Abstract

This study develops chatshop, a BERT-based e-commerce chatbot designed to assist customers in searching for pizza menus. The BERT model was chosen because of its ability to understand sentence context bidirectionally, thereby increasing the accuracy in detecting user intent. This chatshop allows users to find menus, get recommendations, and access price and stock availability information in real time. The evaluation was carried out using BLEU and ROUGE-L metrics, with a ROUGE-L F1 score of 32.91%. These results indicate that the chatbot is able to handle simple interactions well, but still needs improvement in answering more complex questions accurately and completely.

Abstract

This research was developed to facilitate data processing and information dissemination. This study aims to determine the results of the design of a web-based service information system at the West Sulawesi provincial social service based on ISO 25010 quality standards. This study uses a prototype development model. The data collection technique uses interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The system testing uses ISO 25010 which focuses on testing functional suitability, reliability, portability and usability. The results of the system testing using the ISO 2010 standard are in the functional suitability test tested by system experts by filling out a questionnaire containing 114 questions related to the functions designed in the developed system, the functional suitability test value is in the good category; in the reliability test using the help of webserver stress tool 8 which consists of three types of tests, namely click test, time test and ramp test and it is stated that the information system developed has met the reliability aspect; in the portability test of the West Sulawesi provincial social service information system, it was carried out using broweserstack.com and it was stated that the information system developed has a high portability aspect; In the usability test, a questionnaire containing 25 questions was used with 30 respondents and the responses obtained from respondents were that the information system developed was in the very feasible category.

Abstract

The Influence of Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch. The data used in this study were qualitative and quantitative. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis, followed by correlation coefficient (r) and determination coefficient (R2) tests, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that both partial and simultaneous tests show a positive and significant effect of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kejahatan perjudian dalam permainan sepak bola yaitu faktor perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, faktor memperoleh keuntungan yang besar dan lemahnya penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum dalam menanggulangi kejahatan perjudian sepak bola dan dan Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian dalam menanggulangi kejahatan perjudian dalam permainan sepak bola yaitu dilakukan dengan cara Upaya pemberian pendidikan pada masyarakat yaitu memberikan pendidikan non formal pada masyarakat, Upaya pemberian pelayanan pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu pemberian pelayanan secara prefesional kepada masyarakat yang memerlukan dan Upaya pengembangan lingkungan atau wilayah secara terpadu yaitu upaya kepolisian Polresta Kendari dalam pengembangan suatu lingkungan wilayah dengan seluruh isinya di dalam pergaulan hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of English speaking materials that meet with students’ learning specific needs of Islamic high school students is essential for enhancing their communicative competence while aligning with their cultural and educational contexts. Even though learning resources for speaking skill have been developed, the learning resource, textbook, that design for enhancing EFL students’ speaking skill and meet with their learning needs at Islamic Institution is still rare. This study aims to design, validate, and assess the practicality of English speaking materials that support the speaking skill of these learners. Using Research and Development study (R&D) consisting of four stages: define, design, develop, and dessiminate. Thirty students were involved in this study at one of Islamic Senior High Schools in West Nusa Tenggara Provinces, Indonesia. A comprehensive needs analysis was conducted through surveys and classroom observations to identify students’ linguistic requirements, preferences, and challenges. The findings showed that the majority of the students aim to master the speaking skill that incorporating Islamic themes and communicative activities as it meets with their context and culture. Expert evaluations confirmed the validity of the learning materials, highlighting their linguistic accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness which clearly showed 93%, and 90% respectively. The study concludes that the development of learning resources that integrating Islamic values and communicative language teaching principles is fundamental for Islamic senior high school students to support their speaking skill. Abstract

