Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers throughout Central Tapanuli Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers throughout Central Tapanuli Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers in the Central Tapanuli Regency. To determine the effect of motivation and work discipline together on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers throughout Central Tapanuli Regency. The population in this study were all teachers of State Vocational Schools in Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province as many as 99 people. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the results are For that can the coefficient of determination, work motivation variable influence (X1) to the variable teacher performance in SMK Se-Central Tapanulii(Y) R Square is 95.5%. This means that the work motivation variable (X1) has an influence on variable teacher performance at State Vocational Schools throughout Central Tapanuli Regency (Y) of 95.5%. While was discussion results study influence the discipline of work with the teacher's performance can see of the calculation results explain that the influence between the variable work discipline (X2) on teacher performance (Y) with the value of is significant 0.000.05. While was can know the value of the coefficient of determination (contributions) the impact of work discipline variables (X2) to teacher performance (Y) R Square of 89.1%. work discipline means that the variables (X2) on teacher performance (Y) for 89.1%. And simultaneous testing influences work motivation, work discipline to variable teacher performance The SMK Se-Central Tapanuli is can know that value coefficient determination work motivation variable (X1), work discipline (X2) it simultaneously (together) variable teacher performance (Y) seen in column R square that for 96.1% means work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2) as together have influence to variables the performance of teachers-Centralin SMK in Tapanuli for 96.1%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation, on the professional competence of teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School. The sample in this study were all 53 teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School. This study used a questionnaire as primary data and then the data results were analyzed using multiple regression by conducting a stimulant test, determination test, and partial test with a significant level of 5 percent (α = 0.05) which was processed with the help of SPSS 22. The results of this study are there is a positive and significant influence of participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the professional competence of teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School as seen through the results of the stimulant test with an F count of 11.534 and probability value or p-value = 0.000 <0.05. The results of the partial test show that participatory leadership has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 109.843, work discipline has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 117.936, motivation has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 115.386. positive participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the professional competence of teachers. Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the flipped classroom learning model with a realistic mathematical approach is effective on the mathematics learning outcomes of students at MTs Azizi Medan T.P 2020/2021. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the flipped classroom learning model with a realistic mathematical approach is effective on the mathematics learning outcomes of students at MTs Azizi Medan T.P 2020/2021. The research design used in this study was a pretest posttest control group design. Sampling was done randomly. The instrument used in this study was a test (pretest and posttest in the form of a description). Based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test at a significant level of 5% or 0.05 and degrees of freedom dk , obtained a value with a value of . Based on the increase test (N-Gain) that there is an increase in the experimental class by 0.5 and in the control class by 0.12. Therefore, it can be concluded that the flipped classroom learning model with a realistic mathematical approach is effective in improving student learning outcomes for class VIII MTs Azizi Medan T.P 2020/2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada SMP Negeri se kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan melalui kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi guru sebagai variabel intervening. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner atau angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel insidental. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah guru-guru di SMP Negeri se kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang guru yang berasal dari 3 SMP Negeri se kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier dan analisis jalur melalui program SPSS 23.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,672 dan thitung (6,92) ttabel (1,67); (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepemiminan kepala sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru dengan nilai r sebesar 0,729 dan thitung (8,112) ttabel (1,67); (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja guru dengan nilai r sebesar 0,772 dan thitung (9,251) ttabel (1,67); (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan nilai r sebesar 0,390 dan thitung (4,17) ttabel (1,67).ABSTRACTThis research is a type of comparative causal research with a quantitative approach, which was carried out at public junior high schools in Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of principal's leadership on teacher performance through job satisfaction and teacher compensation as intervening variables. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the incidental sampling technique. The population that became the object of the study were teachers at public junior high schools se Kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi, with a sample of 60 teachers from 3 public junior high schools se Kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu Kabupaten Dairi. Hypothesis testing is done by linear regression analysis and path analysis through the SPSS 23.0 for windows program. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa efektivitas pembelajaran tatap muka berbatas pasca pandemi Covid-19 di SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi. Adapun fokus pembahasan menganalisa efektivitas pembelajaran tatap muka berbatas pasca pandemi Covid-19 dari aspek perencanaan,pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, yaitu; (1) Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi melibatkan guru, orang tua dan siswa dalam merencanakan, pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19. Mengadopsi atau menjadikan referensi dan mempublikasikan dokumen rencana dan jadwal pembelajaran yang dipublikasikan pada portal Guru Belajar atau belajar.id; (2) PTMT di SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi mulai tanggal 1 September 2021 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bersama 4 menteri, dengan mematuhi prosedur kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19. Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi menggunakan metode pembelajaran kombinasi antara Daring dan Luring, platform digital yang digunakan Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Telegram, dan Youtube. Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di SMK Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi berdurasi 30 menit dengan pengurangan jumlah siswa 50% menjadi 355 orang; (3) Berupaya melakukan evaluasi atau refleksi dan perbaikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada lingkup kelas/mata pelajaran.

