Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of instructional leadership on teacher job quality in the work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance towards job satisfaction at Al Washliyah Petumbukan Vocational School in Deli Serdang. The population in this study is all teachers at Al Washliyah Petumbukan Vocational School, which is 68 people. Due to the population not reaching 100 people, all of them were used as the total sample. The research instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study show a positive and significant influence of instructional leadership (X1), achievement motivation (X2), and quality of work life (X3) together on job satisfaction. The magnitude of this influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = which means that collectively Job Satisfaction influences teacher performance by 63.0% and the remaining 37.0% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan administrasi SDN 163080 Kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptifkualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, kesatu pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan berjalan dengan efektif. Semua kelengkapan administrasi siswa lengkap dan disusun dengan baik. Kedua, dalam pelaksanaan administrasi tenaga kependidikan meliputi kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Ketiga, Kegiatan administrasi sekolah mampu berjalan dengan efektif berkat kerja sama antara kepala sekolah, guru dan TU. Keempat, pelaksanaan administrasi keuangan mengacu standar pembiayaan yang terdiri atas: biaya investasi, biaya operasi dan, biaya personal.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Administrasi Akademik, Sekolah Dasar Negeri

Abstract

The focus of this research is how the principal's strategy in increasing student interest in learning and school students (SMP Muhammadiyah 25 Rantauprapat. overcome the things that cause low learning interest of students and schoolgirls (Study of SMP Muhammadiyah 25 Rantauprapat).The principal's strategic management in achieving school effectiveness is to increase student interest in learning, one of which is by using teaching tools or methods that are in accordance with the material provided. taught to students. Various learning media is one of the factors from outside students (external) that affects student learning interest. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique used by the researcher is through observation and wawa how to source the object to be studied. The subject of this research is students externally, while the object of this research is SMP Muhammadiyah 25 Rantauprapat. The sources of this research data will be obtained through documents or archives, sources (informants), events or activities, places or locations, objects and pictures contained in the research place or location. The results of this research activity showed that students' interest in learning was low when the teacher used the learning media of lectures and notes in delivering learning material, there was no interest and interest and a sense of liking when students took part in the learning process in the classroom. But when the teacher applies various learning media, student interest in learning is greatly increased. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic ability and workload on the work discipline of teachers. This research is quantitative with a survey method and has a sample of 54 respondents. Determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Testing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests are carried out in data processing techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by multiple linear regression and correlation coefficient analyses. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test (partial), f-test (simultaneous), and test the coefficient of determination. The results showed that: the results of the t-test (partial) for the academic ability variable obtained t-count (4.031) > t-table (1.675) and Sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that academic ability has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of teachers; the results of the t (partial) workload variable test obtained t-count (4.225) > t-table (1.675) and Sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that workload has a positive and significant effect on teacher work discipline; f test results (simultaneous) obtained f - count (317.740) > f - table (3.18) and sig 0.000 <0.05. This shows that academic ability and workload positively and significantly affect teacher work discipline. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction, motivation, and work climate on the effectiveness of private high school teachers in the Air Putih sub-district, Batu Bara district, and was carried out from June 2022 to August 2022. The results show that there is an effect of satisfaction on teacher work effectiveness. The magnitude of the influence is shown by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 26.4, which means that satisfaction affects the efficacy of teacher work by 26.4%. The remainder, 73.6, shows the regression equation Ŷ = 27,096 + .708X1, which means that an increase will follow every rise of one value of job satisfaction in the effectiveness value of 0.708. The results also show that there is an influence of motivation on work effectiveness. The influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 95.9, which means that work motivation's effect on teacher work's effectiveness is 95.9%, and other factors determine the remaining 4.1%. The results of the regression equation Ŷ = 27,096 + 1,152X2, which means that an increase will follow everyone's increase in the value of work motivation in the teacher's work effectiveness value of 1,152. The influence of the work climate on the effectiveness of the work of teachers. The magnitude of the influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 94.8, which means that the working climate influences effectiveness by 94.8%, and other factors determine the remaining 5.2%. The results of a simple regression analysis show the regression equation Ŷ =:27.096+1.025X3, which means that an increase will follow every rise in the work climate value in the effectiveness value of 1.578. Abstract

This study aims to describe the internal quality assurance process by universities to improve sustainable quality through the one-cycle MSS-PT model, which includes: Setting standards; implementation; monitoring; self-evaluation; internal quality audits; formulation of corrections; and quality improvement. The study results found that the SPMI AKBID Repsati Sumedang cycle consisted of seven steps or stages: Standard Setting, Implementation, Monitoring, SelfEval uation, Internal Quality Audit, Formulation of Corrections, and Quality Improvement for stakeholder satisfaction. Abstract

