Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and live streaming on purchase intentions and purchasing behavior for skintific products on the TikTok Shop platform. Research methodology: A quantitative approach was used by collecting data through a survey of 200 respondents who have interacted with Skintific products via TikTok Shop. Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was employed to examine the relationships between variables. Results: The results indicate that influencer marketing has a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, with factors such as expertise, attractiveness, and credibility of influencers playing a key role. Additionally, the live streaming feature shows a significant influence on purchase intention, creating an interactive shopping experience that enhances consumer trust. Purchase intention is proven to mediate the relationship between influencer marketing and purchasing behavior, as well as between live streaming and purchasing behavior. Conclusions: Influencer marketing and live streaming on TikTok Shop have a significant impact on consumers' purchase intentions and behaviors. Influencers who possess expertise, attractiveness, and credibility are able to build positive perceptions that enhance consumers' intention to buy a product. Additionally, the interactive features of live streaming such as live product reviews and Q&A sessions create a convincing shopping experience, making consumers feel more confident and interested in the featured products. Purchase intention not only serves as the initial step in the decision-making process but also reinforces the influence of influencer marketing and live streaming on consumer purchasing behavior. Limitations: : Limited to TikTok Shop consumers and focused on Skintific products, so the results may be less generalizable to other e-commerce platforms or products. Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of online customer reviews and flash sale promotions on purchase interest in skintific skincare products with consumer attitude as a mediating variable Research methodology: Study uses a quantitative approach with closed questionnaire survey techniques. The reseach sample consisted of students from several universities in Surakarta with data analysis carried out using PLS 3.0 Results: The findings reveal that Online Customer Reviews and Flash Sale Promotions have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest. Additionally, Consumer Attitude acts as a mediator in the connection between these variables and Purchase Interest. Conclusions: Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention, indicating that positive consumer reviews can increase purchase interest. Additionally, Flash Sale Promotions are also proven to have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, showing that sales promotions through flash sale mechanisms are effective in attracting consumer interest. Consumer attitude also plays an important role, as it has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. These findings emphasize the importance of customer reviews, flash sale promotions, and consumer attitudes in shaping purchase intention. Limitations: The study lie in the use of only two variable independent, closed questionnaire method and limited sample coverage to students in Surakarta. Contribution: The reseach helps to advance the field of digital marketing strategies, especially in increasing the effectiveness of online promotions and utilizing customer reviews to encourage purchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing, service quality, and tourist attraction on visit intention at the Museum Karst Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach based on a positivistic paradigm, where data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies. Data analysis included evaluating measurement and structural models to assess validity, reliability, and relationships among variables. The findings indicate that digital marketing, service quality, and tourist attraction have a positive and significant influence on visit intention. It is recommended that the museum enhance digital marketing, train employees to improve service quality, and maintain tourist attractions. Future studies are suggested to increase the sample size and explore other variables to broaden insights into factors affecting visit intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty mediated by Trust among Bank Jateng Sragen customers. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire. The Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis results indicate that Relationship Marketing and Customer Value have a positive and significant effect on Trust. However, Relationship Marketing does not significantly affect Customer Loyalty. Customer Value and Trust positively affect Customer Loyalty, with Trust mediating the relationship between Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty, as well as between Customer Value and Customer Loyalty. The limitations of this study include the focus only on the specified variables and the use of online questionnaires. Future research is recommended to add other variables and utilize interviews for more comprehensive data.

Abstract

Indonesia’s fashion industry remains largely shaped by a linear economic model that privileges mass production and rapid consumption, thereby exacerbating textile waste and intensifying environmental pressures. Although a transition towards a circular economy has become increasingly urgent, this shift is constrained by high implementation costs, systemic complexity, technological limitations, and a persistent gap between consumer awareness and actual purchasing behaviour. This study develops an integrative conceptual framework that brings together Circular Economy (CE), Lean Production (LP), Industry 4.0 (I4.0), and Islamic values through a descriptive qualitative approach grounded in an extensive literature review and critical analysis. The findings indicate that lean production, when implemented without alignment to circular principles, may inadvertently reinforce linear fast fashion practices. By contrast, reconceptualising lean production as sustainable lean production, supported by I4.0 technologies, can reduce the costs associated with reverse logistics while effectively managing the complexity inherent in circular systems. Islamic values function as an ethical foundation that strengthens commitments to sustainability, transparency, and responsible consumption behaviour. Overall, the proposed framework offers a coherent pathway for simultaneously reconciling economic efficiency with environmental responsibility.

