Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang Qur’ani di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) At–Taubah Batam, dengan mengacu pada strategi pengembangan SDM yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Strategi tersebut meliputi: (1) merencanakan dan menarik SDM yang berkualitas, (2) mengembangkan SDM agar semakin berkualitas, (3) menilai kinerja SDM, (4) memberikan motivasi, dan (5) memelihara SDM yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan rekrutmen berbasis nilai keislaman dan kompetensi pedagogik, mengadakan pelatihan dan pembinaan rutin berbasis Al-Qur’an, melakukan evaluasi kinerja secara berkala, memberikan penghargaan serta dukungan spiritual sebagai bentuk motivasi, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan Islami untuk menjaga kualitas SDM. Strategi ini secara efektif membentuk karakter pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang Qur’ani serta mendukung tercapainya visi pendidikan Islam yang holistik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in enhancing the pedagogical skills of teachers through online training. In the context of increasing globalization and the need for quality education, the research aims to identify how LMS can bridge the gap in access to professional development, particularly for educators in remote areas. Utilizing a qualitative approach with phenomenological case studies, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and document analysis involving six teachers from UPT SMP Negeri 6 Siak Hulu. The findings reveal that LMS significantly facilitates structured learning by providing easy access to educational resources, tasks, and assessments. Teachers reported positive experiences, highlighting improved organization and interaction in their teaching practices. However, challenges such as unstable internet connectivity and the need for adaptation to new technology were also identified. The study underscores the importance of ongoing support and training for educators to maximize the benefits of LMS. These findings contribute to the broader discourse on integrating technology in education, emphasizing that effective implementation of LMS can enhance teaching quality and student outcomes. Overall, this research advocates for continued investment in technological resources and training to foster an effective learning environment in modern education.

Abstract

It is these facilities that can help individuals become more willing to do new things, to be bold and brave, to be able to try new things with new people, and to be willing to share new information that has been learned, making them essential learning environments. Generating a kesalahan is not impossible when learning something new, but the kesalahan and kekeliruan itself are aspects that are understandable in education. Eventually, the old people became disillusioned with their goals and joined a learning group. Those in their later years frequently have the desire to express their kelebihan and kekurangannya. For this reason, it is very important for groups to work together in a comprehensive manner to conduct joint evaluations that can be used as reflective materials. This will enable groups to evaluate each other based on the opinions of other people. The field of education is seeing rapid changes, one of which is the rise of online learning. Digital literacy is declining.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to integrate Islamic management principles in the management of educators and education personnel in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of education. This research uses the library research method to explore and analyze literature from various written sources such as books, journals, articles, dissertations and official documents regarding the management of educators and education personnel, with the aim of understanding existing theories and identifying gaps in the literature. Data was collected through literature searches in academic databases, selection of credible sources, organizing data based on themes, and analysis by reducing, presenting, and synthesizing information to draw conclusions that can improve the quality and effectiveness of educational management. The result of this work is that educators, including teachers, lecturers and counselors, have an important role in the educational process with the main task of teaching, educating and guiding students, while educational staff such as tutors and instructors support the implementation of education through technical tasks. The management of educators and education personnel is based on Islamic teachings which emphasize skill, discipline and good implementation of tasks, as well as the principle of order to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this management is to ensure that the institution has a quality workforce, an effective work system and a harmonious work climate through recruitment, fair compensation and employee capacity development. Management covers critical aspects such as curriculum, personnel, classes, student affairs, and finance, with duties and functions that emphasize professionalism to improve the quality of education. Even though it is formally recognized, Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia still face quality challenges due to limited facilities and the government's unpreparedness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the main challenges in human resource management in Indonesia and identify relevant solutions to support sustainable economic growth and inclusive organizational development. This research uses a qualitative approach or library research and field research. This research found that the gap in qualifications between college graduates and the needs of the job market is a major challenge in human resource management in Indonesia, so adjustments to the education curriculum are needed. Women's workforce participation is still low due to cultural barriers and unfairness in the distribution of work, so organizations need to develop policies that support gender equality. Non-transparent performance evaluation is a significant problem and needs to be addressed with an evidence-based system. Lack of access to training and career development hinders employee progress, especially in remote sectors, necessitating investment in career development programs. Inconsistency in the application of labor law creates uncertainty, so consistency in its application is needed. Diversity of cultures, religions and ethnic backgrounds requires inclusive HR management to avoid discrimination. Adaptation to technological change is crucial, with digital skills and adaptability increasingly important. Organizations and governments need to collaborate to prepare the workforce for the era of digitalization through relevant training and technological accessibility.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Budgeting Planning Analysis in Optimizing Training. This type of research is a library study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. Research results Effective budget planning is very important in optimizing the implementation of training (education and training) in an organization. By planning the budget appropriately, organizations can ensure efficient allocation of funds for training activities, so that the goal of developing participant competency can be achieved optimally. A good budgeting process also allows for easier evaluation of the achievements and impact of the training activities. Therefore, a mature management budget is a key factor in improving the quality and desirability of the training programs being held.

