Abstract

One of the problems the community posmodern is the euphoria of celebrating differences. However, when the author of saving the current multiculturalism it reached eksremitasnya, it will give birth to racism. I.e. the peak when an individual or group to establish the difference so as not to be reunited. Surely this discourse is very contrary to the explanation of the Koran (al-Hujarat: 13), which indicates that the entire nation is comrade, the whole man is a friend, and most recently the goal is peace. Although the reality was, to this day Islam often desebut as a religion of violence and anti-kemajemukan. Thus, how the concept of national character building through multicultural education based al-Quran?. Approach libraries research towards literature-related literature, this study concludes that the concept of multicultural education based Koran in building national character brings the humanist theory of teosentris includes five principles, namely: Believe In The One Supreme God, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, Justice. It is based on the description of al-Quran regarding interconnection and harmonious interaction between man and God, man with himself, man with human. The methods used in this study is the tafsir method maudhu'i and the historical-critical method-contextual. While the approach used was qualitative and quantitative approach. A qualitative approach is used to generate data which is the descriptive results are presented in the form of qualitative. Whereas the quantitative approach, is used to generate the data through a series of observations about the verses that relate.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) to analyze earthquake disaster education in State Senior High School 1 Karangreja, using a role-playing learning model.; 2) to analyze the knowledge and students’ attitude in dealing with earthquakes. The population of this study was all students of State Senior High School 1 Karangreja. State Senior High School 1 Karangreja is located on the slopes of Mount Slamet, making it prone to volcanic earthquakes. Disaster education for students is very needed. This will allow the students to have provisions when a disaster occurs. The number of samples is 56 respondents. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive quantitative. The result of this study is that the condition of teachers in providing education about earthquake disasters is still at the stage of offering knowledge; there needs to be simulation practice involved. The level of preparedness knowledge of students with moderate levels of knowledge is 66% of respondents. Students with low levels of preparedness knowledge are as much as 16%. Students with an excellent preparedness attitude are as much as 52%. Researchers advise the school and the teachers to improve education on disasters, particularly earthquakes, based on the disaster vulnerability at the school.

Abstract

This research is motivated by findings regarding the still low pedagogical competence, organizational culture, creativity, and performance of teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. This study aims to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence, organizational culture, and creativity on teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 91 civil servant teachers who also served as samples. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the data analysis technique used regression with the help of Smart PLS. The results of the study indicate that pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on teaching creativity and teacher performance. Organizational culture was also shown to have a positive and significant effect on teaching creativity and teacher performance. Furthermore, teaching creativity acts as a mediating variable, strengthening the influence of pedagogical competence and organizational culture on teacher performance. In conclusion, the better pedagogical competence, teaching creativity, and organizational culture, the more teacher performance will improve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep actuating dalam pandangan Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka dengan menggunakan metode kajian tafsir tematik terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dan hadits. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa term actuating pendidikan dalam Al-Qur’an dan Hadits banyak ditunjukkan dengan kata fa’ala yaf’alu yang menunjukkan kata mengerjakan atau melaksanakan. Dalam Islam, pelaksanaan (actuating) pendidikan bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dari total kepribadian seorang insan manusia melalui pendidikan spiritual, intelektual, jasmani dan rohani manusia sehingga mampu meraih kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Actuating pendidikan dalam Al-Qur’an dan hadits terdiri dari prinsip-prinsip, strategi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungannya. Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, komunikasi, musyawarah, kerja sama hingga tanggung jawab didalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan secara hakiki merupakan komponen dalam pelaksanaan (actuating) pendidikan dalam AL-Qur’an dan Hadits.

Abstract

Tujuan dari materi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa.  Hasil penelitian di lapangan mengenai pengaruh pengelolaan kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, guru selalu merencanakan pengelolaan  kelas agar mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik. Pengelolaan kelas yang dilakukan guru meliput pengaturan fasilitas, pengaturan pengajaran dan pengaturan peserta didik. Kedua, untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan apresiasi dan persepsi terhadap siswa sebelum mulai pembelajaran di kelas,memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman dalam kelas untuk dapat mengikuti pembelajaran, menciptakan hubungan yang baik sesama siswa serta siswa dengan guru sehingga tercipta suasana kekeluargaan antar warga sekolah pada umumnya dan warga kelas pada khususnya. kesimpulan bahwa Pengelolaan Kelas merupakan suatu ilmu yang mengatur bagaimana proses dari pembelajaran yang ada di kelas, baik dalam hal pengaturan kelas, pengaturan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa dan guru untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan bersama yaitu mencapai hasil yang di inginkan.

