Abstract

Background In Indonesia, desminorrhea is also a complaint that is often found in young women. According to Ernawati et al (2010) in a study of 50 students in Semarang, it was found that the incidence of mild desminorrhea was 18%, moderate desminorrhea was 62% and severe desminorrhea was 20%. Based on the results of the study, the incidence of dysmenorrhea in Lampung Province was quite high, the results showed that 54.9% of women experienced dysmenorrhea. The discomfort from dysmenorrhea will affect the individual emotionally and physically so that action or treatment is needed to overcome pain during menstruation. this. The part of papaya that provides the most benefits is that papaya leaves can reduce the pain of dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain reliever which functions as an analgesic. The purpose of this research is to know the intensity of giving papaya leaves to reduce menstrual pain in adolescent girls in Purwoadi Village, Central Lampung in 2021. MethodsThis type of quantitative research with the research design of Pre Experimental Design method with the design of One Group Pretest Posttest on the effect of giving papaya leaves to adolescent girls with research subjects are teenage girls who are menstruating and the object of this research is menstrual pain. The research location was carried out in Purwoadi Village, Central Lampung in 2021. Result The average intensity of menstrual pain before being given papaya leaves to adolescent girls was 7.47, which means that some of the girls experienced severe dysmenorrhea pain. The average intensity of menstrual pain in the second measurement after being given papaya leaves to adolescent girls with a mean of 6.17, which means that some of the girls experienced moderate dysmenorrhea pain. The average intensity of menstrual pain on the 3rd measurement after being given papaya leaves to adolescent girls with a mean of 1.137, which means that some young girls experience mild dysmenorrhea pain. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) Conclusion which means that there is an effect of giving papaya leaves on reducing menstrual pain in adolescent girls in Purwoadi Village, Central Lampung in 2021. The results of this study can be used as new insights about the benefits of papaya leaf decoction. in the field of health in reducing menstrual pain. Suggestions to reduce dysmenorrhea pain during menstruation by using herbal drinks such as papaya leaf decoction Keywords: Papaya Leaves Against Menstrual Pain Reduction in Teenage Girls ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Di Indonesia desminore juga merupakan keluhan yang sering ditemukan pada wanita usia muda. Menurut ernawati dkk (2010) dalam penelitian pada 50 orang mahasiswa disemarang ditemukan kejadian desminore ringan sebanyak 18% desminore sedang 62% dan desminore berat 20%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, angka kejadian dismenore di Provinsi Lampung cukup tinggi, hasil penelitian didapatkan kejadian sebanyak 54,9% wanita mengalami dismenorea, Rasa ketidak nyaman dari dismenore akan mempengaruhi secara emosional dan fisik secara individu sehingga diperlukannya tindakan ataupun pengobatan untuk mengatasi rasa sakit saat menstruasi ini. Bagian dari pepaya yang paling banyak memberi manfaat adalah daun papaya dapat mengurangi nyeri dismenore atau pereda nyeri haid yang berfungsi sebagai analgesik. Tujuan penlitian ini diketahui intensitas pemberian daun pepaya terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri di di Desa Purwoadi, Lampung Tengah tahun 2021. Metode Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian metode Pre Experimental Design dengan rancangan One Group Pretest Posstest mengenai pengaruh pemberian daun papaya pada remaja putri dengan Rani Nadila Sari, Astriana,Anggraini, Ike Ate Yuviska 122 subjek penelitian adalah remaja putri yang mengalami menstruasi dan objek penelitian ini adalah nyeri haid . lokasi penelitian dilakukan Di Desa Purwoadi, Lampung Tengah tahun 2021. Hasil Rata-rata intensitas nyeri haid sebelum diberikan daun pepaya pada remaja putri dengan maean 7,47 yang artinya sebagian remaja putri mengalami nyeri disminore berat. Rata-rata intensitas nyeri haid pada pengukuran ke 2 setelah diberikan daun pepaya pada remaja putri dengan maean 6,17 yang artinya sebagian remaja putri mengalami nyeri disminore sedang. Rata-rata intensitas nyeri haid pada pengukuran ke 3 setelah diberikan daun pepaya pada remaja putri dengan maean 1,137 yang artinya sebagian remaja putri mengalami nyeri disminore ringan. Hasil uji statistik wilcoxon didapat nilai p-value 0,000 (<0.05) Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh pemberian daun papaya terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri di Desa Purwoadi, Lampung Tengah Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai wawasan baru tentang manfaat rebusan daun pepaya dibidang kesehatan dalam mengurangi nyeri haid. Abstract

