Abstract

Undeniably, the study focusing on akhlaq education is important to conduct, and one of the moral educations is gratitude. The purpose of this present study is to find out the meaning of gratitude based on the Qur'anic digital thematic study and its implications on akhlaq education in elementary school. This study employed a qualitative approach and digital Qur`anic thematic methods. Based on the results of the study, the terms gratitude were revealed in 43 verses of the Quran (Arabic) and 68 verses of the Quran (Indonesian Translation). The meaning of gratitude based on the Qur`anic digital thematic study of the Quran is considered as the value of the core character. Gratitude is commanded for humans who have been given the favor of faith and Islam, have been following the Messenger of Allah Salla Allah ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam, have been granted good sustenance, have been obliged to carry out various types of worship, and they will be granted forgiveness of their sins if they repent. However, most people in fact denied the various favors granted to them. In the bottom line, as an implication, it is obvious that gratitude is highly important to be learned, understood, trained and put into practice from the early age. Inevitably, it can be realized through the existence of formal education institutions, especially primary school level.

Abstract

This article tries to present a map of the geographic distribution of the followers of Islamic fiqh schools, especially Madzãhibu al-Arba’ah al-Mu’tabarah, namely the Hanafî school, Mãlikî school, Syafi’i school, and Hanbalî school throughout the world. The spread of Islamic fiqh schools of al-mu’tabarah has reached various parts of the world from the birth of the first generation until today. Fiqh is one of the essential aspects that Islam is very concerned about. The legal aspects produced by the jurists who are istinbathed from the texts both al-Qur’an and hadith have colored the lives of Muslims in religious life. Hanafî, Mãlikî, Syafi’i, Hanbalî and others schools are manifestations of the Islamic scholars’ concern for the practice and rules of worship so that they become a bridge in the framework of taqarrub to Allah SWT through role models exemplified by Rosulullah SAW. This research study uses a Literature Review approach using interactive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the fiqh schools at least had their own unique regional bases that were not owned by the others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual Maqãshid Syari’ah developed by an Egyptian fiqh expert Muhammad Abdul Athî Muhammad Ali, and its implications in reconstructing fiqh as an effort to respond to the symptoms of new social phenomena in today’s society. Recently, there have been many community social activities labeled as Islam, but at the practical level, they are indicated to be contrary to the principles of Islamic teachings. One of these phenomena is Ta’arruf online, where Ta’arruf has become a new lifestyle for some Muslims, especially those who have just made the hijrah process. However, this phenomenon is alleged to be another method to get a partner to marry quickly, which the Ikhwan (male) uses to trick the Akhwat (women) who vent their lust or lust. The theory developed by Abdul Athî, a senior scholar at Al-Azhar University in Egypt, attempts to reconstruct the thinking paradigm of the millennial generation in viewing online ta’arruf as a symptom of a social phenomenon. The limited understanding of the millennial generation towards religion sometimes triggers and gives birth to new problems. Through a library study of his main work entitled Al-Maqãshid Al-Syar’iyyah wa Atsãruhã fî Al-Fiqh Al-Islãmî and several other works as well as data analysis by Miles and Huberman, the results show thatIn the perspective of Al-Athi’s maqãshid Sharia, producing a fiqh law today must be built with the principle of prudence, supported by an in-depth study of the condition of society, so that a clear fiqh rule is born that can solve solutions, not problems.

Abstract

Practicum is an important part of PAI learning activities. Some research results show that PAI learning practicum is too much oriented to the cognitive aspect. This study aims to describe PAI learning at SD Negeri Cibabat Mandiri 5 by using descriptive approaches and methods. The results showed that the PAI practicum in the odd semester RPP in the even class consisted of 13 practicums covering aqidah, shari'ah and morals. Planning starts from the objectives, materials, methods, and evaluation. The facilities used are also limited. The practicum process is carried out online which includes planning, implementation, and follow-up involving teachers, students and parents. The assessment consists of practical tests, observations and assignments using several assessment tools such as the Al-Qur'an, Asmaul Husna books, PAI textbooks, prayer guide books, videos about exemplary stories of the Prophet, and Islamic cultural history books. The results of the practicum are known to all students achieving scores above the KKM.

This article discusses the prevention of sexual harassment through the media of da'wah and how to optimize it. This study uses a quantitative approach. Methods of collecting data by means of a survey using a questionnaire. The results showed that 100% of respondents agreed that social media was the most effective medium in the current era in spreading da'wah against sexual harassment. However, efforts to prevent sexual harassment through social media are still not optimal. Therefore, there are several things that da'wah activists need to do in broadcasting sexual harassment, including publishing da'wah content on a regular basis, focusing on da'wah content oriented to the formation of the aqeedah of the people, and conducting social campaigns through social media. Keywords: Sexual Harassment, Social Media, Da'wah Media

Abstract

Hypocritical people are basically those who disobey God, and His Apostle, even though they are born believers. In another view, hypocrisy is interpreted as a two-faced attitude and appears differently from the circumstances it craves. In the hadith it is mentioned that the sign of a hypocrite is threefold: When he speaks lying, when he rains down he disavows, and When he is believed he betrays. Then how is the hypocritical human nature mentioned in the Quran. The author uses the quran's digital thematic approach to find verses related to hypocritical human characters. The most fundamental feature of hypocritical man is his concern between faith and disbelief and his ability to make a firm and clear attitude with regard to the beliefs of tawhid. This is because he is a person who lacks confidence. They cannot make a firm and clear decision to join the believers or with the musyrikins.
