Abstract

The method used is descriptive quantitative method, this research using primary data and secondary data which generated from the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, direct observation and literature study. The analytical tool used in this research is a statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis verification through t test to prove the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable partially and to prove the relationship between dependent and independent variables simultaneously used f test analysis. The sample used in this research was 85 respondents taken from 587 student population at STIE Nobel who get active status on 2014-2015. This study proves that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy (partially) to the satisfaction of the students at STIE Nobel Indonesia. The study also proves that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy (simultaneously) to the satisfaction of the students at STIE Nobel Indonesia. The study also shows that the variable appearance of the product (tangibility) is the most dominant variable affecting the level of student satisfaction at Nobel STIE Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to: (a) find out that the exchange rate and price have a partially positive and significant effect on the volume of tuna exports in South Sulawesi. (b) find out that the exchange rate and price have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on the volume of tuna exports in South Sulawesi. This study used multiple linear regression with secondary data collection. The result of this study showed that simultaneously,the price and exchange rate variables. Significantly and positively affected toward the volume of tuna exports in South Sulawesi. Partially the price had a significant effect toward the volume of tuna exports in South Sulawesi and the exchange rate also had a significant effect toward the volume of tuna exports in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi : Realibility (Keandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Emphaty (Empati), Assurance (Jaminan), dan tangible (Bukti Fisik) baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 100 pengguna Indihome. Pada hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua pernyataan yang ada didalam kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliable sehingga layak dimasukkan dalam pengujian selanjutnya. Uji t (parsial) diperoleh hasil bahwa Realibility (Keandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Emphaty (Empati), Assurance (Jaminan), dan tangible (Bukti Fisik) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen layanan Indihome. Uji F (Simultan) diperoleh hasil bahwa Realibility (Keandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Emphaty (Empati), Assurance (Jaminan), dan tangible (Bukti Fisik) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen layanan Indihome. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality which incule : Reliability, Responsiveness, Emphaty, Assurance and Tangible either partially or simultaneously. This research method is quantitative. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) by taking respondents as many as 100 Indihome User. In the result of the validity and reliability test, all statements ini the questionnaire are declared valid and reliable so they deserve to be included in further terting. t test (parcial) shows that Reliability, Responsiveness, Emphaty,Assurance dan Tangible have a positive and a significant effect partially Satisfaction of Indihome Services in Makassar F test (simultaneously) shows that Reliability, Responsiveness, Emphaty, Assurance dan Tangible have a positive and a significant effect simultaneously Satisfaction of Indihome Services in Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi di Instagram, harga dan ragam menu terhadap keputusan pembelian catering Rumahan di Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan saintific untuk menguji pembenaran hipotesis yang diajukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen kue ulang tahun homemade di Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik non probability sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Maka total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Promosi di Instagram, Harga dan Ragam Menu baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The current study aims to (a) find out the quadrant position of PT Guten Inc's based on the results of SWOT analysis (b) find out the proper positioning strategy to be applied by PT Guten Inc based on the results of SWOT analysis. The research was conducted by using a quantitative approach with data collection techniques are through direct observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis was based on internal and external environmental factors which influences decision making of corporate strategy. Data processing applied IFAS & EFAS matrix and SWOT matrix. Result of IFAS matrix was 3.29 and EFAS matrix was 3.19, which means that PT Guten.Inc is positioned at cell II in SWOT matrix so that strategy can be done is aggressive strategy. Results of SWOT matrix analysis shows that it was in quadrant II with SO (Stregth-Opprtunity) strategy of the aggressive strategy that can be applied which means that PT Guten Inc can take advantage of opportunities with maximum strength.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kondisi alam di Desa Harapan Kecamatan Tanete Riaja, Kabupaten Barru Sulawesi Selatan sebagian besar berupa bukit yang subur yang sangat potensial untuk dibudidayakan sebagai lahan perkebunan, pertanian sayur mayur dan wisata alam. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pendampingan terkait dengan peningkatan daya saing BUMDesa melalui peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan potensi lokal di Desa Harapan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan melalui pemaparan materi dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan tahap pelaporan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyajian materi yang diikuti dengan memberikan pelatihan serta memberikan pertanyaan untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta pada materi serta pelatihan yang telah dilakukan. Tim pengabdi terdiri dari 4 orang yang focus pada empat bidang yaitu (1) Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan; (2) Pemasaran; (3) Akuntansi; dan (4) Informasi dan Teknologi. Dengan Menggunakan data awal yang didapatkan pada tahap persiapan yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan analisa lanjutan setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian telah terlihat peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini terlihat dari mulai digunakannya sistem informasi dan teknologi dalam promosi dan pemasaran seta perubahan packaging produk dan bertambahnya unit bisnis dari BUMDesa setelah dipraktekkannya analisa potensi bisnis local oleh pengurus BUMDesa.Abstract: The natural conditions in Harapan Village, Tanete Riaja Subdistrict, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi are mostly in the form of fertile hills which have the potential to be cultivated as plantation land, major vegetable farming and nature tourism. This community service activity is intended to provide assistance related to increasing the competitiveness of BUMDes through improving the quality of local potential management in Harapan Village. This service is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage through material presentation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and the reporting stage. The implementation method is carried out through the presentation of material followed by providing training and asking questions to determine the participants' understanding of the material and the training that has been carried out. The service team consists of 4 people who focus on four areas, namely (1) Business and Entrepreneurship; (2) Marketing; (3) Accounting; and (4) Information and Technology). By using the initial data obtained at the preparation stage which is then compared with further analysis after the implementation of service activities, a significant increase has been seen, this can be seen from the use of information systems and technology in promotion and marketing as well as changes in product packaging and the increase in business units from BUMDes after the practice of analyzing local business potential by BUMDes.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of training, transfer and job rotation on employee motivation. This study uses a causal analysis design with quantitative research methods. The population in this study consisted of currently active ASN at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of South Sulawesi Province totaling 93 people.  With a purposive sampling technique with consideration of ASNs who have attended training, have been transferred and rotated 88 people. The data in this study were obtained directly from filling out a questionnaire. The data that has been collected will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. and in terms of data processing using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant effect of training, transfer and job rotation on employee motivation at the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of South Sulawesi ProvinceKeywords: Training, Transfer, Job Rotation, Employee MotivationAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan, mutasi dan rotasi kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan analisis kausal dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas ASN aktif saat ini pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan berjumlah 93 Orang. Dengan teknik purposive samling dengan pertimbangan ASN yang telah mengikuti pelatihan, sudah pernah dimutasi dan rotasi yaitu 88 orang. Data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh secara langsung dengan mengisi kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, pengujian hipotesis klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sehubungan dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelatihan, mutasi dan rotasi kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana cara untuk meningkat UMKM khususnya pada bidang pemasaran dan keuangan sehingga mampu bersaing menyongsong Indonesia emas 2045 . Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian adalah sosialisasi pengembangan skill masyarakat di bidang pemasaran dan workshop dalam bidang keuangan UMKM. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah UMKM di desa Bolaromang Kabupaten Gowa. Jumlah yang terlibat adalah 15 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap mitra. Hasil yang dicapai adalah 14 orang atau 85,7% dari hasi evaluasi bersama dengan pengelola UMKM menggunakan kuesioner terbuka dan wawancara menyatakan bahwa setelah ada sosialisasi dan workshop yang dilakukan terjadi peningkatan penjualan yang terjadi karena banyaknya konsumen yang membeli dari luar Desa Bolaromang. UMKM juga banyak yang telah menggunakan buku kas dalam proses pencatatan keuangannya. Sehingga kedepannya mitra ingin menggunakan social media lebih aktif lagi dan ingin terus menggunakan buku kas dalam pencatatan keuangan produknya.Abstract: The purpose of this service is how to increase MSMEs, especially in the fields of marketing and finance so that they are able to compete for a golden Indonesia in 2045 . The method used in the service is socialization of community skill development in the field of marketing and workshops in the field of MSME finance. The partners of this service are MSMEs in Bolaromang village, Kabupaten Gowa. The number involved is 15 people. Evaluation is carried out using questionnaires against partners. The results achieved were 14 people or 85.7% of the evaluation results together with MSME managers using open questionnaires and interviews stating that after the socialization and workshops carried out there was an increase in sales that occurred due to the large number of consumers who bought from outside Bolaromang Village. Many MSMEs have also used cash books in the process of recording their finances. So that in the future partners want to use social media more actively and want to continue to use cash books in recording the finances of their products.

