Abstract

Learning in the 21st century requires teachers to act not only as conveyors of information but also as designers of creative learning that is relevant to students' needs. The application of a deep learning approach is believed to improve critical thinking skills, in-depth conceptual understanding, and collaborative skills, which are crucial in facing the challenges of the independent curriculum. In this context, the role of teachers in the West Angkola District Teacher Working Group (KKG) is crucial to examine, particularly in designing creative learning oriented toward developing higher-order thinking skills. This study aims to analyzea the role of teachers in designing creative learning based on deep learning and explore the strategies used to integrate deep learning principles into learning planning and practice. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies involving teachers who are members of the West Angkola District KKG.The results indicate that teachers play a strategic role in designing creative learning through the use of interactive media, developing problem-based activities, and implementing collaborative learning models. Teachers also strive to foster students' critical thinking skills through structured discussions, explorations, and reflections. The learning design implemented has been proven to not only increase student motivation but also strengthen teachers' professional competence in managing more meaningful learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the role of teachers in designing creative learning using a deep learning approach significantly contributes to the quality of the learning process in elementary schools. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference in developing creative learning practices based on deep learning in the Teachers' Working Group (KKG) and other teacher professional development forums.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of the Canva application as a digital innovation to enhance teacher creativity in the Kenanga Teacher Working Group (KKG). The background of this research stems from the need for teachers to adapt to developments in educational technology and create learning media that are engaging, interactive, and relevant to the characteristics of 21st-century learners. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with teachers who were members of the Kenanga KKG. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of training activities and the implementation of Canva in the learning process. The results indicate that the use of Canva can improve teachers' abilities in designing creative and communicative digital learning media. Furthermore, the collaborative training and mentoring activities within the KKG also fostered increased digital competence and teachers' confidence in innovation. Thus, the integration of Canva within the Kenanga KKG environment has proven effective as an effort to strengthen teacher professionalism in the digital era.

Abstract

Potensi Indonesia dalam pemanfaatan energi baru terbarukan cukup besar yang salah satunya bersumber dari Biomassa yang bahan bakunya mudah didapatkan dan ketersediaannya cukup melimpah, salah satunya adalah Sekam padi. Pembuatan briket umumnya memerlukan penambahan bahan perekat untuk meningkatkan sifat fisik dari briket. Adanya penambahan kadar perekat yang sesuai pada pembuatan briket akan meningkatkan kualitas briket tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan perekat tepung sagu dengan kosentrasi yang berbeda yaitu 10%, 15% dan 20%. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kadar air adalah P1=5,85%, P2 = 6,01% P3= 6,63%, kadar abu P1=24,35%, P2=21,27%, P3=17,73% dan rata-rata laju pembakaran adalah P1=0,0056 g/detik, P2=0,0051 g/detik, P3=0,0049 g/detik. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kadar air pada briket yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi SNI, sedangkan kadar abu pada briket belum memenuhi SNI dan untuk laju pembakaran kualitas yang terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan P3 yaitu 0,0049 g/detik.

Abstract

Minyak jelantah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik berpotensi mencemari lingkungan dan membahayakan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melatih pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Ngunut dalam mengolah minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aromaterapi, yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan manfaat relaksasi. Pelatihan mencakup edukasi pengelolaan limbah, teknik pembuatan, dan praktik langsung. Hasilnya, peserta mampu menghasilkan lilin berkualitas dan mulai memasarkannya secara lokal. Program ini tidak hanya mendukung ekonomi peserta, tetapi juga mendorong pengelolaan limbah berkelanjutan serta pengembangan UMKM berbasis lingkungan.

Abstract

Economic growth describes an increase in the standard of living as measured by real output per person. Economic growth is often associated with the process of increasing the production capacity of an economy which is manifested in the form of an increase in national income. In this study, this study uses a quantitative research type. Quantitative research is conducted by analyzing numbers that are measured and calculated using mathematical or statistical tools. Data in the form of numbers will be processed using mathematical or statistical tools to obtain information behind the numbers. The data used in this study were obtained from statistical reports from BPS, BAZNAS and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs on the official websites of each institution. The results of this study found that zakat and MSMEs have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia, while inflation has no effect in this study.

