Abstract

Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) kini semakin luas di berbagai bidang dan membawa dampak besar pada cara sistem mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Namun, model AI yang rumit sering membuat sistem ini sulit dipahami oleh banyak orang. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah dalam hal kejelasan, kepercayaan, dan kemampuan AI untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) yang terlalu teknis, Human-Centered Explainable Artificial Intelligence (HC-XAI) menekankan peran manusia dalam merancang dan menilai penjelasan AI. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi ciri utama metode HC-XAI dan meneliti hubungan desain penjelasan yang berfokus pada manusia, terutama pemahaman, kepercayaan, dan dukungan dalam membuat keputusan. Studi ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) pada 19 publikasi dengan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan HC-XAI dicirikan oleh rancangan penjelasan yang berorientasi pada pengguna, keterlibatan pengguna, dan fokus pada konteks penggunaan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, studi ini mengusulkan konsep HC-XAI yang menempatkan rancangan penjelasan yang berpusat pada manusia sebagai penghubung antara sistem AI, interaksi pengguna, dan dampaknya pada aspek kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) di perguruan tinggi mengalami peningkatan dalam bidang pembelajaran, penelitian dan manajemen kelembagaan. Fenomena ini mendorong akan kebutuhan tata kelola yang mampu memastikan penggunaan AI dapat berlangsung secara akuntabel, etis dan selaras dengan tujuan akademik pada perguruan tinggi. Walaupun beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah membahas kebijakan penggunaan AI di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi, pembahasan mengenai kerangka tata kelola AI yang terintegrasi masih sangat terbatas. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan kerangka konseptual tata kelola AI untuk perguruan tinggi menggunakan metode literatur review pada beberapa artikel publikasi ilmiah yang relevan dan berfokus pada tata kelola AI, kebijakan institusional, penerapan AI di pendidikan tinggi serta standar dan kerangka regulative yang ada dan terkait. Metode literatur review digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola kontribusi, kesenjangan penelitian dan komponen inti dari tata kelola AI. Hasil sintesis dari literatur menunjukkan bahwa dalam beberapa literatur masih terfragmentasi, dengan fokus pada dimensi tertentu seperti pembelajaran, riset dan penjaminan mutu, tanpa memiliki model untuk mengintegrasikan aspek strategis, structural dan operasional. Dari temuan ini, sehingga diusulkan kerangka konseptual berlapis untuk mengintegrasikan dimensi strategi, taktis,operasional dan mengadaptasi standar eksternal dengan syarat legitimasi sosial dan konteks institusi sebagai tata kelolanya. Kerangka konseptual yang diusulkan, diharapkan dapat memberikan landasan teoretis untuk perguruan tinggi dalam merancang tata kelola AI yang sistematis dan adaptif.

Abstract

Tourism village websites often do not fully reflect user needs, resulting in digital services that cannot be optimally utilized by residents and potential tourists. This situation limits access to information and reduces the effectiveness of tourism promotion efforts, especially in villages that are undergoing digital transformation. This study was conducted to identify the overall needs of users and compile data-based feature recommendations for the development of the Bi'ih Village website as a durian tourism village. The research method used a quantitative approach through the distribution of an online questionnaire to 110 respondents consisting of visitors and residents, with five open-ended questions and several structured questions. The data was analyzed using text mining to find dominant words and themes, as well as the K-Means Clustering technique determined through the Elbow method to group user characteristics. The analysis results showed that there were 2,702 tokens and 677 meaningful words, with the highest demand for government information and visual tourism content. The segmentation process produced three main groups, namely Active Supporters (61.4%), Tech Enthusiasts (27.3%), and Moderate Users (11.4%). This study contributes a data-driven approach to designing more relevant and measurable features for tourism village websites. The impact is expected to increase the adoption of village digital services, strengthen tourism competitiveness, and support the acceleration of the Smart Village concept implementation. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of text mining and clustering as the basis for developing user-oriented feature recommendations.

Abstract

Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) merupakan salah satu strategi organisasi untuk mempertahankan budaya yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan melalui proses berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman guna meningkatkan performa serta daya saing. Proses identifikasi, dokumentasi, serta pemanfaatan kembali pengetahuan yang telah diolah memerlukan wadah seperti sistem terintegrasi agar dapat bersaing dengan mengoptimalkan peran Teknologi Informasi (TI) di bidang akademik. Sistem yang diterapkan harus mendukung proses bisnis dan tujuan institusi. Penelitian ini melakukan studi literatur mengenai penerapan knowledge management di perguruan tinggi nasional maupun internasional, serta meninjau kendala dan peluang untuk menerapkan perbaikan knowledge management di institusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi framework knowledge management berdasarkan kondisi terkini Universitas Telkom guna meningkatkan sistem pelayanan dan kinerja kerja untuk mencapai tujuan atau visi perguruan tinggi. Abstract

