Abstract

By concentrating on recruitment, selection, placement, training, development, compensation, and evaluation, this study aims to investigate the implementation of human resource planning, recruitment, training, compensation, and management assessment at the Robbani Integrated Islamic School. South Sumatra’s Robbani Ogan Ilir Integrated Islamic School served as the site of this qualitative study. The topic was the person being interviewed, and the researcher was the primary tool. Field notes, papers, and interview scripts were used to gather data. In-depth interviews, participant observation, and recording were the main methodologies employed in the study, which took a cyclical, meaning-based, and emic viewpoint approach. Data reduction, presentation, and conclusion strategies were used in data analysis. The findings of a study on human resource management at SIT Robbani Ogan Ilir highlight several key elements, including systematic recruitment, training, compensation, and assessment as well as strategic development planning. Core skills are the focus of the Robbani People Development Program. Contract employees are paid a set wage, while permanent employees are paid a regular salary. Compensation is differentiated based on job status. Additionally used are performance review and evaluation management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how teacher performance in junior high schools in Simpangkatis District, Central Bangka Regency, is influenced by teacher work discipline and school principal academic supervision. 77 instructors from junior high schools in Simpangkatis District, Central Bangka Regency, made up the sample size. Purposive sampling was used in the sampling process, with some teachers from junior high schools in Simpangkatis District, Bangka Tenga Regency, serving as the respondents. To collect data, questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale measuring 85 statement items were distributed. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method utilized for analysis. The study’s findings indicate that teacher work behavior and the principal’s academic oversight have an impact on how well teachers perform. Second, teacher work discipline has an impact on their performance. Third, the academic oversight provided by the principal has an impact on teachers’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of an ICT-based management information system as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the effectiveness of student learning. This research is qualitative and was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang, Muara Enim Regency, south Sumatera Province. techniques for collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the application of management information systems at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang in learning activities is generally ICT-based. The application of a manual or physical-based management information system is only carried out to overcome the obstacles that occur in the delivery of information on learning activities. The application of an ICT-based sim can be seen in all computerized data, management, and delivery of information on learning activities by using Google Classroom, WhatsApp groups, Telegram, PowerPoint, learning videos (YouTube), Quizizz, Wordwall, Web-Learning, and blogs so as to increase effectiveness in learning. To overcome the obstacles of ICT-based learning that cannot be overcome, the delivery of information is done manually or physically in the form of hard copies of materials, learning assignments, evaluations, and library books.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the leadership of the principal and the school’s committee on the quality of learning. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Cluster 1 in Sungaiselan District. The type of this research is quantitative. The sample in this study was a teacher at SD Negeri Cluster 1 in Sungaiselan District, totaling 54 people. The technique used in this study is a questionnaire. The results of the study concluded that (1) there was a significant influence on the leadership of the principal on the quality of learning. Based on the significance test, the value of t count is 2,476 > t value of table 2.004, then Ha is accepted. (2) There is a significant influence on the school’s committee on the quality of learning. Based on the significance test, the value of t count 7,115> t value of table 2.004, then Ha is accepted. (3) There is a significant influence together with the leadership of the principal and school’s committee on the quality of learning. Based on the results of the ANOVA test, an F-count of 1754,085 was obtained with a significant level of 0,000, then f count > F-table (1754,085 > 2.78) so H0 was rejected. If H0 is rejected, the conclusion is that there is an influence between independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This research aims to influence the school culture and the leadership style of the school principal towards the performance of teachers in the state Junior high School in subdistrict Gelumbang. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. Analysis of the data used is a double linear regression analysis. Data analysis results concluded that: (1) A partial school culture had a significant effect on the teacher’s performance; (2) A partial variable of leadership style significantly affected the teacher’s performance; and (3) simultaneously the school culture and leadership style of the headmaster has a significant impact on the performance of teachers in the state Junior high School, Gelumbang sub-district

Abstract

The science laboratory is one of the facilities and infrastructure in schools that must be well maintained because it is the place where teachers and students carry out science learning activities through practicums. The characteristics of science learning include living and non-living objects, it is abstract, so it is very difficult for students to understand if the learning that takes place does not run optimally and efficiently. Practicum is an inseparable part of science learning subjects. Laboratories are needed as a place of learning to provide real experience to students as a supporting factor in implementing science learning. This research aims to identify and describe planning, management, management, movement, management, and supervision of science laboratories and obstacles in learning carried out by SMP Negeri 34 Palembang with descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews with informants, and documentation as supporting data. This research can be concluded based on the results of the research. The management functions of laboratory management in science learning at SMP Negeri 34 are; The planning and management of the science laboratory has been carried out well, the organization of the management of the science laboratory has a laboratory organizational structure, the organizer of the management of the science laboratory has implemented the work plan well, and supervision of the science laboratory has been carried out by the school principal and supervisor through. Obstacles to implementing science laboratory management in student learning consist of Limited funds, laboratory managers who have multiple jobs, lack of management staff, lack of motivation, and lack of supervision by laboratory staff.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of creativity and competence on the performance of Early Childhood Teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. The sample size taken was 53 early childhood education program (PAUD) teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely, where the respondents who were taken were some PAUD teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 90 statement items. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is an influence of teacher creativity on teacher performance. Second, there is an influence of teacher competence on teacher performance. Second, there is a simultaneous influence of teacher creativity and teacher competence on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal’s leadership and work climate on the performance of junior high school teachers in Simpangkatis District, Central Bangka Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study with 76 respondents taken from all junior high school teachers in Simpangtis District. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 72 statement items. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with hypothesis testing using simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) there is an influence from the principal’s leadership on teacher’s performance; 2) there is an influence of the work climate on teacher’s performance; 3) there is an influence from the principal’s leadership and work climate on teacher’s performance with a contribution of 37.3%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the effect of academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher competence, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results achieved from the research that has been done state that partially academic supervision can have a positive and significant influence on teacher competence MTs Negeri throughout Palembang City; as well as with other partial tests that teacher work motivation can have a positive and significant influence on teacher competence; Meanwhile, the simultaneous test stated that academic supervision and teacher work motivation were able to have a positive and significant influence on teacher competence in MTs Negeri throughout Palembang City with a high level of influence.

Abstract

This research was conducted to provide an in-depth description of the implementation of supervision organized by the PrincipaI of MTs Negeri 2 Palembang together with the supervisor team. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The result achieved from the research carried out is that the implementation of supervision has been carried out weII at MTs Negeri 2 Palembang, as evidenced by the stages or procedures carried out in a structured or systematic manner. The implementation of supervision has been scheduled as stated in the annual program of MTs Negeri 2 Palembang. Therefore, every process of the implementation of supervision has been able to reach the things needed to improve the quality of education. The supervision implemented at MTs Negeri 2 Palembang has a good impact on the implementation of education, as stated by the teachers that it is important to continue to carry out supervision so that there is supervision and control in every running process. The implementation of supervision also provides benefits for teachers to improve their professionalism as professional educators.