Abstract

HR (Human Resources) development in sub-district offices refers to efforts to improve the quality, capacity and performance of employees working at the sub-district level. HR development is a strategic process that involves various activities and programs to strengthen the capabilities of individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. The aim is to improve efficiency, effectiveness and services provided to the community. Human resources are one of the most important assets for an organization/company. The role of human resources for organizations/companies is not only seen from the results of work productivity but also seen from the quality of work produced, even further, the superiority of an organization/company is also determined by the superiority of its human competitiveness, not determined by its natural resources. The stronger the knowledge of human resources, the stronger the company's competitiveness. Improving the quality of human resources, and therefore, this paper draws a conclusion, namely "Human Resource Management in the Kangayan District Office". Based on the introduction outlined above, the problem formulation that can be taken is how to manage and empower existing human resources in the Kangayan sub-district office so that it has benefits and functions even though the existing human resources are very limited, it can be achieved through the human resource development process, Human Resource Management (HRDM) is very closely related to HR in an organization or company. HRM itself has many benefits and functions and is useful in managing and empowering existing human resources who are planning to join an organization or company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain ex-post facto, bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kecerdasan emosional siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Watampone yang terletak di Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 4 Tibojong Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone Sulawesi Selatan. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari angket kecerdasan emosional dan hasil nilai rapor IPS siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji hipotesis. Pada uji validitas ditemukan nilai terendah dengan nilai 0,000 yang terdapat pada pernyataan nomor 8, 16, dan 22 dan ditemukan nilai tertinggi dengan nilai 0,041 yang terdapat pada pernyataan nomor 6. Kemudian pada pearson correlation nilai rhitung tertinggi dengan nilai 0,725 yang terdapat pada pernyataan nomor 8 dengan nilai rtabel 0,05=0,361 dan nilai rhitung terendah dengan nilai 0,375 yang terdapat pada pernyataan nomor 6 dengan nilai rtabel 0,05=0,361. Pada uji realibilitas data yang didapatkan peneliti menghasilkan nilai alpha 0,849 yang dengan tingkar realibilitas sangat tinggi. Pada uji hipotesis nilai konsistensi 76,529, nilai ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai angka konstan. Pada uji t yaitu 1,701, jadi dapat disimpulkan thitung lebih > dari ttabel atau (2,250 > 1,701). Maka dikatakan H1 diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes on compulsory fasting material at SDS No.101820 Bina Karya. TGT is a learning model that will provide new experiences in learning so that they can understand the material more easily. In this study, the method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests and interviews to assess the development of students' understanding of compulsory fasting material before and after the implementation of TGT. The support provided by teachers in implementing TGT can also increase student activity in learning and understanding the material taught with methods that can attract students' interest in learning so that it can improve student learning outcomes on compulsory fasting material in class VI.

Abstract

Sayuran dan ikan merupakan makanan yang sangat penting dalam proses metabolisme tubuh manusia karena mengandung nutrisi yang sangat baik. Meskipun sebagian besar penelitian terkonsentrasi dengan bahan dasar pembuatan bakso dari daging ikan, namun perlu diketahui bahwa tidak semua kalangan masyarakat dapat mengkonsumsi sayuran dan ikan, terutama anak-anak. Alternative penyajian sayur dan ikan yang dapat dikonsumsi anak-anak sampai orang dewasa adalah bakso. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap daya terima rasa, tekstur, aroma, warna dan untuk mengetahui kandungan gizi seperti kadar air, kadar abu, protein, vitamin, lemak berdasarkan metode by different. Desain percobaan bakso sawi pagoda dan ikan bandeng ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan perlakuan adalah rasio sawi pagoda dan ikan bandeng, yaitu w1 (95:5%), w2 (85:15%), w3 (75:25%), w4 (65:35%0, w5 (40:60%) dan w6 (30:70%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio sawi pagoda dan ikan bandeng memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar protein, kadar vitamin C, kadar lemak dan sifat organoleptik hedonik untuk atribut warna dan aroma. Namun tekstur dan rasa menunjukkan berbeda sangat nyata terhadap bakso sawi pagoda fortifikasi ikan bandeng, dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap kadar abu. Bakso sawi pagoda fortifikasi ikan bandeng dengan komposisi sawi pagoda 30% dan ikan bandeng 70% mendapatkan respons organoleptik hedonik terbaik.

Abstract

Buah pisang merupakan salah satu buah yang mudah sekali mengalami perubahan fisiologis, kimia dan fisik bila tidak ditangani secara tepat dan bernilai ekonomi rendah. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya pengolahan sehingga olahan pisang ini menjadi produk-produk variatif yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan pisang sebagai bahan baku untuk pembuatan dodol. Pembuatan dodol pisang diharapkan akan memberikan nilai tambah, nilai gizi yang lebih baik dan sekaligus menjadi keanekaragaman olahan pisang. Dalam penelitian pembuatan dodol pisang ini menggunakan bahan baku pisang raja. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui respon panelis dan kandungan kimia (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak, padatan terlarut) terhadap dodol pisang raja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 Perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yaitu menggunakan perlakuan pisang raja 0 g dan tepung ketan 500g, pisang raja 150g dan tepung ketan 350g, pisang raja 250g dan tepung ketan 250g, pisang raja 350g dan tepung ketan 150g. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kandungan kimia untuk kadar air terendah yaitu sebesar 5,71%, kadar abu tertinggi 1,39%, kadar lemak tertinggi 4,94% dan padatan terlarut tertinggi 8.33obrix untuk perlakuan pisang raja 350g dengan tepung ketan 150g. Sementara untuk uji organoleptic menunjukkan tingkat kesukaan panelis dari segi warna bernilai 3,77, aroma 3,71, rasa 3,84, dan tekstur 3,77 yang semuanya berkategori suka untuk perlakuan pisang raja 250g dengan penambahan tepung ketan 250g.
