Abstract

The problem is that students' understanding of the importance of entrepreneurial competencies in today's workplace is unequal. Many students still view entrepreneurship as a last resort, rather than a primary career path. The method employed emphasizes the integration of theory-based entrepreneurship training with hands-on practice through the utilization of the Campus Business Incubator. The results of this training activity indicate that, through the active use of the Campus Business Incubator, students gain not only knowledge but also real-world experience and mentoring relevant to current market needs. Abstract

Effective performance management and recruitment training are urgently needed for MSMEs. Effective human resource management is crucial for building a strong work team and supporting business sustainability. The integration of performance management and recruitment training is rarely examined as a single program. The training is implemented through interactive lectures, case studies, discussions, simulations, and evaluations. This training employs a participatory and applied approach, prioritizing the active involvement of MSME participants throughout the entire process. The results of the performance management training demonstrate that MSMEs need to develop the skills to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly monitor and evaluate employee performance, and provide constructive feedback. The recruitment process is also a weak point for many MSMEs. Therefore, a sustainable strategy for strengthening MSME human resource capacity, oriented toward increasing productivity, operational efficiency, and business competitiveness amidst increasingly competitive economic challenges, is essential.

Abstract

Factual problems in the field are that there are still some MSMEs who upload product photos with poor lighting, inappropriate backgrounds, and without considering design aesthetics and visual identity. This condition indicates the need for educational intervention in the form of training that can help business actors understand the importance of product design as well as basic technical skills such as taking product photos, using simple design applications, and effective visual design principles. The method used in this community service activity is a participatory educational approach through training activities and direct practice focused on improving participants' skills in designing and presenting products visually for digital marketing purposes. The results of the implementation of this community service activity identified that increasing the capacity of MSMEs in designing and presenting products more attractively on e-commerce platforms. An important lesson from this activity is that the digitalization of MSMEs does not always have to start from complex technological aspects, but can start from simple things but have a big impact, such as improving the visual quality of the product. Attractive product design can be an entry point to building a professional business presence in the digital world.

Abstract

Background: Character education in Indonesia requires learning approaches that go beyond content mastery to foster responsibility among students. Specific background: Conventional methods in civic education have proven less engaging and inadequate in cultivating responsible attitudes. Knowledge gap: Limited models exist that integrate technology-driven, interactive approaches with systematic character formation. Aim: This study developed and implemented a web-based CERDAS learning path to foster responsibility in junior high school students, specifically in the context of civic rights and obligations. Results: Using the ADDIE model, six stages of CERDAS (Create Interest, Explore Concepts, Reflect, Discuss, Act, Conclude and Share) were designed and validated. Testing with 30 ninth-grade students demonstrated significant growth in responsibility, reflected in discipline, autonomy, collaboration, and commitment. High validation scores (96% for material, 87% for media) confirmed the product’s feasibility. Novelty: This study introduced a systematic, web-based instructional flow explicitly designed to shape responsibility through interactive civic learning. Implications: The CERDAS model offers a scalable strategy for embedding responsibility into digital civic education, contributing to character-based education in Indonesia and beyond. Highlights Students showed greater responsibility in academic, social, and collaborative tasks. Web-based CERDAS learning path engaged students actively in civic education. Validation confirmed the model is feasible and adaptable for broader use. Keywords: Web-Based Learning, Civic Education, Student Responsibility, Interactive Model, CERDAS Path

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer preferences in choosing Branchless Banking services by examining various perceptions that influence their decision-making. The research focuses on four key factors: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Trust, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk. The Branchless Banking services evaluated in this study include BRILink, Agen46, and Mandiri Agen, platforms developed by major banks in Indonesia to expand financial services through agent-based networks. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative analysis using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Expert Choice software with qualitative insights to enrich the interpretation of results. Data were collected from 100 respondents with experience using all three services, ensuring a relevant and comprehensive evaluation. The findings reveal that Perceived Ease of Use is the most dominant factor influencing customer choice, with a weight of 39.40%, followed by Perceived Usefulness at 23.90%. Trust ranked third at 22.30%, while Risk had the lowest weight at 14.30%. Further analysis indicates that BRILink is the most preferred branchless banking service, scoring the highest (45.5%) across all criteria: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, and Risk. These results suggest that BRILink aligns best with customer expectations across the evaluated dimensions. The study offers strategic insights for financial institutions to enhance agent banking services through a customer-centric approach.
