Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar biologi dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair checks pada materi sistem pernapasan. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan jumlah subjek 21 siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 1 tabulahan dengan menggunakan angket untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa, dan untuk mengukur hasil belajar dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar siswa pada setiap ahir siklus. Dari hasil kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA Terpadu pada siklus I 73% danÂ meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 85,50%, sedangkan untukÂ hasil belajar siswa, siklus I sebanyak 10 orang dengan kategori kurang atau dengan persentase 47,60% dan pada siklus II sebanyak 19 orang dengan kategori sangat tinggi atau dengan persentase 90,08%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair checks.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Pair Checks, Hasil Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar.ABSTRACTThis study is a classroom action research that aims to increase motivation and biology learning outcomes by applying cooperative learning model of pair checks type on the respiratory system. The data were collected from 21 students of class VIIIA SMP Negeri 1 Tabulahan by using questionnaires to measure student's learning motivation, and learning outcomes test to measure learning outcomes of the students at each end of the cycle. Study result showed that there is improvement of student's learning motivation in Integrated IPA subject. In cycle I learning motivation of students is 73% and increase in cycle II become 85,50%. While for student learning outcomes in cycle I there are 10 people with less category or with percentage 47 , 60% and in cycle II there are 19 people with very high category or with percentage 90,08%. From this study it can be concluded that there is an increase in motivation and student learning outcomes with the application of cooperative learning model of pair checks type. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dengan tujuan memperbaiki mutu praktik pembelajaran di kelas dengan penerapan model pembelajaran MURDER. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas XI IPA5 tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah siswa 43 orang. Jenis data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitaif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari observasi dan pemberian angket, sementara data kuantitatif diperoleh dari tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase ketuntasan prestasi belajar siswa, yaitu dimana pada siklus I ada 19 siswa nilainya tidak tuntas dengan persentase 44% ,dan siswa yang tuntas ada 24 siswa dengan persentase 56% dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan siswa yang tuntas. dan mengalami penurunan siswa yang tidak tuntas. Siswa yang tuntas ada 39 siswa dengan persentase 91%, siswa yang tidak tuntas ada 4 siswa dengan persentase 9%.Â Â Kata kunci: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, Pembelajaran MURDER, dan Hasil Belajar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) menghasilkan produk berupa model latihan smash bulutangkis untuk pemula usia 8-10 dan 2) memperoleh data empiris tentang keefektifan hasil produk model latihan smash bulutangkis terhadap keterampilan smash atlit pemula usia 8-10 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R & D). Subyek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah atlit pemula. Uji efektifitas peneliti eksperimenkan kepada 65 subjek selama 16 kali pertemuan. Tahap ini menghasilkan bahwa produk pengembangan efektif keterampilan smash bulutangkis. Menguji keefektifan model data yag didapatkan dari kelompok eksperimen rata-rata 19,57 dan kelompok kontrol 16,66 dengan uji signifikansi perbedaan dengan SPSS 16 didapat hasil t-hitung = -11.320 < 1.669, df= 64 dan sig. 2-tailed = 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan smash sebelum dan sesudah diberi model latihan smash bulutangkis. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan jadi produk berupa model latihan smash bulutangkis untuk usia 8-10, setelah diuji dalam uji efektifitas (1) Model telah terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan smash bulutangkis secara efektif dan efisien pada atlet pemula. (2) Penelitian telah berhasil dilaksanakan dan telah dihasilkan sebuah produk model latihan smash bulutangkis untuk pemula. (3) Dengan model latihan smash bulutangkis yang telah peneliti kembangkan, yang mana subyeknya atlet pemula usia 8-10 tahun dapat melakukan teknik smash bulutangkis dengan tepat dan benar.

This research is a Classroom Action Research with the application of Problem Based Instruction approach oriented Think Think Share learning models in the learning process. The subjects of this study were 40th-grade students of SMP Negeri 40 Makassar in the first semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The implementation of this research consisted of two cycles. The data collected was analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study note that in the first cycle has not reached the expected standard classical limitations, this can be seen from the final value which only reached an average of 61.50 with a percentage of completeness of 65%. While in the second cycle the final grades of students have increased. This can be seen with the increase in the average value of student learning outcomes which reached 73.50 with a percentage of completeness of 80%. Based on the results it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Instruction approach oriented to Think Pair Share learning models can improve learning outcomes in biology subjects in the eighth grade at SMP Negeri 40 Makassar

