This research is conducted to fill the absence of guidance on Adiwiyata curriculum based on local wisdom and mitigation through the integration of material into the syllabus and lesson plans implementation in elementary schools. It aims to produce an elementary curriculum that can be accessed through responsive web as an effort to realize schools that responsible for environmental management and protection and also know how to mitigate disasters. The type of this research is model development using ADDIE model. Sample of respondents are first and second grade teachers, while subjects of trial are 30 students of SD Negeri 5 Palu City. Data are taken from observations, interviews, and questionnaires with the instruments of validation sheets, response questionnaires, and environmental care instruments. The research results show that: 1) curriculum validation of content and product appearance is in the good category, 2) the guidance is practical and effective to use, and 3) it is useful for realizing environmental care and introducing regional culture and art. The development of this curriculum is feasible and can increase the environmental awareness by utilizing natural materials and waste as learning media.

This study aims to examine the role of traditional horse racing games in the tribes of the Dompu tribe, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. The subjects of the study were five young jockeys aged 4-8 years and seven horse owners. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and focus group discussion (FGD). Data were analyzed using domain analysis techniques, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis and theme analysis. The results of the study indicate that the transformation of enviromental education in early childhood through horse racing games is done by growing children's concern for the environment and caring for animals, such as horses. During the process of horse racing, children are not permitted to damage nature and hurt animals. Therefore, horse racing becomes a means of enviromental education for children for the sake of the preservation of nature. Horse racing is also one of the most environmentally cared tourist destinations for local people. Another important finding is that the traditional horse racing game in the Dompu tribe has become a medium of transformation of enviromental education of for early childhood. This study informs that the transformation of environmental education can be done since children are aged 4 years through traditional horse racing games. This research can also be a reference for early childhood education practitioners to create a special school for children who have a hobby of riding horses.

Masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar matematika. Hal ini dialami siswa karena guru menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional, sehingga siswa merasa bosan dalam belajar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalis pendekatan matematika realistik terhadap pemahaman siswa tentang konsep pembagian di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan teknik analisis data penelitian yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Data yang dihimpun melalui data artikel dan jurnal. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif, selanjutnya teknik yang dipakai adalah telaah pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara guru dan siswa sebagai bagian dari proses pembelajaran. Dengan terjadinya interaksi, siswa dapat belajar mengungkapkan argumen dan memahami argumen orang lain sebagai pencocokan informasi. Pemahaman siswa tentang konsep pembagian yang diajar dengan penerapan matematika realistik lebih meningkat daripada dengan metode belajar konvensional. Penerapan matematika realistik terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep pembagian juga disertai peningkaan kemampuan belajar matematika lainnya, antara lain: motivasi belajar matematika siswa, kepercayaan diri siswa terhadap matematika, dan kreativitas siswa dalam belajar matematika.

ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK (PUBLIC SERVICE MOTIVATION) GURU DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI KECAMATAN PARUNGKUDA - SUKABUMI Suanah Suanah; Gorky Sembiring; Yufiarti Yufiarti

The purpose of this study is to measure the extent to which teachers and education personnel have the motivation of public services and to determine the factors that become obstacles and drivers for teachers and education personnel to implement values in the motivation of public services. The sample of respondents was determined as many as 22 people who were distributed into 6 schools. Data collection methods were carried out by direct observation in schools, interviews with respondents and through field surveys with questionnaires. Data processing using SPSS software and statistical analysis is done by testing the research hypothesis to examine the relationship between variables and solve research problems. The results of the study are based on hypothesis testing, namely that there is an effect of mentality on service motivation while performance has no effect on service motivation. Simultaneously mentality and performance affect the motivation of public services by 62.0%. The factor that is driving the implementation of values in the motivation of public services is the level of teacher education, personality, dedication, ability and discipline, while the inhibiting factor comes from internal factors that come from within the teacher itself. Guru dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai penyelenggara pendidikan bagi masyarakat mempunyai norma, etika dan peraturan yang mendasari perilaku mereka. Dalam praktek, masyarakat dapat melihat perilaku guru yang beragam, ada yang secara konsisten melaksanakan tugas-tugas pendidikan dengan bertanggungjawab dan berkualitas, namun ada pula yang melenceng dari norma sebagai pendidik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur sejauh mana guru dan tenaga kependidikan memiliki motivasi layanan publik dan untuk menentukan faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendorong bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan untuk melaksanakan nilai-nilai dalam motivasi layanan publik. Sampel responden ditentukan sebanyak 22 orang yang terdistribusi ke dalam 6 sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung di sekolah, wawancara dengan responden dan melalui survei lapangan dengan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS dan analisis statistik dilakukan dengan menguji hipotesis penelitian untuk mengkaji hubungan antara variabel dan memecahkan permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengujian hipotesa yaitu terdapat pengaruh mentalitas terhadap motivasi pelayanan sedangkan kinerja tidak terdapat pengaruhterhadap motivasi pelayanan. Secara simultan mentalitas dan kinerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi layanan publik sebesar 62,0 %. Faktor yang menjadi pendorong untuk melaksanakan nilai-nilai dalam motivasi layanan publik yaitu tingkat pendidikan guru, kepribadian, dedikasi, kemampuan dan kedisiplinan, sedangkan faktor penghambat berasal dari faktor internal yang berasal dari dalam guru itu sendiri.

