This study aims to analyze the role of teaching methodology and performance in teacher training. The researcher used the document analysis method. This study involved 100 teachers. The results of the study concluded that the balance between academic standards and the diversity of students' intellectuality needs to be considered, this can create holistic and contextual learning. Teachers need to have comprehensive knowledge and skills in subject matter, teaching methodology, and readiness to adapt to student needs and learning contexts. Thus, education is not only about teaching materials but also about time management, creating student enthusiasm and motivation, and adjusting teaching methods. To ensure that all students can understand and master the material, teachers must prepare thoroughly and continuously.

The main objective of this study is to optimise the documentation process for simulator administration in compliance with regulatory norms. This will allow both the simulator administrator and operations administrator to efficiently strategize the utilisation of the simulator, while also providing management with easy access to documented results. The research methodology utilized in this investigation is the ADDIE research model, which encompasses Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this research illustrate that the Flight Simulator Management System (FSMS) information system operates effectively, incorporating various menu pages. These menu pages include a dashboard, simulator schedule, simulator checklist, simulator log book, simulator maintenance, simulator malfunction, reports, database summary, cadet data, flight instructor data, and user data. The results of the validation of the three experts have an average value of 3.41 or are classified as good criteria. These results are obtained by looking at the usability aspect with an average value of 3.27, while the design aspect obtains an average value of 3.53, and the operational aspect obtains an average value of 3.44. the validation results of ten users have an average value of 3.37 or are classified as good criteria. These results were obtained by looking at the truth aspect with an average value of 3.30, while the effectiveness aspect obtained an average value of 3.34 and the operational aspect received an average value of 3.47.

Daerah Keamanan Terbatas (Security Restricted Area) di bandara berperan dalam mencegah akses tidak sah dan aktivitas kriminal di sekitar bandara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi desain Daerah Keamanan Terbatas dan pengendalian akses (Access Control) di Bandara Banyuwangi yang dioperasikan oleh Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, dan analisis dokumen terkait regulasi dan standar keamanan bandara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Badan Usaha Bandar Udara (BUBU) atau pengelola bandara bertanggung jawab atas keamanan di sisi udara, namun melalui Memorandum of Understanding, tanggung jawab tersebut didelegasikan kepada Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi. Ditemukan kelemahan dalam pengendalian akses dan pengamanan di sisi udara yang dioperasikan oleh Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi, termasuk kurangnya penjagaan pada beberapa pintu akses dan belum adanya pemetaan Daerah Keamanan Terbatas. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki pengendalian akses dan pengamanan di Bandara Banyuwangi yang dapat meningkatkan keamanan operasional udara dan reputasi bandara.

The Merdeka Curriculum constitutes an innovative educational approach that responds to evolving societal and technological demands within the Society 5.0 framework. This study conducted a comprehensive review of existing literature to gain insight into the Merdeka Curriculum's underlying philosophy and assess its contribution to basic education. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum is designed to foster the development of essential 21st-century skills required in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. To ensure effective implementation, it is necessary to effect changes in the educational paradigm, develop teacher competencies, and garner support from various stakeholders. The Merdeka Curriculum presents an invaluable opportunity to cultivate students with the requisite attributes to thrive in an era of accelerating technological and social change. This literature study offers a nuanced understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of basic education that is pertinent to the challenges of the present moment.

The study of Aqidah has been found to be of great importance in the education of students. The scope of Aqidah that allows students to form noble morals will result in them becoming qualified humans in all aspects of life. From the perspective of Aqidah, which plays a role in the formation of human morals, it can be said that humans can avoid despicable morals as a manifestation of the teachings of Islamic Aqidah. The morals derived from the Qur'an and hadith serve as the foundation for the development of spiritual values, which in turn produce quality generations. Aqidah and morals are inextricably linked; noble morals serve as a reflection of a person's personality and can elevate one's status. Moral education can be considered a form of moral education within the context of Islamic education. The objective of this study is to examine the learning of moral creed among students at XYZ School, and to assess the efficacy of this learning in fostering the formation of religious character. The study employs a multi-methodological approach, including observational techniques, in-depth interviews, and the analysis of documentary materials. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of moral creed learning at XYZ School has a significant impact on fostering the realization of student morals. The cultivation of character education is a value that should be embraced as a foundation of nationhood, as it serves as a cornerstone for Indonesian children to cultivate the requisite qualities to thrive as citizens of a nation, in alignment with the character values that are reflective of the nation's cultural heritage.. It is a highly effective approach that enables students to learn how to have morals towards themselves, to parents, to fellow friends, and to the wider community, which can be applied in everyday life.

