Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the ability to think analytically and the intelligence quotient partially and together with the learning outcomes of PAI students in public elementary schools in Tarumajaya District, Kab. Bekasi. This research uses quantitative methods with correlation research types. This study used random sampling with a sample of 320 students from a population of 1539 students taken from grade 5 in public elementary schools in Tarumajaya District. The results of this study indicate that the research hypothesis is proven to have a value of Py12 > 0, which explains that there is a positive relationship between analytical thinking ability (X1) and intelligence quotient (X2) together with Islamic education learning outcomes of students (Y) at the public elementary school level in Tarumajaya District, Kab. Bekasi.

Abstract

Waste pollution in the Marina Beach area of Semarang has reached a critical stage, threatening ecosystem sustainability and reducing the beach's tourist attraction. The background of this issue prompted a community service initiative aimed at reducing waste volume in the coastal area and increasing public awareness about environmental preservation. The implementation method employed a descriptive-observational approach, including direct beach condition observations, beach clean-up actions, and tree planting as a symbolic environmental restoration effort. The service results demonstrated a significant reduction in waste volume and increased participant awareness of environmental issues. Through provided education, the activity successfully encouraged a shift in community mindset regarding waste management and the importance of environmental conservation. Tree planting contributed to ecosystem damage mitigation efforts, with the hope of providing long-term benefits for coastal environmental sustainability

Abstract

Keefektivan suatu model pembelajaran dapat ditandai dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Salah satunya untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran assure adalah dengan melakukan uji coba dan menerapkannya dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan model assure dalam pembelajaran teks prosedur di kelas IV SD Negeri Peninggilan 06 Kota Tangerang. Produk akhir penelitian ini dipresentasikan kepada 30 siswa dari kelas IVSD Negeri Peninggilan 06. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ada tiga, yaitu kebutuhan pengguna, penilaian ahli, dan efektivitas. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan uji coba diperoleh hasil penilaian ahli untuk aspek media, aspek materi dan aspek lainnya yang dimana masing-masing berkategori sangat baik. Hal ini menandakan bahwa LKPD berbasis proyek ini pada materi teks prosedur sangat layak untuk diuji cobakan ke pangguna dalam proses pembelajaran. Adapun penilaian penggunaan setelah menggunakan LKPD ini yaitu berada pada kategori sangat baik untuk aspek media, materi, dan pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Research with the development of a Professional Flip Pdf based E-Module on Force and Energi Changes for Class IV SDN Sepatan 3 Tangerang Regency in this learning aims to produce a product in the science subject. This development uses the ADDIE model procedure with 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This development also went through a validation stage with material experts, namely by getting a percentage result of 86% with the criteria "Good", media experts with a percentage score of 89% "Very Good", class teachers with a percentage score of 80% "Good", and the results of the large group trial, namely one class with a total of 44 students, obtained a score of 4.44 and a percentage of 88.8% with the criteria "Very Good/Decent". This is also known from the results of the percentage of E-Module use at 88.8%. and the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) value in science learning in class IV is 75. So the conclusion from the development of E-modules in science learning when using professional flip pdf based E-modules on force and energi changes is that there is a percentage increase of 18 .4%. Based on these results, the Professional Flip Pdf Based E-module media product on Force and Energi Changes Class IV can be said to be Very Good/suitable for use.

