Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan: Sistem penyelenggaraan manasik haji dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan calon jama’ah haji dan Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penyelenggaraan manasik haji dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan calon jama’ah haji pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan Triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Sistem penyelenggaraan manasik haji juga sudah berjalan cukup baik dan sesuai dengan perencanaan serta prosedur kerja yang telah ditetapkan. Faktor pendukung sistem penyelenggaraan manasik haji terhadap efektifitas pelayanan calon jama’ah haji ialah (1) Kemauan dan semangat dari jama’ah, (2) Sarana dan tempat yang memadai, (3) Narasumber yang mumpuni di bidangnya, (4) SDM yang dimiliki Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Kendari. Sedangkan dari faktor penghambatnya sendiri, yaitu: (1) Biaya haji meningkat drastis, (2) Banyak jama’ah yang terpaksa menunda keberangkatan, (3) Terlambatnya anggaran biaya masuk, (4) Waktu manasik yang kurang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat upaya Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kota Baubau dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat, infak, dan sedekah, di Kelurahan Batulo Kec. Wolio Kota Baubau. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deksriptif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, reduksi data serta triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Strategi Baznas Kota Baubau dilakukan dengan perhitungan dan perencanaan secara seistematis dan terstruktur, serta pelaksanaan program seluruhnya mengacu pada peraturan dan keputusan Baznas Kota Bau-bau melalui rapat RKAT; 2) Kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Baznas Kota Baubau dapat dikatakan cukup baik karena Baznas Kota Baubau yang Profesional, Amanah, Akuntabel dan tranparan dalam mengelola dana ZIS; 3) Faktor pendukung Baznas adalah dengan adanya dukungan kuat dari unsur pemerintah. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang perbedaan zakat, infak dan sedekah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Quranic reading fluency and self-confidence on students' mastery of Quranic reading at Ma'had Al-Hidayah, Batu City. The background of this study stems from the importance of Quranic reading skills as a foundation for students in understanding classical religious texts (yellow books), as well as the role of self-confidence as a psychological factor that fosters courage and active participation in the learning process. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The sample consisted of 40 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires and Quranic reading ability tests, then analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that simultaneously, Quranic reading fluency and self-confidence had a positive and significant effect on students' mastery of Quranic reading, contributing 49.7%. Partially, Quranic reading fluency exerted a more dominant influence than self-confidence. These findings indicate that linguistic skills derived from familiarizing themselves with reading the Quran serve as the primary foundation for understanding the yellow text, while self-confidence strengthens students' mental readiness and courage in the learning process. This research emphasizes the importance of implementing integrative learning strategies that balance cognitive and affective aspects in Islamic boarding school education to optimally improve students' Quran literacy skills.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) adalah penyakit kronis tidak menular timbul akibat peningkatan kadar gula didalam darah, gangguan metabolisme, karbohidrat, lemak, protein dikaitkan dengan defisiensi insulin artinya terdapat absolut atau sekresi insulin. Hasil penelitian mengatakan komplikasi DM terbanyak terdapat pada hipertensi sebesar 35,1 %. Pemantauan efektivitas antihipertensi pada pasien DM komplikasi hipertensi dilakukan karena DM komplikasi hipertensi meningkatkan kejadian morbiditas, mortalitas kardiovaskuler dan tekanan darah dikontrol untuk melihat keefektifan terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan antihipertensi pasien DM tipe 2 komplikasi hipertensi. Metode penelitian secara observasional analitik, pendekatan retrospektif, teknik purposive sampling dan diuji menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian pada 27 sampel, pola penggunaan obat terbanyak 2 kombinasi 77,8 % yaitu ARB kombinasi CCB, 3 kombinasi 22,2 % yaitu ACE-I, CCB dan BB. Hasil efektivitas nilai sistolik didapat 0,00 < 0,05 t efektivitas dan diastolik didapat nilai 0,17 > 0,05 artinya tidak terdapat efektivitas. Efektivitas penurunan tekanan darah sistolik terbesar 3 kombinasi 30 mmHg dan penurunan diastolik terbesar 2 kombinasi 10,05 mmHg. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat efektifitas obat antihipertensi dengan terapi paling efektif rata – rata penurunan sistolik adalah 3 kombinasi dan penurunan diastolik 2 kombinasi.

