Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki posisi krusial dalam kancah ekonomi dan memerlukan akselerasi untuk memastikan kontribusi positif terhadap kesejahteraan publik. Kendala utama yang dihadapi UMKM adalah promosi produk yang masih terbatas pada pameran konvensional, sehingga membatasi jangkauan pasar. Ini menjadi tantangan utama bagi DISDAGKOP UKM Kabupaten Batang Hari. Penelitian ini berkontribusi melalui implementasi sistem promosi UMKM berbasis website. Subjek penelitian adalah Bidang UKM pada DISDAGKOP UKM dan perwakilan pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan prototipe, dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan pengujian Black Box. Hasil penelitian adalah sistem informasi promosi website yang terimplementasi, teruji fungsional, dan dinilai layak. Sistem ini memfasilitasi DISDAGKOP UKM dalam mendukung pemasaran digital dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan data UMKM Kabupaten Batang Hari. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi ini dapat mendukung pengembangan UMKM secara signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade IX students of MTsN 1 Probolinggo on the material of cubes and cuboids through the application of the Snowball Throwing learning strategy. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, including the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 29 students with a Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 75. Data collection techniques used learning outcome tests, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The average student score at the initial stage was 68.93 with a completeness of 58.62%. After the application of the Snowball Throwing strategy in cycle I, the average score increased to 89.48 with a completeness of 86.21%. In cycle II, the average score reached 95.52 with a classical completeness of 100%. These results indicate that the Snowball Throwing learning strategy is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes on the material of cubes and cuboids.

Abstract

Toko XYZ merupakan usaha ritel daging segar yang masih bergantung pada proses penjualan konvensional. Ketergantungan pada pencatatan manual menimbulkan risiko kesalahan data, keterlambatan pelayanan, serta lemahnya pengendalian stok, sehingga berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses penjualan melalui pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web. Identifikasi akar masalah dilakukan dengan analisis Fishbone untuk mengelompokkan faktor penyebab ketidakefisienan ke dalam aspek manusia, metode, mesin, dan lingkungan. Hasil analisis digunakan sebagai dasar perancangan kebutuhan sistem melalui pemodelan Use Case, yang memetakan interaksi pengguna dengan sistem, meliputi login, manajemen produk, transaksi dan pelaporan penjualan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall secara terstruktur, mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode Blackbox untuk menilai kesesuaian fungsionalitas terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan valid, mulai dari input data hingga otomasi laporan, tanpa ditemukan kesalahan logika. Implementasi sistem informasi ini terbukti mampu mempercepat durasi transaksi, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, serta menyederhanakan proses pelaporan penjualan. Selain memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap efisiensi operasional, sistem ini juga mendukung transformasi digital pada bisnis ritel skala mikro. Pengembangan lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mencakup integrasi modul stok multi-cabang, sistem notifikasi ambang batas minimum stok, serta peningkatan keamanan melalui enkripsi data login, log aktivitas pengguna, dan manajemen backup otomatis.

Abstract

Dakwah digital melalui Instagram telah menjadi fenomena populer, salah satunya adalah akun @luthfihinelo dengan konten animasi "Benda Mati Universe" yang unik, sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai substansi pesan dakwah di balik format hiburannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi tema-tema pesan dakwah yang mencakup aspek akidah, syariah, dan muamalah, serta menganalisis pendekatan kreatif visual dan naratif yang digunakan dalam penyampaiannya. Analisis ini berlandaskan pada teori framing dari Robert N. Entman untuk membingkai pesan dan prinsip dakwah bil hikmah sebagai kerangka strategi komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh dari 20 video sampel yang dipilih secara purposive sampling untuk periode Agustus 2024 hingga Februari 2025 dan wawancara mendalam bersama pemilik akun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pesan dakwah yang dibingkai secara konsisten didominasi oleh aspek muamalah yang diperkuat landasan akidah, serta dibingkai dalam lingkup syariah yang hadir secara tersirat maupun tersurat. Pesan tersebut terwujud dalam tiga klaster tema utama: (1) Adaptasi, Ketahanan, dan Fleksibilitas dalam Kehidupan, (2) Empati dan Kompleksitas Interaksi Sosial, (3) Pilihan Hidup dan Tanggung Jawab. Pesan tersebut disampaikan secara implisit melalui strategi kreatif yang cermat, meliputi visual yang minimalis, narasi dialogis, personifikasi benda mati, serta bahasa yang relevan dan humor untuk menciptakan harmoni antara hiburan dan nilai. Keseluruhan strategi disimpulkan sebagai implementasi kontekstual dari prinsip dakwah bil hikmah di era media digital.