Abstract

Islamic religious education plays a very important role in shaping the character of Muslims and preventing the spread of intolerance and extremism in Indonesia. The country of Indonesia, which is known for its diversity, faces big challenges in maintaining harmony between religious communities, especially related to the emergence of radical ideologies which often use the name of religion. This research aims to examine the role of Islamic religious education in fighting intolerance and extremism in Indonesia. It is hoped that the moderation approach (wasathiyah) in Islamic religious education can be a solution to overcome beliefs that lead to violence and injustice. Religious education based on peaceful Islamic teachings and respect for diversity can help the younger generation to avoid exclusive and radical attitudes. Apart from that, it is hoped that the integration of Pancasila values ??in Islamic religious education can strengthen the sense of nationality and strengthen commitment to tolerance between religious communities. Through good education, religious teachers have a key role in instilling attitudes of tolerance and moderation, as well as guiding students to understand religious teachings correctly. This research concludes that moderate Islamic religious education, based on the Islamic values ??of rahmatan lil-alamin, is very important to prevent radicalization and promote a peaceful, harmonious and inclusive life in Indonesia. Abstrak Pendidikan agama Islam memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter umat Muslim dan mencegah penyebaran intoleransi serta ekstremisme di Indonesia. Negara Indonesia, yang dikenal dengan keberagamannya, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menjaga harmoni antarumat beragama, terutama terkait dengan munculnya paham radikal yang sering kali mengatasnamakan agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pendidikan agama Islam dalam memerangi intoleransi dan ekstremisme di Indonesia. Pendekatan moderasi (wasathiyah) dalam pendidikan agama Islam diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk menanggulangi paham-paham yang mengarah pada kekerasan dan ketidakadilan. Pendidikan agama yang berbasis pada ajaran Islam yang damai dan menghargai keberagaman dapat membantu generasi muda untuk menghindari sikap eksklusif dan radikal. Selain itu, integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan agama Islam diharapkan dapat memperkuat rasa kebangsaan dan memperkuat komitmen terhadap toleransi antarumat beragama. Melalui pendidikan yang baik, guru agama memiliki peran kunci dalam menanamkan sikap toleransi dan moderasi, serta membimbing siswa untuk memahami ajaran agama secara benar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam yang moderat, berbasis pada nilai-nilai Islam yang rahmatan lil-alamin, sangat penting untuk mencegah radikalisasi dan mempromosikan kehidupan yang damai, harmonis, dan inklusif di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the flipped classroom-based SAVI learning model on children's problem-solving skills. This research is a type of meta-analysis research. The eligibility criteria in this study are: a) the research must be published in 2022-2024; b) this research was obtained through the Google Scholar database; Mendeley; ScienceDirect; and Wiley; c) the research must be relevant; d) the research must have complete data to calculate the effect size value; and the sample size > 30 participants. The data in this meta-analysis is analyzed with the help of JASP and Microsoft Excel applications. The results of the analysis of 19 effect sizes concluded that the summary effect size value ( d = 1.077 ; z = 8.172 ; p < 0.001) of the effect size category was strong. These findings show that the application of the effectiveness model of the flipped classroom-based SAVI learning model has a positive influence on children's problem-solving skills

Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of Zam-zam water trade in Padangsidimpuan City, while the Saudi Arabian government prohibited the export of Zam-zam water. This causes people to suspect that the quality of Zam-zam water circulating in the market is not the same as the Zam-zam water found in Mecca. Therefore, research needs to be carried out to answer these concerns. This research aims to analyze the mineral content of labeled packaged Zam-zam water circulating in Padangsidimpuan City compared with Zam-zam water brought from Mecca City. The mineral concentrations tested were sodium and chloride. This research uses laboratory experimental methods, including quantitative analysis. According to the type of research, the data analysis technique used is to compare the concentration of each mineral in the water labeled Zam-zam with the mineral concentration in the Zam-zam water used as a control. The research results showed that Zam-zam water obtained from Mecca City contained 42.4 mg/L chloride, 2.06 mg/L sodium, while the labeled Zam-zam water circulating in Padangsidimpuan, namely sample 1, contained 160.7 mg/L chloride. sodium 2.06 mg/L in sample 2 contains 50.5 mg/L chloride, sodium 2.17 mg/L. The three Zam-Zam samples circulating in Padangsidimpuan that have been tested show that the quality of Zam-Zam water is suitable for consumption based on determining a good water quality test, namely at the suitability threshold.

