Abstract

Abstract

The research explores the challenges of teacher workload in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, mainly focusing on the impact of administrative tasks on teacher performance and well-being. In recent years, implementing the Merdeka Curriculum has significantly altered the teaching and administrative duties structure, creating new challenges for educators. This study examines how administrative workload affects teachers' ability to perform effectively in the classroom and influences their overall well-being. A NASA-TLX-based analysis assessed the cognitive, physical, and emotional demands placed on teachers due to administrative tasks. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with teachers across various schools implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings indicate that administrative tasks are a significant source of stress, contributing to burnout and reduced teaching efficacy. Teachers reported that increased administrative workload negatively impacted their ability to focus on instructional quality and student engagement. The study concludes that while administrative tasks are necessary, they need to be better balanced to support teachers' performance and well-being. This research contributes to understanding the critical factors influencing teacher satisfaction and productivity in the Merdeka Curriculum era, highlighting the importance of addressing workload distribution to enhance educational outcomes and support teachers' mental health.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial aspect in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to investigate the effect of financial compensation on employee performance, by considering religiosity as a moderating factor. Expectancy Theory is used as a foundation to explain how the perception of financial compensation can motivate employees to achieve their work goals. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey type. The sample used a saturated sample consisting of 83 respondents who were the entire population sampled. The research instruments used included questionnaires to measure perceptions of compensation fairness, satisfaction with compensation, levels of religiosity, and achievement of employees' work goals. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression to evaluate the relationship between independent and dependent variables, as well as the interaction between financial compensation and religiosity. The results of the study The Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Performance Analysis shows that both the perception of compensation fairness and satisfaction with compensation have a positive and significant influence on the achievement of work goals and the evaluation of the quality of employee work results. This indicates that employees who feel treated fairly in terms of compensation and are satisfied with the rewards received tend to achieve better performance, and the results also show that religiosity moderates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance. The interaction between the perception of compensation justice and the level of religiosity shows that the positive influence of compensation on the achievement of work goals can be influenced by the individual's religious level. These positive influences tend to decrease as levels of religiosity increase, highlighting the importance of considering religious values in compensation management to support motivation and optimal performance in the workplace. Abstract

Those adherents of liberalism and religious secularism should not enter into personal affairs, it should not be mixed with the study of science at all. People like Karl Mark, Durheim, and Weber became his reference, they all agreed to marginalize religion from modern life. The separation of religion and science seems to be a necessity that is currently inherited and applied in scientific life massively. But now, in today's civilization, the separation between religion and science is considered a mistake. They realize it even though they are still shy about admitting it, in Islam itself, there is no postulate that science is separated from religious science because for Islam the origin of the two is one, that is, the creator. This is what underlies some scientists to see religion with the effectiveness of science and vice versa. In Indonesia, especially some scientists with different backgrounds try to see the Quran from the perspective of scientists they have and try to present the Quran with a logical and rational view to grow and strengthen the faith. This research is qualitative research with analysis texts approach, the primary source of this study is the work of Indonesian scientists and their study of the Quran, and the data taken comes from literature reviews. The results of this study state that even the study of religion and science is not contradictory and appropriate in modern civilization today.

Abstract

Foreign debt has an important and inseparable role in the history of Indonesia's national development. The government has changed seven times, foreign debt is always present to fill the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to help move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, budget, inflation and differences in government regimes on the Indonesian economy (GDP and Income per Capita) in Indonesia for the 1976-2021 period. The study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, APBN, national income (GDP), population, inflation rate, and government regime in the period 1976 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables (using the Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt and APBN have a correlation with the condition of the national economy, especially the value of GDP. Debt and the state budget tend to increase the value of GDP. In terms of debt management as a driver of economic growth, the Suharto Era (New Order) tended to be better than the eras that followed. However, relatively speaking, the Habibe and SBY eras tended to be better than the Megawati era, the Abdurahman Wahid era, and the Jokowi era. In fact, Jokowi's era is no better than previous eras.

Abstract

Teacher competence is a key factor in improving education quality and student outcomes in the 21st century. This systematic literature review analyzes 41 peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025, examining the roles of leadership, professional development, and digital innovation. Using PRISMA methodology and a critical assessment framework, the review identifies that instructional and transformational leadership enhance teacher competence by promoting collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Effective professional development models include mentorship, coaching, and learning communities, particularly when adapted to local contexts. Digital innovations—such as AI, gamification, and mobile learning—offer new pathways for teacher growth but face challenges related to infrastructure, training, and socio-economic disparities. The review highlights significant inequalities between developed and developing regions, especially in rural areas. Findings underscore the need for equity-focused policies, localized implementation of global frameworks, and sustainable investment in teacher development. Enhancing teacher competence remains a global and local priority to prepare students for the demands of an increasingly complex world.

Abstract

This study aims to examine emerging trends, frameworks, and stakeholder perspectives on accreditation and quality assurance (QA) in Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. The purpose is to identify shared and divergent QA practices, analyze stakeholder roles, and assess how accreditation influences institutional performance and strategic priorities. A systematic literature review was conducted using predefined inclusion criteria, resulting in the selection of 48 empirical and conceptual studies from Scopus-indexed sources. Thematic analysis structured the findings into five key areas: conceptualizations of quality, comparative accreditation models, stakeholder participation in QA, challenges in autonomous institutions, and measurable impacts on performance. The results reveal that accreditation not only promotes standardization but also stimulates innovation and contextual adaptation, particularly in non-Western and autonomous institutions. Stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and transparency emerged as critical factors in ensuring QA legitimacy and effectiveness. Furthermore, accreditation was strongly associated with enhanced graduate employability, student satisfaction, governance, and market positioning. The study contributes to advancing the discourse on business education quality by highlighting gaps in existing frameworks and recommending more inclusive, flexible, and globally relevant accreditation strategies.
