Abstract

Background: One of the most important human organs in the respiratory system is the lung. The main function of the lung is the respiration process, which is responsible for pumping air into the body. The health of the lung organs is very important, because if this organ is disturbed it will affect the health of the rest of the body. One of the diseases that attacks the lungs is Tuberculosis (TB). TB disease can be cured, but if it is delayed in getting treatment it can increase the risk of death. Method: This research developed a Smear Negative Pulmonary Tuberculosis diagnosis model using the Deep Learning method using the Faster R-CNN algorithm. The data used in this research are x-ray images of the lungs at the Jakarta Repository Center - Indonesian Tuberculosis Eradication Center (JRC-PPTI) clinic, totaling 220 datasets. At the preprocessing stage, the images used for training and testing were used with a size of 1280 x 1280 to see the effect on the accuracy of the prediction results of the Faster RCNN model. The test results are in the form of accuracy values that reflect the performance of the Faster RCNN model in classifying normal (without TB) and abnormal (with TB) test data. Results: The research implementation carried out the training process and testing process for 75% of training images, and 25% for testing images. Training images are labeled using the Img label. In the testing stage of the faster RCNN model, the accuracy value was 62.04%, precision was 40.00%, recall was 64.52% and F1-score was 49.38%. Conclusion: From the results of this research it is concluded that the Faster RCNN model test results using the ResNet 50 model have an accuracy value of 62.04%, Precision of 40.00%, Recall of 64.52% and F1-score of 49.38%.

Abstract

All fields have been upheld by innovation, particularly in the realm of training in the instructing and learning cycle to decide the nature of college graduates. In the realm of instruction, Raharja School has carried out iLearning learning techniques to accomplish learning objectives. Understudies are given growth opportunities utilizing the iLearning strategy which is a learning interaction utilizing the Ten iLearning IT Support points (TPI) media. Be that as it may, iLearning learning is viewed as ineffectual where numerous understudies don't speak with teachers as well as absence of data regarding addresses. Consequently, another learning strategy is made for the educating and learning interaction to be more powerful and can be created, the presence of gamification in internet learning is to urge understudies to be more energetic as well as an option in getting sorted out and molding learning circumstances to be seriously interesting and not dreary, with the goal that it tends to be tomfoolery and assemble character for understudies in taking part in web-based addresses, the presence of a leaderboard as a degree of understudy movement is likewise valuable to figure out how dynamic understudies are in chipping away at tasks and understanding the talk material given by the speaker.

Abstract

In the realm of business, one of the most crucial components in establishing a company's success is promotion. As a result, producers will engage in various sorts of promotions, which will be costly. It's not only promotion from one individual to the next. Social media is now frequently employed as a digital marketing approach. Universities recruit students in the same way that businesses do. Promotions are run to boost the number of prospective students who apply to the college. The education sector in Indonesia will be virtually completely crippled by the year 2020. The government is urging the entire community to exercise physical distance in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak, which is causing great concern among Indonesia's entire population. Universities all around Indonesia are having difficulty operating as a result of this. Almost all colleges have implemented work-from-home policies, which impede academic and non-academic activities and prevent new students from enrolling. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a significant reduction in the number of potential students enrolling at universities. Universities have a hard time promoting and introducing themselves to the general population. Universities can use digital marketing media to promote higher education as one solution. The purpose of this study is to conceptually examine digital marketing strategies to Improve Higher Education Promotion. The research method used is descriptive research. The findings of this study indicate that social media materials play a major role.

Abstract

This study compares Logistic Regression and Random Forest in predicting e-commerce customer churn. Utilizing the E-commerce Customer dataset, it navigates the complexities of customer interactions and behaviors, offering a rich context for analysis. The methodology focuses on meticulous data preprocessing to ensure data integrity, setting the stage for applying and evaluating Logistic Regression and Random Forest. Both models were assessed using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-Score, and AUC-ROC. Logistic Regression showed an accuracy of 90%, precision of 91% for class 0 and 82% for class 1, recall of 98% for class 0 and 50% for class 1, F1-Score of 94% for class 0 and 62% for class 1, and AUC-ROC of 0.88. Random Forest, with its ability to handle complex patterns, demonstrated higher overall performance with an accuracy of 95%, precision of 95% for class 0 and 93% for class 1, recall of 99% for class 0 and 74% for class 1, F1-Score of 97% for class 0 and 82% for class 1, and an AUC-ROC of 0.97. This comparative analysis offers insights into each model's strengths and suitability for predicting customer churn. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of machine learning applications in e-commerce, guiding stakeholders in enhancing customer retention strategies. This research provides a foundation for further exploration into the digital social dynamics that shape customer behavior in the evolving digital marketplace.
