Abstract

This research aimed to determine the antibacterial fungi endofitic isolate of Gracilaria verrucosa type Rhodophyta that antibiotic as potential by Bioautography-TLC Method. The result of fungi endofitic isolate, obtained that 7 active isolates and purified by quadrant method on potato dextrose agar medium obtained 5 active isolates (isolate 1, 2, 3, 5, 6). The result of the screening of fungi endofitic isolate by cakram method possessed that the biggest inhibitory zone is isolate 2 and isolate 6 by 25 mm at Streptococcus mutans. The test results of fungi endofitic isolate activity by Bioautography-TLC obtained Rf 0.07 0.23, 0.56, 0.78, 0.81 and 0.94 value actif inhibited Bacillus subtilis, Shigella disentry, Streptococcus mutans and Eschericia coli. And the identification results of the chemical component shown that the actif compound at isolate 2 and isolate 6 given result positif alkaloid.

Abstract

A research on antibacterial activity assay of sticky ethanolic extract from taro tuber (Colocasia esculenta) has been conducted in order to determine the antibacterial activity of ethanolic extract of the stem Colocasia esculenta against several assay bacteria use TLC-Bioautografi. Results of antibacterial activity screening showed that the ethanol extract of te Colocasia esculenta at a concentration of 1 mg/ml exhibited inhibitory activity against bacteria of Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aerugginosa, Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysentriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus mutans, and Vibrio cholera. Test result showed by TLC-Bioautography using the eluent n-hexane : ethyl acetate (4:1) obtained Rf 0.38 value providing activity to Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aerugginosa, Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysentriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus mutans, and Vibrio cholera. The results of identification of active chemical component showed that the ethanolic extract of the stem of Colocasia esculenta on Rf 0.38 value was te alkaloid using dragendorf as the reagent.

Abstract

Antibacterial activity test has been done on Phytocrenemacrophylla Blume stem ethanol extracts. The aim of the research was to determine the antibacterial activity of  Phytocrenemacrophylla Blume Stem Ethanol extracts delivered from Gowa District of South Sulawesi by means of Agar Diffusion. The results of the screening antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts of stem Phytocrenemacrophylla Blume possessed activity against Escherichia coli, Streptococcus mutans, and Pseudomonas aeroginosa. At the minimum inhibitory concentration tests used the concentrations of 0,2%, 0,4%, 0,6%, 0,8%, 1%, 5%, 10%, and 15% of the bacteria Streptococcus mutans, Pseudomonas aeroginosa, and Escherichia coli can inhibit 0,2%. At the minimum kill concentration test against the bacteria Streptococcus mutans and Pseudomonas aeroginosa inhibited at the concentration of 0,8% and the bacteria Escherichia coli at the concentration of 1%. The test results of antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of stem Phytocrenemacrophylla Blume at the concentrations of 0.8%, 1%, and 5% inhibited the growth of bacteria. The biggest inhibitory zone of the test conducted, that is, at the concentration of 5% by 16 mm against to the bacteria Pseudomonas aeroginosa and Streptococcus mutans, and 14 mm to Escherichia coli.

Abstract

Antibacterial activity test has been done on Colocacia esculenta L leaves fractions. The aim of the research was to determine the antibacterial activity of Colocacia esculenta L leaves fractions delivered from Pare-Pare District of South Sulawesi on Salmonella thypii and Staphyllococcus aureus by means of vacuum liquid chromatography and Bioautographic-TLC. Results of fractionations of the ethanol extract by the former method using eluent of 100 mL n-hexane, n-hexane:ethyl acetate (10:1; 1:1), 100 mL ethyl acetate, ethyl acetate:methanol (10:1; 1:1) and 100 mL methanol were obtained 7 fractions. Bioautographic-TLC assay then carried out on the obtained fractions they were fraction 3,4,5,6 and 7 respectively and obtained Rf value 0.80 was possessed antibacterial activity on both tested bacteria.

Purpose- This study aims to analyze the effect of product uniqueness on impulsive purchases with price variables as intervening variables Design/methodology/approach- Quantitative methods are used to explain the relationship between variables with multiple regression analysis.Findings- Product Unique Variables and Price Variables affect the Impulsive Purchase variable, the Price Variable affects the Impulsive Purchase variable. And the price variable is not an intervening variable between the Unique Product variable and the Impulsive Purchase variableImplication/Limitation - Then the company can prioritize the Product Uniqueness variable first because it provides the greatest influence compared to the price variable in creating Impulsive Purchases. Abstract

