Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of GHRM on customer loyalty and company financial performance, considering the mediating role of customer satisfaction and retention. The urgency of this study lies in the fact that companies that implement GHRM can gain a significant competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques that include in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Semi-structured interview techniques are used to obtain in-depth information regarding GHRM practices, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This study shows that GHRM has a positive influence on customer loyalty and company financial performance through the mediation of customer satisfaction and retention. The implementation of good GHRM practices can increase employee satisfaction, which in turn has a positive impact on customer experience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of big data in management information systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making in the e-commerce sector. The approach used is a narrative literature review with reference to various national and international scientific journals published in the period 2015–2025. The analysis was conducted using Mendeley software for reference management and NVivo for thematic analysis based on TOE and RBV theories. The results show that the integration of big data into MIS enables e-commerce organizations to conduct customer behavior analysis, inventory optimization, and more accurate and adaptive prediction-based strategic planning. This study also identifies various implementation challenges, including issues of data quality, privacy, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that the utilization of big data is a key factor in increasing the effectiveness of strategic decisions and competitive advantage. The main limitation of this study is the lack of empirical validation of the findings obtained. This study contributes to the development of data-driven business strategies, both at the level of e-commerce industry practitioners and in the fields of information systems and strategic management studies.

Abstract

The development of the science and practice of management information systems (MIS) has had a significant impact on management decision-making models, both at the operational and technical implementation levels. In an era of growing global trade, high-quality information and advanced technology are needed to support global enterprises and cooperation. The financial services sector (OJK) is a group of companies and institutions that offer various financial products and services to the public and between institutions. FinTech, which combines the fields of finance and technology, has the aims and benefits of facilitating people's access to financial products, carrying out financial transactions, and increasing financial understanding and literacy.

Abstract

Indonesia strongly supports the advancement of the current digital era, the market needs that continue to increase result in the development of technology is increasingly rapid and become a major part in the development of the business world, especially in various industrial fields. Digital development has become one of the ways to survive in various globally competitive industries. Digitalization has penetrated into various industries, one of which is in the health sector. Alodokter was created as a form of application of information systems which now helps people deal with health problems. The purpose of this study is to describe how the role of Alodokter as a form of technological development through digitalization is towards the community in solving various health problems. Examining what features can be accessed by its users including the function of its usefulness to what are the obstacles in using it. While this research method is carried out with qualitative methods. The results of this study will be an explanation of how important it is to implement information systems in an organization or company in various fields including the health sector. It is also important for people to be able to understand and utilize current technological advances properly and wisely. Because basically technology was created with the aim of facilitating the running of an activity to be more effective and efficient. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has provided additional challenges for Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Tbk, especially in the field of ticketing and visitor management. This paper discusses how to implement the Ancol Tourism Management Information System. The application of business intelligence is becoming increasingly important to analyze visit trends and respond to changes in consumer behavior. In this context, business intelligence plays an important role in enriching management information systems by providing more in-depth analytical information and strategic insights. The business intelligence business architecture in e-commerce information systems provides a more dynamic and responsive environment to modern business needs. The paper also discusses the importance of the use of the Intelligence Business Architecture in E-Commerce information systems.

Abstract

Indonesian Railways (Persero) or PT. KAI is a passenger transportation service provider that requires a ticket to access the train. To make ticket ordering easier, PT. KAI has launched KAI Access, the official online train ticket booking application. This application makes it easier for people to order tickets without having to queue at stations or convenience stores. However, there are still many ordinary people who are confused or don't understand how to order tickets online via the KAI Access application. To overcome this problem, an attractive and easy-to-understand approach to introducing the KAI Access application is needed, as well as an effective advertising environment. Motion graphics are considered the right solution, because they are an effective and attractive means of communication and advertising by combining images, color, sound and movement. Motion graphics can be used to create dynamic and effective communication designs, so that they can attract public interest in using the KAI Access application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi peran dan implementasi strategi digital marketing dalam konteks era transformasi bisnis saat ini. Dalam lingkup yang semakin terhubung dan digital, strategi digital marketing menjadi kunci untuk mengoptimalkan visibilitas merek, mencapai pasar global, dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka kualitatif, yang melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap literatur akademik, jurnal, dan buku yang relevan dalam domain digital marketing dan transformasi bisnis. Temuan utama menyoroti pentingnya integrasi berbagai elemen digital marketing seperti SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, dan lainnya dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian juga menggambarkan bagaimana analitik dan data-driven decisions memainkan peran krusial dalam memahami dan meningkatkan kinerja strategi digital marketing. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi untuk pengembangan strategi digital yang lebih efektif, beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar yang cepat, dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan serta memperluas pangsa pasar secara global. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memahami bagaimana digital marketing berperan dalam mendefinisikan landscape bisnis masa kini dan masa depan.

Abstract

Technological progress continues to progress, becoming an inevitable part of life in line with the advances of science. The innovations born out of these advances provide considerable benefits, providing a variety of new facilities and methods in everyday activities. Especially in the field of technology, society benefits greatly from these innovations, thus simplifying everyday tasks such as communication. In ancient times, people relied on natural things to communicate, like bells, signals, but with the advancement of the times, communication tools like cell phones have evolved so that we can send messages easily without the control of space and time. The same goes for Internet technology, which is increasingly making it easier to access information quickly, both domestically and internationally. Besides, social networks, one form of information technology, enable us to keep track of the activities and information of friends, thus being easily accessible and providing enormous benefits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kebijakan dividen, tax avoidance, leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 84 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian adalah sebanyak 17 perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sata sekunder berupa laporan keuangan komprehensif yang telah dipublikasi dalam situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0 dan dilakukan pengujian yaitu metode analisis data (deskriptif dan verifikatif). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (2) Tax Avoidance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (3) Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perushaan.
