Abstract

The rise of illegal online gambling (judol) and digital loan fraud (pinjol) has become a severe socio-economic problem in Indonesias digital era, threatening public welfare and economic stability. This community service program, entitled Gerakan Nasional Berantas Judi Online dan Pinjaman Online Ilegal (National Movement to Eradicate Online Gambling and Illegal Loans), was designed as a preventive educational initiative to strengthen public awareness and digital literacy. The activity employed a service learning approach through an online webinar format involving 91 participants from academic, professional, and public sectors. A quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was applied to evaluate the interventions effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants understanding of digital crime risks, with the average post-test score increasing by 9.2 percentage points from the pre-test results. Qualitative responses also revealed enhanced awareness of the legal, social, and psychological impacts of online gambling and illegal loans. This activity contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions). Overall, the webinar effectively served as a model for community-based digital literacy programs, demonstrating that academic institutions can play a strategic role in preventing digital financial crimes through inclusive, technology-driven education.

Abstract

Digital Transformation (DT) acceleration requires robust project management governance that tightly integrates Enterprise Architecture (EA) with agile project delivery. Although The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF 10) is the leading EA standard, its complexity hinders adoption, especially for resource-limited organizations. This study tackles this challenge by proposing and validating a simplified TOGAF 10 framework called "Mini TOGAF." The goal is to improve EA implementation, streamline project management, and enhance strategic alignment. Using a Design Science Research (DSR) approach, a case study at PT Nuon Digital Indonesia—an established digital content and entertainment firm—was conducted. The research involved a systematic literature review to identify essential TOGAF artifacts, followed by iterative development and stakeholder validation of the Mini TOGAF blueprint across Business, Data, Application, and Technology layers. The model consolidates artifacts, merging Terms of Reference and Architecture Principles into unified Architecture Guidelines, and focuses implementation on short- to medium-term objectives. Implementation led to significant gains in operational efficiency via process optimization, increased business agility, and better alignment of IT investments with corporate goals. This paper contributes a validated Mini TOGAF blueprint that bridges the gap between TOGAF’s comprehensive rigor and the practical demands of agility and efficiency in digital transformation. The model offers a resource-efficient, scalable procedural guide for organizations—especially those facing resource constraints—to harness EA for effective project management governance without overwhelming complexity.

Abstract

Tourism managed and developed by the local community is one of the main pillars in realizing sustainable rural economic development. This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Bi'ih Tourism Village, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan, in improving community welfare through the integration of the Community-Based Tourism (CBT) concept and a digital approach. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative with primary data collection through interviews with the Village Head, BUMDes administrators, youth organizations, MSME actors, and local tourists, as well as secondary data from village profile documents and Tourism Office reports. The results of this study indicate that Bi'ih Village has opportunities in developing durian agrotourism and preserving Banjar culture, but still faces obstacles in terms of digital promotion, technological literacy, and information media management. The implementation of strategies that combine community participation, digital literacy training, and revitalization of village promotional media is expected to strengthen the image of the destination while increasing community income. The integration of CBT with Smart Tourism can create an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable tourism management model. This research also provides implications for other villages in South Kalimantan to adopt a similar approach as an effort to strengthen the local economy based on digital innovation and cultural wisdom.

Abstract

Social Engineering Procedures and phishing are some of the standard procedures and problems today, mainly through sophisticated media such as email, the official means of communication companies use. Phishing emails are usually associated with Social Designing. They can be sent via joins and connections in this email, but they are not secure. Proliferation can be hacked into private/confidential data or total control over the computer/Email without the client's knowledge. The method used in this research is a cycle that will run continuously in a life cycle, starting from problem identification, then generating ideas and evaluating the Implementation of solutions. At each stage, a thorough checking process is needed to obtain results. Follow what you want. Achieved. The results of this study provide recommendations and some suggestions that companies can make; this aims to be one of the doors that provides restrictions for access from parties who are not entitled to access the application. Some thought has shown that this attack is growing and affecting the population. The evaluation stages in this study consist of 5 phases. Each phase is a step used to prevent both the system and the behavior in the company. Awareness is critical at the start considering this is the basis for the organization to determine who will take care of the personnel's knowledge related to information security. It thinks about using survey writing strategies and recommendations that can be made in anticipation of an attack, such as setting up representation or attention as early and often as possible.