Abstract

Thesis of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang 2023. This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative script model on the descriptive essay writing skills of fifth grade students at SDN Joglo 09 West Jakarta. This research is a type of experimental research in the form of a quasi-experimental. The variables of this study consisted of the independent variables of the cooperative script model and the dependent variable, namely descriptive essay writing skills. The population in this study was the fifth grade students at SDN Joglo 09 West Jakarta, totaling 64 students consisting of 32 VA class students as the control class and 32 VB class students as the experimental class. Learning the skills of writing descriptive essays using the cooperative script model is better than the conventional learning model

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of differentiated learning in the Natural and Social Sciences Project (NSS Project)ith a focus on aspects of substances and their changes. The application of this learning model is directed at realizing the Pancasila student profile of the dimensions of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character by emphasizing the moral element towards nature. The research method used was experimentation with a control class and an experimental class. Differentiated learning is applied to the experimental class, while the control class receives conventional learning. Based on the results of the N-gain score test calculation, it shows that the average N-gain score for the experimental class (differentiated learning approach) is 57.1599 or 57.2%, which is in the quite effective category. With a minimum N-Gain value of 29.63% and a maximum of 89.67%. Meanwhile, the average N-Gain score for the control class (conventional learning) was 32.3181 or 32.3%, which was included in the ineffective category. With a minimum N-gain score of 10.875 and a maximum of 54.35%. So it can be concluded that the use of a differentiated learning approach is quite effective in increasing the profile of Pancasila students in the dimensions of faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble moral.

Abstract

Abstract  Notary protocol is a collection of documents that constitute state archives that must be properly stored and maintained by the notary in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. The obligation to keep the Notary protocol is to safeguard the authenticity of a deed by keeping the deed in its original form. Force majeure can pose challenges to the notary's ability to fulfil their obligations which may lead to the destruction or damage of deed minutes. Force majeure can be in the form of fire. This research examines the legal framework governing the obligations and responsibilities of notaries with respect to deed minutes within the notary protocol and investigates the legal accountability of notaries for deed minutes destroyed by fire, a force majeure event. This study employed a normative legal approach which involved literature reviews on Notary Protocols and Archives, utilising a statutory approach. The approaches adopted in this research are statutory approach and conceptual approach. Data collection techniques involved interviews and literature studies. Primary data were gathered through interviews, while secondary data were derived from various sources such as literature, books, and relevant laws and regulations. The research findings indicate that if the Notarial Deed Minutes were destroyed due to force majeure circumstances such as a fire, the notary could not be held legally accountable in civil, criminal, and administrative aspects as it did not fulfil the elements of fault and negligence on the part of the notary, and the destruction fell outside the notary's control. This study also highlights the need for formal legal regulations governing Notary Protocols in force majeure situations and clear and systematic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to address storing Notary protocols to guarantee legal certainty for notaries and all parties involved.AbstrakProtokol Notaris adalah kumpulan dokumen yang merupakan arsip negara yang harus disimpan dan dipelihara oleh Notaris sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Kewajiban dalam menyimpan protokol Notaris untuk menjaga keauntetikan suatu akta dengan menyimpan akta dalam bentuk aslinya. Dalam keadaan memaksa dapat membuat Notaris tidak dapat menjalankan kewajiban tertentu yang mengakibatkan minuta akta Notaris itu musnah atau rusak. Keadaan memaksa dapat berupa kebakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Menganalisis pengaturan kewajiban dan tanggung jawab Notaris terhadap minuta akta sebagai bagian dari protokol Notaris dan menganalisis pertanggungjawaban hukum Notaris terhadap minuta akta dalam protokol Notaris yang musnah akibat kebakaran sebagai keadaan memaksa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka tentang Protokol Notaris dan Kearsipan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konsep. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan studi pustaka. Data primer bersumber dari wawancara, dan data sekunder bersumber dari literatur, buku-buku, maupun undang-undang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa apabila Minuta Akta musnah disebabkan keadaan memaksa (force majeure) seperti kebakaran, maka Notaris tidak dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban hukum secara perdata, pidana dan administratif karena tidak memenuhi unsur kesalahan dan kelalaian Notaris didalamnya dan ini terjadi di luar kuasanya. Saran yang diberikan penulis adalah diperlukannya aturan hukum yang mengatur terkait protokol Notaris dalam keadaan memaksa dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas serta sistematis untuk tata cara penyimpanan protokol Notaris agar menjadi jaminan kepastian hukum bagi Notaris dan Para Pihak.