Abstract

Peredaran kosmetik ilegal di wilayah perbatasan seperti Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat, merupakan persoalan multidimensional yang melibatkan aspek kesehatan, hukum, dan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika peredaran kosmetik ilegal di Kabupaten Sambas melalui perspektif manajemen pemasaran farmasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur kualitatif dengan menganalisis berita daring dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kosmetik ilegal yang disita di Sambas mengandung bahan berbahaya seperti hidrokinon dan asam retinoat, yang dilarang oleh BPOM. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh pelaku ilegal bersifat agresif, tidak etis, dan mengeksploitasi media sosial serta minimnya literasi konsumen. Praktik ini bertentangan dengan prinsip dasar pemasaran farmasi yang menekankan keselamatan konsumen dan kepatuhan regulasi. Penegakan hukum yang lemah dan pengawasan distribusi yang belum optimal turut memperparah situasi ini. Oleh karena itu, penanganan kosmetik ilegal memerlukan pendekatan yang tidak hanya represif, tetapi juga preventif dan edukatif melalui sinergi antara pemerintah, produsen legal, penegak hukum, serta masyarakat konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the management of the implementation of the Arabic language learning program. The research focuses on how the actuating function of educational management is applied in planning, organising, and implementing the learning process. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the study involves two key informants: the head of the Arabic program and an Arabic language teacher. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Arabic language learning program, initiated in 2020, is conducted daily after the dawn prayer with structured stages—introduction, core activities, and closing—using the thariqah mubasyarah and thariqah ta'bir methods. Learners are grouped into two levels — Ula and Wustho — based on their linguistic abilities, with a focus on four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The implementation demonstrates effective management of learning activities despite limitations in teaching staff and learning facilities. This study concludes that Arabic language learning management at Al-Hidayah Batu has been effectively implemented through motivational leadership, adaptive strategies, and the contextual application of educational management principles. The findings provide a practical model for other Islamic boarding schools to improve the quality of Arabic learning through efficient management and pedagogical integration.

Abstract

This study explores the urgency of integrating humanistic principles into the development of technology-based Arabic language curricula in the digital era. Using a qualitative library research approach, the study examines the relevance, challenges, and implications of balancing human-centered education with digital transformation. The findings reveal that humanistic principles—emphasizing empathy, self-actualization, and interpersonal connection—complement the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor goals of the curriculum. In the cognitive domain, humanistic learning fosters critical thinking and reflective understanding through supportive digital environments. In the affective domain, it sustains emotional well-being and moral sensitivity amid reduced face-to-face interaction. Meanwhile, in the psychomotor aspect, digital tools such as virtual laboratories and project-based learning promote creativity, independence, and practical engagement. The synthesis between humanistic values and digital competence creates meaningful learning experiences, ensuring that technology enhances rather than replaces humanity in education. The study concludes that digital-based education must be ethically grounded in humanistic philosophy to produce not only digitally skilled learners but also empathetic, adaptive, and morally responsible individuals.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the Arabic language learning program at the Al-Hidayah Batu Islamic Boarding School, which includes aspects of planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the program head and Arabic language teachers, and documentation of learning activities. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the program planning is carried out systematically by the asatidz council through the preparation of a pesantren-based curriculum with the Takhotub and Al-Muhawaroh books as the main sources. Organization is carried out by implementing a line and staff structure to clarify the division of tasks and responsibilities among members. Learning is carried out every morning after the dawn prayer using various methods such as the mubasyarah thariqah and ta'bir thariqah, which emphasize the active involvement of students. Evaluation is carried out periodically through oral and written exams and follow-up assessments to improve the quality of learning. The research findings are expected to be a reference for other Islamic boarding schools in developing an adaptive, professional, and sustainable Arabic language program management model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis manfaat mendongeng bagi anak usia dini melalui pendekatan bibliometrik, dengan fokus pada potensi integrasi layanan mendongeng dalam perpustakaan. Studi ini menggunakan data dari basis data OpenAlex dengan kata kunci "storytelling," "library," dan "services" dalam rentang waktu 2015–2025. Dari 302 artikel yang ditemukan, 103 artikel yang relevan dipilih untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: (1) peran mendongeng dalam pengembangan literasi dan literasi digital anak, (2) inovasi layanan perpustakaan berbasis teknologi, dan (3) dampak mendongeng terhadap keterlibatan komunitas. Analisis co-word menggunakan VOSviewer mengungkapkan klaster utama, seperti penguatan literasi melalui mendongeng, digitalisasi layanan perpustakaan, dan pengembangan keterampilan sosial-emosional anak. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan pendekatan bibliometrik untuk mengungkap pola penelitian global terkait mendongeng dan layanan perpustakaan, yang sebelumnya belum banyak dieksplorasi secara sistematis. Hasil studi ini memberikan wawasan bagi perpustakaan dalam mengembangkan layanan mendongeng sebagai strategi pendidikan yang inovatif dan inklusif. Secara praktis, temuan ini dapat digunakan untuk merancang kebijakan perpustakaan yang lebih adaptif, termasuk integrasi teknologi dalam program mendongeng serta optimalisasi peran perpustakaan sebagai pusat pembelajaran interaktif bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Defects in the requirements specification can have severe consequences throughout the software development life cycle. Some of these can result in poor product quality due to incorrect or missing quality characteristics, such as the design of the user interface. The goal of this study is to detecting defect requirements in animation-based reading learning using perspective-based reading. But often the design is not in line with the specifications of the requirements of users and developers when developing this application. Therefore we use a user persona approach to find out what needs are needed in animation learning and Perspective Based Reading (PBR) for verification or validation effective from the development of this learning application user interface, from the results of this study a total of 1 defect was obtained for the UI development of animation-based reading learning, and from the user's perspective there were no defects, and it is hoped that from this research to improve develop learning applications that are more interactive and in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders.
