Abstract

Basically, the concept of entrepreneurship includes an individual's ability to recognize opportunities, overcome challenges, and adapt to rapid change. Cognitive entrepreneurship is closely related to entrepreneurship education which is aimed at improving creative and critical thinking skills. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence between creative economic variables and entrepreneurial cognition in encouraging entrepreneurial success. The research method uses a cross-sectional survey approach. This approach was chosen to obtain data from respondents at a certain time. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS software. Descriptive analysis was conducted to provide a general overview of the respondents. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis (SEM) was conducted. The results of this study identified that the creative economy variable towards entrepreneurial success had a coefficient of 0.140, while the entrepreneurial cognitive variable towards entrepreneurial success had a coefficient of 0.652. It was identified that the combination of creative economy and entrepreneurial cognitive factors was able to explain approximately 52.7% of the variation in entrepreneurial success. The results of the analysis of these coefficient values were relatively low to moderate, so their influence was not too dominant. The bootstrapping results showed a coefficient value of 0.000, which means the influence of entrepreneurial cognition on entrepreneurial success was not significant. Therefore, the influence of creative economy-based entrepreneurial cognition on entrepreneurial success is a complex interaction in developing benchmarks for entrepreneurial success.

Abstract

This research aims to address the challenges of finding grass supply for Domba Garut farmers. Information about the quantity and quality of grass supply is crucial for maintaining the health and productivity of the sheep. Developing Location Based Service (LBS) technology in Android is an important step as a solution to provide information about the location of grass supply and the types of grass needed by farmers. The information collected from monitoring and reporting grass supply through this Android application can assist farmers in planning, distribution, and ensuring a sustainable grass supply. The research results show that this application, based on UI/UX testing, received a very good rating, and the location-based features have a positive impact on efficiency in terms of time and search processes. As a result, the business processes lead to achieving an adequate amount of grass and contribute to the growth of the Domba Garut farming industry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan dalam mencari pasokan rumput bagi petani Domba Garut. Informasi tentang kuantitas dan kualitas pasokan rumput sangat penting untuk menjaga kesehatan dan produktivitas domba. Mengembangkan teknologi Location Based Service (LBS) di Android merupakan langkah penting sebagai solusi untuk memberikan informasi mengenai lokasi pasokan rumput dan jenis-jenis rumput yang dibutuhkan petani. Informasi yang dikumpulkan dari pemantauan dan pelaporan pasokan rumput melalui aplikasi Android ini dapat membantu petani dalam perencanaan, distribusi, dan memastikan pasokan rumput yang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini, berdasarkan pengujian UI/UX, mendapatkan peringkat yang sangat baik, dan fitur berbasis lokasi berdampak positif pada efisiensi dalam hal waktu dan proses pencarian. Akibatnya, proses bisnis mengarah pada pencapaian jumlah rumput yang cukup dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan industri pertanian Domba Garut.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of e-marketing on the business performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector and its impact on customer loyalty after the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this research was 100 MSME entrepreneurs in the culinary sector in Garut Regency. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS was used to analyze data from respondents consisting of culinary MSME owners in certain areas. Data obtained through questionnaires are processed and analyzed to test the validity and reliability of the construct, as well as test the proposed hypothesis. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of e-marketing on business performance and its impact on customer loyalty. This research is intended to determine the influence of e-marketing on business performance and the influence of e-marketing on customer loyalty using research that has been conducted previously. The analysis used in this research is the outer model test, inner model test and hypothesis test. The results of this research state that the e-marketing variable has an influence on business performance of 68.8%, which shows that the influence exerted is strong enough to be statistically significant. Then there is the e-marketing variable which has an influence of 68.9% on the customer loyalty variable, which means that the influence exerted is strong enough to be statistically significant. These three variables have a positive influence and are considered capable of influencing e-marketing.