Isolation of bacterial cellulose from fruits in traditional market of Makassar have been done. The objective of this research is to adding diversity of microorganism that can producing cellulose and observe it?s both optimum temperature and pH. First step is isolation of bacteria from Watermelon, Papaya, Cantaloupe, Mango, Dragon fruit, and Banana that found in traditional market in Makassar using Hestrin-Schramm (HS) agar. Each colony bacteria have been separated to making pure culture using HS agar then the colony was screening in HS broth to obtain colony bacteria that producing cellulose. Screening test found that 10 isolate that can produce cellulose which is MB-B02, MS-B01, MS-B03, NB-B03, PB-B01, PB-B02, PB-B03, PB-B04, PS-B01, and PS-B03. Then the colony that producing cellulose was optimize its temperature and pH. Cellulose obtained from optimization was measure it?s weight to determine optimum temperature and pH. Based from optimization found that 250C was optimum temperature for MS-B01, MS-B03, NB-B03, dan PB-B04, and 370 was optimum temperature for MB-B02, PB-B01, PB-B03, PS-B01, dan PS-B03, meanwhile for isolate PB-B02 optimum both in 250C dan 370C dan pH optimum for all isolate is pH 6

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analysis chemical coumpounds active isolate of Colocacia esculenta L.’s leaves IDTK01 using infra red spectrophotometer. The fractionation of the ethanolic extract of Colocasia esculenta L’s leaves using liquid vacuum chromatography obtained 7 fractions. Active fraction was B fraction isolated from the active coumpound by TLC-preparative from 3 different isolate, IDTK01, IDTK02 dan IDTK03. IDTK01 isolate was tested its antibacterial activity using TLC-bioautography with eluen n-hexane:ethyl acetate (10:1) and its active against Salmonella thypi with Rf value 0.98. Active isolate IDTK01 was analyze its active bacterial coumpound using infrared spectrophotometer and the results is hydrogen bond, hydroxyl functional group (OH), aryl/ aromatic (C=C), aliphatic (CH2), Ether aldehyde (C-O), and pyridine.

Abstract

Walnut seeds (Canarium indicum L.) contain tannin, flavonoids, carotenoids which is potentially fungtioning as antioxidants. The research aimed to examine the antioxidant activity of fermentate extract of walnut seeds endophytic fungi by autography-TLC. The result of the endophytic fungi isolation in Walnut seeds (Canarium indicum L.) obtained 5 isolates with characteristics. The test result of screening free antiradical activity obtained that isolate 4th was active as an antioxidant indicated by the presence of brown spots with the addition of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl 0.004%. Isolate 4th was fermented using Maltosa Yeast Broth (MYB) medium to obtain fermentate supernatant and mycelia. The Fermentate of supernantant of isolate 4th was extracted to obtained supernantant of ethyl acetate extract. Based on the result of free antiradical activity test of ethyl acetate fermentate extract isolate 4th by autography-TLC using ethyl acetate: methanol: water eluent (6:2:1), obtained Rf 0.78 value active as free antiradical by spraying 1,1diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazil 0.004%.

Abstract

The Savings and Loans Cooperative is under the management of BUMDes Jaya Makmur and is engaged in a productive economy. The problems are the Ability of Financial Bookkeeping, Financial Governance, Low Public Interest. The field of financial accounting, namely how to improve the ability of employees to do financial bookkeeping. The solution taken is a common understanding of the need for a bookkeeping system in KSP management, providing financial system training for employees, providing assistance. The field of financial governance, namely how to implement information technology to implement financial governance. The solution is to install financial applications, provide training on the use of KSP financial applications, implement financial applications, assist in the use of applications. Areas of increasing public interest, namely How to increase public interest in borrowing and saving money to BUMDes Savings and Loans, the solution given is a common understanding of the use of technology, implementation of a transparent financial system, assistance in implementing the membership system. The use of information technology in the management of KSP increases productivity and efficiency of performance and governance, increases member satisfaction, increases transparency, and better management accountability.

Abstract

Object Tracking adalah proses mengikuti posisi dari suatu objek yang diinginkan. Noise perlu dikurangi bahkan dihilangkan karena noise selalu muncul dalam proses pengiriman informasi pada setiap sistem komunikasi. Hal ini mengakibatkan informasi yang diterima sering mengalami gangguan sehingga hasilnya tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Untuk mengatasi noise pada sebuah citra digital perlu dilakukan usaha untuk memperbaiki kualitas citra. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunaan untuk mengurangi  noise adalah Kalman Filter. Metode ini telah dibuktikan oleh peneliti sebelumnya dalam mengestimasi sebuah proses melalui mekanisme control umpan balik dalam penerapan kasus hand (motion) tracking, tetapi performansi dari segi keakuratan dan waktu respon pada sistem masih kurang baik. Secara umum telah diperoleh sebuah aplikasi dalam mendeteksi sebuah objek image (brosur) dalam memperoleh data pengukuran. Data diperoleh dari hasil tracking camera sehingga diperoleh data tracking. Selain itu diperoleh perbaikan noise dengan menggunakan metode kalman filter sehingga diperoleh informasi kestabilan dalam proses tracking.
