Abstract

Latar Belakang: Konsumsi sayur dan buah remaja belum sesuai gizi seimbang. Frekuensi konsumsi sayur remaja kurang dari 3x per hari di daerah urban sebesar 57,1 persen dan di daerah rural sebesar 48 persen. Sedangkan konsumsi buah remaja kurang dari 2x per hari di daerah rural sebesar 85,7 persen dan daerah urban sebesar 39,8 persen. Tujuan: Penelian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media cakram gizi terhadap perilaku konusmusi sayur dan buah pada remaja. Metode: Penelitian merupakan penelitian quasi experiment dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest design, subjek kelas X dan XI di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta sebanyak 61 orang. Teknik pemilihan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling. Data pengukuran perilaku sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) dengan form Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) yang sudah divalidasi. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Rank Test. Hasil: Nilai minimum konsumsi sayur 14 gram/hari dan nilai maksimum 780 gram/hari. Nilai minimum konsumsi buah 16 gram/hari dan nilai maksimum 835 gram/hari. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan rerata nilai perilaku dengan p=0,147(p>0,05) untuk konsumsi sayur, p=0,075(p>0.05) untuk konsumsi buah setelah dilakukan edukasi menggunakan media cakram gizi. Tidak terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media cakram gizi terhadap konsumsi sayur dan buah pada remaja. Kata kunci: Cakram Gizi, Konsumsi Buah, Konsumsi Sayur, Perilaku, Remaja

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pencak silat merupakan beladiri tradisional Indonesia. Atlet memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik yang tinggi sehingga membutuhkan konsumsi zat gizi dengan komposisi yang tepat agar ketersediaan sumber energi di dalam tubuh dapat tetap terjaga. Gizi yang baik penting untuk menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari, mempertahankan kesehatan optimal yang dapat membuat atlet mampu berlatih dan berkompetisi dengan baik. Asupan zat gizi yang tepat, sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi akan mendukung peningkatan performa serta prestasi atlet. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui tingkat konsumsienergi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat pada atlet pencak silat setelah pemberian menu siklus 3 hari. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional.Penelitian dilaksanakan di Asrama Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Olahraga Pelajar (PPLP). Pemilihan tempat dilakukan secara purposive samplingdengan pertimbangan adanya atlet yang terlatih, diasramakan dan aktif mengikuti kompetisi. Pemberian menu siklus 3 hari disesuaikan dengan kecukupan gizi atlet. Sisa makanan atlet diamati menggunakan taksiran visual comstock 7 poin. Tingkat konsumsi energi protein lemak dan karbohidrat diketahui berdasarkan sisa makanan yang dibandingkan dengan kecukupan gizi menu. Hasil: Rata-rata asupan makanan dari menu siklus 3 hari yaitu energi 2257.48 kkal, protein 84.38 gram, lemak 80.72 gram, dan karbohidrat 301.04 gram. Tingkat konsumsi atlet sebesar73.63% pemenuhan energi (kurang), 73.40% pemenuhan protein (kurang), 94.79% pemenuhan lemak (baik) dan 98.20% pemenuhan karbohidrat (baik). Kesimpulan: Tingkat konsumsi energi dan protein pada atlet pencak silat adalah kurang, sedangkan tingkat konsumsi lemak dan karbohidrat adalah baik. Kata kunci: Tingkat Konsumsi, Atlet, Pencak Silat, Pemenuhan Energi, Menu

Abstract

Latar belakang : Penyelenggaraan makanan pada atlet merupakan bagian yang penting untuk mendukung performa atlet. Atlet pencak silat merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang membutuhkan dukungan gizi yang tepat untuk berprestasi. Menu makanan yang memenuhi prinsip gizi seimbang sangat dibutuhkan untuk atlet. Untuk itu dibutuhkan penyelenggaraan makanan yang sesuai bagi atlet. Tujuan : Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui daya terima atlet pencak silat pada pemberian menu siklus 3 hari di Asrama PPLP Yogyakarta. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional. Pengukuran daya terima pada atlet dilakukan setelah pemberian menusklus 3 hari di asrama, dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa metode taksiran visualcomstock 7 poin. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya terima atlet terhadap makanan pokok (nasi) sebesar 20%, daya terima lauk hewani 100% (baik), daya terima lauk nabati 80% (baik), daya terima sayur 100% (baik),dan daya terima buah 100% (baik). Kesimpulan : Daya terima atlet pencak silat di PPLP Yogyakarta secara keseluruhan terhadap pemberian menu siklus 3 hari masuk dalam kategori baik (80%).Kata kunci: penyelenggaraan makanan, daya terima, pencak silat, PPLP