This paper discussed about the retrieval of library materials in the Library STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. This study aimed to determine the process of information retrieval and facets used by user in search of information in the Library STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. Data were collected through observation and interviews with user who come to visit the Library STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. Analyzing the data be descriptive. By analyzing the data, it was concluded the following. First Library STKIP PGRI West Sumatera use classification chart DDC (Dewey Decimal Classification), but in preparation at the library shelf STKIP PGRI West Sumatera not by DDC, but based courses available at STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. The process of finding library materials or books in the library by user STKIP PGRI West Sumatera done by directly looking for library materials or books needed to rack available without using search. User Library STKIP PGRI West Sumatera search for books or library materials required by their respective majors. This research was an experimental research which aimed to examize the effect of the Student Worksheet (LKM) to inquiry learning model on the metacognitive awareness of students in the STKIP-PI Biochemistry course. The research design was a one group pretest-posttest design. The instrument was a metacognitive questionnaire. The steps of the guided inquiry model consist of orientation, presenting the problem, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, testing hypotheses, and drawing conclusions. Measuring metacognitive awareness refers to the metacognitive categorization guidelines. First, the prerequisite test statistical data was the normality test and the homogeneity test. Hypothesis statistical testing used the help of the SPSS for Windows 17 application through the Paired Sample ttest. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the paired sample ttest obtained a significance result of p = 0.06 > Î± = 0.050, so this states that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected, which means that there was no effect of guided inquiry learning assisted by LKM on metacognitive awareness of STKIP-PI students.

This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model assisted by interactive learning videos on the cognitive abilities of MA Ummul Mukminin students. The research design was a one group pretest-postest design. The population of this research was all students of class XI MA Ummul Mukminin. The sample in this study was chosen randomly. The instrument used to measure students' cognitive abilities was in the form of multiple-choice questions of 20 numbers given at the pretest and posttest. The data analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Inferential statistical analysis consisted of normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. Hypothesis testing used the help of the SPSS For Windows 17.0 application through the Paired Sample t-test. The test results obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, which means that there was a significant effect of using the discovery learning model assisted by interactive learning videos in improving the cognitive abilities of MA Ummul Mukminin's students.

The quality of leadership is something that is very important for everyone to have. Like the leadership that happened to the Prophet Muhammad, the leadership trait possessed by the Prophet is one of the very good qualities. This study aims to determine the concept of educational leadership in the perspective of Muhammadiyah. The method used is Library Research (Library) with a qualitative approach. This technique is used to collect in-depth information and data by going through various literatures, documents or magazines related to the problems that occur. The literature study method aims to describe to the reader about the topic being researched. This Muhammadiyah focuses that human leadership is a responsibility that basically must be considered by humans themselves. The human position as a leader has been provided with various kinds of potential so that it will produce the goals that have been outlined in creation.

Pemenfaatan berbagai teknologi saat ini sangat membantu kehidupan sehari-hari manusia, dimulai ari kehidupan pribadi sampai kehidupan pekerjaan tidak lepas dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Salah satu pemanffatan teknologi yang sangat memmpermudah kinerja proses dalam suatu pekerjaan adalah teknologi website. Dengan website, informasi dapat dikelola dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Namun dalam implementasinya, belum semua perusahaan atau instansi menggunakan teknologi website dalam membantu pekerjaan mereka, seperti di PMI dalam pengelolaan data pegawai yang masih menggunakan ms word, ataupun rekap absensi yang memanfaatkan ms excel saja. Proses yang masih manual ini mempengaruhi juga sampai penhitungan gaji, pemantauan pegawai dan pengajuan cuti. Sistem yang dirancang berbasis web dan notifikasi whatsapp akan memudahkan kepegawaian dalam pengelolaan gaji, cuti dan penilaian pegawai. Notifikasi whatsapp berupa laporan yang akan didapat oleh seluruh pegawai PMI.

Village workers, including village workers in Cisondari Village, are the main source of competitive advantage in village government because they are responsible for carrying out village government duties and functions as well as empowering village communities. Cisondari Village is located in Bandung Regency's Pasirjambu District. A job information document, compiled through job analysis, is required to assist job holders in understanding their work. One of the issues that arises in this village is the lack of job information for village workers. This causes an imbalance in the workload and has an impact on the work effectiveness of village workers, which in turn has an impact on organizational performance. As a result, job analysis activities are required to collect information about the duties and functions of each position in Cisondari Village. This activity is divided into two parts: advocacy and workshops. Advocacy is provided to village officials in the form of oral presentations on job analysis. Meanwhile, the workshop is delivered in the form of practice in preparing a job analysis, accompanied by a team. An evaluation was conducted to determine the usefulness of community service activities. The evaluation results revealed that the participants felt a high level of satisfaction and benefits from the activity. Furthermore, service activities are thought to be beneficial for village workers because they can help solve problems in Cisondari Village.
