Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, (2) Know the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) Know the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction jointly on employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a sample size of 63 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the Organizational Culture variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, the value of t count> t table which is 3.193> t table of 1.671. The Job Satisfaction variable has a significant effect with a t value of 4.857> t table of 1.671. Simultaneously the organizational culture and job satisfaction variables on employee performance with F count of 17.935 this shows F count (17.935) > F table (3.150). Based on the results of this study, it is also known that the independent variables together or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City. Therefore, if organizational culture and job satisfaction continue to be improved, it will certainly improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out how the influence of work stress on employee performance, (2) find out how the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) find out how the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance of PT Sinar Galesong Pratama Makassar City. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a sample size of 102 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS 25 data to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that Job Stress has a significant effect on employee performance, the t value of the stress variable is 3.940> t table of 3.088. That the t count of the motivation variable is 3.454> t table of 3.088. simultaneously work stress and work motivation variables on employee performance with F count of 16.326 this shows F count (16.326) > F table (1.660). Based on the results of this study, it is also known that the independent variables together or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Motivation of PT Sinar Galesong Pratama Makassar City. Therefore, if Employee Performance continues to be considered and improved, it will certainly improve more optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives on employee performance at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. The problem in this study is that the company's production decreases every year due to declining employee performance because there are still employees who neglect the responsibilities given by the company. The benefit of this research is to be taken into consideration by the company in identifying problems so that prevention and solving of these problems can be carried out. The type of research used is quantitative using a simple regression analysis method. The population and sample in this study are all employees at PT. pp. London Sumatra Indonesia Bulukumpa District Bulukumba Regency which amounted to 40 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. so that it can be concluded that if the provision of incentives is given to employees appropriately, it will make employees more enthusiastic and active at work so that employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

The research methodologies used were descriptive verificative and explanatory survey. The technique used was cross section. This means the research was conducted in a certain period of time to 72 respondents through interview and questionnaire. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on data analysis, this research shows that : external environment (economy, politics, law, technology and sosiocultural), internal environment (resources, organization culture, and structure), business partnership (capital, nurturing, management and business correlation) and small business work performance in the view of Balanced Scorecard (perspective of finance, customer, internal business process, learning ang growth) in small scale industry in South Sulawesi have significant influence among others; 1) external and internal environment give significant influence to partnership and work performance; 2) external and internal environment give significant influence to partnership of small scale noodel industry in South Sulawesi; 3) business partnership gives significant influence to work performance of small scale noodle industry in South Sulawesi; 4) business partnership, internal and external environment, partially and simultaneously, give significant influence to work performance of small scale noodle industry in South Sulawesi; 5) internal environment gives more influence to small scale work performance then external environment and business partnership.

Abstract

Mitra Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah pemilik usaha ternak kambing. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menganalisis Kelayakan Keuangan Usaha Ternak Kambing sebagai Usaha Keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan mengggunakan kombinasi ceramah dan praktek. Peserta terdiri atas pemilik usaha ternak kambing kampung di Desa Batulaya Kecamatan Tinambung Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Teknik pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang dicapai dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) pemilik usaha sudah memiliki mindset jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga penyuluhan menciptakan jiwa kewirausahaan ini dapat mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan kreatifitas dan inovatif pada pelaku usaha dengan mengimplementasikan skill yang dimiliki, (2) pemilik usaha sudah memiliki pengetahuan dalam menjalankan usahanya sesuai dengan konsep analisis kelayakan usaha yang baik dan benar (3) pemilik usaha sudah mampu menjalankan pola pemeliharaan kambing yang dilakakan dengan intensif dengan memperhatikan pakan dan pengendalian penyakit, (4) pemilik usaha dapat mampu meningkatan nilai ekonomis usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee organizational commitment at PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 60 employees who were employees in the Maintenance Department of PT. Vale. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, T test and F test. The results of the study after the data were processed with SPSS.23 showed that there was a positive influence between the variables Physical work environment (X1), Non-physical work environment (X2), Financial compensation (X3) and Non-financial compensation (X4) on Organizational Commitment variable (Y ) which can be shown through the results of the T test, namely the variable X1 has a t count of 3.970 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X2 has a t count of 3.254 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.002 <0.05. Variable X3 has a t count of 4.653 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X4 has a t count of 3.392 > 2.004 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) in the form of Shopee COD advertisements on Purchase Decisions in the Shopee Marketplace. This type of research is quantitative with. the population is all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University and a sample of 99 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analytical method in this study uses instrument tests (validity test, reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test), coefficient of determination test, and t test. The results of the analysis found that Shopee Advertising SMMA had a positive and significant effect on decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Quality of Work Life on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and associative research designs. The research sample consisted of 60 employees of PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. The results of the research after the data were processed using SPSS software showed that the Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. The simple regression equation used is Y = 27,905 + 0,292, and the relationship is significant with a p-value of 0.000, which is less than the specified level of significance (0.05). In addition, the t-count value of 2.080 is also greater than the t-table value of 2.000. Furthermore, the R Square value of 0.069 indicates that the Quality of Work Life variable contributes an influence of 6.9%, while the remaining 93.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The Darussalam Paceti (MI) Madrasah Organization did this research on the management of organizational behavior in 2017/2018. This paper explains the organizational behavior of madrasah management in MI in 2017–2018 in terms of human resources, challenges, and solutions. aims of the study 1) Describe the organization's management of madrasah conduct for a full year during the 2017–2018 MI personnel management implementation. 2. Examining Challenges and Their Resolutions The findings of this study show that (1) Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) has been designed; all activities are analyzed or comprise mental abilities, talents, and work experience; and (2) Madrasah Organizational Behavior in the Implementation of Good HR Darussalam Pacet. introduction, excellent manners, neglecting family ties and giving priority to professional accomplishments and talents, academic and extracurricular achievements, and manners. Evolution; to alter behavior through workshops, education, and training in order for changes and improvements to happen. control; There are a number of school activities, student status, infrastructure, teachers, programs, and amenities that take place each month. three stages of court decision-making: monthly breaks, the conclusion of each semester, and the end of the academic year. There is no need for lectures; graduates do not need to be taught; lecturers who do so are not qualified in their disciplines, lack leadership, and receive poor evaluations. the use of academic and nonacademic possibilities in organizational emphasis, training, workshops, and teacher education development.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen pada PT Cogindo Daya Bersama PLTU Barru. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap pada PT Cogindo Daya Bersama PLTU Barru sebanyak 155. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan sampel dengan formula Slovin di mana setelah melewati perhitungan ditarik jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 orang karyawan dengan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian model SPSS menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Komitmen Karyawan; terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap variabel Komitmen Karyawan; terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Motivasi Kerja terhadap variabel Komitmen Karyawan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut bahwa Lingkungan kerja fisik dan Lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan karena lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan komitmen karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Karyawan karena pengaruhnya dapat membantu tumbuh kembang komitmen karyawan.
