Abstract

This study explores the Mandalagiri coffee supply chain using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach to support sustainability in the coffee industry. The research is motivated by increasing competition in both domestic and international markets, as well as the need for small and medium coffee industries to strengthen competitiveness through innovative, efficient, and sustainable business strategies. The novelty of this study lies in mapping coffee management from upstream to downstream while expanding market access through professional collaboration with local and international buyers. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining in-depth interviews, field observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and questionnaires administered to 40 respondents, including farmers, business actors, village governments, and related stakeholders. Qualitative analysis applied the Resource-Based View (RBV) framework, emphasizing VRIO (valuable, rare, inimitable, and organizational) resources, while quantitative analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 4.0. The findings reveal a strong relationship between RBV and sustainability with a coefficient of 0.794, supported by a t-statistic of 16.921, indicating a significant positive effect. This demonstrates that stronger RBV characteristics enhance sustainability outcomes. Within the BMC, key partners, key resources, and value propositions play a crucial role in improving competitive advantage through strengthened human resources, product innovation, and reputation. Overall, the study confirms that coffee industry sustainability depends not only on external strategic efforts but also on effective internal resource management. The results are expected to serve as a reference for developing competitive coffee business models oriented toward economic, social, and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

General Background: Science education in the digital era requires innovative learning models that integrate technology to foster deeper understanding and engagement. Specific Background: Despite the growing application of Augmented Reality (AR) in classrooms, its integration into structured pedagogical models for junior high school science remains limited. Knowledge Gap: Existing research emphasizes AR’s benefits for visualization and interaction, yet there is no comprehensive model that combines exploratory, collaborative, and supportive approaches using AR, particularly for the topic of the Solar System. Aim: This study aims to develop and validate the EKSPLORS learning model supported by AR modules for seventh-grade science learning. Results: The model was developed using the Dick and Carey design framework and evaluated by instructional design, subject matter, and media experts, as well as through individual trials. Validation scores indicated high feasibility: 95% (instructional design), 86% (content), 89% (media), and 88% (student trials). Novelty: The model uniquely integrates exploration, collaboration, and scaffolding with AR-based visualization to enhance conceptual understanding of abstract scientific phenomena. Implications: Findings suggest that the EKSPLORS-AR model can significantly improve motivation, engagement, and comprehension in science education, offering a scalable innovation aligned with the Merdeka Belajar policy and digital transformation in Indonesian schools.Highlight : The EKSPLORS model with AR module was rated highly feasible by experts. This innovation helps students understand abstract science concepts interactively. The development follows the systematic steps of the Dick & Carey model. Keywords : EKSPLORS Learning Model, AR Module, Dick & Carey Development Model, Science Learning, Educational Technology

Abstract

Geothermal Power Plants (GPPs) are a key source of renewable energy that plays a vital role in supporting national energy security. The operational reliability of GPPs is heavily influenced by the performance of steam turbines, particularly the turbine rotor, which converts thermal energy into mechanical energy. This study aims to optimize decision-making in geothermal power plant turbine rotor recovery by employing a multi-criteria decision-making approach through the integration of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The research findings are expected to provide recommendations for optimal turbine rotor recovery strategies that take into account technical, economic, and operational aspects, as well as support improvements in the reliability and operational efficiency of geothermal power plants in Indonesia.

Abstract

Basically, the concept of entrepreneurship includes an individual's ability to recognize opportunities, overcome challenges, and adapt to rapid change. Cognitive entrepreneurship is closely related to entrepreneurship education which is aimed at improving creative and critical thinking skills. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence between creative economic variables and entrepreneurial cognition in encouraging entrepreneurial success. The research method uses a cross-sectional survey approach. This approach was chosen to obtain data from respondents at a certain time. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS software. Descriptive analysis was conducted to provide a general overview of the respondents. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis (SEM) was conducted. The results of this study identified that the creative economy variable towards entrepreneurial success had a coefficient of 0.140, while the entrepreneurial cognitive variable towards entrepreneurial success had a coefficient of 0.652. It was identified that the combination of creative economy and entrepreneurial cognitive factors was able to explain approximately 52.7% of the variation in entrepreneurial success. The results of the analysis of these coefficient values were relatively low to moderate, so their influence was not too dominant. The bootstrapping results showed a coefficient value of 0.000, which means the influence of entrepreneurial cognition on entrepreneurial success was not significant. Therefore, the influence of creative economy-based entrepreneurial cognition on entrepreneurial success is a complex interaction in developing benchmarks for entrepreneurial success.

Abstract

This study was a qualitative descriptive study design which aims to find out the analysis results of the implementation of Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory in learning concept of addition count operations of whole numbers in the first grade of elementary school. Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory is one of the learning theories that emphasizes the learning process using mental, namely the individual who learns to experience what he is learning for himself, so that the process can be recorded in his mind by his own way. The stages of Bruner's learning theory are: (1) the enactive stage, (2) the iconic stage, and (3) the symbolic stage. Data collection techniques in this study used student worksheets, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the process of applying Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory can have a good effect and increase students' understanding and learning ability in learning addition count operations of whole numbers in the first grade of 1 Mekarsari Elementary School.