Abstract

Analysis of Student Responses to "BUSA" Nutrition Disc Media in Public and Private High School Teenagers in Yogyakarta City KotaBackground: consumption of fruits and vegetables is one component of the application of balanced nutrition. Adolescents are the age group with the lowest consumption of fruits and vegetables. Lack of fruit and vegetable consumption in adolescents is associated with obesity. One of the efforts to increase fruit and vegetable consumption is nutrition education. The nutritional education process cannot be separated from the use of the media. Media cakram gizi "BUSA" is a nutrition education tool. Objective: there needs to be an analysis of student responses to the media. Objective: To determine of student responses to media cakram gizi "BUSA" in public and private high school adolescents in Yogyakarta City. Methods: this study was a cross sectional study. The research was conducted on adolescents in State Senior High School (SMAN 6 Yogyakarta, SMAN 9 Yogyakarta) and Private High School (SMA Muhammadiyah 3, SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta) with a total of 128 students as respondents. Media cakram gizi "BUSA" consists of 2 nutrition discs, namely “cakram gizi buah” and “cakram gizi sayur”. The research was conducted by sending media cakram gizi "BUSA" to the home address of each respondent and then the respondents filled out the response questionnaire data via google form. Student response data were analyzed and a comparison test between public and private high schools was carried out using Chi Square analysis. Results: the media “cakram gizi buah” received the same number of positive and negative responses, 32 students (50%) in public schools respectively, and received a positive response from 39 students (60.9%), 25 students (39.1%) had a negative response at school. private. While media “cakram gizi sayur” received a positive response from 34 students (53.1%), a negative response from 30 students (46.9%) in public schools and a positive response from 41 students (64.1%), a negative response from 23 students (35.9) in private schools. Conclusion: there is no difference in student responses to media cakram gizi "BUSA" in public and private senior high schools in Yogyakarta City.

Abstract

Breakfast is an important thing, but it is often neglected due to inadequate knowledge and bad attitude about the importance of breakfast. The data shows that 44.6% of elementary school-aged children consume a low-quality breakfast, which energy intake of less than 15% of their daily nutritional needs. Nutrition education should be given to increase knowledge and behavior of breakfast. The media used is stop motion video. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrition counseling with stop motion videos and power points on the knowledge and behavior of breakfast in the students of SDN Semplak Barat 2 Bogor. Research method is Quasy Experiment with control group pre-test and post-test design. The sample of this study was fifth grade students with the number of samples divided into two, the treatment group was given stop motion video (n = 20) and the control group was given power point (n = 20). The results showed that there was an effect of nutrition education on knowledge and behavior before and after being given stop motion video and Power Point with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.000), then there was no significant difference in average between giving treatment using stop motion video with power point in nutrition counseling on knowledge (p value = 0.876) and breakfast behavior (p value = 0.611) with p value> 0.05. Counseling needs to involve parents.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition where the level of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is less than normal. Iron nutritional anemia (AGB) is the most common anemia. Of the total cases of anemia, 50% are caused by iron deficiency. The contribution of food at school which is quite large in fulfilling children's daily needs has the potential to meet children's nutritional needs. Fish egg dumplings are an alternative to this program. This fish dumpling is rich in iron content, which in 50 grams contains energy of 231.6 Kcal, 10.3 grams of protein and 25,20 mg of Fe. The research design used a quasy experiment pre test – post test to compare blood hemoglobin levels in the intervention group and the control group. The sample is elementary school age children totaling 20 per group. The total sample is 40 during the 2 months of the intervention. The research locations were at the As Salam Orphanage in the South Cijerah Cimahi area, the Nurul Khusna Orphanage in the Leuwigajah South Cimahi area and the Al Badru Orphanage in North Cimahi, Cimahi City, West Java Province, which was held from November to December 2020. The data collected was sample characteristics, blood hemoglobin levels, deworming medication. Hemoglobin level data were analyzed bivariat using the dependent t statistical test to determine the difference in z scores before and after the intervention. The analysis of hemoglobin levels showed that there was a significant difference in average Hb levels in the case group (12.55) and the control group (11.33) with a p value <0.05, (p = 0.020).