Abstract

Pendampingan belajar anak melalui program Unipdu Mengajar di Daerah Terpencil (Ujar Dacil) di Dusun Mungut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar, keterampilan akademik, dan karakter anak-anak dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan environmental-based learning. Pendampingan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan yaitu November 2024 s/d Januari 2025, dengan diikuti 32 responden. Program ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna melalui eksplorasi lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber utama pembelajaran. Pendekatan ini diambil karena lingkungan memiliki potensi besar sebagai media belajar yang interaktif dan dapat membantu anak-anak memahami konsep-konsep abstrak secara nyata. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini yaitu ABCD (Assets Based Community Development). Metode ABCD adalah konsep pengembangan masyarakat yang didasarkan pada aset lokal yang terdapat di Dusun Munggut. Metode ini diaktualisasikan melalui eksplorasi lingkungan, diskusi kelompok, permainan edukatif, dan kegiatan kreatif berbasis alam. Anak-anak diajak mengenali elemen lingkungan, seperti tumbuhan dan ekosistem lokal, serta memanfaatkannya dalam aktivitas belajar. Selain itu, program ini juga melibatkan masyarakat lokal, termasuk tokoh masyarakat, guru TPQ, dan pengurus karang taruna, untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang kolaboratif. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar anak-anak, membangun kreativitas, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter, seperti kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan cinta lingkungan. Anak-anak menjadi lebih antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan, memahami konsep pembelajaran dengan lebih baik, serta menunjukkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya, yaitu meningkatkan kualitas belajar anak-anak di Dusun Mungut melalui pendekatan berbasis lingkungan. Program ini juga memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat dengan membangun kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak. Pendekatan environmental-based learning dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran di daerah terpencil lainnya untuk menciptakan pendidikan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bentuk kematangan sosial dan pendidikan keluarga terhadap kematangan sosial remaja yang berstatus sebagai anak tunggal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dalam metodenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman subjektif remaja tunggal yang berfokus pada aspek kematangan sosial. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tiga remaja yang berstatus sebagai anak tunggal. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa remaja tunggal memiliki kemampuan mandiri dalam mengurus kebutuhan sehari-hari dan mengelola keuangan, waktu, serta barang. Pendidikan keluarga, seperti pemberian struktur, dukungan emosional, dan kebebasan, berkontribusi pada pembentukan kematangan sosial mereka. Implikasi teoritis dan praktis dari penelitian ini didiskusikan dalam konteks perkembangan remaja tunggal.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is one of the most important factors in achieving the goal of quality education. Various methods are applied if without competent and professional teachers, it is impossible for educational goals to be achieved. The purpose of this study is to explore the views of Eastern scholars, such as Imam an-Nawawi and al-Ghazâlî, on the traits and competencies that must be possessed by a teacher in educating students. The method in this research uses the literature study method, which begins with data collection, recording, and classification based on relevance. Then, the descriptive analysis approach is used to find facts and results of ideas, which are then generalised in the form of descriptions. After that, the researcher draws conclusions to prove the issues discussed. The results showed that based on the synthesis of the thoughts of Imam Ghazali, Imam Nawawi and Imam Amin Kurdi related to teacher competence, namely the pedagogical aspect, which includes mastery of material, understanding of students, curriculum development, and learning assessment. Personality aspects, which include a mature, wise, wise, patient, sincere, and authoritative personality. Professional aspects, which include mastery of various sciences related to the field of study they teach. Social aspects, which include the ability to communicate, work together, and build relationships.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relevance of Ki Hajar Dewantara's motto as a teacher's guide. The method applied in this research is qualitative by conducting literary research using journals and books available on the internet. The results of the research show that the three mottos coined by Ki Hajar Dewantara are Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani. Having a strong bond, with the teacher as a facilitator, must be a role model for students, because in the world of formal education, it is the teacher who controls students' cognitive, emotional and psychomotor development. There is a very strong influence on the education system in Indonesia which no longer applies like the education system outside but has implemented a character and culture education system in the world of education. Due to the existence of an education system, an ideal educator can be a role model for his students so that they can determine the true future of the world.

Abstract

Motolobalango and Madduta-Mamanu-manu customs in the courtship tradition of Gorontalo tribe and Bugis tribe have institutionalized in society. Motolobalango is carried out when the families of both parties have carried out dulohupa (meeting), while Madduta-Mamanu-manu is carried out when a boy proposes to a girl. These two customs have their own characteristics, yet in certain cases the process has similarities and differences. This study discusses the implementation of courtship tradition in Islamic perspective and analyses the values of Islamic education contained in this tradition. The values of Islamic education are the attributes inherent in education to achieve the purpose of human life, namely to serve God, the Almighty. The value in Islamic education is something which is helpful and useful for humans after undergoing a process of effort carried out consciously and intentionally, so that the behavior of a person or society changes from a certain state to a better state. The results of the analysis showed that courtship tradition contains the value of tolerance and cooperation, as well as social, economic and religious values. Tradisi Motolobalango dan Madduta-Mamanu-manu dalam adat peminangan suku Gorontalo dan masyarakat suku Bugis merupakan tradisi yang telah melembaga dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Proses Motolobalango dilakukan ketika keluarga kedua belah pihak telah melakukan dulohupa (perjumpaan). Sementara Madduta-Mamanu-manu dilakukan dalam meminang atau melamar gadis. Dua tradisi adat ini memiliki karakter yang dalam hal-hal tertentu prosesinya memiliki persamaan dan perbedaan. Kajian ini mengangkat tentang penyelenggaraan tradisi adat peminangan dalam perspektif Islam serta menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam tradisi tersebut. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam adalah sifat-sifat yang melekat pada pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan hidup manusia yaitu mengabdi pada Allah SWT. Jadi, nilai dalam pendidikan Islam adalah sesuatu yang bermanfaat dan berguna bagi manusia setelah menjalani proses upaya yang dilakukan secara sadar dan sengaja sehingga perilaku seseorang atau masyarakat berubah dari keadaan tertentu ke suatu keadaan yang lebih baik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tradisi peminangan tersebut memiliki nilai toleransi, kerjasama, sosial, ekonomi dan religi.