Abstract

This research discusses how customer engagement and social networking sites influence business performance. The population in this study were buyers or connoisseurs of dodol products in the Garut Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 97 dodol customer respondents in Garut Regency who were distributed using a questionnaire via Google Form media and then processed using the SPSS statistics 26 and SmartPLS 3 applications using purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis test, which are carried out using the R-square value, direct effect, bootstrap, and t-statistic methods. This research aims to determine the influence of customer involvement on innovation performance and the influence of social networking sites on innovation performance. The results of this research state that customer involvement influences innovation performance, which influences 64.03%, and social networking sites influence innovation performance, which influences 21.96%. The results of these two hypotheses show that the variables can control each other with a high value at that time. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of customer involvement on the innovation performance of dodol products in Garut Regency as well as enthusiasm (enthusiasm), attention (attention), absorption (absorption), interaction (interaction) and identification (identification) which are very supportive of several indicators in performance innovation in dodol products in Garut Regency and that there is an influence of social networking sites on the innovation performance of dodol products in Garut Regency as well as social communities, social media platforms and social media .

Abstract

Permasalahan pendidikan yang dihadapi di antaranya adalah mutu lulusan yang masih rendah pada pendidikan madrasah. Belum optimalnya manajemen pembelajaran diduga sebagai akibat dari pengaruh kompetensi guru yang belum optimal sehingga mengakibatkan belum optimalnya mutu lulusan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi guru terhadap manajemen pembelajaran untuk mewujudkan mutu lulusan. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisis dampak kompetensi guru terhadap manajemen pembelajaran untuk mewujudkan mutu lulusan. Metode sensus dan deskriptif digabungkan dalam Penelitian ini. Di MTs Darusalam Wanaraja diambil sampel sebanyak 53 guru dari populasi umum. Metode analisis data adalah model analisis jalur statistik, Studi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu = thitung 16,6882 > ttabel = 2,0096 diperoleh dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan analisis jalur. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kompetensi Guru dalam rangka mewujudkan mutu lulusan. Temuan penting Penelitian sudah terungkap, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk mencari solusi untuk masalah ini dengan langkah : 1) Ada baiknya dari madrasah ketika guru yang tidak linier disekolahkan lagi dengan jurusan yang sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampunya, 2) Mengadakan pembinaan dalam pelaksanaan program pembelajaran, mengadakan supervisi secara berkala, 3) Menyesuaikan antara mata pelajaran yang diampu dengan kualifikasi pendidikan terakhir yang dimiliki oleh guru sehingga guru memahami materi yang akan disampaikan saat melakukan pembelajaran yang selalu mengaitkan materi dengan kejadian yang terjadi sehingga siswa mampu memahami apa yang guru sampaikan saat pembelajaran secara keseluruhan dan kontinu terkait capaian hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The main issue of this study is the intense competition among business competitors both new business competitors and old business competitors which have controlled the Indonesian market. Besides, there has been an increasing number of SMEs that engage in culinary sector. However, many culinary sectors have still lack of quality. This study discusses the implementation of innovative strategies that affect the competitive advantage of creative industries in sub-sector of spicy culinary foods in Indonesia. Creative industry is an industry in which its main elements consist of creativity, expertise, and talents. These elements have greater potential in increasing the success by offering intellectual creation. The researchers used quantitative method. The samples of this study were 30 respondents as the business actors of SMES in spicy culinary food sub-sector in Indonesia. The technique of analyzing the data used was simple linear regression processing with SPSS version 25. Based on the result of the study, innovative strategies had positive and significant influence toward the competitive advantages. The results of this study support the previous studies that confirm if the business actors should have competitive advantage and have ability in creative and innovating thinking ability. This study proposes that SMES innovation strategy will greatly improve the performance and competitiveness of business. The further study is expected to observe other variables which are not studied in this study because it has been found 65% influence. However, this study has other practical benefits for the actors of SMEs in culinary sub-sector to improve the innovative strategies.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in Indonesia is believed to be poorly developed compared to other Asian countries. Many efforts have been done to foster the entrepreneurial spirit, particularly the ways to change the mindset of young people that when they graduate from universities, seeking for jobs is not the only option. They can also be entrepreneurs. The lack of students' interest in the business and entrepreneurship is influenced by the perception of risk in business model innovation. Risk perception is the evaluation of people's decision making that is associated with a particular scenario. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of risk perception on business model innovation and measure the influence level of risk perception on business model innovation. This analysis uses the independent variable; the perception of risk. The dependent variable is business model innovation.. The researchers set some criteria to choose some respondents such as the active status of students at Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Garut University. The reason for choosing the entrepreneurship students because they have learned more about entrepreneurial procedures so that they have a better understanding of risk perceptions of business model innovation. Researchers used a causal research design on 30 respondents. Data were collected by distributing online questionnaires via e-mail and analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The statistical method used simple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing the t-statistic test. The results of this study indicate that risk perception has a significantly positive effect on business model innovation. This research has an impact for business actors to continue to consider risk perceptions because it has an influence on business model innovation.