Abstract

Education is a major pillar in the development of a country, and the quality of education in Indonesia is highly dependent on teacher competence. This study analyzes the relevance of objectives and materials in teacher education and training (diklat) programs at SMP Negeri 2 Batu Belah. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that although the training program has benefits in improving teacher competence, there are significant challenges, such as the inconsistency of the materials with practical needs in the field and the lack of training in the use of digital technology. In addition, theoretical training materials provide less opportunity for teachers to develop practical skills. This study recommends the need for updating training materials that are more relevant and in accordance with the specific needs of teachers, as well as improving evaluation and feedback to support the effectiveness of training programs in improving the quality of teaching in schools

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Analysis of Teacher Needs Planning at SMPN 2 Batu Belah, Siantan Timur District, Anambas Islands Regency. The type of research conducted was mini research, data collection through interviews and observations. Planning for teacher needs at SMPN 2 Batu Belah is crucial to maintain the quality of education. The first problem shows that the shortage of teachers in this school is caused by the number of students studying, limited budget, and lack of teachers with appropriate backgrounds, especially in science and English subjects. Geographical factors and uneven teacher quality affect teacher planning. To overcome this, long-term planning is needed with data-based needs analysis, improving teacher competence through training, and utilizing technology in learning. Collaboration with universities and local government support is essential to ensure effective and sustainable teacher planning.

Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam mencapai sebuah tujuan dalam sebuah visi dan misi satuan Pendidikan yang pada akhirnya menentukan juga tujuan Pendidikan nasional. Guru yang mempunyai prestasi dan kinerja yang baik maka akan memberikan kontribusi yang positif bagi tumbuh kembang peserta didik dan keberlanjtan sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan, demikina juga halnya dengan tenaga kependidikan yang ada dalam Lembaga tersebut. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini menggunakan metode riset kepustakaan (Library Research) metode penelitian ini berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kritis yang dimana analisis ini sifatnya kritis umumnya beranjak dari pandanggan atau nilai-nilai tertentu yang diyakini oleh peneliti terkait dalam permasalahan peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang melalui dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang peneliti teliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dari paparan tulisan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang di maksud dengan Penilaian prestasi kerja adalah suatu sistem yang dipakai untuk mengevaluasi apakah seorang pegawai telah menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik secara keseluruhan. Hal ini tidak hanya melibatkan aspek fisik pekerjaannya, tetapi juga mencakup berbagai faktor lain seperti kemampuan kerja, kedisiplinan, interaksi dalam tim, inisiatif, dan potensi kepemimpinan.Proses ini adalah bagian dari manajemen kinerja yang dimulai dengan merumuskan perencanaan kinerja pegawai, yang mencakup penetapan sasaran kerja pegawai (SKP) dan mengukur aspek-aspek seperti kuantitas, kualitas, waktu, dan biaya dalam setiap tugas yang terkait dengan jabatan mereka (pebriansyah, wilodati, & komariah, n.d ). Penilaian SKP dilaksanakan dengan membandingkan pencapaian kinerja aktual dengan sasaran yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi profesi memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan negara. Struktur organisasi yang baik diperlukan dalam kedua sektor ini untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan ekonomi dan peningkatan pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas struktur organisasi lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi profesi, termasuk pengertian, jenis, tujuan, dan fungsinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode riset kepustakaan, yang mencakup pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, analisis deskriptif, penyusunan informasi, evaluasi literatur, dan penyusunan temuan. Pengertian organisasi lembaga pendidikan mencakup struktur yang terorganisir dan terstruktur dalam lembaga pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan formal. Jenis organisasi lembaga pendidikan dapat dibagi menjadi formal dan informal. Organisasi profesi keguruan, seperti PGRI, memiliki berbagai tujuan, termasuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru dan meningkatkan kompetensi mereka. Artikel ini juga membahas struktur organisasi lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi profesi, serta jenis-jenis dan peran organisasi profesi dalam mendukung guru dan pendidikan. Organisasi profesi seperti PGRI, MGMP, dan ISPI memiliki peran dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru, memfasilitasi kolaborasi, dan memperjuangkan hak-hak guru. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang struktur dan fungsi organisasi lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi profesi, dapat meningkatkan sistem pendidikan dan mendukung profesionalisme guru untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.
