Abstract

This paper discusses a tawheed concept of buginese people in the ancient manuscript, Lontara Attorioloang ri Wajo and focuses on the concept of al-uluhiyah and ar-rububiyah of Buginese people according to the manuscript. This work is based on research on manuscript through philology approach since Lontara Attorioloang ri Wajo is a handwriting manuscript written without punctuation (comma or full stop) and space. The concept of tawheed al-uluhiyah of buginese people in Lontara Attorioloang ri Wajo manuscript is shown in the form of testimony of the presence of Dewata Seuwwae or God the one; He begets not, nor was He begotten. The belief of the oneness of god is embodied in self-surrender and full obedience by performing worship qhairu mahda but not ibadah mahdah. This confession can be seen in 18 dialogues between Arung Matoa and an Arung from another place. The concept of tawheed ar-rububiyah in the manuscript is shown in the form of a belief that Dewata Seuwwae or the one God is a lord of the worlds; He determines all creatures’ destiny and prosperity. Further, the Buginese people’s belief in the oneness of God is shown by the agreement they have made, and Arung Matoa Toudamang’s message about how to behave toward god, other person, and nature. There are 8 dialogues in the form of agreement and pappaseng.

Abstract

Students’ creative thinking is essential for 21st-century education, particularly in science (IPAS). This research seeks to ascertain how implementing the PjBL (project-based learning) approach improves pupils' creative thinking in science learning. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a quantitative approach. A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design with 44 fourth-grade students was used. The sample consists of fourth-grade students at SDN Gunung Gede Elementary School in Bogor City, specifically Class IV B and Class IV C, with 44 students, using non-probability sampling (saturation sampling). Data collection in this research employs tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis utilizes the Independent Sample t-test. The study results indicate that the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model significantly affects students' creative thinking skills. The experimental class using PjBL significantly outperformed the control group (p = 0.001). It can be concluded that PjBL improves students’ creative thinking in IPAS learning.

Abstract

The phenomenon of stunting has caught global attention as it may disrupt children growth and development which is important for national sakes. This problem also occurred on the community of Putat Jaya Barat, Surabaya. Despite the decrease of stunting prevalence on 2022 by 21.6%, the community of Surabaya should maintain their awareness to prevent the occurrence of stunting near in the future. Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence of stunting, it is necessary to provide community service which is related to the introductory of protein isolate-based products from fisheries commodities. Protein isolate as a functional food has concentrated protein content which may fulfil daily consumption need. This community service activity was conducted to provide participants with the knowledge of stunting phenomenon, fisheries product diversification, and the demonstration on isolate protein production method. The result of this this community service activity showed that the participants were poorly informed with the stunting information, however the participants were still able to provide their family with adequate food consumption based on the concept of “4 Sehat 5 Sempurna”. The participants were also provided with the understanding toward fisheries product diversification. The questionnaires evaluation showed that the participants need further assistance related to the application of protein isolate on fisheries products, with the nutritional information, and healthy life socialization.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process in the perspective of Islamic education is influenced by various factors involving intellectual, spiritual, social, and physical aspects. This study aims to identify the main factors that influence the teaching and learning process according to the philosophy of Islamic education. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review method. With this research method, the researcher reviews and identifies journals systematically in the Google Scholar database and several online books. The literature analysis shows that the factors found include spiritual aspects and sincere intentions in learning, harmonious relationships between teachers and students, a conducive educational environment, and teaching methods that prioritize dialogue and a humanistic approach. Additionally, motivational factors stemming from the intention to seek knowledge for the benefit of both this world and the hereafter, parental and community involvement, and the importance of teaching ethics and character also play a significant role in shaping educational success. The results of the study show that Islamic educational philosophy emphasizes a balance between the aspects of reason and heart in the learning process, which aims not only to acquire knowledge but also to shape noble character in each individual. This study also provides insight into how these factors interact in shaping an effective and meaningful teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation, internal control, and earning management on tax avoidance in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. The approach used is quantitative using secondary data obtained from the company's annual report. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The results of the study indicate that earning management and simultaneously have a significant effect on tax avoidance, while digital transformation and internal control do not show a significant effect partially on tax avoidance. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into how the adoption of digital technology and strengthening internal control systems can minimize tax avoidance practices, as well as how discretionary accruals can affect corporate tax decisions.

