in digital literacy education, ensuring a more inclusive and effective integration of ICT in early childhood education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the specific factors influencing academic staff’s readiness for organizational change at Islamic State University (IAIN) Kerinci, Indonesia, focusing on the mediating role of internal communication. The study examines the direct and indirect effects of organizational change readiness, transformational leadership behavior, and internal communication on staff readiness to change. A sample of 118 academic staff (40 male and 78 female) participated in this empirical study. Data were collected using an online survey, employing a Likert scale to measure the constructs. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the hypotheses, with the PLS Algorithm assessing the measurement model and PLS Bootstrapping testing the structural model for mediation effects. Results revealed that organizational change readiness, transformational leadership behavior, and internal communication each have a significant positive effect on staff readiness for change. Internal communication was found to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational change readiness on academic staff's readiness for change. Key statistical results include a significant p-value (p < 0.05) and strong mediation effects, further emphasizing the importance of effective internal communication in facilitating organizational change. The cross-sectional survey design introduces limitations, including potential response bias due to self-reporting.This study contributes to the literature on organizational change by highlighting the role of internal communication as a mediator and the unique context of Islamic higher education institutions.

Abstract

This study purposed to explain the women’s construction  in Sasak traditional songs according on Nourman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis with an analysis focus on three aspects, namely text structure, discourse practice, and sociocultural practice. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected using observation and interview methods. The results of the research on the structure of the text construct women as bebalu 'widow' and dedare 'girl'. Bebalu is constructed as a woman who is weak, suffering, the material for gossip, no self-awareness, awry, easily fooled by men, the object of ridicule. get married quickly, favored by men, thickly dressed, slut, like to divorce, likes to be ogled and seduced by men, likes to dress up, and easily moving on. Meanwhile, dedare is constructed as a woman who likes someone's husband, mistress, unfeeling, selfish, and a love slave. The discourse practice dimension of the production process, male dominance in the Sasak music industry provides flexibility in constructing women from a male perspective and commercial factors require the music industry to create songs that are loved by the public. Meanwhile, the process of consuming texts by fans of Sasak songs accepts and considers what is constructed in the song as something that is in accordance with reality, natural, and entertaining. In terms of sociocultural practice, patriarchal cultural factors and high public interest provide space for the music industry to be bolder in producing gender-biased songs.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Text-Based Learning and Independent Study Habits of Class VI Students at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia (2023/2024) regarding Fiction Text Writing Skills. This research is quantitative research, which can be interpreted as a type of research activity whose specifications are systematic, planned, and structured. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics. So, this research uses statistical inference. The results of the research hypothesis are accepted or there is a very strong influence on text-based learning on the skills of writing fiction texts in class VI at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia. The hypothesis is rejected or there is no influence on text-based learning, independent study habits on fiction text writing skills in class VI at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia. There is a very strong influence after implementing text-based learning on the skills of writing fiction texts in class VI at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia. Increasing their knowledge through studying texts, especially the closest culture in the region of origin with the aim of being able to use it as a way to preserve the uniqueness of the region, can also be used as something of value for tourism, especially in the Central Lombok region.
