Abstract

Industri batik di indonesia umumnya merupakan industri kecil menengah yang menjadi sebagian besar pencaharian masyarakat di berbagai daerah di indonesia. sebelum krisis moneter tahun 1997 industri kecil menengah ini sempat mengalami kemajuanyang pesat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji secara teoritis hubungan antar variabel untuk menciptakan daya saing ikm. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan tujuan menemukan landasan teori dalam pendekatan solusi masalah untuk perumusan hipotesis yang bakal diuji dalam penelitian. Hasil dari kajian tersebut adalah pertama kepemimpinan, teknologi, organisasi dan organisasi pembelajaran secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap knowledge management, kepemimpinan, teknologi, organisasi dan organisasi pembelajaran mempunyai hubungan antar variabel, kepemimpinan, teknologi, organisasi dan organisasi pembelajaran berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap inovasi, knowledge management berpengaruh terhadap inovasi, inovasi berpengaruh terhadap daya saing, knowledge management berpegaruh secara simultan dan parsial melalui inovasi terhadap daya saing dan knowledge management berpegaruh secara simultan dan parsial melalui inovasi terhadap daya saing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the Competitive Advantage Strategy Oriented to Marketing Performance at Garut University. The research method used is a descriptive survey and explanatory survey method with the organizational analysis unit, namely Garut University and the observation unit is Pipinanan University. The data analysis technique in this research uses variant or component-based structural equation modeling, namely partial least squares (PLS) with the smartpls 3.0 program, so all members of the population are designated as respondents. The results of this research show that 1) The external marketing environment has a positive influence on competitive advantage. 2) The external marketing environment has no influence on Marketing Performance, 3) The internal marketing environment has a positive influence on competitive advantage, 4) The internal marketing environment has no influence on marketing performance, 5) Competitive advantage has a positive influence on Marketing Performance.

Abstract

Making purchasing decisions is crucial for businesses as it can increase profits through effective product marketing. On the other hand, poor purchasing decisions can hinder achieving a high market share percentage. This study examines the impact of celebrity endorsers and brand image on purchasing decisions related to marketing. The target population of this particular study was Indonesian society, specifically users of Emina moisturizer products between the ages of 15 and 25. The survey was conducted online and face-to-face, with a total of 747 individuals being randomly selected from the population to represent the sample. This quantitative study used a statistical approach to analyze the collected data. The statistical product and service solution (SPSS) program was used to perform regression analysis, as it met the criteria required for this type of data analysis. An interval scale was utilized to ensure accuracy in the regression analysis. The data obtained in this study was accurate and reliable, with a significance level of 95%. The research findings indicate that celebrity endorsers are significantly influenced by brand image, which is crucial in purchase decisions. Celebrity endorsers and brand image are essential for boosting sales, promoting loyalty, and attracting new consumers.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention is an individual's desire or motivation to become an entrepreneur and start a business. Gen Z generation in Indonesia has a business interest below average at 1.60%, compared to the country's average of 18.94%. Increasing entrepreneurial interest in the Gen Z generation requires an approach and creating an environment that develops entrepreneurial potential. This researcher conducted a survey online and face-to-face to collect data from 115 randomly selected participants. The response rate was 50.4%, and 73 participants completed the survey, representing approximately 30.43% of the total sample. Therefore, the sample size for this study was 58 respondents who provided varying assessments. Researchers also distributed respondents only to the Gen Z age group for all items. Researchers provided questionnaires with surveys directly and sent them online. The tool researchers used to get respondents was questionnaires. The program used to analyze data using the regression method is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). To perform regression analysis on an interval scale, researchers use arithmetic calculations on data collected from respondents. The research results are accurate and reliable, with a significance level of 95%. Results of research regarding perceived behavioral control and subjective norms influence entrepreneurial intention. Based on the results of this research, the researchers expected that these results would be helpful to respondents and readers so that they could be used in further study.

