Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in elementary school-age children. This research uses descriptive research, namely research based on literature review which is described through descriptions using library sources such as books, journals, and laws and regulations related to the research topic. In this study, it was explained that the covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on the learning process that occurred in Indonesia because the learning carried out had to be online or online. Many obstacles faced by teachers and students in the learning process occur such as the difficulty of understanding the material to the increasing level of student stress that affects the mental and psychology of students. Therefore, efforts are needed to be made by teachers and parents to minimize the psychological impact that occurs. Efforts are being made to provide guidance, mentoring, and motivation given by parents to their children to improve students' learning mood so that learning motivation also increases. In addition, teachers as educators must improve skills in utilizing technology so that learning is carried out more interesting and fun

Abstract

The community service conducted at PT CJ Logistic is an effort to support financial literacy. This is necessary because CJ Logistic employees are young people who joined the company immediately after graduating from vocational high school. Many of them are working at this company for the first time. Therefore, there is a need to provide financial literacy knowledge to the workers at this company. To facilitate the event and avoid disrupting work hours, the event was held on Saturday when the company only operates half a day. The community service was conducted by organizing a short educational session on personal financial planning. The session was divided into two parts: in the first session, participants received classroom instruction. In the second session, participants were encouraged to ask questions about their individual financial planning. Of course, creating a personal financial plan requires knowledge of one's financial condition and time to develop it. Therefore, the second session focused on general financial planning. At the end of the session, a summary of what was learned that day was provided, and the event concluded with a game related to financial planning led by the students. Participants attended the session from start to finish with enthusiasm. It is hoped that the knowledge gained from this training will be applied in their daily lives.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pemberdayaan pekerja informal dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi di lingkungan urban melalui metode literature review. Dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur, artikel ini mengeksplorasi strategi dan pendekatan yang telah diterapkan untuk memahami dan memperbaiki kondisi pekerja informal. Tinjauan literatur mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi pekerja informal, termasuk ketidakpastian pekerjaan, akses terbatas terhadap sumber daya, dan ketidaksetaraan dalam perlakuan. Namun demikian, artikel ini juga menyoroti potensi solusi dan pendekatan yang dapat memperkuat kedudukan pekerja informal dalam ekonomi urban, seperti pelatihan keterampilan, akses ke modal dan pasar, serta kebijakan perlindungan sosial. Dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberdayaan pekerja informal, artikel ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi kebijakan dan praktik yang berupaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi di lingkungan urban. Implikasi dari analisis ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengarahkan upaya pemberdayaan yang lebih efektif dan inklusif bagi pekerja informal, serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif di masa depan.

Abstract

Manajemen risiko keuangan menjadi aspek krusial dalam pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan, terutama dalam konteks ketidakpastian ekonomi dan krisis global yang sering terjadi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendalami konsep Manajemen Risiko Keuangan dalam konteks membangun kesiapan dan ketahanan finansial perusahaan di tengah-tengah perubahan ekonomi yang dinamis. Melalui metode literature review, artikel ini menggambarkan berbagai strategi, praktik, dan pendekatan terkait manajemen risiko keuangan yang efektif dan relevan. Analisis literature review dalam artikel ini mengidentifikasi beberapa aspek penting dalam manajemen risiko keuangan, termasuk identifikasi risiko, evaluasi dampak potensial, pengembangan strategi mitigasi, implementasi kontrol internal, serta monitoring dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang holistik dan proaktif terhadap manajemen risiko keuangan menjadi kunci dalam membangun kesiapan finansial perusahaan dalam menghadapi berbagai perubahan ekonomi dan krisis yang mungkin terjadi. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas peran penting pemimpin dan manajer keuangan dalam mempromosikan budaya risiko yang sehat dan kesadaran risiko di seluruh organisasi. Dengan mengacu pada pemahaman yang mendalam dari berbagai sumber literatur terkait, artikel ini memberikan wawasan yang komprehensif tentang bagaimana organisasi dapat menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dengan lebih tangguh melalui manajemen risiko keuangan yang efektif. Dengan demikian, artikel ini tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang manajemen risiko keuangan, tetapi juga memberikan panduan praktis bagi para praktisi dan pemimpin organisasi dalam membangun kesiapan dan ketahanan finansial yang kuat dalam menghadapi dinamika ekonomi yang tidak pasti.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas konsep dan praktik investasi yang bertanggung jawab sebagai bagian dari investasi yang berkelanjutan. Melalui metode literature review, kami menyelidiki pendekatan-pendekatan terbaru dalam investasi yang mempertimbangkan aspek lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola perusahaan (ESG). Kami juga menyoroti peran penting masyarakat dalam memahami dan menerapkan investasi yang bertanggung jawab. Dengan fokus pada dampak positif jangka panjang, artikel ini mengajak masyarakat untuk lebih mendalami dan mengadopsi praktik investasi yang berkelanjutan guna mencapai pembangunan yang inklusif dan berdaya tahan.