Abstract

The paradigm of mathematics assessment has shifted from memorization- and procedure-oriented approaches toward an emphasis on reasoning, problem solving, and mathematical representation. This study aimed to develop a valid and reliable numeracy literacy-oriented cognitive assessment instrument for the statistics topic, specifically measures of central tendency. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model and was conducted at MTs N 2 Brebes during the 2024/2025 academic year, involving 96 students. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and tests and analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results show that the developed instrument has very high validity, with material expert validation scoring 0.86 and item expert validation scoring 0.87, while content validity reached 0.57, indicating a moderate category. The reliability coefficients were 0.44 for multiple-choice items (moderate) and 0.57 for descriptive items (high). The items demonstrated good psychometric characteristics, with moderate to high difficulty levels and adequate discrimination power. In terms of practicality, the instrument was rated very practical by five teachers (average score 88.67) and 66 students (average score 83.6), indicating that it is easy to use and well understood. Overall, the findings indicate that the developed assessment instrument is valid, reliable, and practical for wider implementation and contributes to the development of mathematics assessment aligned with contemporary learning paradigms that emphasize numeracy literacy at the secondary school level.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance public awareness and understanding of how cultural and spiritual values contribute to environmental action. The primary issue addressed is the marginalisation of religious, faith-based, and cultural perspectives within dominant environmental discourses, despite their long-standing role in shaping sustainable practices across communities. The program, titled “Sound of Semesta,” was conducted at the University of Sydney using a documentary screening of Semesta: Island of Faith, followed by a panel discussion. The implementation adopted the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) management framework to ensure effective delivery. The findings indicate that cultural and spiritual narratives significantly strengthen ecological awareness and encourage critical reflection on sustainability rooted in Indigenous and faith-based practices. Panel discussions highlighted that spiritual concepts, such as stewardship, adat law, and the sacredness of nature, serve as ethical drivers for collective environmental responsibility. The program also revealed that while local wisdom is essential, sustainable environmental practices require systemic support, including policy alignment, education, and cross-sector collaboration, to withstand external pressures. Overall, this initiative demonstrates that integrating cultural heritage and spiritual values into environmental education offers a meaningful and inclusive pathway for addressing contemporary ecological challenges and advancing sustainable development discourse. Future events may consider screening the documentary in full or presenting it in thematic segments across multiple sessions, complemented by post-screening discussions and short reflective essays submitted by participants to deepen critical engagement.

Abstract

Facial analysis is widely used as information to determine a person's psychological condition, such as depression. Someone suffering from depression tends to have a face that looks sad, empty, or unhappy. The appearance of a depressed person's face is almost similar to that of someone experiencing sadness. However, facial appearance is not always perceived as depressed, so facial emotion recognition is needed for depression treatment. A Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is often used in image processing to identify key features and patterns in images, particularly for facial emotion recognition. CNN can be used to learn the relationship between facial shape and related emotions. This study employs the CNN method to classify facial emotions from facial expression images collected from a dataset of 30,724 images. The training process uses seven classes: Angry, Disgust, Fear, Happy, Sad, Surprise, and Neutral. The accuracy results obtained a value of 67% with a training dataset of 21,507 images, a validation dataset of 6,143 images, and a testing dataset of 3,080 images.

Abstract

This study was motivated by limited empirical research on the effectiveness of multisensory methods in improving beginning reading skills at the elementary school level. The study aimed to examine the effect of the multisensory (VAKT) method on the beginning reading skills of second-grade elementary school students using a quantitative quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two classes: Class II B, the experimental group, which received multisensory instruction, and Class II A, the control group, which received conventional instruction. Data were collected through a beginning reading skills test and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, the Mann–Whitney U Test, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group following the implementation of the multisensory method, with high effectiveness as indicated by N-Gain results. Although no statistically significant difference was found between the experimental and control groups, descriptive analysis showed that the multisensory method positively supported students’ learning progress. The study concluded that the multisensory method demonstrated effectiveness in enhancing beginning reading skills within the experimental group and was recommended for elementary reading instruction.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence challenges the authority of ethical ijtihād in Islam by introducing machines as a new subject of knowledge production, forcing Islamic scholarly traditions to re-examine the boundaries between reason, values, and moral responsibility. The purpose of this study is to identify the epistemological and ethical challenges posed by artificial intelligence, formulate relevant principles of ethical ijtihād, and offer an implementation model for academics, scholars, and technology developers to use as a reference. This study uses a qualitative approach with a conceptual-analytical study design enriched by a critical literature review and reflective-normative analysis. The results confirm that artificial intelligence has transformed from a mere technical device into an epistemic infrastructure that actively influences the way Islamic knowledge is produced, distributed, and interpreted, especially in the context of pluralistic and digitised Muslim societies in Asia. The analysis shows that algorithms, large language models, and digital platforms open essential opportunities to expand access and strengthen religious literacy, but at the same time raise ethical issues such in algorithmic bias, epistemic injustice, the commercialisation of religion, and a shift in spiritual authority. These findings confirm that ethical ijtihād needs to be reconstructed as a reflective framework capable of responding to technological dynamics while remaining grounded in maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, so that the relationship between humans, technology, and Islamic knowledge does not lose its orientation towards benefit and moral responsibility.

Abstract

Success depends not only on having brilliant ideas but also on how those ideas are conveyed. Effective communication is a fundamental prerequisite for success in human interaction. This research is motivated by the understanding that without good communication, all positive desires risk failing to be fully actualized. In the context of science learning, there are two keys to success: critical thinking skills to generate substantial ideas and social communication skills to disseminate them effectively. This research aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR)-based student worksheets (LKPD) to improve elementary school students' critical thinking and social communication skills in science learning. Using the ADDIE model of Research and Development (R&D) with a quasi-experimental design, the research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability. Independent t-test analysis shows a significant difference in achievement between the experimental and control groups, with an effect size (Cohen's d) in the large category. The results of the study are expected to demonstrate that integrating Augmented Reality into education not only sharpens students' logical thinking but also trains them to articulate complex ideas into easily understood messages, thereby balancing intellectual intelligence and social communication skills.
