There are various problems experienced by cadets at the Indonesian Aviator Academy (API) Banyuwangi, one of which is the effect of engine vibrations on the pilot of the cessna 172s aircraft. Vibration is a physical factor in the workplace that comes from the work equipment used. The impact of vibration on humans mainly occurs in certain parts of organs such as: chest, head, jaw, nerves and other joints. In general, exposure to mechanical vibrations in the body can cause disturbances in comfort at work, accelerate the occurrence of work fatigue and the emergence of disturbances to occupational health. The discomfort that affects the cadets at the Indonesian Aviator Academy (API) Banyuwangi affects the causes of fatigue that can cause plane crashes. This study aims to determine the effect of engine vibration on the performance of the pilot of the cessna 172s aircraft. The results of this study were based on questionnaire data obtained from cadets, 50% of 25 respondents answered that they had felt numbness in the hands when holding the steering lever of the aircraft and felt anxious when there was excessive vibration. The condition experienced can be a safety risk for pilots and cadets if the existing problem is not quickly given a solution to the solution.

On the Job Training Flight Operation Officer Relationship with Job Readiness. In this study there are two variables X (On the Job Training Flight Operation Officer), variable Y (Job Readiness) at PT Citilink Indonesia in Cengkareng City. The purpose of this study is to measure the relationship between, On the Job Training Flight Operation Officer PT Citilink Indonesia in Cengkareng City and job readiness of Indonesia Aviation Academy Banyuwangi (APIB) Cadets. The sampling technique in the study was carried out with the Solving formula with a sample of 38 cadets D-III Aircraft Operations Indonesia Aviation Academy Banyuwangi at PT Citilink Indonesia in Cengkareng City. Data analysis uses the pearson product moment correlation test which is used to test independent variables and dependent variables. Based on the results of data analysis using the pearson product moment method, a value of 0.881 with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 which means it has a very high and significant relationship between, On the Job Training Flight Operation Officer and job readiness. So, it can be concluded that On the Job Training Flight Operation Officer is very closely and significantly related to job readiness.

Technological developments often support the development of learning methods, where currently the implementation of e-learning is quite common. Do not miss inclusive school Students can be helped in their education through the use of this technology, namely the use of Augmented Reality. This study aims to look at the implementation and potential that can be provided by the presence of Augmented Reality for inclusive education. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study were obtained from the library study method. The results of this study then found that Augmented Reality cannot be implemented in general as a learning medium in schools like other e-learning media. However, the use of Augmented Reality can help educators to provide knowledge for students. In the case of inclusive education, generally, the presence of Augmented Reality has a positive impact and is liked by students. This shows that the existence of Augmented Reality can be useful as a learning medium for inclusive education.

This research aims to develop a "Digitalize Training Administration" application to support Medan Aviation Polytechnic in realizing the vision of "Smart Vocational Training Centre". This application is designed to replace the conventional education administration system with an integrated system that is easy to use. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. As part of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic, the Aircraft Maintenance Technology Study Program (TPPU) plays an important role in vocational education and has been certified as an Approved Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization (AMTO) by DKPPU. However, the management of AMTO currently faces various challenges that need to be addressed, including issues in administration and accessibility. The implementation of this application has proven to be able to improve the quality of AMTO management in a systematic and organized manner, achieving the expected efficiency. This application simplifies the management of schedules, registration, and monitoring and evaluation of education administration. It is hoped that this application can assist Medan Aviation Polytechnic in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of education implementation, and encourage the formation of a modern and innovative "Smart Vocational Training Centre".
