Abstract

This community service activity wants to improve teachers' skills in the Preparation of PTK Class Action Research for the Development of Professional Skills of Economics Teachers of Vocational High School BISTEK. This community service activity was carried out directly face-to-face with the attendance of teachers by being given training on the use of classroom action research in an applied manner. Nowadays, the facts found in the dynamics of the world of education are still concerning. One of them is that technological advances are not directly proportional to the progress of teachers' skills. Based on the findings of the lecturer team of the economics education study program at Pamulang University at SMK Bistek, especially economics teachers, around 80% of teachers still use manual references. One of the things that can be done by lecturers of the economic education study program at Pamulang University at SMK Bistek, is through socialization and training assistance to teachers as a form of PKM. The implementation of socialization of the use of reference managers was carried out from 19 to 21 October 2023. The method of approach to solving problems is carried out through the transfer of knowledge. After this community service activity is completed, teachers at SMK Bistek can take advantage of classroom action research so that they can facilitate the preparation of teaching materials. Abstract

This study investigates the BAZNAS Microfinance Desa (BMD) Sigi program’s impacts on the material and spiritual well-being of the Mustahiq (zakat beneficiaries). The quantitative CIBEST model and qualitative observation were performed on 100 households recruited using a random sampling technique. The results show that BMD Sigi’s program positively impacted Mustahiq’s material and spiritual well-being, with increases of 35.39% and 10%, respectively. The welfare index rose 19%, and the material poverty index fell by 1%. Both spiritual poverty and the absolute index fell by 6% and 12%, respectively. Our direct observation further supports the quantitative findings, showing that monitoring and technical support provided by BMD Sigi is crucial for the successful implementation of the program. This study contributes to the novelty of measuring the impact of zakat distribution on productive means using quantitative and qualitative approaches with particular evidence from a post-disaster area.JEL Classification: D64, I38, L31, Z12How to Cite:Hasanah, U., Anwar, S., & Ardiansyah, M. Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Kabupaten Bogor. Penderita tuberkulosis mengalami perubahan fisik dan penurunan kemampuan fisik, penyakit seperti ini biasanya mempengaruhi rasa percaya diri mereka. Penderita tuberculosis seharusnya memiliki keinginan untuk mandiri dan sadr akan pentingnya berobat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian dan kualitas hidup terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Dramaga Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan cross sectional, dan respondennya berjumlah 45 pasien tuberkulosis. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah partial least square. Pada penelitian menunjukkan dengan nilai p_value 0,027 bahwa kemandirian mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan ajuran pengobatan pada pasien tuberkolosis. Terdapat pengaruh kualitas hidup terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan pasien tuberkulosis adalah p value sebesar 0,001. Idenpendensi diketahui mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan pasien tuberculosis di puskesmas Dramaga adalah kualitas hidup pasien dengan hasil p value sebesar 0,005. Faktor terpenting yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan pasien Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Dramaga adalah kualitas hidup pasien.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kinerja perawat pelaksana. Hipotesis yang diusulkan adalah apakah: a) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap motivasi kerja, b) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kepuasan kerja, c) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja, d) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, e) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, f) terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa jalur/ Path Analysis untuk mendapatkan jalur-jalur yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih dengan sampel 142 responden dengan respondennya adalah perawat pelaksana. Hasil penelitian tersebut membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana. dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel perantara.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan spiritual, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja perawat pelaksanaABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the spiritual and moral intelligence for job satisfaction and performance of nurse implementers. The hypothesis proposed are: a) There is spiritual togetherness towards work motivation, b) spiritual perfection on job satisfaction, c) there is spiritual ability to performance, d) there are influence to job satisfaction, e) performance, f) there is influence of job satisfaction on performance. This study uses path analysis / Path Analysis to get the pathways that affect the performance. This research was conducted at Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih with sample 142 respondents with the respondent is nurse executor. Abstract