Background : When the body is under stress, stress hormones, namely catecholamines and adrenaline will be released so that the body responds to fight and avoid. Practicing relaxation or using hypnobirthing techniques stimulates the emergence of endorphins at any time so that it can greatly assist the labor process in reducing pain during labor.Methods: This type of research is quantitative, the research design uses a pre-experimental design. Based on the presence or absence of treatment, this study used experimental research with One Group pretest-posttest research design. The number of samples in this study were 30 mothers who gave birth in the first stage of the active phase. The results of the bivariate analysis research can be concluded that the t-test results obtained p value 0.000 < (0.05) and CI-95% (0.738-1.727, 0.738-1.738) meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of hypnobirthing on the pain scale. for mothers in labor in the first stage of the active phase in the work areaConclusion: It is recommended for further researchers to be more in-depth and use different and more variables. Health workers can apply this hypnobirthing technique in handling childbirth in order to reduce the intensity of pain in childbirth and for the Midwifery DIV study program it can be an additional source and insight for readers about hypnobirthing techniques. Keywords: hypnobirthing, pain, kala I ABSTRAK  Latar Belakang : Saat tubuh dalam keadaan stres, hormon stres yaitu katekolamin dan adrenalin akan dilepaskan sehingga tubuh memberikan respons untuk melawan dan menghindar. Berlatih relaksasi atau penggunaan teknik hypnobirthing memacu munculnya endofrin setiap saat sehingga dapat sangat membantu proses persalinan dalam mengurangi rasa nyeri pada proses persalinan.Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif,  Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental design. Berdasarkan ada tidaknya perlakuan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian ekperimental dengan desain penelitian One Group pretest-posttest. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 orang ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif. Hasil penelitian analisa bivariat dapat disimpulkan  hasil uji t didapat p value 0,000< α (0,05) dan nilai CI-95% (0,738-1.727, 0,738-1.738) artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti ada pengaruh hypnobirthing terhadap skala nyeri pada ibu bersalin inpartu kala I fase aktif di wilayah kerjaKesimpulan : Disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar lebih mendalam dan menggunakan variabel yang berbeda dan lebih banyak lagi. Kepada tenaga kesehatan dapat menerapkan teknik hypnobirthing ini dalam penanganan persalinan agar mengurangi intensitas nyeri pada ibu bersalin dan untuk prodi DIV Kebidanan dapat menjadi sumber tambahan dan wawasan bagi pembaca mengenai teknik hypnobirthing. Kata Kunci : hypnobirthing, nyeri, kala I

Abstract

Backgrund :The prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is 21.7%. The prevalence of anemia in women is higher than in men. Based on the results of a pre survey conducted on 6 female students of Bandar Lampung 14 high school about adolescent anemia, it was found that 4 respondents (60%) did not understand well what anemia was in adolescents, and there were anemia symptoms such as anemic, weak, tired, lethargic, after hemorrhoid examination. Hb values are varied, which is 8.5-10.6 mg / dl while the remaining 2 people (20%) can understand anemia in adolescent anemia, and do not find anemia symptoms in these students. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of giving beet juice with increased Hb in adolescent girls at SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung in 2019Purpose :It is known that there is an effect of giving beet juice with an increase in Hb in girls in SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung in 2019Methode :Quasi Experimental research design with one group pretest - posttest design approach. The population in this study was the first and second grade teenage girls at SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung in 2019 as many as 49 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The independent variable (independent) is beet juice, while the dependent variable is the Hb level, univariate data analysis to determine the average hemoglobin level before and after administration of beet juice, bivariate data analysis using T-test dependent test.Result :The results of this study are known that the average Hb in adolescent girls before being given beetroot juice is equal to 10.682 gr / dl. The average after being given beet juice is 11,088 gr / dl. It is known that there is an effect of giving beet juice with an increase in Hb in adolescent girls at SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung in 2019, t test was obtained (p value 0.001 <a 0.05). Suggestions in this study are for young women to consume beet juice as a way to increase hemoglobin levels.Conclusion :There is an effect of giving beet juice with an increase in Hb in girls in SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung in 2019Suggestions are expected to consume 250 ml of beetroot juice 1 time / day, for 7 days to overcome the occurrence of anemia. Keywords            : Beet juice, Adolance, Haemaglobin ABSTRAK : PENGARUH PEMBERIAN JUS BUAH BIT DENGAN PENINGKATAN HB PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SMAN 14 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN 2019Latar Belakang :Prevalensi anemia diIndonesia yaitu 21,7%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahui ada pengaruh pemberian jus buah bit dengan peningkatan Hb pada remaja putri di SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019Tujuan :Diketahui ada pengaruh pemberian jus buah bit dengan peningkatan Hb pada remaja putrid di SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019Metode :Rancangan penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest – posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian  ini adalah remaja putri kelas 1 dan 2 di SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019 sebanyak 49 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel bebas (independen) yaitu Jus buah bit, sedangkan variabel terikat (dependen) yaitu Kadar Hb, analisa data univariat untuk mengetahui rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan setelah pemberian jus buah bit, analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji T-test dependent.Hasil :Hasil penelitian ini adalah diketahui rata-rata Hb pada remaja putri sebelum diberikan jus buah bit yaitu sebesar 10,682 gr/dl. Rata-rata sesudah  diberikan jus buah bit sebesar 11,088 gr/dl. Diketahui ada pengaruh pemberian jus buah bit dengan peningkatan Hb pada remaja putri di SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019, uji t didapat (p value 0,001 <a 0.05). Kesimpulan :Ada pengaruh pemberian jus buah bit dengan peningkatan Hb pada remaja putrid di SMAN 14 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019Saran diharapkan untuk mengkonsumsi jus buah bit 1 kali/ hari sebanyak 250ml, selama 7 hari untuk mengatasi terjadinya anemia.  Kata Kunci          : Jus buah bit, Remaja, Hemaglobin

