Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Akses dan Amenitas berbasis Smart Tourism memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pencapaian visi Indonesia Emas, dengan menjadikan sektor pariwisata sebagai salah satu pilar utama dalam perekonomian digital dan berkelanjutan. Penerapan teknologi digital, seperti aplikasi berbasis lokasi, sistem pemesanan online, pembayaran digital, peta digital, dan kios self-check-in, telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan destinasi, kenyamanan wisatawan, serta kualitas layanan pariwisata. Teknologi ini memungkinkan wisatawan untuk merencanakan perjalanan dengan lebih efisien, mengakses informasi secara real-time, dan menikmati pengalaman wisata yang lebih berkualitas. Namun, implementasi smart tourism di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan signifikan. Kesenjangan digital antara destinasi utama dan daerah terpencil, keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, akses internet yang minim di wilayah tertentu, serta kurangnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan teknologi informasi merupakan hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, upaya peningkatan infrastruktur digital, pengembangan kapasitas SDM, dan pemerataan akses teknologi menjadi langkah penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan inklusivitas penerapan smart tourism. Secara keseluruhan, pengelolaan destinasi pariwisata berbasis teknologi dapat menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang lebih efisien, ramah pengguna, dan berkelanjutan. Untuk mewujudkan Indonesia Emas, diperlukan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat dalam mengatasi tantangan dan mempercepat transformasi digital di sektor pariwisata. Smart tourism berpotensi menjadi pendorong utama dalam menciptakan sektor pariwisata Indonesia yang lebih inovatif, inklusif, dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting in Aceh Province is 44.6% on a national scale, while the prevalence in Banda Aceh is 38.8%. Given the cause of the incident, it is vital to emphasize that as well. The objective of this study was to explore the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, complementary feeding, immunization status, and family characteristics with the incidence of stunting in infants. A total of 96 samples were collected from the areas of Puskesmas Banda Raya, Batoh, and Meuraxa as part of this quantitative study employing a Case-Control Study design. The analysis of data was performed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-square test with a 95% confidence interval, and multivariately (logistic regression). The results showed that the incidence of stunting in infants was caused by low family income (p = 0.026; OR = 3.1), non-exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.002; OR = 4.2), inadequate complementary feeding (p = 0.007); OR = 3.4), and incomplete immunization (p = 0.040; OR = 3.5). The results of the multivariate analysis revealed that non-exclusive breastfeeding was a significant contributor to infant stunting in the Banda Aceh region, with an odds ratio (OR) of 4.9. Accordingly, stunting in children is linked to a lower family income, breastfeeding that is not exclusive, inadequate complementary nutrition, and insufficient immunization. In contrast, non-exclusive breastfeeding is the major contributing factor for children with stunting.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time. There are around 8-10 children under the stunting category in Meunasah Intan Village, Aceh Besar District. The actions taken by Integrated Healthcare Center (posyandu) cadres are providing counseling about feeding, motor stimulation, and working together with nutrition workers at the puskesmas. This study uses a pre-experimental design type one group pretest-posttest design. The population is Posyandu cadres, Gampong Meunasah Intan, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency with 14 cadres. Based on the results of the counseling, it is known that the average level of knowledge of cadres before being given counseling is 9.64 and after being given counseling is 11.50. The level of knowledge of cadres before and after being given counseling experienced a significant increase, namely 0.00 < 0.05. So, it can be concluded that there are differences in the level of knowledge of cadres about stunting prevention before and after being given counseling. This shows that this change is sufficient to improve the knowledge of posyandu cadres about stunting to be used as capital in carrying out monitoring activities for growth and nutritional status at the posyandu, as well as being able to provide counseling to families of children under five who are at risk or experiencing stunting.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how the form of integration and implications of the Islamic boarding school education system through madrasas at Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school. This study aims to determine the form of integration and its implications for the Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school education system through the madrasas that were established therein. This study used a qualitative method, namely field research. The research findings inform: the forms of integration of the Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school education system through Madrasahs are the integration of religious and general knowledge, integration of formal and non-formal curricula, and integration of extracurricular activities. Then the implications of this integration are in the learning and quality of students. The implications for learning can be proven by the advancement of Islamic boarding schools, Islamic boarding schools are able to develop the curriculum and the potential of students from the addition of the madrasah learning curriculum. While the implications for the quality of the students can be proven by the achievements of the students, both in learning and competitions, and can also be seen from the spiritual attitude of the students.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an Hadist merupakan satu dari beberapa mata pelajaran dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam yang terdapat di sekolah. Dalam hal ini guru mata pelajaran dituntut dapat menggunakan media, metode dan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan sesuai serta inspiratif. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya untuk meningkatkan analisis siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist di MA Darul Hikam Tambak suruh. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang alur pelaksanaannya melalui dua siklus yang pada setiap siklusnya terdapat tiga kali pertemuan. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas X semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2024-2025 MA Darul Hikam Tambak suruh dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 7 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator, seperti partisipasi siswa dalam diskusi, kehadiran yang lebih baik, dan peningkatan nilai tugas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat belajar siswa Generasi Alpha terhadap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMPN 1 Puri. Generasi Alpha, yang lahir di era digital, memiliki karakteristik unik yang mempengaruhi cara mereka belajar dan merespon pelajaran di kelas. Faktor internal seperti motivasi dan minat, serta faktor eksternal seperti sarana dan prasarana, metode pengajaran, dan dukungan keluarga memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk menggali lebih dalam faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa terhadap PAI. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, kreativitas guru dalam menyampaikan materi, serta relevansi materi dengan kehidupan sehari-hari merupakan faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan metode pembelajaran PAI yang lebih interaktif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan Generasi Alpha, sehingga dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This article aims to analyse the judge's reasoning in Decision No. 3/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Jth regarding the default of a conditional land grant agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant. This case focuses on a land grant agreement that was made orally, with the condition that the plaintiff's child be appointed as a community service worker at the Puskeswan. The approach that the author uses is normative juridical research. The results showed that the judge considered the oral agreement invalid because it did not fulfil the applicable legal requirements, including the authority of the defendant in the appointment of community service personnel, as well as a violation of the principle of grants that must be made without compensation. As a result, the plaintiff's claim was rejected because there was no evidence or fulfilment of legal requirements. This research shows the importance of fulfilling legal requirements in conditional grants to prevent default