Abstract

One of many eating behavior problems is the lack of vegetables and fruit consumption. The lack of knowledge decrease personal ability in implementing the nutritional information in daily life. Nutrition Education is one of the effort to overcome the vegetable and fruit consumption problem. This study aims to see the effect of Nutrition Education using Android based application "My Food Record" media for the vegetable and fruit consumption and knowledge to the teenager in SMPN 8 Cimahi. The study design was Quasi-Experimental using pretest and posttest with control group of purposive sampling, each group consist of 20 people. The average score of Vegetable and fruit knowlede achieved before intervention is 40.33 and after intervention is 48.00. The average vegetable consumption per day before intervention is 108.93gr while after intervention is 123.12gr. In addition, the average fruit consumption per day before intervention is 294.23gr and after intervention is 341.86gr. T-test and Wilcoxon test show there is a significant effect on Vegetable and Fruit Knowledge (p=0.000 and 0.0008), meanwhile there is no significant effect on the Vegetable (p=0.600 and 0.811) and Fruit (p=0.802) consumption on both groups. The result of independent test, T-test and Mann Whitney shows no significant different of average vegetable and fruit knowledge (p=0.348), vegetable consumption (p=0.477), and fruit consumption (p=0949). The nutrition Education is able to increase the vegetable and fruit knowledge and consumption eventhough it is not statistically significant. Nutrition education of fruit and vegetable using this android based application needs a continuation to achieve the knowledge upgrade and positive behavior change.

Abstract

The activity of mentoring fiqh learning through the problem-based learning (PBL) model at MTs Nurul Yaqin Pengkol Tambakrejo Bojonegoro aims to enhance students' learning outcomes and the quality of religious education. The study involved 30 participants from the 8th grade at MTs Nurul Yaqin Pengkol for the academic year 2022/2023. The mentoring activity was conducted in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and monitoring. The results indicate that the mentoring activity proceeded smoothly and successfully, contributing positively to students' learning outcomes. Active student participation, deeper understanding of fiqh concepts, and enhanced critical and creative thinking skills were significant outcomes of the PBL model mentoring. Mentoring fiqh learning through the PBL model significantly contributed to students' learning outcomes at MTs Nurul Yaqin Pengkol Tambakrejo Bojonegoro. The PBL model proved effective in improving the quality of learning and addressing challenges in fiqh learning processes. The implications of this activity encompass improved learning quality, students' learning outcomes, as well as the development of critical and creative thinking skills. Additionally, the activity fostered increased interest and motivation for learning among students, providing a positive impact on religious education at the madrasah.

Abstract

One manifestation of teacher leadership is the existence of classroom management. For this reason, if teacher leadership is associated with teacher skills in classroom management, there is a very close relationship. The higher the quality of classroom management, the better the teacher’s leadership. Then further in a learning process in the classroom, it is expected to be able to create positive behavior when students are participating in learning activities. But in reality forming positive behavior when student are taking part in learning is not easy, it is necessary to have quality leadership and be accompained managment skills.the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher ledership and classroom management skills on student learning behavior. Based on the result of the multiple linear based on the result of the multiple linear regression equation test conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that teacher leadership and classroom management skills have an influence on student behavior. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the calculated F value 32,075 > F table 4,02

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Arabic language education activities in improving the ability of children at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level in reading Arabic books through. In this study, the researcher used a mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data were obtained using a test instrument. Meanwhile, qualitative data were obtained by direct interviews with children. The research sample was 22 respondents who were MI level children in Blarakan village, Kebulen district, Pekalongan. Quantitative data analysis used the paired sample t-test method with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that Arabic language education activities have a significant effect on increasing Arabic language skills. In other words, Arabic education activities are more effective in helping children to improve their reading skills in Arabic. In addition, the results of the analysis also indicate that before the Arabic language education activities were carried out, the children's reading ability was classified as moderate.