Spiritual intelligence functions to integrate emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence which is a potential that exists within humans. Thus, individuals have a high moral value. Spiritual intelligence is able to move a person (red. student) to become a better human being by not only being qualified in religious knowledge but also qualified in social acts of piety [1]. Students who have spiritual intelligence are able to maintain harmony, harmony in their daily lives and be humane towards others [2]. One indicator of students who are spiritually healthy is having an attitude of social responsibility, showing a sense of concern for others, having the attitude and potential to want to help when they see other people's difficulties, viewing life realistically, and gaining spiritual significance through a prosocial attitude. This research uses a qualitative approach in the library research method or what is called the library approach. The form of activity in this literature study is by collecting data, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials. The research results found that students who experience subsequent acts of violence will tend to become perpetrators of acts of violence against other people. This phenomenon eventually becomes an unbroken chain, where each generation will treat the same thing in response to pressing situational conditions, so that this inherited pattern of behavior becomes a culture of violence. Abstract

The implementation of curriculum management is a series of resource management activities in implementing curriculum for the quality improvement. The purpose of this study was to find out how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum in improving the quality of graduates in the pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok. This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and document review. In addition, data and information are analyzed by data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were (1) curriculum planning was established by the madrasa leadership, MGMP, and teachers through curriculum planning meetings by making madrasa / pesantren education calendars, calculating effective working days for each subject, compiling annual programs, compiling semester programs, and implementing lesson plans as the direction of achieving academic quality and non-academic graduates, (2) the implementation of curriculum programs included learning using the curriculum of Diknas and pesantren through face-to-face learning, practice in mosques, halls, laboratories, and learning activities so that there were guidelines and targets achievement of the quality of graduates, (3) the implementation of curriculum evaluation included classroom supervision activities, learning evaluation, both formative and summative, and curriculum evaluation meetings at the end of the academic year which showed the achievement of the target of improving the quality of graduates could be seen from the fulfillment of minimum completeness criteria high and graduation of santri.

Abstract

Efektivitas Pengembangan Budaya literasi dan Numerasi (Studi di SD 165727) Tebing Tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis efektivitas pengembangan budaya literasi numerasi, 2) Bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas literasi numerasi di SD 165727. Efektivitas mengembangkan budaya literasi numerasi di sekolah SD 165727 dilakukan dengan cara: (1) membuat rencana jangka pendek dan jangka panjang atau program tahunan. (2) membuat rencana operasional sebagai tindak lanjut dari tahap pertama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Gambaran efektivitas pengembangan budaya literasi dan Numerasi ditandai dengan adanya pembiasaan kegiatan membaca dan berhitung yang kegiatannya dilakukan di perpustakaan, pojok baca, taman, dan pohon baca baik pada jam istrahat maupun pada jam pembelajaran. (3) Pengembangan Budaya literasi dan Numerasi SD 165727 dengan membaca dan berhitung 15 menit sebelum memulai pelajaran dimulai di SDN 165721 dengan tujuan menjadikan siswa gemar membaca dan berhitung merupakan kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkan nilai nilai Literasi dan Numerasi dalam diri siswa. Efektivitas literasi numerasi SD 165727 bahwa pelaksanaan literasi dan numerasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca dan berhitung. Selain itu dengan program budaya literasi dan numerasi juga dapat menekan angka kenakalan pada siswa, serta mampu meningkatkan jiwa semangat belajar, menambah kemampuan membaca dan berhitung siswa, dan membentuk karakter siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional competence, motivation, and work climate on the work effectiveness of lecturers at STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi. This research was conducted at STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi with a total sample of 58 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques, namely validity, reliability, t-tests, and F-tests, The results showed that there was an influence of professional competence on the effectiveness of lecturers' work, where a t-count value of 4.483 was obtained with a Sig value of 0.006 0.05, and the results of simple regression analysis show the regression equation  = 27.096 +.709X1, which means that every increase of one professional competency value will be followed by an increase in the value of the lecturer's work effectiveness of 0.709. There is an influence of work motivation on the effectiveness of lecturer work, where the t value obtained is 36.066 with a Sig value of 0.000 0.05, and the results of simple regression analysis show the regression equation  = 27,096 + 1,151 X2, which means that every increase of one value of motivation will be followed by an increase in lecturer work effectiveness of 1.151. There is an influence of the work climate on the effectiveness of the lecturer's work, where the t value obtained is 31.897 with the acquisition of a Sig value of 0.000 0.05, and the results of the simple regression analysis show the regression equation  = 27,096 + 1,025 X3, which means that every increase of one work climate value will be followed by an increase in the effectiveness of the lecturer's work of 1,025. There is an influence of professional competence (X1), motivation (X2), and work climate (X3) together on the effectiveness of lecturer work, where the calculated F value is 42.581 and the significance (Sig.) is 0.000. The magnitude of the influence is shown by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.959, which means that professional competence (X1), motivation (X2), and work climate (X3) together have an influence on lecturer work effectiveness by 95.9%, and the remaining 4.1% is determined by other factors. The results of simple regression analysis show the equation  = 27.096 +.0.709 X1 + 1.151 X2 + 1.025 X3 + e.
