Abstract

Mamuju Regency holds significant potential in the creative economy sector, particularly through traditional woven sarong crafts managed by women artisans. However, limited digital literacy and a lack of understanding in business management—especially in branding and online marketing—pose major challenges to the development of these enterprises. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of local artisans by providing training in branding management and the utilization of e-commerce platforms. The activities include interactive workshops, brand identity development, product photography techniques, effective product description writing, and mentoring in the use of social media and online marketplaces such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. The results of the program show a significant increase in participants’ understanding of brand image importance and digital marketing strategies. Several participants successfully applied the training outcomes by creating business accounts and starting to sell their products online. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable model for empowering local creative economies based on cultural heritage.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Bagaimana model perlindungan hutan berbasis komunitas adat dapat di kembangkan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi Masyarakat dalam pelestarian linkungan dan apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhui efektifitas penerapan model  perlindungan  hutan berbasis komonitas adat dalam meningkatkan partispasi Masyarakat.metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah normatif empiris dengan  menganalisis norma-norma yang ada, tetapi juga menguji bagaimana norma-norma tersebut diterapkan dalam praktik melalui pengumpulan data empiris yang berkaitan dengan artikel ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlindungan hutan berbasis komunitas adat sangat penting dan efektif dalam menjaga kelestarian hutan. Masyarakat adat memiliki peran aktif dalam pengelolaan hutan dan memiliki kearifan lokal yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan hukum formal. Penerapan sanksi adat sebagai sanksi awal sebelum diterapkannya sanksi pidana juga diatur dalam hukum formal. Selain itu, pengelolaan hutan juga memiliki dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat adat .perturan mengenai Perlindugan hutan adat menggunakan peraturan UUD 1945, putusan MK 35/2012. Kata Kunci: Komunitas Adat, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Perlindungan Hutan.   Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze how a community-based forest protection model can be developed to increase community participation in environmental conservation and the factors that influence the effectiveness of implementing a community-based forest protection model in increasing community participation. The research method used is a normative-empirical approach, analyzing existing norms and also examining how these norms are applied in practice through the collection of empirical data related to this article. The results show that community-based forest protection is crucial and effective in maintaining forest sustainability. Indigenous communities play an active role in forest management and possess local wisdom that can be integrated with formal law. The application of customary sanctions as a preliminary sanction before criminal sanctions are also regulated in formal law. Furthermore, forest management also has a positive impact on the welfare of indigenous communities. Regulations regarding customary forest protection use the 1945 Constitution and Constitutional Court Decision No. 35/2012. Abstract

Desa Laulalang, yang terletak di pesisir Kecamatan Tolitoli Utara, Kabupaten Tolitoli, Sulawesi Tengah, merupakan wilayah dengan ketergantungan tinggi pada sektor perikanan tangkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan karakteristik alat tangkap ikan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat nelayan setempat, serta menganalisis relevansinya terhadap aspek ekonomi dan ekologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan nelayan aktif, yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nelayan di Desa Laulalang menggunakan berbagai alat tangkap tradisional berskala kecil seperti hand line, spinning rod, fishing rod, dan set net, yang bersifat ramah lingkungan dan sesuai dengan kondisi lokal. Alat-alat ini memiliki selektivitas tinggi terhadap jenis ikan target dan berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian sumber daya perikanan. Kendati demikian, nelayan masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan akses teknologi, permodalan, dan ketergantungan pada musim. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kapasitas nelayan melalui pelatihan, penyuluhan, serta dukungan kelembagaan dan diversifikasi usaha sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir, dan keberlanjutan pengelolaan perikanan di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo, (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo, (3) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplim terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Waj dan (4) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo mulai bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo dan sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Sloavin yang ditentukan secara Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Hasil perhitungan analisis statistika parametrik melalui analisis regresi ganda dengan uji-t memberikan petunjuk bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat., (2) Hasil perhitungan analisis statistika parametrik melalui analisis regresi ganda dengan uji-t memberikan petunjuk bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. (3) Hasil perhitungan analisis statistika parametrik melalui analisis regresi ganda dengan uji-t memberikan petunjuk bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dan (4) Hasil penghitungan analisis statistika parametrik melalui analisis regresi ganda dengan uji-f menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan variabel motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Korelasi terbesar terjadi antara kompensasi sebesar 0,853 terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan korelasi kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,510. Secara parsial, kepemimpinan memiliki nilai t sebesar 3,876, dan kompensasi memiliki nilai t sebesar 10,339, kedua nilai t lebih besar dari t-tabel, ini berarti bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif, memotivasi tim, dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Sementara itu, kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif merupakan faktor utama dalam menarik dan mempertahankan bakat, berkontribusi pada kepuasan kerja tertinggi. Keduanya saling terkait dan penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi, terutama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of nursing competence and supervision on nurse performance at a Hospital in North Maluku Province. The study population was part of the nursing staff at a Hospital in North Maluku Province. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so the number of samples interested was 145 people. The analysis method used in this study is correlation analysis and t-test. This study found the equation Y = 0.137 + 0.800X1 + 0.227X2. Competence has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance where t count is 10.893 > t table 1.65 with a significance of 0.000 and nursing supervision has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance where t count> t table or 3.817> 1.65 with a significance of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the school environment on the motivation of elementary school teachers in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The population elements in this study were all elementary school teachers from Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province, totaling 390 people. Sampling used probability sampling with the stratified random sampling method so that the sample in this study amounted to 150 people. This study consists of school environment variables with indicators of adequate work facilities, a harmonious work climate, fair and supportive leaders and the dependent variable is work motivation. The analysis method used in this study is correlation analysis and t-test. This study found the equation Y = = 0.032 + 0.752X1 + 0.102X2 +0.335X3. The correlation between adequate work facilities and teacher motivation is very strong with a value of 0.831, followed by the correlation between fair and supportive leaders and teacher motivation with a correlation value of 0.742, and finally the correlation between a harmonious work climate and teacher motivation of 0.622.