Scholarly databases operate as everyday workspaces for discovery, screening, and citation management, so small usability frictions can compound into substantial research overhead. This study compares the user experience (UX) of five widely used platforms: Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, DBLP, and SciProfiles. UX is treated as task success in realistic research workflows and confidence in record quality rather than surface level visual design. An integrated evaluation framework combines ISO 9241 usability principles, a ten-heuristic checklist, and a UX honeycomb model, and operationalizes them into eight dimensions and 30 criteria (maximum score 120). Unlike unweighted checklists, the framework uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting to make trade offs among UX dimensions explicit and to support consistent cross platform benchmarking. Criteria cover search and relevance cues, metadata and export reliability, interface consistency, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and credibility signals. Platforms were assessed through task based testing and a structured review of platform guidance and user feedback. Weighted scores were normalized for comparison. Results show a likely advantage for subscription based systems in precision search and metadata handling, with Web of Science ranking highest, followed by Scopus and Google Scholar, while DBLP and SciProfiles score lower yet remain useful for niche needs such as open metadata access and profile oriented discovery. The framework can be reused as a rubric for training, platform selection, and periodic UX audits.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires organizations to quickly adapt and keep up with technological changes and developments to remain competitive. Implementing transformation helps improve performance, efficiency, revenue, and organizational culture. However, the process is complex, difficult, and high-risk. Failure in digital transformation can be highly detrimental due to the significant investments required in terms of material and human resources. Not only do some organizations fail, but many are also able to overcome these challenges and succeed in transforming in the desired direction. One large and successful company in digital transformation is Netflix. This large streaming-based company is interesting to analyze for its achieved success. This study's purpose is to identify and analyze the strategies used by Netflix in overcoming challenges and risks during the digital transformation process. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Information was gathered from journals and articles spanning the last 4-5 years. This search used tools such as Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and an application called Publish Perish8, with keywords like "Transformasi digital," "Strategy digital," and "Netflix" in Indonesian, and "digital transformation," "digital strategy," and "Netflix" in English.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan sistem manajemen pembelajaran berbasis mobile (m-LMS) di pendidikan tinggi dengan menggunakan metode literature review. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang terbagi dalam tiga area utama: teknologi, pedagogis, dan organisasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan infrastruktur seperti perangkat keras yang terbatas dan koneksi internet yang tidak stabil menjadi hambatan besar dalam implementasi m-LMS. Selain itu, faktor kualitas konten, desain aplikasi yang kurang responsif, serta rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan mahasiswa dan dosen turut mempengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan m-LMS. Penelitian ini menyarankan beberapa solusi, seperti pengoptimalan infrastruktur, peningkatan desain aplikasi, serta pelatihan intensif bagi mahasiswa dan dosen. Dengan dijabarkanya beberapa standarisasi maupum masalah mengenai m-LMS, diharapkan dapat mengatasi tantangan yang ada sekarang atau kedepanya dan meningkatkan efektivitas m-LMS untuk menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel, responsif, dan inklusif di pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

The global digital transformation, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the massive adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) architectures, has triggered an exponential surge in the construction of hyperscale data center infrastructures. This growth brings a direct consequence in the form of escalating global energy consumption, positioning data centers among the most energy-intensive industrial facilities in the world. This research presents a comprehensive analysis of the role of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) as a holistic instrument to diagnose, orchestrate, and improve energy efficiency, quantified specifically through the reduction of the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) metric. Utilizing a methodological framework of systematic review and empirical multi-case analysis, this research deconstructs operational thermodynamic dynamics that cause persistent inefficiencies, such as server sprawl resulting in zombie servers and over-provisioning of HVAC systems. Quantitative analysis proves that DCIM intelligence features—including real-time thermal mapping, digital twin prediction, and capacity load optimization—can drastically reduce PUE, with several institutional facilities successfully lowering baseline PUE from 1.83 to 1.51, while cutting cooling loads by up to 48%. In Indonesia, DCIM integration proves highly crucial to fulfilling mandates of SNI 8799:2020 and SPBE guidelines, and mitigating peak load resilience risks for PT PLN (Persero). This research proposes a computing infrastructure governance paradigm focused on total automation of the thermal power supply chain to achieve globally competitive green infrastructure.

Abstract

This study evaluates user perceptions of two Indonesian learning applications, Ruangguru and Pahamify, through lexicon-enhanced aspect-based sentiment analysis of 14,768 Google Play reviews published between 2020 and 2025. EduAppLex-ID, a pilot domain lexicon containing 46 multiword expressions, was developed as an extension of the Indonesian Sentiment Lexicon. Overall sentiment toward both applications was favorable, with Pahamify showing a small but statistically significant advantage. Pedagogical quality received the most positive evaluation, whereas system quality was evaluated negatively for both applications. Monetization produced the largest difference between the applications. A lexicon audit identified eighteen high-frequency entries whose polarity assignments were unsuitable for the educational-application domain. These entries accounted for approximately one-fifth of the corpus’s sentiment mass, and their removal increased the observed between-application effect size. Because no human-annotated validation dataset was available, interpret the findings as exploratory evidence. The results demonstrate the importance of domain-specific lexicon calibration and aspect-level analysis when examining Indonesian educational-application reviews.

Abstract

My Tel-U app user experience and usability were tested using a mixed-methods design with both quantitative and qualitative measurements. User experience was measured quantitatively using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), as well as general satisfaction assessed by the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and task-based usability testing to evaluate actual user interaction. Thirty participants from different faculties and levels of study at Telkom University joined to experience various digital exposures and acclimate their behaviour to the application. UEQ results indicate overall positive attitudes across all six scales, with Perspicuity, Attractiveness, and Dependability achieving the highest scores. CSAT was 90%, indicating that most users were satisfied or very satisfied with the application. Although task accomplishment increased, usability testing revealed that problems such as slowness, poor navigation organization, and inadequate system feedback persisted. Open-ended questions confirmed similar issues, such as core functionality like grade viewing and attendance tracking, as well as ongoing concerns about performance and reliability. These results indicate that, although the application adheres to functional requirements, user support, response time, and clarity may need improvement in certain aspects. This research contributes to an integrative UX evaluation model by incorporating perceptual, emotional, and behavioural measures. The results provide positive feedback to developers and institutional stakeholders, justifying priorities for alterations that will make the My Tel-U app more accessible, user-friendly, and support long-term usage on the online learning platform.