Abstract

Thailand leads Southeast Asia in terms of foreign tourist arrivals. However, the rapid growth of the tourism industry often has adverse consequences for the environment. Contemporary tourism management has to deal with major issues such as pollution, habitat degradation, and overcapacity of tourist destinations. Therefore, the term “green tourism”, also known as “green tourism”, has emerged as an alternative to achieve a balance between environmental preservation and tourism industry development. The purpose of this article is to identify the concept and implementation of green tourism in Thailand as an effort towards sustainable tourism by reviewing its impact from an economic and human resources (HR) perspective. The article is written using a qualitative descriptive method approach with a literature study to describe in detail and in depth a certain phenomenon based on data and information obtained from various literature sources. The discussion of this article found that the role of education in encouraging pro-environmental behavior is also an important concern. Studies in Thailand show that additional years of formal education increase the likelihood of individuals to take knowledge-based environmentally friendly actions, such as the use of energy-saving tools, as well as appearing that majority religious principles or values have an impact on the implementation of Green Tourism in Thailand

Abstract

Constitutional Court Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 provides legal certainty regarding the validity of the Job Creation Law with a conditional unconstitutional decision for two years. This means that within a period of two years, lawmakers are expected to make improvements to the Job Creation Law. If not, the law will automatically be invalid. Using a juridical-normative method, this study examines various legal products that were born after Constitutional Court Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, as well as various challenges in the follow-up process. The results of the study show that Law No. 13 of 2022 and Law No. 6 of 2023, as a follow-up to Constitutional Court Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, have not fully met public expectations. Law No. 13 of 2022, which was produced through a fast track legislation process, and Law No. 6 of 2023, which is an amendment to the Job Creation Law, raises questions regarding the fulfillment of the principle of meaningful public participation, which was previously identified as a problem.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the concept of educational thought according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. This study aims to determine the biography and concept of educational thought of KH Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'alim Wal Muta'allim. This type of research uses a library approach (library research). The process of collecting data, the author uses a literature survey. In analyzing the data, researchers used content analysis techniques. The research findings inform: first, the virtues of knowledge, 'ulama and learning - teaching. Second, the ethics of students towards themselves. Third, the ethics of students towards educators. Fourth, the etiquette of the learner towards the lesson. Fifth, the etiquette of the educator towards oneself. Sixth, the etiquette of educators in teaching and learning. Seventh, the etiquette of educators towards students. Eighth, manners towards textbooks (kitab).
