Abstract

Model pembelajaran tematik merupakan model pembelajaran terpadu yang menggunakan pendekatan tematik yang melibatkan beberapa mata pelajaran untuk memberikan pengalaman yang bermakna kepada siswa, pembelajaran tematik banyak menawarkan model-model pembelajaran yang menjadikan aktivitas pembelajaran itu relevan dan bermakna bagi siswa. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh  model pembelajaran tematik membawa pengaruh yang relevan kepada peserta didik dalam belajar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran tematik adalah sebuah pendekatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan tema untuk mengintegrasikan beberapa mata pelajaran dan tujuan strategi pembelajaran tematik yaitu untuk memberikan kemudahan kemudahan bagi peserta didik dalam memahami dan mendalami konep materi yang tergabung dalam tema. Landasan pembelajaran tematik mencakup tiga aspek utama: filosofis, psikologis, dan yuridis. Prinsip-prinsip strategi pembelajaran termasuk berorientasi pada tujuan pembelajaran, mendorong aktivitas siswa, memperhatikan individualitas siswa, mengintegrasikan aspek kepribadian, menciptakan interaksi, menginspirasi, menjadikan pembelajaran menyenangkan, menantang, dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa. Pembelajaran tematik memiliki karakteristik yang meliputi pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, penekanan pada pembentukan pemahaman dan kebermaknaan, pengalaman langsung, perhatian terhadap proses, keterkaitan materi, pemisahan aspek yang kurang jelas, menyajikan konsep dari berbagai aspek, fleksibilitas, hasil pembelajaran sesuai dengan minat dan kebutuhan siswa, serta menggunakan prinsip belajar sambil bermain dan menyenangkan, serta Pembelajaran tematik memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan. Kelebihannya meliputi motivasi siswa, pemahaman yang bermakna, pengembangan keterampilan sosial, dan kesesuaian dengan perkembangan anak. Namun, kelemahannya meliputi tuntutan akan guru yang berkualitas, kemampuan siswa yang baik, akses terhadap sumber pembelajaran yang memadai, keluwesan dalam kurikulum, sistem penilaian yang terpadu, dan pengurangan penekanan pada mata pelajaran tertentu.

Abstract

The role of teachers in the world of education is very important and is not limited to teaching material. Teachers must have skills in classroom management and effective learning strategies to create a conducive classroom atmosphere, which contributes to the success of learners in understanding the lessons. One of the methods that is often used is direct learning, where the teacher acts as a facilitator who directs and supports students' learning activities in a structured and logical manner. The purpose of this study is to find out the definition of direct learning strategies, the characteristics of direct learning strategies, the theoretical foundations of direct learning strategies, the types of direct learning strategies, the steps to implement direct learning strategies and the advantages and disadvantages of direct learning strategies. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with a literature study approach by utilizing databases derived from previous writing sources, such as library books, to collect data. The results of the study show that the direct learning strategy is a teaching approach in which the teacher plays a central role in delivering material directly to students. The hands-on learning strategy uses modeling and demonstration to learn through observation, guided by teachers who focus on delivering the material comprehensively. The active participation of students is very important. This approach is based on theories such as constructivism, behaviorism, cognitivism, social learning theory, and problem-based learning. This model includes orientation, material presentation, structured exercises, guided exercises, and independent exercises. Although effective in controlling the material and teaching concepts to low-achieving learners, this strategy also has limitations in active social interaction and teaching complex material.

Abstract

Learning is a teaching and learning process that involves teachers and students to develop intellectually, emotionally, morally, and others. The relationship between teachers and students is very important in successful learning. The PAKEM strategy (Active, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning) is used to explore and develop student potential with more active learning methods. The purpose of writing this paper is to understand the meaning, characteristics, characteristics, and advantages and disadvantages of PAKEM learning. The PAKEM method allows teachers to convey material in a varied way so that students can apply it innovatively and not boringly.
