The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price and product quality on the decision to purchase frozen fish products at a store that sells a variety of frozen food products. The research design used in this study uses a quantitative associative method. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out in the first hypothesis (H1), which states that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the t-count value of 15,127 is greater than the t-table value, which is 1,667, testing the second hypothesis (H2). Which states that the quality of the product has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions the t-count value is 24,325 greater than the t-table value, which is 1,667, which means that the price and product quality produced have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. While the R-square value obtained is 0.781 which states that the price and product quality variables influence consumer purchasing decisions by 78.10% and the remaining 21.90% are influenced by other variables.

This study intends to find out how the influence of adolescent behavior on social media users. Currently, almost the majority of teenagers in Indonesia use social media. Social media is something that cannot be left behind in the daily life of teenagers. Researchers, in this case, analyze the behavior of teenagers in using social media. used in this research. This research is included in quantitative research with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is the normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression coefficient test, and hypothesis testing using determination test or R2. Sampling in this study using a proportional random sampling technique. The number of samples obtained as many as 40 respondents with the criteria of teenagers who access social media Facebook. Research results based on the results of research and discussion of the influence of Facebook media on behavioral deviations in adolescents, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the use of Facebook media on behavioral deviations of adolescents who includes the words of students can be seen from the words of students who are not polite, the use of dirty words in daily communication. Students' addiction to Facebook makes students tend to use Facebook whenever and wherever there is an opportunity, even during lessons. Students' individualism can be seen from the use of Facebook to communicate and rarely meet directly with friends which results in a decrease in social attitudes in students who tend not to care about the surrounding environment.

The research aims to develop an Android-based learning media. The stages of the research are analysis, implementation, and evaluation. The participants of the research were students at West Kalimantan Vocational High School. The research method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE approach. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were students of class X AK 1 and X AK 2 at Vocational High School West Kalimantan, totaling 56 students, for a small-scale trial taken 5 students from X AK 1 and 5 students from X AK 2. Research instrument was using a questionnaire with a scale. Research results based on research statements and the development of Android-based learning media with App Inventor on word processing software, it can be concluded that to make applications with App Inventor software it is not enough to just use a browser application. the development of learning media using the App Inventor media after validation with two media experts is very feasible to use and by using this application the teaching and learning process run very independently and make it easier for students to understand the learning material

Learning mathematic cannot be separated from the mathematical symbol and a numerical skill, which is required as ability to perform calculation and related matters with the numbers. This research is aimed to improve the numerical ability of students. The method used was based on Borg and call, which consisted of ten main stages involved. The first research result is the validation of android-based mobile games edutainment, that is, the average value of the three experts is 78.33% with valid criteria. Then the average validation results of the android mobile game test questions based on edutainment is 77.77% with valid criteria. The second is the value of simplicity, seen from the value of the questionnaire which was filled in by all fresh graduates which was accumulated so that a percentage of 85.84% was obtained with very practical criteria. Furthermore, the effectiveness is seen from the increase in scores workmanship of fresh graduate pretest and posttest which is calculated by the formula T test results obtained by increasing the pretest posttest score then ability numerical increase so that it is categorized as effective. The batik business is engaged by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In marketing products, there are still MSMEs that use word of mouth (WOMM) in marketing techniques and use WhatsApp communication. Media such as SMEs in the field of batik weaving fashion Muhibbuddiana. This service activity is intended to assist in the use of Instagram in marketing and selling products online, from creating Instagram accounts and product documentation to posting content, as well as analyzing Instagram insights to find out the most popular posts, follower and non-follower interactions, and increase in the number of followers. The activity results show the effect of the ease of using social media on promotion and sales, the impact of using social media to increase sales turnover, and the importance of understanding Instagram insight for customer segmentation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the work engagement variable as a mediator at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Samples were taken as many as 63 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 22 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Perceived Organizational Support. This study also succeeded in proving that Perceived Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Work Engagement at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Based on the results of research analysis, several suggestions can be used as consideration in determining future policies, namely, the Office should pay more attention to any complaints felt by employees so that it will create a sense of meaning and feelings of pleasure and employees feel considered necessary by the service.

