Abstract

Komponen otomotif adalah produk yang sangat mengutamakan kualitas appearance yang baik, sehingga jaminan kualitas harus selalu menjadi prioritas utama. PT XYZ merupakan salah satu Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) ternama di Indonesia yang memproduksi kendaraan penunpang roda empat. Namun, saat ini perusahaan tersebut masih menghadapi tingkat cacat yang sangat tinggi, terutama pada bagian assembly. Cacat yang paling sering terjadi pada bagian tersebut pada saat pemasangan seat belt, yaitu berupa cacat komponen yang kotor (dirty) dengan rata-rata sebesar 0.043 Defect Per Unit (DPU). Data tersebut diperoleh dari total cacat yang terjadi antara April hingga Agustus 2023. Angka tersebut sangat tinggi dan melebihi target yang ditetapkan perusahaan untuk setiap lini produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hingga memberikan solusi perbaikan agar cacat tersebut dapat diturunkan menggunakan pendekatan analisis Quality Control Circle (QCC). Setelah mengimplementasikan solusi perbaikan, maka defect dirty seat belt tersebut turun menjadi rata-rata sebesar 0.01 DPU pada bulan September 2023 hingga Januari 2024 atau mengalami penurunan hingga 53%.

Abstract

The background to the problem in this research is that there are still male and female students who are not fluent in reading the Alquran, such as not being able to differentiate between the length and shortness of reading the Alquran, and not knowing the laws of reading the Alquran. The aim of this research is to find out whether the implementation of learning the Book of Tuhfatul Athfal can improve students' Alquran reading skills. To find out how to implement the learning of the Book of Tuhfatul Athfal at the Al-Furqon Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School in Bogor. To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the fluency in reading the Alquran of Al-Furqon Bogor Alquran Islamic Boarding School students. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique for this research uses observation, documentation and interview techniques. The research results show that. The aim of studying the book Tuhfatul Athfal at the Al-Furqon Alquran Islamic Boarding School is to guard the tongue to avoid mistakes when reading the Alquran and to avoid changes in meaning when reading the Alquran. Efforts to increase fluency in reading the Alquran are carried out by the Al-Furqon Alquran Islamic Boarding School starting at the boarding school entry stage, namely by conducting Alquran reading tests which aim to be able to classify new students in their Qur'an classes. . Supporting factors are teachers who are competent in their fields, obedient students, facilities and infrastructure to support learning, and parents who support their children. Inhibiting factors are too little study time, students who are disobedient, and the interest and willingness of the students or students. Abstrak Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu masih ada santri putra putri yang belum lancar dalam membaca Alquran seperti belum mampu membedakan panjang pendek bacaan Alquran, belum mengetahui hukum-hukum bacaan Alquran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah Implementasi pembelajaran Kitab Tuhfatul Athfal dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Alquran santri Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran Kitab Tuhfatul Athfal di Pondok Pesantren Alquran Al-Furqon Bogor. Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kefasihan membaca Alquran santri Pondok Pesantren Alquran Al-Furqon Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. tujuan mempelajari kitab Tuhfatul Athfal di Pondok Pesantren Alquran Al-Furqon yaitu untuk menjaga lidah agar terhindar dari kesalahan ketika membaca Alquran serta menghindari perubahan makna saat membaca Alquran. Upaya meningkatkan kefasihan membaca Alquran dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Alquran Al-Furqon dimulai pada tahap masuk pesantren yaitu dengan adanya pengetesan bacaan Alquran yang bertujuan untuk dapat mengklasifikasi peserta didik baru pada kelas Qur’an-nya. Faktor pendukung yaitu pengajar yang berkompeten pada bidangnya, santri yang patuh, sarana dan prasarana sebagai penunjang pembelajaran, dan orang tua yang mendukung anaknya. Faktor penghambat yaitu waktu belajar yang terlalu sempit, santri yang tidak patuh, serta minat dan kemauan pada santri atau peserta didik.