Abstract

Kata administrasi berasal dari bahasa latin yang terdiri atas kata ad dan ministrare. Kata ad sama artinya dengan kata to (dalam bahasa inggris), yang berarti ke atau kepada. Dan ministrare sama artinya dengan kata to serve atau to conduct yang berarti “melayani”, “membantu”, atau mengarahkan”. Jadi to administer berarti “mengatur”, “memelihara” atau “mengarahkan”. Jadi, kata “administrasi” diartikan sebagai: suatu kegiatan atau usaha untuk membantu, melayani, mengarahkan, atau mengatur kegiatan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan [1] (Endang Sri Budi Herawati dan Adiman. Tata Kelola Administrasi Persekolahan. (Jawa Timur: Qiara Media, 2020). Hal 1). Sedangkan tata kelola adalah merupakan Merupakan bagian dari proses manajemen atau kepemimpinan berupa kegiatan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengarahan, pengawasan dan penilaian Pendidikan. Kurikulum merdeka adalah metode pembelajaran yang mengacu pada pendekatan bakat dan minat. Para pelajar dapat memilih pelajaran apa saja yang ingin dipelajari sesuai passion yang dimilikinya, ada tiga pilihan dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, pertama: Mandiri Belajar, Kedua: Mandiri Berubah, Ketiga: Mandiri Berbagi. Implementasi kurikulum merdeka adalah berupa kegiatan pelaksanaan kurikulum pada tingkat satuan pendidikan dengan baik dan sesuai kaidah Administrasi tata Kelola. Tata kelola yang baik akan membantu kesiapan kepala sekolah, guru, dan seluruh stake holder dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum dengan baik.

Abstract

The leadershipp of Schools, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction with Teacher Performance of SMPN 24 Medan City. This study aims to determine effect of: (1) leadership headmaster with teacher performance; (2) work motivation with teacher performance; (3) job satisfaction with teacher performance; and (4) leadership headmaster, work motivation, and job satisfaction together with teacher performance. The population of this research is the teacher of SMPN 24 Medan City with the sample is 53 people. The method of research is correlational quantitative research with three independent variables and one dependent variable. Based on the hypothesis testing can be concluded there is a significant relationship between: (1) leadership headmaster with teacher performance of 0.538; (2) work motivation and teacher performance of 0.404; (3) job satisfaction and teacher performance of 0.390; and (4) leadership headmaster, work motivation, and job satisfaction together with teacher performance of 0.666. Overall, the result of the research shows that the improvement of teacher performance can be done through the improvement of leadership headmaster, work motivation, and job satisfaction.

Some Students Feel Bored, Tired, Stressed, Scared And Relaxed Which Causes Them To Experience Difficulties In Completing Coursework, Difficulty Focusing When Paying Attention To Lecturers Teaching, Decreased Motivation In Doing Coursework. Universities Have An Academic Responsibility To Prepare Students To Face The Realities Of A Productive And Valuable Life. The Learning Process In Tertiary Institutions Is An Important Journey That Students Need To Go Through. The Research Design Used In This Research Is Qualitative Research. The Qualitative Research Design Was Chosen Because It Is Natural And Presented As It Is Without Elements Of Manipulation Or Special Treatment Of The Research Object. Abstract

The realization of a child-friendly school requires the support of various parties, namely the family and the community, which are indeed the closest educational centers for children. Deli Serdang Regency, child-friendly schools are one of the innovations in formal, non-formal and informal education units that are safe, clean and healthy, care and have a culture of the environment, able to guarantee, fulfill, and respect children's rights and protect children from violence, discrimination, and other abuses and support children's participation, especially in planning, policy, learning, monitoring, and complaint mechanisms related to the fulfillment of rights and protection of children in education. The research was conducted at junior high schools country 3 Labuhan Deli One Roof, Deli Serdang Regency. The research approach is qualitative with a survey method of research indicators. The results of the study concluded: (1) Schools have written commitments regarding child-friendly school policies, but not all of them have been implemented, especially anti-violence policies in the form of official letters from internal schools, (2) Realization of a child-friendly learning process through non-violent discipline enforcement (3) Educators and education staff regularly attend training related to children's rights according to the characteristics of child-friendly schools, (4) School facilities and infrastructure have met safety requirements in terms of both building structures, security systems, lighting and cleaning facilities, (5) Child participation realized through the provision of opportunities to form communities to formulate school policies and regulations, (6) Realization of school cooperation with parents/guardians, community organizations, the business world, alumni and other stakeholders.
