Abstract

The curriculum is constantly changing according to the needs of society and technological advancements. The purpose of this study was to find obstacles in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP 4 Meulaboh and teacher readiness problems based on teacher knowledge and skills. In this study, descriptive analysis methods were used, and data were collected through interviews, documentation, and literature studies to supplement the statements made by interviews. The results showed that SMP 4 Meulaboh still faces challenges in implementing the independent curriculum. This is because they do not receive special training on the independent curriculum, so they do not know how to make subject matter. This research shows that teachers are not ready and are still confused to implement an independent curriculum because they do not understand how to find learning materials or media in the process of teaching and learning activities that are in accordance with the independent curriculum. More senior teachers also face difficulties in finding learning materials or media in the process of teaching and learning activities that are in accordance with the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1)knowing the stages in developing a microcontroller trainer learning media.; (2)produce a valid and practical Microcontroller trainer learning media used in SMK; (3) produce a Microcontroller trainer learning media that is effective in improving student learning outcomes in SMK. This research method is Research and Development with a 4D development model. The research subjects were 25 students of State Vocational High School in Makassar City, majoring in electronics engineering. Data collection through documentation, observation and questionnaire methods were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the research on developing learning media based on smartphone application modules through the following stages: (1) analyzing the need for developing learning media and the feasibility and requirements for developing a microcontroller-based media trainer.Alf and Vegard RISC (AVR); (2) the design stage of designing learning devices and media; (3) development by looking at the responses of validators/experts from the designs that have been made, namely the feasibility of the media and the feasibility of the material as well as the feasibility of instruments and questions for students/students; (4) the distribution is carried out in 2 stages of activity, namely the Pre-Test stage which is used as initial data and the Post-Test stage and the implementation stage which is used as the final data to see the comparison and percentage of product success made. The quality of the learning media was declared very valid by the media expert validator with a value of 99% and material expert with a value of 99%. The practicality of the media based on student questionnaires from the one to one test got a score of 88%, the small group test 92% and the large group test 90% were in the very practical category. Effectiveness is stated based on the results of the pretest and posttest. The data obtained shows N-Gainof 0.81 which is in the high category where the average value of students before use is 55.37 and increased to 81.05after using the microcontroller media trainer, The increase in the value can be concluded that the microcontroller trainer media has been effective in its use.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogical competence and work motivation on the teaching performance of state elementary school teachers in Bakongan Timur District, South Aceh Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The results of the study prove that the Pedagogical Competence variable (X1) is 4.971 with a t table of 1.675, indicating that t count > t table (4.971 > 1.675), with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05) so that teacher pedagogical competence (X1) partially influences significant to teacher performance (Y) and the teacher work motivation variable (X2) of ) of 2.206 with a t table of 1.675 shows that t count > t table (2.206 > 1.675), with a significant value (0.002 < 0.05) so that teacher work motivation (X1) partially has a considerable influence on teacher performance (Y). With the calculated F value and F table or calculated F value of 19.109 > 2.786 and a significant probability of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion is that the variables of pedagogical competence and teacher work motivation have a simultaneous influence on teacher performance variables in state elementary schools in Bakongan Timur District, South Aceh Regency. Abstract

This study explores the semantic functions of fiʿil amr in the Qur’an, focusing on two key contexts: supplicatory (prayer) and declarative (divine command) verses. While grammatically imperative, fiʿil amr in Qur’anic usage serves multiple functions such as request, advice, and warning. Using a qualitative content analysis method, the research identifies, classifies, and analyzes relevant verses semantically and pragmatically with reference to classical and modern exegetical sources. The findings reveal that the meaning of fiʿil amr is context-dependent, shaped by communicative roles between God, the Prophet, and believers. This study contributes to the field of Qur’anic linguistics and promotes a contextual approach in interpretation.