Abstract

Opportunity recognition is an idea that individuals can implement in finding a business concept. The agricultural and industrial sector has the lowest growth in recent years compared to other industrial sectors. This research aims to improve the ability to analyze business opportunities with entrepreneurial intention and self-control to build a business in the future. Researchers surveyed 708 people via email and face-to-face interaction. Seventy-five respondents provided varying ratings. The response rate was 84%. The instrument used to conduct the research was a questionnaire with Likert scale statements. It was distributed both online and in person. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The research results were accurate and reliable, with a significance level of 95%. This research concludes that the internal locus of control influences opportunity recognition through entrepreneurial intention. This research shows that having an internal locus of control, entrepreneurial intention, and the ability to analyze potential opportunities play a crucial role in business development.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peneriamaan Shopee Paylater di Jawa Barat yang diukur menggunakan Sem-PLS menggunakan pendektatan unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kuesioner, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara Behavioural Intention terhadap Use Behaviour dengan lima variabel lainnya.

Abstract

High-quality images are crucial for navigation, obstacle detection, and environmental understanding, but transmitting high-resolution images over constrained networks presents significant challenges. This study introduces an image transmission system using super-resolution convolutional neural networks (SRCNN) to enhance image quality without increasing bandwidth requirements by transmitting low-resolution images and upscaling them with SRCNN. The first phase of the research involved data collection, in which information was acquired directly from an appropriate locus to produce training, validation, and testing datasets. The second, three SRCNN models (915, 935, and 955) were trained using such a training dataset. The last was an evaluation, in which model 915 showed quick learning and stable performance with initial high loss, while model 935 had rapid convergence but potential overfitting. Model 955 achieved high initial performance. Three SRCNN model configurations were tailored to the specific needs of autonomous electric vehicles operating in limited areas, such as the locus. Input image resolution ranged from 128×128 pixels to 256×256 pixels, while output resolution varied from 256×256 pixels to 512×512 pixels. These resolutions can be acceptable for efficient image transmission over IEEE 802.11ac, but on the long range (LoRa) network, it still produces some delay.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the madrasah exam questions based on the level of thinking of students. The discussion in this study includes the level of effectiveness of the sentences in the questions, the validity of the questions, the reliability and level of difficulty, the discriminating power index, the effectiveness of deceptive items and grouping questions based on the thinking levels of Order Thinking Skills (LOTS), Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS), and Higher Order. Thinking Skills (HOTS). The research conducted included descriptive research types of document analysis. The documents analyzed were grid documents, Indonesian language madrasa exam questions at MTsN 1 Garut which consisted of 35 multiple choice questions and 5 descriptions and answer sheets for examinees. The results obtained based on the research that has been done are as follows. First, the sentences used in the Indonesian language madrasa exam questions at MTsN 1 Garut already use effective sentences. Second, the validity of the questions shows that there are 23 valid questions and 17 invalid questions. Third, the reliability level of multiple choice questions is high, while the description questions are in the moderate category. Fourth, the difficulty level of the questions is 14 questions in the easy category, 4 questions in the medium category, and 14 questions in the high category. Fifth, the level of discrimination is 8 low categories, 18 medium categories, and 14 high categories. Sixth, the effectiveness of the distractor, as many as 15 questions function properly and 20 questions do not function properly. It contains 1 question in the Level Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) category, 19 questions in the Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS) category, and 20 questions in the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) category.

Abstract

This research discusses how product and organizational innovation influence business performance. The population of this research is West Java culinary MSMEs, one of which is Garut Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this research was 100 Culinary MSME entrepreneurs in Garut Regency, using a purposive sampling technique and the Smart PLS version 4.0 supporting tool by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. This research examines the influence of product and organizational innovation on business performance. This research aims to determine the influence of independent variables that can influence business performance apart from research that has been conducted previously. The analysis used in this research is the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis test, which was carried out using the total effect. The results of this research state that product innovation influences 48.6%. The organizational innovation variable has an influence of 27.8% on business performance. This third variable shows that variables can control each other with sufficient or moderate value. The aim is to test the influence of product and organizational innovation on business performance.

Abstract

Agen BRILink PD. Devisma, operating in the area of Kantor Unit BRI Samarang Cabang Garut, provides various banking services through BRI mini ATM EDC or BRILink Mobile. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at Agen BRILink PD. Devisma. This study employs a quantitative research method using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 97 respondents who have conducted transactions at least twice at Agen BRILink PD. Devisma. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) technique using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the overall responses of respondents towards service quality, price, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty fall into the good category. Hypothesis testing shows that service quality and price positively affect customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction positively affects customer loyalty, and service quality positively affects customer loyalty. However, price does not affect customer loyalty, as it is considered higher compared to its competitors. Keywords: Service Quality; Price; Customer Satisfaction; Customer Loyalty