Salah satu bagian dari ilmu ekonomi adalah sejarah ekonomi. Di dalam sejarah ekonomi salah satu yang dipelajari adalah perkembangan dari pasar di suatu negara. Penelitian ini mencoba melihat bagaimana kebijakan ekonomi di era 2010 an hingga 2021 – an di Indonesia mempengaruhi pasar uang dan pasar modal. Era tersebut dipilih karena era tersebut merupakan era yang dinamis dan menjadi fondasi untuk perkembangan pasar modal Indonesia modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kerangka analisa kebijakan. Kebijakan di analisa mulai dari tingkat pengambil kebijakan lalu pengaruhnya terhadap pasar dan bagaimana investor dan pelaku pasar lainnya bereaksi terhadap kebijakan tersebut. Data yang digunakan adalah data historis. Kemudian reaksi pelaku pasar di analisa untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan pasar modal dan pasar uang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah telah melakukan hal yang positif di pasar modal yang telah mendorong minat pelaku pasar untuk semakin berinvestasi di pasar modal.

The development of the retail business has become very competitive due to offline and online competition. Business owners must provide the best service to customers because the dynamic behavior of customers encourages them to try other brands if their needs are not met. Because the number of competitors continues to increase and companies must have a good positioning and power to retain their customers and provide a positive word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Credibility on Word of Mouth through Customers and Customer Loyalty as Intervening at Mirota, Yogyakarta Campus. The design of this research is a causal study using hypotheses. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Respondents were taken from 230 customers of Mirota Yogyakarta Campus in Yogyakarta with certain characteristics. The results show that Customer and Customer Loyalty is an intervention between Word of Mouth Brand Credibility, there is an effect of Brand Credibility on Customer goals and Customer Loyalty, there is an influence of Customer and Customer Loyalty on Word of Mouth, and there is an influence of Customer and Customer Loyalty on Word of Mouth. . Other results show that there is an influence of Customers on Customer Loyalty.

Online sales is an alternative form of business that can be used by business people to offer products to consumers. As internet service users continue to grow, due to being cheap and easy, business online sell is growing. Business development is supported by increased productivity which provides a variety of products to be marketed through the internet media. This has triggered the rise of ballet shoes selling business through the internet called "Nara Collection" because it is easy to run does not require large capital and does not need to require an easy management system to manage it. Now it is enough with the product photos and internet access to market it into goods selling sites and social networking sites, this business can already run. To simplify the online sales process, a web-based online sales information system was created. With this application, it can help market products online so that it can be widely known by the general public. In addition, the development of this information system makes the transaction process easier and faster and problems related to sales data and report information can be printed quickly and easily by the cashier.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana manajemen kepemimpinan dari kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar dalam upayanya dalam mewujudkan Merdeka Belajar di Era Digitalisasi ini. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Berbagai sumber diolah dalam penelitian ini seperti buku, hasil penelitian, jurnal dan artikel penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya teknologi digital memberikan tantangan baru di dunia Pendidikan kini. Berdampingan dengan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah, integrasi keduanya bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan generasi bangsa yang lebih baik. Untuk mewujudkan hal ini diperlukan Kerjasama berbagai pihak khususnya di lingkungan sekolah yakni melalui peran kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah yang merupakan pimpinan di sekolah menjadikan posisi ini amat strategis dalam perannya guna mewujudkan tercapainya Merdeka Belajar ini di sekolah. Melalui manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di era digitalisasi ini Kepala Sekolah perlu mengiplementasikan beberapa aspek diantaranya adalah mampu melakukan pengembangan visi, misis hingga tujuan sekolah melalui aspek pemimpin yang visioner, mewujudkan budaya pembelajaran era digital yang mampu memnuhi kebutuhan siswa, mampu memperbaiki suatu kondisi maupun permasalahan secara sitematis, unggul dalam praktek professional hingga mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif untk belajar dan bekerja di era digitalisasi ini. Melalui pemenuhan terhadap kelima aspek ini, manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan mampu tercipta dengan baik sehingga akan terwujud hubungan yang sinergis antara seluruh komponen warga di sekolah