Abstract

This research aims to develop HAPAL mobile learning products as a science learning media that is suitable for use by junior high school students. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research subjects used were media expert and material expert as well as class VIII students at SMPN 4 Pakenjeng Garut. The instrument used was a questionnaire for expert validation and student responses as users. The results of the media expert validation obtained an average value of 88.9 with a very valid category and the material expert obtained an average value of 86.39 with a very valid category. The average value of student responses to HAPAL mobile learning was 90.12 with a very valid category. So it can be concluded that HAPAL mobile learning is suitable for use in science learning at junior high school level.

Abstract

Fokus dari telaah ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penetapan harga dan adanya promosi berperan dalam keputusan konsumen untuk membeli tas ransel di PD Vina Garut. Data primer dalam riset ini dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran angket (kuesioner) kepada 64 orang responden yang merupakan konsumen dari PD. Vina Garut, sampel studi ini ditetapkan melalui teknik pengambilan sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Adapun untuk menguji hipotesis, penelitian ini menerapkan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan dari riset ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor harga dan promosi, ketika diuji secara individu (parsial) maupun bersama-sama (simultan), terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi penetapan harga yang kompetitif dan kegiatan promosi yang efektif merupakan faktor krusial yang secara kolektif memberikan dorongan kuat bagi pelanggan untuk memutuskan pembelian tas ransel di PD. Vina Garut.

Abstract

Objectives: The Objectives of this research are to examine the influence of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on behavioral intentions, the influence of behavioral intentions on usage behavior, the influence of subjective norms, and output quality. Demonstration Results of Perceptions of Usefulness and the Influence of Perceptions of Enjoyment on the Ease of Use of GoFood Marketplace among Culinary MSME Entrepreneurs in Garut Regency.Methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach and a survey method, which involves distributing a questionnaire to GoFood partner MSMEs in the Garut Regency. The collected data will then be analyzed using AMOS 27 software. The study focuses on Culinary MSMEs partnered with GoFood, or "merchants." A total of 275 respondents were sampled using a probability sampling technique called simple random sampling. The data collected in the research was taken from MSME actors who have used the Go Food Application platform in the Garut Regency.Finding: The results of this study indicate that (1) Perceived ease of use has an effect on perceived usefulness, (2) Perceived ease of use has no effect on behavioral intention, (3) Perceived usefulness has an effect on behavioral intention, (4) Behavioral intention has an effect on use behavior, (5) Subjective norms affect perceived usefulness, (6) Job relevance has an effect on perceived usefulness, (7) Output Quality has no effect on perceived usefulness, (8) Result of Demonstration has no effect on perceived usefulness, and (9) Perceived Enjoyment has an effect on perceived ease of use. This explains that technology is strategic in increasing understanding of adopting technology which has an impact on business performance.Conclusion: Based on the study results, MSMEs in the Garut district have adopted the use and utilization of application features on GoFood in their business processes.