Abstract

Background. Literacy is an important foundation for the progress of individuals and communities, but in many rural areas of Indonesia, including Wilanagara Village, reading interest and literacy levels are still low due to limited access to reading materials, facilities, and reading habits that are not optimal. The Literacy Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) is present as an innovative response to overcome this issue by utilizing the Community Reading Park (TBM) of Wilanagara Village as a center for non-formal learning activities. Purpose. The purpose of this service is to implement the role of KKN students as agents of change in increasing reading interest and literacy skills, as well as empowering TBM managers and the community to ensure the program. Method. Students carry out a series of program strategies, including assistance in the management of TBM (cataloging and labeling of books), interactive literacy training for children, and active collaboration with village officials and community leaders. Result. Despite challenges such as limited TBM facilities and inadequate management participation, the program has succeeded in increasing the active participation of the community (especially children) and building the foundation of a more organized TBM management system. Conclusion. This KKN program not only improves basic literacy in the short term but also creates an inclusive learning community and encourages a sustainable literacy culture. Implementation. This program is an effective model of community empowerment to improve the quality of human resources at the village level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam kebijakan perdagangan yang dilaksanakan Ratu Mas Jaintan di Kerajaan Sukadana Landak. Sosok ini dipilih karena dikenal sebagai “Ratu di Atas Angin”, sebuah julukan yang merepresentasikan kekuasaannya yang meluas tidak hanya di Sukadana Landak, tetapi juga ke kerajaan-kerajaan lain yang memiliki hubungan genealogis. Ratu Mas Jaintan digambarkan sebagai pemimpin tegas, berani, visioner, dan mampu mengelola sumber daya alam serta manusia sehingga berhasil membangun kemandirian dan stabilitas ekonomi kerajaan. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada kebijakan perdagangan yang ia terapkan serta relevansinya dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian sejarah melalui studi pustaka dari sumber lokal maupun kolonial, dilanjutkan dengan penelitian lapangan di wilayah Landak, Ketapang, dan Sukadana. Peneliti juga melakukan wawancara untuk mengetahui sejauh mana masyarakat masih mengenal peran Ratu Mas Jaintan, kemudian melakukan kritik sumber serta focus group discussion dengan sejarawan dan pakar ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan perdagangan Ratu Mas Jaintan menekankan asas saling menguntungkan, loyalitas, jaminan keamanan, dan persamaan. Implementasi nilai syariah terlihat pada kebebasan berdagang, transparansi, serta adanya kontrak berdasarkan kesepakatan. Secara teoretis, temuan ini memperkaya kajian integrasi nilai Islam dalam perdagangan tradisional Nusantara, sedangkan secara praktis dapat menjadi rujukan dalam perumusan kebijakan perdagangan modern berbasis kearifan lokal. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengungkapan peran perempuan penguasa maritim yang berhasil menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kebijakan ekonomi, memperluas pemahaman tentang sejarah ekonomi Islam di Asia Tenggara.

Abstract

Masyarakat memiliki kebutuhan akan simpanan atau tabungan yang tidak hanya bernilai ekonomis, tetapi juga mudah dicairkan ketika menghadapi kebutuhan mendesak. Salah satu bentuk simpanan yang populer adalah perhiasan emas, yang selain berfungsi sebagai tabungan juga dapat dijadikan modal usaha melalui penjualan kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan arisan perhiasan emas di Desa Tanjung Aru serta meninjau praktik tersebut dari perspektif Fikih muamalah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif-empiris melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari ketua arisan dan 11 anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan arisan perhiasan emas di Desa Tanjung Aru secara teknis sama dengan arisan pada umumnya, di mana setiap anggota membayar iuran sebesar Rp 20.000, kemudian dilakukan undian setiap lima hari untuk menentukan penerima perhiasan emas atau uang tunai. Dari tinjauan fikih muamalah, akad arisan ini memenuhi rukun dan syarat qardh serta ijarah. Namun, dalam praktiknya terdapat beberapa permasalahan, antara lain perbedaan hasil undian yang berpotensi merugikan pihak tertentu, keterlambatan pembayaran iuran, ketidakadilan dalam pemberian upah ketua arisan, serta adanya ketidakjelasan penggunaan kelebihan dana dari pembelian perhiasan. Hal tersebut menimbulkan ketidakadilan dan tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip fikih muamalah.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide an understanding of recording financial transactions for MSMEs still needs to be improved. One way that can be done to increase understanding for MSMEs in making it easier to record financial transactions is by educating them on digital-based financial transaction recording, namely the MSME business stall book application, Financial Management, Accounting – Financial Lap, MSME Business Financial Records in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village. Digital-Based For MSMEs in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, it is known that the level of understanding of recording digital-based financial transactions is only 25%. After the service team provided material on recording digital-based financial transactions using the MSME Business Warung Book application, Financial Management, Financial Accounting-Lap, MSME Business Financial Records, it was known that the level of understanding of MSMEs has increased significantly, namely 75% from the previous only 25%. Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation of service activities, the results were obtained that MSMEs still need assistance activities for their business activities. The MSMEs stated that they were helped by this community service activity. With this service activity regarding Digital-Based Financial Transaction Recording Education for MSMEs in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, it can help MSMEs in compiling their business financial statements.

Abstract

Financial literacy is one of the six basic literacies agreed upon at the World Economic Forum, financial literacy must be taught and possessed by children, not only elementary school students (equivalent) in urban areas but also very much needed by elementary school students (equivalent) in rural areas, namely Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, with knowledge of financial literacy from an early age, it is hoped that it can help students in practicing managing their finances appropriately and usefully. If children already have and are able to apply financial literacy well from an early age, various aspects of their lives will be better in the future. Five basic principles are learned in financial literacy, namely business or work, shopping or consumption, saving, sharing, and borrowing. These materials and activities consist of: Types of financial literacy extracurricular activities, implementation of good practices of financial literacy extracurricular activities, and evaluation of the process of implementing financial literacy extracurricular activities. The target audience for this community service activity is elementary school teachers and students (equivalent) in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village, Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The community service implementation method uses lectures, illustrations, and discussions.