Abstract

Research facts prove that small-sized fish are essential nutrition during the first 1000 days of life. Central Sulawesi Province has an endemic small-sized marine fish species locally known as duo or penja fish (Awaous sp), which has not been studied for its bio-mineral content. This study aimed to analyze the moisture, ash, protein, calcium, iron, and zinc content in Awaous sp protein flour. This research was a descriptive laboratory study conducted at the Ilmu Bahan Makanan Laboratory Department of Nutrition Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu and PT. Saraswanti Indo Genetech Laboratory, Bogor, West Java, from January to September 2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, which involved purchasing fish from the local market in Palu city. Awaous sp protein flour had a moisture, ash, protein, Ca, Fe, and Zn content of 3.89%, 9.71%, 73.53%, 2316.88 mg/100g, 24.54 mg/100g, and 8.97 mg/100g, respectively. The contribution per serving of 145 grams of Awaous sp fish flour met the nutritional requirements (Recommended Dietary Allowances - RDA) for protein, Ca, Fe, and Zn per person per day for infants aged 6-11 months, children aged 1-3 years, pregnant women, and lactating women. Awaous sp protein flour had higher protein and Fe content compared to other small fish and had the potential to meet RDA requirements. Therefore, consuming Awaous sp protein flour as part of the daily diet can be a suitable strategy to address nutritional deficiencies during the first 1000 days of life for residents in Central Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study describes the description of digital literacy of SMKN teacher learning in Wajo Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type to explain the condition of the description of digital literacy of teacher learning. The population in this study was 269 teachers with sampling using simple random sampling so that a sample of 161 was obtained. The data collection techniques used were surveys and documentation. The analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. In this study, digital literacy of teacher learning consists of finding digital content, creating digital content, using digital content and communicating digital content. The results of the study showed that digital literacy of teacher learning was in the high category, this can be seen from several dimensions that were measured. First, the teacher's ability to find digital content is in the very high category which shows the teacher's excellent skills in finding and accessing relevant digital information. Second, the teacher's ability to create digital content is in the high category which means that the teacher is able to create digital materials quite creatively and effectively. Furthermore, the teacher's ability to use digital content is also in the high category which shows that the teacher actively uses digital materials to support the learning process. Finally, the teacher's ability to communicate digital content is also in the high category, meaning that the teacher is able to convey digital material to students clearly and well. Thus, teachers have good digital literacy skills to support the learning process. They are not only able to find and use various digital content, but also can create and communicate learning materials effectively.

Abstract

This research examines character education in the disruptive era in boarding schools. The research uses a qualitative research method with a multi-case design. Research data obtained through interviews, documentation and observation. The data collected is tabulated and analyzed to find out programs and innovations in implementing character education carried out at boarding schools. The results of the research indicate that the character values developed refer to the vision and mission then the school innovate character education strengthening programs, namely (a) innovation of character education planning models with systemic-integrative models. (b) innovation of exemplary implementation models, integration of activities character education in learning and supported by management of a conducive environment in the implementation of strengthening character education in the disruptive era. (c) supervisory model with managerial internal control through order and supervision by involving all related elements. The innovation of character education programs in the disruptive era at boarding schools has positive implications for the character values of students.