The throttle is a device on the Cessna 172s training aircraft which is used to increase the amount of air used during combustion. To help overcome difficult throttle adjustments, special tools are needed in the form of a tracker. The existence of representative and useful tools to make things easier and save costs is really needed, therefore research to create work aids currently needs to be increased. Tool testing is also very important in knowing the maximum working point of the tracker tool which can determine properties such as shear elastic modulus, torsional yield strength and rupture modulus. The torsion test results consist of two parameters, namely the torsional moment parameter and the shear stress parameter. The tool that has been created in this research will analyze torsional strength using simulation.

This research assesses the competency and skill requirements for Seaplane aircraft maintenance in the pilot education program at the Indonesian Pilot Academy Banyuwangi. Utilizing qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and direct observation, the study involves students and teachers in the pilot education program. Analysis reveals crucial competencies for students, encompassing a profound understanding of Seaplane aircraft systems, adept problem-solving during operations, and the capacity for quick and precise decision-making. Special skills, such as adaptability to complex working conditions and meticulousness in maintenance procedures, are also deemed essential. The research identifies alignment between the academy's curriculum and Seaplane aircraft maintenance needs, yet highlights specific areas requiring enhancement. The study recommends strengthening the curriculum and teaching methods to better address competency and skill needs. Implementing these recommendations is anticipated to elevate the quality of graduates, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the challenges of Seaplane aircraft maintenance in the aviation industry.

Noise is a sound that causes sound violence and disturbs humans. In the aviation industry, noise affects flight safety and success because it can interfere with the concentration and performance of flight cadets. In addition, high intensity can also cause stress and fatigue in flight cadets, reducing their ability to maintain focus and respond to critical situations. This study aimed to analyze the impact of noise produced by engine sounds and radio signals on pilots. The results of this study on the aircraft dashbord sound noise value is greater because the aircraft dashbord clan is located adjacent to the engine while the smallest noise value is found in data retrieval in the back seat because it is farther from the engine. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan take off performance antara pesawat yang telah dimodifikasi menjadi pesawat seaplane (amfibi) dan pesawat Cessna standar sebelum dimodifikasi. Komparasi dilakukan menggunakan data dari flight data recorder Garmin G1000 dengan flight data logger. Data yang dipilih adalah berdasarkan pada satu pesawat yang sama, yakni dengan registrasi PK-APH, namun data difilterisasi dengan berbagai kondisi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh modifikasi seaplane (amfibi) yang telah dilakukan dari segi fase climbing, perbandingan ground roll, maksimal ground speed serta maksimal airspeed. Analisis menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara pesawat sebelum dan setelah dimodifikasi menjadi pesawat seaplane. Sebelum modifikasi, pesawat mencapai ketinggian 478,4 kaki diatas permukaan laut dalam 60 detik setelah lepas landas, sedangkan setelah modifikasi hanya mencapai 355,7 kaki di atas permukaan laut. Ground speed pada detik ke-20 juga berbeda, dengan pesawat sebelum modifikasi mencapai 60,69 knots dan pesawat seaplane hanya mencapai 48,65 knots. Perbedaan terlihat pada airspeed awal saat take-off, di mana pesawat sebelum modifikasi memiliki angka 71 knots pada detik ke-24, sedangkan pesawat seaplane memiliki angka 66 knots.

Transportasi udara sebagai bagian dalam sistem tansportasi nasional berkepentingan dalam membangun transformasi digital dan berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari dinamika pelayanan publik yang diarahkan dalam rangka menuju pelayanan berkelas dunia (world class) dengan mendasari pada aspek keselamatan, kapasitas dan efisiensi, keamanan, pembangunan ekonomi dan pelindungan lingkingan. Pendekatan strategiimplementasi yang dapat dielaborasikan dengan mengkapitalisasi sumberdaya software (infostructure & operation system transformation – transformasi menuju pemenuhan kepatuhan terhadap ICAO SARPs, int’l best practices maupun domestic legislation/ regulations), hardware (governance & portfolio transformation - transformasi menuju ekosistem tata kelola publik yang baik secara digital) dan brainware (human capital transformation – transformasi berbasis human capital) dari organisasi serta optimalisasi interface sains dan teknologi serta lingkungan strategis terkait secara terarah, teratur dan terintegrasi melalui metode implementasi kebijakan 4 (empat) "C" yaitu Cooperation (kerjasama pemangku kepentingan), Consensus (kesepakatan dan persetujuan pemangku kepentingan), Compliance (kepatuhan pelaksanaan perundangan, norma dan etika), dan Commitment (keteguhan menjalankan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi).