Abstract

Linear Programming atau biasa disebut juga sebagai optimasi linear merupakan suatu cara dalam matematika yang bisa dipakai untuk memecahakan masalah mengenai optimasi dengan memperhatikan kendala tertentu dan dalam linear programming adalah metode simpleks yang berfungsi untuk mencari solusi optimum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan dalam produksi semen di PT. Semen Tonasa. Jenis Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantatif, yaitu data yang berupa angka-angka yang menunjukkan jumlah atau banyaknya sesuatu, yaitu Biaya Produksi, Jumlah Unit yang diproduksi, Harga per unit dan kapasitas sumber daya-sumber daya yang tersedia. Data kualitatif, yaitu data yang tidak dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka, seperti sejarah singkat perusahaan dan bidang usaha perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan linear programming metode simpleks tingkat keuntungan optimal adalah sebesar Rp. 183.638.900.955 dengan memproduksi Semen Portland Tipe I sebanyak 4.429 ton, Semen Portland Komposit sebanyak 891.157 ton dan Semen Portland Pozzolan tidak diproduksi. Dengan menggunakan metode simpleks hasil perhitungan model optimasi produksi menunjukkan bahwa PT. Semen Tonasa mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp. 13.945.642.163 atau naik sekitar 8,218%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of e-service quality, promotion and price on the decision to use Gopay. This study uses a causal analysis design with quantitative research methods. The population in this study is ITB Nobel Indonesia students using the Gopay application whose number is not known with certainty, while the sampling method uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with respondent criteria 1) respondents know about Gopay; 2) respondents have used the Gopay application more than 2 times. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data in this study were directly obtained from filling out a questionnaire (questionnaire) given to respondents in the form of closure which would then be answered by the respondent. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that e-service quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Gopay. While the price has no positive and insignificant effect on the decision to use Gopay.
