Abstract

Implementasi hasil perancangan alat panggang ergonomis yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesejahteraan para pedagang ikan bakar di kawasan wisata Tanjungpakis, Karawang. Perancangan alat panggang ini didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip ergonomi, dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi risiko cedera dan meningkatkan produktivitas selama proses pemanggangan. Melalui pendekatan pengembangan teknologi tepat guna, alat panggang ini dirancang agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi kerja para pedagang, dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor seperti postur tubuh dan gaya kerja. Implementasi alat panggang ergonomis ini juga memperhatikan aspek sosial dan ekonomi, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi komunitas pedagang ikan bakar di kawasan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat panggang ergonomis telah memberikan dampak positif, termasuk peningkatan efisiensi kerja, penurunan tingkat kelelahan, dan peningkatan kualitas produk akhir. Implementasi teknologi tepat guna seperti alat panggang ergonomis ini memberikan contoh bagaimana inovasi dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi para pelaku usaha kecil di tingkat lokal, dengan potensi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan produktivitas mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan perawatan alat pompa hidram yang digunakan untuk pengairan tanaman padi di Desa Karangligar. Pompa hidram adalah teknologi yang memanfaatkan tenaga air untuk mengangkat air ke tempat yang lebih tinggi tanpa menggunakan sumber energi luar seperti listrik atau bahan bakar. Dalam konteks pertanian, pompa hidram sangat cocok diterapkan di daerah yang memiliki sumber air yang melimpah namun membutuhkan distribusi air yang efisien ke lahan pertanian. Menurut Sudrajat (2011), Pemeliharaan atau yang lebih di kenal dengan kata maintenace dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu aktivitas yang di perlukan untuk menjaga atau mempertahankan kualitas pemeliharaan suatu fasilitas agar fasilitas tersebut dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam kondisi.

Abstract

The pulp and paper industry is one of the industries that significantly contributes to the national economy. Indonesia has at least 103 companies in the paper industry sector, with a total paper production capacity of 18.26 million tons per year. The industry has employed 1.36 million workers and generated exports worth USD 7.5 billion in 2021. The paper industry is not only categorized as a labor-intensive industry but also as a high-risk industry. This study aims to analyze the safety climate in the production department of the paper industry in West Java Province, Indonesia. This study involved the participation of 366 individuals in different roles, including managers, supervisors, leaders, officers, and operators, who were interviewed and asked to complete a questionnaire using the NOSACQ-50 method. The NOSACQ-50 method consists of 7 dimensions of safety climate. The results show that all safety climate dimensions scored between 3.38-3.77, which is a perfect level that needs to be maintained and continuously improved. The safety climate score of the paper industry in Indonesia has a similar pattern to the previous research results released by Nordic on its official website but with higher values. The results of this study are consistent with previous research, which posits safety climate as a homogeneous shared perception characteristic of an organization's safety culture.

Abstract

JIG merupakan sebuah komponen yang sangat penting dalam dunia industri baik industri manufacturing dan industri lainnya, JIG adalah sebuah komponen yang akan digunakan dalam penempatan atau dudukan untuk sebuah proses dalam industri. JIG digunakan sebagai media membantu dalam penempatan komponen-komponen produksi yang akan di manufacturing, permasalahan yang timbul adalah pada saat pembuatan JIG memerlukan ukuran yang sesuai terhadap benda yang akan ditempatkan, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menetapkan sebuah toleransi untuk pembuatan JIG menggunakan mesin 3D Printing. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dimulai dengan pengukuran benda manufacturing yaitu jackcable pada pin 16 dan pin 10. Setelah dilakukan proses pengukuran maka penentuan toleransi sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan, ketika perhitungan toleransi terhadap hasil pengukuran maka selanjutnya dilakukan proses desain. Hasil desain akan diubah menjadi format G-Code untuk dicetak menggunakan mesin 3D Printing. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan simbol “i,j,n,m dan e” memiliki toleransi yang sama yaitu 0.5-0.7mm hal tersebut karena pada bagian tersebut toleransi hanya menerapkan tingkat suaian yang longgar atau suaian kasar. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian ini pada JIG pin 10 menggunakan suaian sedang dan pada JIG pin 16 menggunakan suaian kasar.

