Abstract

Bank Waqf Micro (BWM) is an Islamic microfinance instrument developed to increase financial inclusion, empower micro businesses, and free the community from loan shark practices. Nevertheless, the implementation and development of BWM in Indonesia still faces various structural, institutional, and operational constraints. This study aims to identify and determine the priorities of the main problems in the development of Micro Waqf Banks in Indonesia based on the perspective of experts. The method used is the Delphi method involving nine experts from academics, practitioners, and regulators in the field of microfinance and Islamic economics. Data analysis was carried out using statistical indicators of mean value, standard deviation, and interquartile range (IR) to assess the consensus level. The results showed that of the 25 problem variables identified, there were 16 variables that reached a consensus. The three main priorities for BWM development in Indonesia are coaching and education for BWM managers, the role of BWM in freeing the community from loan sharks, and the need for reliable infrastructure and information technology support. These findings are expected to be the basis for the formulation of policies and strategies to strengthen BWM institutions in Indonesia

Abstract

Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku berperan penting dalam menjaga kelancaran produksi dan efisiensi biaya pada perusahaan manufaktur. PT XYZ masih mengalami permasalahan persediaan berupa kelebihan dan kekurangan stok akibat belum optimalnya penentuan prioritas bahan baku dan jumlah pemesanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku melalui penerapan metode Always Better Control (ABC) dan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Metode ABC mengklasifikasikan 11 jenis bahan baku dan menghasilkan 4 bahan baku kategori A sebagai prioritas pengendalian. Selanjutnya, metode EOQ diterapkan pada bahan baku kategori A untuk menentukan jumlah dan frekuensi pemesanan yang paling ekonomis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder yang bersumber dari sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode EOQ mampu menurunkan Total Inventory Cost (TIC) sebesar 32,1% atau Rp8.113.618 dibandingkan dengan metode perusahaan sebelumnya, sehingga pengendalian persediaan menjadi lebih efisien dan terkontrol.

Abstract

Adversity Quotient refers to a student’s capacity to respond to, manage, and overcome difficulties when facing challenges or problems. In this study, Adversity Quotient is examined in relation to information-processing theory, particularly in understanding how students experience thinking interference during problem solving. Through this theoretical perspective, the study investigates the causes of thinking interference encountered by students when solving direct and inverse proportion problems. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and describe the characteristics of thinking interference among students with different Adversity Quotient types in solving direct and inverse proportion problems based on information-processing theory. This study employed a qualitative approach with an exploratory descriptive design. The participants consisted of three students representing different Adversity Quotient types: one climber-type student (Subject S1), one camper-type student (Subject S2), and one quitter-type student (Subject S3). The findings revealed three categories of thinking interference: (1) direct thinking interference, (2) indirect thinking interference, and (3) mixed indirect thinking interference. It is expected that future researchers will further examine students’ thinking interference in relation to Adversity Quotient when solving direct and inverse proportion problems.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini telah memicu munculnya berbagai jenis perdagangan online, termasuk yang dikenal sebagai live shopping atau live commerce. Bentuk perdagangan ini memadukan proses jual-beli dengan siaran langsung yang interaktif dan meyakinkan, sehingga bisa langsung memicu minat pembelian konsumen dengan cepat dan besar. Meski begitu, di samping kemudahan dan volume transaksi yang tinggi, live shopping juga membawa masalah hukum, terutama soal tanggung jawab penjual untuk menjamin keaslian dan mutu produk yang dijual. Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji posisi hukum transaksi live shopping dari sudut pandang hukum dagang di Indonesia, serta meneliti tanggung jawab hukum penjual terkait jaminan keaslian barang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, dengan fokus pada peraturan perundang-undangan seperti Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, Undang-Undang tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, Peraturan Pemerintah mengenai Perdagangan melalui Sistem Elektronik, serta Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Dari hasil analisis, terlihat bahwa transaksi live shopping adalah kontrak elektronik yang sah dan berlaku secara hukum, sehingga setiap ucapan atau tawaran penjual selama siaran langsung punya konsekuensi hukum. Penjual harus memberikan info yang akurat, transparan, dan jujur tentang kondisi serta keaslian produk. Jika melanggar, bisa dikenai sanksi perdata atau pidana. Karena itu, penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hukum bagi pelaku bisnis dan memberikan perlindungan hukum yang kuat bagi konsumen dalam praktik live shopping

Abstract

Liku Sembilan, Central Bengkulu, is a landslide-prone area characterised by steep topography, intense weathering, and high annual rainfall. This study aims to identify the geometry and depth of the slip surface using integrated 2D and 3D Electrical Resistivity Imaging (ERI) to improve the characterisation of subsurface conditions associated with landslide occurrence. Data acquisition was conducted using the Wenner–Schlumberger array with 48 electrodes. The 2D survey was performed along a 94 m profile with 2 m electrode spacing, while the 3D survey covered approximately 1,750 m² using six parallel lines with 5 m line spacing and 10 m electrode spacing. Data were processed using Res2DInv and ERTLab-ViewLab3D. The inversion model produced an RMS error of 34.3% at the second iteration, which is considered acceptable given the complex topographic and geological conditions of the study area. The results reveal a low-resistivity zone (18–53 Ω·m) at a depth of approximately 5–10 m, interpreted as a water-saturated clay layer that serves as the main slip surface. The identified slip surface exhibits a curved geometry with a slope of 25–35°, indicating a rotational landslide mechanism. The integrated 2D and 3D ERI models provide a more comprehensive visualisation of the spatial continuity and geometry of the slip surface than a single-model approach. In addition, very low-resistivity zones (1–10 Ω · m) indicate areas of groundwater accumulation that may contribute to slope instability. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of combined 2D and 3D ERI for landslide characterisation in tropical volcanic terrains and provide important information for slope-hazard mitigation and subsurface drainage planning.

Abstract

This study aims to model and enhance the innovative capabilities of permanent mathematics teachers within private vocational schools under foundations in West Jakarta. Data was collected from 186 educators and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM), with the POP SDM method applied for diagnostic optimization. The findings reveal that digital literacy is te strongest predictor, with a significant and substantial direct impact on teacher innovativeness (β = 0.965, p < 0.002). Transformational leadership also has a positive influence, although it is not as strong (β = 0.088, p < 0.05). An important finding from the analysis is the mediating role of Perceived Organizational Support (POS), which greatly amplifies the impact of both digital literacy (indirect effect = 0.178) and transformational leadership (indirect effect = 1.527). On the other hand, organizational culture does not have a significant direct effect (β = 0.011, p > 0.05). Through the POP SDM diagnostic, technology access and specialized training were identified as the primary catalysts for innovation in math instruction. These findings align with the Resource Based View theory, affirming digital competence as a vital strategic resource. The study culminates in a proposed optimization model advocating for a three pronged strategy: (1) implementing tailored technology training programs for mathematics teachers, (2) enhancing transformational leadership competencies among school leaders, and (3) strengthening organizational support systems with a focus on digital literacy. This research emphasized the need for a multifaceted approach is essential to advancing pedagogical innovation in vocational mathematics education, with technological empowerment and leadership development as key drivers for meaningful change.