Abstract

CV Arsita Jaya is a company engaged in the production of wooden pallets playing a crucial role in the supply chain of various industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and export. Wooden pallets are used as a base for storage and transportation of goods to ensure stability and facilitate loading and unloading processes. Therefore, effectiveness and efficiency in wooden pallet production are essential factors in supporting smooth distribution. However, the company faces challenges in workplace management such as disorganized production areas, inefficient layout, and long tool search times which directly impact employee productivity and production capacity. To address these challenges, this study implements the PDCA cycle approach and the Kaizen 5S method to improve workplace organization and efficiency. The results indicate that the implementation of these methods successfully reduced tool search time by 39.24% and improved the 5S evaluation score from inadequate to highly satisfactory. Additionally, the socialization of the 5S method enhanced employees’ understanding as reflected in the increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. This efficiency improvement demonstrates that the implementation of PDCA and Kaizen 5S not only creates a cleaner and more organized work environment but also contributes to increased productivity and the company's competitiveness in the supply chain industry.

Abstract

Gender inequality in economic participation is a crucial aspect of sustainable development strategies aimed at improving living standards. The high level of inequality is primarily driven by stagnation in female labor supply. One of the factors influencing labor supply is energy povertyIn Indonesia, studies addressing the relationship between energy poverty and economic participation remain scarce. Therefore, this research aims to fill the existing research gap by analyzing the relationship between energy poverty and labor supply, particularly in Eastern Indonesia. To address endogeneity issues caused by selection bias, this study employs the Two-Step Heckman method. Using data from the 2021 Susenas, the findings reveal that energy poverty significantly reduces working hours in Eastern Indonesia. This impact is more pronounced among male workers compared to female workers and is more dominant in urban areas than in rural areas. These findings underscore the importance of policy interventions aimed at reducing energy poverty as a means of improving labor productivity, particularly in Eastern Indonesia. This study also contributes to understanding the dynamics of labor markets in regions facing energy and economic development challenges.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Suka Makmur, Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Seluma, Provinsi Bengkulu, mengungkap keberadaan lapisan akuifer yang potensial. Akuifer di desa ini terletak pada kedalaman relatif dangkal karena berada di dataran rendah dekat pesisir. Pembuatan sumur bor dapat dilakukan pada titik antara 240 m hingga 480 m dari titik awal pengukuran dengan kedalaman sekitar 75 m. Tujuan dilaksanakan dan dipilihnya des aini karena sawah tadah hujan yang terdapat di desa ini cukup luas dan merupakan salah satu desa yang menjadi lumbung pertanian utamanya persawahan. Pada saat terjadi kemarau Panjang biasanya areal sawah yang terdapat di des aini sering gagal panen dikarenakan kekurangan akan air yang berasal dari air hujan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut khususnya permasalahan akan air untuk mengairi sawah tadah hujan tersebut maka akan diupayakan dengan cara membuat sumur bor yang nantinya berfungsi untuk dapat mengairi areal persawahan terutama pada saat kemarau. Struktur bawah permukaan menunjukkan adanya tanah gambut hingga kedalaman 2 - 2,5 m. Kehadiran lahan gambut ini menyebabkan air tidak tersimpan optimal di lapisan top soil selama musim kemarau, yang berdampak pada gagal panen padi dan tanaman lainnya. Ini menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pertanian di desa tersebut.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of visionary leadership, organizational culture, empowerment, achievement motivation, and trust on the quality of instructor services for vocational teachers in the fields of business and tourism in DKI Jakarta. The study focuses on alumni of upskilling and reskilling programs conducted by the Center for Development and Quality Assurance of Vocational Education for Business and Tourism (Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi/BPPMPV Bisnis dan Pariwisata). Using a quantitative approach, the research applies path analysis to examine direct and indirect relationships among variables, with achievement, motivation and trust serving as mediators. Results show that all five independent variables significantly affect instructor service quality, with visionary leadership and organizational culture positively influencing motivation, while organizational culture and empowerment impact trust. To enhance practical applicability, the study employs the Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM) to identify priority areas for improvement. The analysis highlights key low-performing indicators—such as responsiveness, assurance, and clarity in leadership vision—that hold high strategic value. The findings contribute a comprehensive and evidence-based model for improving the quality of instructor services in vocational education. Furthermore, this study provides actionable insights for policymakers, training institutions, and educational leaders in developing targeted strategies to improve professional development outcomes and institutional performance.