Intisari – Untuk menentukan topik penelitian maupun judul untuk skripsi mahasiswa dimungkinkan terjadi kemiripan judul dengan judul yang sebelumnya, baik secara disengajaja maupun tidak sengaja. Maka dari itu, bagian terkait harus mengecek terhadap judul yang diajukan oleh mahasiswa, sehingga dapat menghindari plagiat. Pengembangan aplikasi deteksi kemiripan judul skripsi, merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam penyelesaian masalah tersebut. Dalam sosftware development perlu adanya metode yang tepat untuk mengembangkan aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Extreme Programming (XP) adalah bagian pendekatan agile development yang berbasiskan iterative development, yang berdasarkan dari kebutuhan dan pemecahan solusi melalui kerjasama diantara tim pengembang. Maka, pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi deteksi kemiripan judul skripsi dengan pendekatan pengembangan software XP.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah cara berkomunikasi dan perdagangan masyarakat, terutama dengan munculnya e-commerce sebagai platform online untuk jual-beli barang. Pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) seperti Ayam Geprek Rayyan di Tembilahan, Riau, tidak melewatkan peluang ini. Meskipun hanya menggunakan media sosial seperti Facebook dan Instagram sebagai alat promosi, Ayam Geprek Rayyan berencana meningkatkan penjualan dengan menerapkan sistem informasi penjualan atau aplikasi e-commerce. Aplikasi e-commerce memungkinkan Ayam Geprek Rayyan untuk memanfaatkan internet sebagai alat pemasaran tanpa terikat jam operasional. Keuntungan lainnya meliputi keamanan transaksi, penghematan biaya iklan, dan percepatan transaksi. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan kemudahan dalam pemasaran dan pembayaran, meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi untuk pelanggan dan karyawan Ayam Geprek Rayyan.

Abstract

Breast milk is the best food for babies, in breast milk there are multiple benefits, namely: nutritional, physiological and psychological benefits for babies. Preparing for breastfeeding earlier is better and ready to breastfeed. It is recommended that breastfeeding be prepared from the antenatal period. Successful breastfeeding is supported by physical, psychological preparation and lactation management. Based on the results of data at BPM Ledi Eliani, Tandun village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency, there were 10 mothers who gave birth at BPM Ledi Eliani for the last 3 months. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of lactation massage. This study uses a pre-experiment method with a research design of one group pre test and post test, using a checklist sheet and a brest pump. The population of this study was all mothers who parted at BPM Ledi Eliani and had difficulty leaving breast milk totaling 10 people The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely using saturated samples, namely all population numbers are used as a sample of 10 people. The results of the study from data analysis were the average volume of breast milk of postpartum mothers before lactation massage was (19.50) while the average volume of breast milk of postpartum mothers after lactation massage was (43.00). Based on the results of the T-Dependent statistical test data, a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, which means that there is an effect of lactation massage on increasing breast milk volume in post-patrum mothers at BPM Ledi Eliani, Tandun Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a source of information and a basis for knowledge that there is a link between the effect of lactation massage on increasing breast milk volume.

Abstract

This study involved 145 respondents from the second wave pioneer coffee product, with an interest in seeking answers: does the second wave coffee product still have loyalists, even though it has been overshadowed by the massive and widespread third and fourth wave coffees in every area? The study employed two independent variables, namely Self Brand Connection (SC) and the mediating variable Brand Experience (BE). The researchers were interested in analyzing the direct and indirect effects of the independent variables on consumer loyalty through a case study on the second wave coffee pioneer company. In this study, the indirect effects were mediated by BE. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale. The research data were processed using SPSS22 to present descriptive statistical results, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression tests, and Sobel tests to test mediation. The results showed that SC has a positive direct and indirect effect on loyalty. In this study, the indirect effect is categorized as partial mediation.

Abstract

Pesticides are substances used to kill or control various pests. Most pesticides are synthetic chemicals with classification based on active ingredients such as Amamketin benzoate. The purpose of making bio-pesticides by utilizing the remaining cigarette butt waste from Pringgasela Village and creating bio-pesticides that can help farmers in Pringgasela village to eradicate pests that attack plants and are more environmentally friendly. Bio-pesticide development can be done by utilizing waste waste that has certain active ingredients in eradicating pests, one of which is cigarette butts. Making bio-pesticides using cigarette butts then put in a bottle filled with water and mixed with detergent, then fermented for 7 days. This bio-pesticide is easy to make by yourself, especially by farmers as consumers, and is also relatively safe for the environment. Cigarette butts have the same content as dried tobacco leaves, such as nicotine, phenol, and eugenol. The target pests of the biopesticide made from cigarette butts are small pests such as aphids, trips, aphis armyworms and mealybugs and even the intensity of mealybug attacks. Based on the socialization carried out, it went smoothly and successfully in making bio-pesticides because it was supported by the qualified knowledge of the community, in Pringgasela village for the education taken by the community.