Abstract

Using high-pressure and high-temperature laser light emission techniques, laser cutting works to cut materials in such a way that components at the laser cutting point produce cutting results. However, the current problem is that laser cutting often produces material defects including protruding parts, burnt surfaces, and pores on the laser-cut parts. Given this problem, the purpose of this study is to develop a camera capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting . The research method is the preparation of 6061 aluminum material, the preparation of the ESP32CAM camera, and the preparation of laser cutting parameter settings. In order to run the ESP32CAM program, C and OpenCV programming languages ​​are needed to identify items with material defects, color images, histograms, and FPS are needed. The results of the study showed that detecting defects at the highest FPS reading of 15.57 and a histogram value of 250 at the x coordinate and 950000 at the y coordinate. Eight defects in the material were found using Open CV detection on the ESP32CAM camera sample 3. From this technique it can be concluded that ESP32CAM is capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of the crypto asset market presents significant challenges related to market transparency, this study examines the influence of intergenerational training, information technology adoption, and generational conflict management on employee engagement in a consulting services company in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 250 employees via a structured questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS version 25. The results reveal that all three factors significantly contribute to employee engagement, with intergenerational training being the strongest predictor, followed by information technology adoption and generational conflict management. The study highlights the importance of fostering collaboration across generations, leveraging technology for efficient workflows, and addressing generational conflicts to enhance workplace engagement. These findings offer actionable insights for organizations managing diverse workforces in similar contexts.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of automation technology and machine safety in risk management within the manufacturing production process. By employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including literature reviews, surveys, and data analysis, the research identifies the critical role of automation technologies such as robotics, IoT, and predictive analytics in mitigating risks. These innovations improve operational efficiency, enhance worker safety, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards. Key findings highlight the dual benefits of reducing downtime and preventing workplace accidents, while also emphasizing the necessity of adaptive risk management strategies. The study concludes that aligning advanced technologies with proactive safety protocols fosters a more resilient and productive manufacturing environment.

Abstract

Dalam situasi persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat dan meningkatnya arus aktivitas industri pesaing, mengakibatkan adanya tuntutan untuk melakukan usaha yang efektif dan efisien. PT Alda Henko Internusa merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan part mesin industri. Upah atau gaji merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dan menentukan dalam manajemen tenaga kerja, karena upah merupakan suatu unsur dari imbalan terhadap prestasi dan kontribusi yang diberikan oleh pekerja dalam rangka pencapaian sasaran perusahaan dan motivasi produktivitas. Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah melakukan analisa terhadap sistem pengupahan yang diterapkan di perusahaan, dan mencoba menerapkan suatu sistem upah yang baik agar dapat memotivasi para pekerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, sehingga dapat menghasilkan produktivitas di atas standar produksi dan juga dapat memperkecil kemungkinan timbulnya konflik yang mungkin terjadi diantara pihak pengusaha dan pekerja. Model pengpahan yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Model Bonus 100%, Tugas dan Bonus Gantt, Pola Premi Halsey dan Pola Premi Rowan, lalu keempat metode ini dibandingkan untuk mengambil metode yang lebih baik. Sehingga diharapkan nantinya mendapatkan metode pengupahan yang terbaik untuk perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at CV Bintang Timur Mandiri. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 40 employees, this study found that compensation significantly positively affects employee performance, with a t-value of 2.685, more significant than the t table of 1.685. On the other hand, the work environment does not significantly affect employee performance, with a t-value of -0.176, which is smaller than the t table of 1.685. However, compensation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance with a calculated F value of 10.501, greater than the F table 3.25. The results of this study indicate the importance of providing fair compensation, creating a comfortable work environment, increasing motivation through training and recognition of achievements, and managing human resources well. These steps will contribute to the productivity and positive image of the company. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Performance