Abstract

The Chemical Engineering Department of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) conducted a Community Service Program (PKM) aimed at enhancing the quality of Mie Lethek, a traditional noodle dish, through omega-3 fortification. This initiative addressed the increasing demand for healthy food while preserving local culinary heritage. The program, conducted in Caturharjo, Bantul, involved 27 participants, including local vendors and members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) team. Activities included a presentation on omega-3 benefits, practical demonstrations of omega-3 fortification, and distribution of fortified noodle samples. Surveys revealed over 80% of participants gained new insights and expressed interest in adopting the innovation. Nutritional fortification improved product quality, particularly in increasing omega-3 content. This initiative highlights the potential for Mie Lethek to compete in the health food market and contribute to the local economy, demonstrating a scalable model for fortifying traditional foods with functional nutrients

Abstract

This study aims to find strategies and ways to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research method uses quantitative methods with path analysis techniques and SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management) analysis. The population in this study was 531 teachers and the sample was 266 permanent teachers of Private High Schools in Depok City. Abstract

This study aims to describe the competence of teachers in the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning activities at SDN Pasir Batang 01 Manonjaya, Tasikmalaya. Along with the development of the times and technological advancements, teachers' ability to integrate ICT into the learning process is an important need to increase the effectiveness and attractiveness of learning, especially in PAI subjects. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that some teachers already have basic competencies in using ICT such as the use of presentation media, learning videos, and other supporting applications. However, the use of ICT is still limited due to infrastructure constraints and lack of continuous training. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve teacher competence through.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi akademis potensi mikroalga Aurantiochytrium dari hutan bakau Indonesia. Tulisan ini mempresentasikan gambaran awal penelitian tentang mikroalga Aurantiochytrium mulai dari teknik isolasi mikroalga dari habitatnya, gambaran produksinya, teknik analisa kualitatif squalene hingga analisa potensi ekonomi dan fungsinya untuk bahan baku adjuvant vaksin. Sebanyak 10 sampel daun bakau diambil dari hutan bakau Raja Ampat, Papua Barat. Teknik isolasi menggunakan metode direct plating method. Setelah aplikasi teknik streaking dari koloni mikroalga yang ada pada sampel ke dalam medium agar, dihasilkan 4 isolat murni. Produksi awal biomassa berbahan baku mikroalga Aurantiochytrium ditampikan dengan nutrisi glucosa, yeast extract, peptone dan campuran air laut dan aquadest. Analisa kualitatif produk yang dihasilkan menggunakan Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT) menunjukkan hasil positif adanya sqalene pada biomassa hasil kultivasi isolat mikroalga Aurantiochytrium. Squalene dari hasil fermentasi mikroalga Aurantiochytrium telah banyak dikaji sebagai sumber bahan baku alternatif yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan (sustainable), Beberapa adjuvant vaksin, termasuk vaksin covid-19 menggunakan bahan baku mikroalga Aurantiochytrium untuk menggantikan adjuvant vaksin yang bersumber dari ikan hiu laut dalam. Di masa depan, potensi produk mikroalga Aurantiochytrium akan semakin dibutuhkan di banyak industri nutrisi kesehatan dan kosmetik. Mengingat relevansinya untuk masa depan industri strategis terkait di Indonesia, seyogyanya perlu riset mendalam yang lebih banyak dari isolat mikroalga Aurantiochytrium dari hutan bakau Indonesia.
