Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di MTs Al Hidayah Purwokerto Barat dari sudut pandang guru dan siswa, dengan menggunakan kerangka konseptual Social Learning Theory (SLT). Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap guru mata pelajaran dan siswa, serta observasi kelas. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa mayoritas guru dan siswa mengekspresikan pandangan optimis terhadap fleksibilitas Kurikulum Merdeka yang memungkinkan adaptasi metode pengajaran sesuai kebutuhan siswa, serta pendekatan kontekstual yang meningkatkan relevansi materi dengan kehidupan nyata. Guru terdorong untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendorong berpikir analitis, kreatif, dan kolaboratif melalui pembelajaran observasional dan interaksi sosial dengan rekan-rekan yang sukses dalam menerapkan kurikulum baru ini. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengungkap adanya persepsi netral dan negatif dari sebagian guru dan siswa, serta hambatan seperti kurangnya sumber daya, sarana prasarana, dan pelatihan yang memadai bagi guru. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya dukungan lebih lanjut dari pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan dalam menyediakan pelatihan, fasilitas, dan pendampingan yang memadai guna mengatasi hambatan tersebut dan memastikan keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas Kurikulum Merdeka dalam mendukung pembelajaran di MTs Al Hidayah Purwokerto Barat, serta mengeksplorasi dinamika persepsi guru dan siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor sosial dan lingkungan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Social Learning Theory.

Abstract

The digital era has fundamentally transformed the paradigm of education. Nowadays, students not only interact with learning materials but also with various digital platforms that offer access to unlimited resources and information. This research aims to analyze the role of social support in enhancing motivation and psychological well-being of students from the perspective of Education in the digital era. The research method employed in this study is a literature review with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data for this study were gathered from Google Scholar spanning from 2013 to 2024 through a focus on the keywords social aspects, motivation, psychological well-being of students, education, and the digital era. The results of the study indicate that social support is a crucial factor influencing the motivation and psychological well-being of students in the context of education in the digital era. Despite the continuous evolution of technology, genuine human relationships and emotional support remain key pillars in shaping positive learning experiences. Social support emanates from various sources, including peers, family, faculty, and academic communities. The expansion of technology usage enables the preservation of social connections, although it is important to note that the quality of interactions in the virtual world may not always be equivalent to face-to-face interactions.

Abstract

Conventional educational management systems often face limitations in handling student data, curriculum, and other academic processes, leading to difficulties in effectively monitoring and enhancing students' academic performance. With the rapid advancement of information technology, the use of management information systems in educational contexts has become increasingly crucial. This research aims to examine the management and utilization strategies of management information systems in enhancing students' academic performance. The methodology employed in this research is a literature review using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is utilized to present characteristics, patterns, and trends emerging from data obtained from articles published on Google Scholar between 2007 and 2024. Theme identification is one of the research data analysis techniques. The main themes in the article were identified, focussing on aspects such as information systems, education management, and student academic performance. The study results indicate that the utilization of Management Information Systems (MIS) has demonstrated a significant role in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across various fields, including education. In the educational context, the management of MIS can be a key factor in improving students' academic performance

Abstract

This research was triggered by researchers' interest in the ability of young or elementary school children to be able to recite the Al-Quran through tartil, fluently, and using recitation correctly. The aim of this research is to understand how the Qiroati method is applied at the Bustanu Usysyaqil Quran Islamic Elementary School in Lesmana Village, Ajibarang District. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research subject is the management of learning management at the Bustanu Usysyaqil Quran Islamic Elementary School, while the research object is the students' ability to read the Al-Quran. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection instruments include observation sheets and interviews with administrators, school principals and student parents. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The success of this research was assessed by increasing positive learning behavior as well as students' ability to read the Koran and memorize it. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dipicu oleh ketertarikan peneliti terhadap kemampuan anak usia dini atau masih SD yang dapat melafalkan Al-Quran melalui tartil, fasih, dan menggunakan tajwid yang benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana metode Qiroati diterapkan di SD Islam Bustanu Usysyaqil Quran di Desa Lesmana Kecamatan Ajibarang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah pengelolaan manajemen pembelajaran di SD Islam Bustanu Usysyaqil Quran, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah kemampuan peserta didik dalam membaca Al-Quran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi dan wawancara dengan pengelola, kepala sekolah, dan wali murid. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Keberhasilan penelitian ini dinilai dari peningkatan perilaku belajar yang positif serta kemampuan membaca Al-Quran dan hafalan peserta didik.

Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in driving the economy through job creation, enhanced competition, and innovation. Entrepreneurship education can enhance individuals' abilities to start and manage their own businesses. This research aims to explore how human resource education can serve as an essential driver in advancing economic progress through entrepreneurship exploration. This study is a literature review using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data were gathered from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024 through keywords HR Education, Economic Progress, Entrepreneurship. The study results indicate that human resource education plays a crucial role in driving a country's economy through harnessing entrepreneurial potential. Education is not only about transferring knowledge but also shaping character, skills, and attitudes that support innovation and competitiveness. In an increasingly interconnected global context, education also serves as a bridge between local innovation and the global market, creating an inclusive and sustainable environment for economic growth

Abstract

Humas adalah fungsi manajemen yang membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang baik dan bermanfaat antara organisasi dengan publik yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan atau kegagalan organisasi tersebut. Salah satu strategi Upaya membina hubungan baik dengan public ekternal humas SMP Islam Al Irsyad Gandrungmangu adalah dengan mengadakan sosialisasi ke beberapa sekolah, yang bertujuan untuk mencari calon siswa baru yang berkualitas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan suatu situasi proses dan gejala-gejala atau objek yang sedang diamati, wawancara dilakukan penulis beserta observasi untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil riset menunjukan keberhasilan Humas SMP Islam Al Irsyad Gandrungmangu dalam meningkatkan kualitas calon siswa baru melalui beberapa strategi yang terdiri atas melakukan kompetisi, bersosisalisasi ke sekolah, yang dilakukan setiap tahunnya. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari semua sekolah dan calon siswa baru SMP Islam Al Irsyad Gandrungmangu.

Abstract

A good principal is a principal who pays attention to the development of his teachers, including teacher professionalism. Leadership functions are: determining goals, explaining, implementing, choosing the right method, providing and stimulating members to work. Based on observations made by the author at MAN Purbalingga, the school's management of the educational institution carried out by the principal is very good. The principal is responsible for the progress of education in the school. The school principal makes various efforts to improve the performance and professionalism of teachers, so that they can achieve the vision, mission and goals of the school. The type of research that the researcher conducted used qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The object of this research is the school principal's efforts to improve teacher performance and professionalism. Research subjects are people from whom information sources can be taken. The subject of this research is the Principal of the Purbalingga State Madrasah Aliyah School.

Abstract

Ketidak fahaman masyarakat desa Nusajati akan esensi tradisi ngupati bahwa  tradisi ini bukan kegiatan yang membawa kemudharatan, tetapi merupakan doktrin wahyu untuk mengokohkan kebenaran wahyu ilahi dan mampu memberikan pendidikan tauhid kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa tradisi ngupati sebagai upaya untuk memberikan pendidikan tauhid masyarakat desa Nusajati kecamatan Sampang kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitain kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Nusajati Kecamatan Sampang Kabupaten Cilacap dengan subjek penelitian diantaranya tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, dukun bayi, pelaku tradisi, dan masyarakat sekitar. Kajian ini beragumentasi bahwa tradisi ngupati memberikan spiritual support kepada ibu hamil. Selain itu tradisi ngupati memberikan inovasi pendidikan tauhid kepada masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal melalui metode FGD (Focus Group Discussion) dengan konsep tarbiyah yang bertujuan menciptakan generasi yang peka terhadap lingkungan. Pendidikan tauhid dengan konsep calistion creativity (ta’lim) mengandung tuntutan dan anjuran dalam Islam, konsep calistion character building (ta’dib) bahwa manusia dilahirkan ke dunia untuk menjadi ‘abdullah dan khalifah. Serta model pendidikan keagamaan holistik tercerminkan melalui filosofi bahan dan makna dari tradisi ngupati yang memuat aspek agama, intelektual, sosial, kreativitas dan seni

Abstract

Civic Education (PKn) plays a significant role in enhancing community welfare through active and meaningful social participation. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, using data from 19 selected scholarly articles from 2010-2024 sourced from Google Scholar. The findings show that PKn is capable of building the public’s understanding of their rights and duties as citizens, instilling values of solidarity, tolerance, and mutual cooperation, and encouraging active participation in decision-making and the management of local resources. Case studies such as community-based waste management in Sukunan Village and the development of a tourist village in Pentingsari emphasize that effective PKn programs can improve the economic and social welfare of communities. However, PKn implementation faces challenges such as limited resources, lack of policy support, and the need for adaptation in the digital era. This research recommends strengthening policies, integrating technology, adopting contextual approaches, fostering multi-party collaborations, and conducting monitoring and evaluation to optimize the role of PKn in creating sustainable community welfare.