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition when the blood flows with higher pressure compared with the normal rate through the blood pressure. Based on the medical record at Seputih Mataram Health Center of Lampung Tengah Regency in 2017, hypertension placed the fifth position out of ten most common diseases happening on 1,513 male patients and 1,342 female patients; 2,856 people in total. On the following year, on January 2018, hypertension got the fourth position of ten most common diseases which happened on  52 male and 195 female patients; 247 patients in total. The management of hypertension can be done through pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies. The non-pharmacologic therapy or complementary therapy can be done through consuming watermelon juice as the prevention and medication. The objective of this study was to identify the effect of watermelon juice consumption toward  blood pressure decrease on hypertensive elder patients at Seputih Mataram Health Center of Lampung Tengah Regency in 2019. This was a quantitative study with quasi experiment design. The population of this study consisted of the whole elder people with hypertension complaint registered at Seputih Mataram Health Center of Lampung Tengah Regency amounting to 52 people. The samples were 30 after doing purposive sampling technique. The data collection was observational sheets. The data analysis was through T-Dependent. The result of the study revealed that the frequency distribution average of the blood pressure before consuming watermelon juice was 148 mmHg with 7.88 Standard Deviation, the systole was 150 – 160 mmHg and the diastole was 90 – 100. The distribution frequency average of the blood pressure after consuming watermelon juice was 129 mmHg with 5.09 Standard Deviation, the systole was 120 – 150 and the diastole was 90 – 100. There was an effect of watermelon juice consumption toward blood pressure decrease on hypertensive elder people (p value 0.000 < 0.05). The elder people with hypertension problem should consume watermelon juice in order to control their blood pressure without using pharmacologic medication due to the side effect. Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of 8th grade students of Raden Saleh SMP Negeri Madani Palu Integrated Model on the material of the Two-Variable Linear Equation System. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study consisted of 2 people, where 1 student with high math ability, and 1 student with low math ability. Data collection techniques are using tests and interviews.  Data analysis uses 3 stages, namely, data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that (1) Analysis of concept understanding of high mathematics ability subjects on the indicator of restating a concept, able to explain the meaning of the system of linear equations of two variables using their own language but, incomplete; on the indicator of classifying objects according to certain properties in accordance with the concept, able to classify examples and not examples of SPLDV; on the indicator of using and utilizing and selecting certain procedures or operations in solving problems, able to solve problems using existing procedures. (2) Analysis of concept understanding of low mathematics ability subjects on the indicator of restating a concept, able to restate a concept of a system of linear equations of two variables by looking at answers on the internet; on the indicator of classifying objects according to certain properties in accordance with the concept, not yet able to classify examples and not examples of SPLDV; on the indicator of utilizing and selecting certain procedures or operations, unable to solve the problem given.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) learning model in improving the mathematical problem-solving abilities of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Sindue Tombusabora. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart design, which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 20 students of class VII A, with three students selected as informants. The research was conducted in two cycles. Based on the final action test results, the percentage of classical learning mastery increased from 60% in the first cycle to 88.23% in the second cycle. Teacher and student observations also improved from a good category in the first cycle to a very good category in the second. The SSCS model was implemented through several phases: (1) introduction, where prior knowledge was explored through discussion; (2) search, where contextual problems related to real-life situations were introduced; (3) solve, where students analyzed information to identify patterns and draw preliminary conclusions; (4) create, where students formulated solutions in the form of simple posters; (5) share, where students presented their results in front of the class; and (6) conclusion, where students and the teacher reflected together. The findings indicate that the SSCS model effectively enhances students' mathematical problem-solving skills.