Abstract

Various risks depend on how the risks are classified. Risk can be classified based on predicting the occurrence, or risk can be classified based on systematic or non-systematic. A pandemic like Covid-19 can be put into an unknown systematic risk, meaning that it is an unknown risk that will occur and affect all parts of the economy. One of the things affected is the agricultural sector. This study examines the impact of a pandemic on the supply chain in the agricultural sector, especially in the food commodity sector, where Indonesia still depends on international supply chains. The study method is a descriptive-analytic study using an agricultural supply chain framework. Each part of the supply chain is then analyzed to determine how the framework is generally implemented in Indonesia. The results of this comparison show what policies can be implemented in Indonesia to secure the supply chain for food commodities in Indonesia. This study indicates that the main problem in Indonesia is that there is no guaranteed harvest price for farmers. The consequence is low farmer welfare because farmers cannot produce efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of strategic management in revealing the challenges of professionalism in the Digitalization Era. This study used a qualitative method with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were tested for validity and analyzed by data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. This study showed that the strategic management of Islamic education in revealing the challenges of professionalism in the Digitalization Era at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Sambas changed in terms of the culture of the teaching and learning process and teacher performance based on intense digitalization. In terms of management, the principal at MIN 1 Sambas has implemented a Madrasa-Based Management Strategy in the Digital Era and carried out Online Training Program for the teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management framework of multicultural-based Islamic religious education in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. The locus of this research is SDN 1 Kota Bangun. To obtain data, the authors conducted interviews, observations, and documentation. Data reduction procedures, data presentation, and concluding analyzed the collected data. The study results show that the management of multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning must be carried out by planning, implementing and evaluating learning that is carried out in totality, integrated, involving all parties and is sustainable to provide optimal results. This research has implications for the importance of religious moderation education from an early age to anticipate students' exclusive and intolerant attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the principal's transformational leadership in realizing digital literacy. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through several stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that; transformational leadership strategy in increasing digital literacy by holding mini workshops and digital literacy examples. The challenges and solutions in transformational leadership are that teachers are still technology literate and not wholeheartedly in studying digitalization and inadequate internet access. This research has implications for the importance of designing educational institutions oriented toward developing digital literacy in responding to the challenges and demands of the times.

Abstract

This study examines the principal's policy in managing learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in schools. This study uses a qualitative type of field research. Madrasah principals, teachers, and committees are the primary data sources. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are obtained from relevant journals, books, magazines. The location of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Malang. The findings of this study state that distance learning and problems during the Covid-19 period and analysis of basic policies by madrasah principals in managing distance learning with distance learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic include policy analysis regarding student needs the use of learning applications. Evaluation activities and policies in the online learning process will be used. The importance of this research will be to provide solutions in learning to regulate flexibility in choosing a curriculum that is by the learning needs of students during the pandemic, as stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture related to the curriculum during an emergency.