Abstract

This study examines how digital transformation reshapes the competitiveness of the creative economy, with particular reference to the architectural subsector, through the lens of the Resource-Based View (RBV). It adopts a qualitative descriptive approach based on a critical literature review of internationally reputable journals, synthesising conceptual developments, empirical findings, and contemporary scholarly debates. The analysis focuses on three interrelated dimensions: (1) the evolution of architectural creative practices and services in the digital era, (2) the emergence of new creative business models, and (3) strategic approaches to strengthening subsectoral competitiveness. The synthesis indicates that digital transformation within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) ecosystem driven by BIM-enabled workflows, cloud-based collaboration, and data-driven services such as digital twins has prompted a shift in value creation away from project-specific deliverables towards more standardised, replicable, and knowledge intensive creative services. From an RBV perspective, technology alone does not generate competitive advantage. Rather, competitiveness arises when firms effectively orchestrate strategic resources such as creativity, professional experience, digital literacy, reputation, and knowledge assets into organisational capabilities. These capabilities include the standardisation of digital processes, quality control systems, contract and risk governance, and intellectual property management. Such capabilities underpin business model innovation, including the productisation of services, data-driven advisory offerings, and mechanisms for recurring value capture. Collectively, these developments enhance differentiation and enable architectural firms to scale and extend their market reach.Keywords: creative economy; architectural subsector; digital transformation; resource-based view; business model innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh TPB determinants, persepsi kualitas produk, dan ketersediaan produk terhadap niat pembelian snack bar organik, dengan healthy lifestyle sebagai mediator, pada mahasiswi muslimah Surakarta. Survei kuantitatif melibatkan 302 responden purposive, dianalisis menggunakan inferential statistics. Hasil mengindikasikan attitude dan subjective norms positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap gaya hidup sehat, sementara behavioral control, product quality perception, dan product availability berpengaruh signifikan positif. Healthy lifestyle secara signifikan memediasi efek determinan tersebut pada purchase intention, menegaskan peran lifestyle sebagai nexus kognitif-afektif antara TPB determinants dan keputusan konsumsi produk fungsional berbasis kesehatan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemampuan individu dalam mengendalikan perilaku, kualitas produk yang baik, serta kemudahan akses merupakan faktor utama dalam mendorong gaya hidup sehat dan meningkatkan minat beli produk makanan organik di kalangan mahasiswi muslimah.

Abstract

Studi ini diarahkan untuk mengkaji hubungan kausal antara adaptasi proses produksi, respons pelaku usaha terhadap dinamika permintaan pasar, serta inovasi pengembangan produk dengan keberlanjutan usaha, yang dimediasi oleh diversifikasi pangan lokal pada UMKM penghasil gula semut. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif melalui metode survei terhadap 250 unit UMKM gula semut. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Temuan empiris mengindikasikan bahwa penyesuaian dalam proses produksi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap upaya diversifikasi pangan lokal. Penyesuaian Cara Produksi dan Pengembangan Produk Baru berpengaruh negatif terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha, sedangkan Tanggapan terhadap Permintaan Pasar berpengaruh negatif terhadap Diversifikasi Pangan Lokal tetapi positif terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha. Diversifikasi Pangan Lokal memediasi pengaruh Penyesuaian Cara Produksi secara signifikan, berperan negatif sebagai mediator Tanggapan terhadap Permintaan Pasar, dan tidak memediasi Pengembangan Produk Baru. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya strategi adaptif produksi, respons pasar, dan pengelolaan diversifikasi pangan lokal yang matang untuk mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM Gula Semut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran kesehatan dan pengetahuan produk terhadap minat beli produk jamu, dengan sikap konsumen sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan dari 305 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran kesehatan dan pengetahuan produk tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat beli. Namun, kesadaran kesehatan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap konsumen, dan sikap konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap minat beli. Selain itu, sikap konsumen terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh kesadaran kesehatan terhadap minat beli, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara pengetahuan produk dan minat beli. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembentukan sikap positif konsumen merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan minat beli produk jamu. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran produk jamu sebaiknya tidak hanya menekankan aspek informasi produk, tetapi juga diarahkan pada upaya membangun sikap konsumen yang positif terhadap produk.

Abstract

Label halal merupakan salah satu strategi yang penting dalam memastikan kepercayaan konsumen, khususnya di negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar seperti Indonesia. Di sisi lain, pemasaran digital berfungsi sebagai alat yang efisien untuk menjangkau konsumen muda dan memperluas pangsa pasar untuk produk pangan lokal. Dengan manfaat tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan label halal dan pemasaran digital terhadap minat konsumen untuk membeli produk pangan lokal serta kontribusinya dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di wilayah Solo Raya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dimana data dikumpulkan secara acak dari masyarakat di wilayah Solo Raya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel yang diuji yaitu penerapan label halal dan pemasaran digital digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketertarikan konsumen untuk membeli produk pangan lokal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi labelisasi dan promosi digital yang tepat dapat meningkatkan konsumsi produk lokal, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap penguatan ketahanan pangan nasional.