Menua atau menjadi tua adalah suatu keadaan yang terjadi dalam fase kehidupan manusia. Dengan bertambahnya umur pada lansia, fungsi fisologi maupun organ tubuh akan mengalami penurunan akibat proses penuaan sehingga penyakit tidak menular banyak muncur pala lanjut usia, salah satunya Hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh teknik massage effleurage terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 18 responden yang diambil menggunakan Teknik non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknik effleurage dalam rangkaian massage dapat meningkatkan sirkulasi darah dengan nilai p Value < 0,05. Pemberian Teknik massage effeurage sudah dapat memberikan efek yang maksimal terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik dari responden. Perawat komunitas dapat memodifikasi pemberian intervensi kepada lansia dengan Hipertensi, selain dengan pengobatan farmakologi tetapi juga dengan terapi non farmakologi yakni terapi teknik massage effleurage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dalam era Metaverse. Fokus utama adalah untuk memahami bagaimana AR dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa, memperluas batas-batas ruang kelas konvensional, dan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih imersif, dinamis, dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan studi literatur mendalam untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang konsep AR, pemanfaatannya dalam pendidikan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis AR sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dalam era Metaverse menghasilkan dampak positif yang signifikan. Integrasi AR memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan konten pembelajaran dalam lingkungan 3D yang menarik dan realistis, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, retensi informasi, dan eksplorasi konsep-konsep abstrak dengan cara yang lebih visual dan konkret. Selain itu, personalisasi pembelajaran berdasarkan gaya belajar individu juga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan relevansi dan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, penggunaan AR dalam pendidikan dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menyenangkan, mendalam, dan adaptif, sesuai dengan tuntutan metaverse yang menekankan pada eksplorasi, kolaborasi, dan kreativitas dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership styles, organizational culture, and innovation on the performance of private educational institutions in Bogor City. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 150 respondents using structured questionnaires. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression, and moderation analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and innovation significantly contribute to school performance, with innovation being the strongest predictor. Furthermore, the study finds that a strong organizational culture amplifies the positive effects of transformational leadership. These findings highlight the critical roles of leadership, culture, and innovation in enhancing the performance of private schools. The study provides valuable insights for school leaders and policymakers seeking to improve educational outcomes in private institutions.

Abstract

A condition called hypertension affects the blood vessels when the patient's systolic and diastolic blood pressures are more than 140 and 90 mmHg, respectively. Pain scale and blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients can be affected by religious music therapy and progressive muscle relaxation techniques that stretch muscles and increase calmness. The research design used was a quantitative pre-post quasi-experiment with a control group. This study involved 32 hypertensive elderly residents of Bengkulu Tresna Werdha Social Home as the population. Then the respondents were divided into two groups: 16 people in the intervention group and 16 people in the control group. For six consecutive days, the intervention group received a combination of progressive muscle relaxation and religious music therapy for 15 minutes every day. The findings showed that the cytolic, diastolic, and pain scales in elderly people with hypertension decreased after being given combined therapy with progressive muscle relaxation and religious music therapy (p value = 0.000). It is hoped that the results of this study can provide knowledge about complementary therapies that can be given to the elderly suffering from hypertension.

Abstract

Rapid social change and technological developments require global education systems to transform to remain relevant and effective. This study aims to examine how education reform can be realized through adaptive curriculum, utilization of technology, and strengthening the role of teachers. Using a qualitative approach through literature studies and comparative analysis, this study analyzes various models of education reform from several countries, such as Finland, Singapore, South Korea, Estonia, the Netherlands, and Australia. The results show that a competency-based adaptive curriculum provides flexibility in learning, allowing students to develop 21st-century skills, including digital literacy, critical thinking, and adaptability. The integration of technology, such as artificial intelligence and digital platforms, supports personal and collaborative learning, although its implementation is still hampered by infrastructure in many developing countries. In addition, strengthening teacher capacity through continuous training is key to the success of reform, ensuring that teachers are able to adopt technology and innovative teaching methods. This study offers a holistic framework for global education reform, combining technology, flexible policies, and teacher professional development. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive approach that does not only focus on one aspect but rather the integration of the three elements to create an education system that is responsive to social and technological change. The practical recommendations produced will support policymakers and educational institutions in implementing sustainable and inclusive reforms.