AbstractThe study is to provide an alternative science learning model of an elementary school that can invite students to improve science literacy. As observations and questionnaires of researchers in a preliminary study at two elementary schools in the city of Cirebon, West Java, it was found that based on the average results of the initial analysis of scientific literacy tests of students from the two schools, an average of 85.7% showed negative results with the ability to answer the practice of science questions in the form of literacy, which means that students have not been able to answer literacy questions test. The research method uses model development the ASSURE development model starting with Student analysis; setting goals; choose a method, media / material, use media & material; activating student involvement as well as evaluations & revisions developed by Sharon Smaldino. As for the preliminary study conducted by analyzing 5th-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) PGM and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) An-Nur Cirebon as samples and also observing teachers from the two schools, so this research produces a SIBELPOLEN model for science learning, which consists of teaching syntax, teacher roles, support system, accompaniment impact, instructional impact and designing lesson plans that can improve Science literacy competence of elementary school students.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif model pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan literasi sains pada siswa. Hasil observasi dan angket peneliti dalam studi pendahuluan di dua Sekolah Dasar di Kota Cirebon Jawa Barat diketahui bahwa berdasarkan rata-rata hasil analisis awal tes literasi sains siswa dari dua sekolah tersebut rata-rata 85,7% menunjukkan hasil negatif dengan kemampuan menjawab soal latihan soal IPA berupa literasi yang artinya siswa belum mampu menjawab soal tes literasi. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pengembangan model ASSURE yang diawali dengan Student analysis; menetapkan tujuan; pilih metode, media / material, gunakan media & material; mengaktifkan keterlibatan siswa serta evaluasi & revisi yang dikembangkan oleh Sharon Smaldino. Adapun studi pendahuluan dilakukan dengan menganalisis siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) PGM dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) An-Nur Cirebon sebagai sampel dan juga melakukan observasi terhadap guru dari kedua sekolah tersebut, maka penelitian ini menghasilkan model SIBELPOLEN untuk pembelajaran IPA. yang terdiri dari: sintaks pengajaran, peran guru, sistem pendukung, dampak pendampingan, dampak instruksional dan merancang rencana pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi literasi sains siswa sekolah dasarHow to Cite: Syamsi, A, M. This study aims to find out the influence of the intensity of playing online games and social skills toward aggressive behavior in 8 years old children using ex-post facto quantitative pathways. This study was conducted in four elementary schools in the city of Bekasi, with 120 total numbers of respondents (N) in 8 years old children who were students in grade two elementary school. This study applies treatment by level 2x2 design. The hypothesis in this study is analyzed by using two-way variant analysis (ANOVA) and Tukey Test. The results of this study shows that 1) there is a significant difference on aggressive behavior in 8 years old children who were intensive and not intensive playing online games; 2) there is a difference on aggressive behavior in 8 years old children who have high social skills and low social skills; and 3) there is a significant influence based on interaction between intensity of playing online games and social skills toward aggressive behavior in 8 years old children in the city of Bekasi.

This research aim to test differences motor abilities rude child early age who follow swimming activities at school. Method research survey in 148 students. Collection uses observation of children's motor skills in PAUD. Results research concludes that there are differences in the ability of rough motives of children with the ability child motorics. Implications that facilities in PAUD institutions need to be equipped with swimming pool. Parental participation plays a role important in motor development.

This study aims to develop teaching materials, tribal children in (SAD), Kubu Tribe in Jambi. This instructional material intended for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Teachers and Tribe children inside. Meanwhile, research and development products produce teaching materials in the form of certified media. Teaching materials or learning print media, containing learning material intended for early childhood tribes in children. The research methodology used in developing teaching materials uses the development model of Dick and Carey system design learning which contains 10 steps of development. Teaching materials for children in the tribe, containing learning material applied through the approach of playing in the natural environment around the tribe with the peculiarities of the inner child tribe. A formative evaluation carried out on the research and development of the product of this teaching material before it tried out to the users, firstly reviewed by experts on the subject matter of Early Childhood Education, Learning Design Experts and Learning Media Experts. Then after this teaching material reviewed, it then implemented or tested for users, especially PAUD Teachers in applying learning materials to children in Jambi Bungku Village. This research and development carried out until the Formative evaluation stage. The results of research and development of teaching materials stated that the material for the early childhood children in Jambi included in the excellent category.

Teacher pedagogical competence is an essential component of primary school teachers. Teacher pedagogy can assist in the management of student learning and demonstrate professionalism in teaching in the classroom. This study aims to explore how teachers apply pedagogic competence to understand the characteristics of elementary school students. The research design uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis of the teacher's pedagogic competence in understanding student characteristics in elementary schools. The Collecting data and analysis using structured interviews with ten primary respondents of the study. The results of the study show how teachers use direct observation techniques on the characteristics of elementary school students. Direct observation is the primary method in observing the characteristics of students, which include aspects of physical, intellectual, socio-emotional, socio-cultural, moral and spiritual, and socio-cultural background of students. The most dominant observation aspect in observing students is the socio-emotional and intellectual characteristics during learning in elementary school. This study implies that understanding student characteristics is more directed at observing aspects of whether students tend to have special needs or not and whether students experience problems with intellectual abilities.

Keterbatasan pemberian stimulasi sensori pada tahun-tahun pertama kelahiran anak telah memunculkan berbagai perilaku anak dengan masalah sensori, sehingga menjadi kendala dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari saat anak memasuki dunia prasekolah. Berlatar kondisi itu maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media cetak berupa buku panduan aktivitas pembelajaran yang dapat menstimulasi kemampuan sensori anak usia 4-6 tahun dengan pendekatan bermain inderawi berbasis tujuh indera yang membantu guru dalam menstimulasi sensori anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terintegrasi dengan model Rowentree. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 35 orang guru Taman Kanak-Kanak se Kecamatan Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang sangat valid dan sangat layak untuk digunakan para guru dalam dalam memberikan stimulasi sensori yang terintegrasi dengan aktivitas pembelajaran yang tersusun secara terstruktur dan terkonsep, sehingga anak dapat berperilaku tepat terhadap sensasi yang muncul di lingkungan sekitar.
