Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh model Problem Based Learning dan minat baca terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Jenis eksperimen yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasy-experimental) dengan desain factorial design (2X2). Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang diambil dari dua kelas homogen. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu lembaran angket dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan empat hal sebagai berikut. Pertama, hasil tes keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa yang diajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang diajar menggunakan model konvensional. Kedua, hasil tes keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa yang mempunyai minat baca tinggi yang diajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang mempunyai minat baca tinggi yang diajar menggunakan model konvensional. Ketiga, hasil tes keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa yang mempunyai minat baca rendah yang diajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang mempunyai minat baca rendah yang diajar menggunakan model konvensional. Keempat, tidak terdapat interaksi antara model Problem Based Learning dengan minat baca dalam mempengaruhi keterampilan menulis karangan narasi. Kata kunci: pengaruh, Problem Based Learning, minat baca, narasi ABSTRACT This research was aims to explain the effect of Problem Based Learning Model and reading interest toward writing narrative essay in class X of SMA 4 Payakumbuh. This research was a quantitative research that used experimental method. The type of experiment used is quasy-experimental with a factorial design (2X2). The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were students of class X who were taken from two homogeneous classes. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaire sheets and tests. Based on the results of data analysis, there were four things that can be concluded. First, the test results of students’ writing in writing narrative essay that were taught by using problem based learning model is higher than students were taught by using conventional model. Second, the students’ test results in writing narrative essay that have a high interest in reading that were taught by using problem based learning model is higher than students who have a high interest in reading were taught by using the conventional model. Third, students’ the test results in writing narrative essay of students who have low reading were taught by using problem based learning model ware higher than students who have low interest in reading were taught by using the conventional model. Fourth, there is no interaction between the Problem Based Learning Model with reading interest in influencing writing narrative essay. Abstract

Setelah berdebat panjang lebar melalui media massa dan proses sosialisasi ke berbagai perguruan tinggi dan organisasi-organisasi di bidang pendidikan, akhirnya pemerintah (Kemendikbud) memutuskan pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 dimulai tahun ini. Kurikulum baru yang diluncurkan oleh Mendikbud hari Senin tanggal 15 Juli 2013 di SMAN 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta, ini diterapkan secara bertahap di 6500 sekolah (SD, SMP, dan SMA/SMK) untuk tiga mata pelajaran: Matematika, Sejarah Indonesia, dan Bahasa Indonesia. Peristiwa ini menandai perubahan yang menurut Mendikbud sangat dibutuhkan untuk kemajuan bangsa Indonesia. Kurikulum baru ini diharapkan mendorong siswa agar mampu lebih baik dalam melakukan observasi, bertanya, bernalar, dan mengomunikasikan (mempresentasikan) apa yang diperoleh atau diketahui setelah menerima materi pembelajaran.1

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengenalan literasi tahap awal untuk anak usia dini di salah satu kelompok Suku Anak Dalam di Dharmasraya. Pengenalan tersebut dilakukan oleh komunitas kecil bernama Sahabat Belajar. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif, dengan analisis Miles dan Huberman. Setelah Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, literasi awal pada anak usia dini Suku Anak Dalam telah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh Sahabat Belajar. Berbagai hal dapat digali dari anak-anak ini melalui kegiatan literasi bercerita, tentang bagaimana mereka menghabiskan harinya di hutan sebagai anak-anak, bagaimana mereka memperoleh pengetahuan dasar dan belajar dari orang-orang di sekitarnya, dan bagaiamana kontaknya dengan lingkungan/ alam sekitar mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 3 tahun. Pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 3 tahun ini dikaji pada tataran fonologi, sintaksis, dan semantik. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan anak usai 3 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Tahap analisis data dalam penelitian ini ada tiga, yaitu reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tataran fonologi, subjek penelitian belum bisa mengujarkan fonem /r/ dan /s/ dengan benar. Pada tataran sintaksis, subjek penelitian sudah mampu mengujarkan empat jenis kalimat, yaitu kalimat deklaratif, imperatif, interogatif, dan eksklamatif. Kata yang dikuasi anak adalah kata-kata yang dekat dengan lingkungan anak. Pada tataran semantik, semua ujaran anak mengandung makna denotatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis kalimat yang diperoleh anak pada masa konstruksi sederhana. Masa kontruksi sederhana seorang anak berlangsung pada saat seorang anak berusia tiga sampai lima tahun. Pada masa ini anak sudah mengawali tuturan dalam bentuk kalimat-kalimat yang sederhana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data diperoeh dengan teknik simak-lihat-cakap dengan bantuan alat rekam dan catat. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang anak perempuan berusia empat tahun yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tuturan anak usia empat tahun yang dikumpulkan dalam waktu yang berbeda. Penganalisisan dilakukan dalam lima tahap, yaitu tuturan ditranskripsikan dalam bentuk bahasa tulis, diinventarisasi, diidentifikasi, diklasifikasikan, dan dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tuturan anak usia empat tahun atau anak yang berada pada masa kontruksi sederhana sudah mampu menghasilkan tuturan dalam bentuk kalimat yang beragam. Kalimat tersebut berbentuk kalimat deklaratif, interogatif, dan imperatif. Bentuk kalimat yang sering muncul adalah kalimat deklaratif, sedangkan yang jarang muncul adalah kalimat imperatif.

Abstract

The research aims to review (1) the impact of the Pair Checks type cooperative learning model on students' thinking ability compared to conventional lessons in thematic lessons of fourth-grade elementary school, (2) the impact of the Pair Checks model on student achievement compared to conventional lessons in fourth-grade thematic lessons of elementary school, (3) the thinking ability of students who are taught based on the cooperative model of the Pair Checks type are high compared to the thinking ability of the students who are taught based on conventional learning, and (4) the relationship between learning achievement and thinking ability seen from the cooperative model of the type of Pair Checks. The critical thinking ability studied is critical thinking ability taught in an integrated manner. The place of research is SDN 08 Mandeh. The research method used was quasi-experimental with design research in One group pre-test and post-test design. The sample applied was class IVA, with 23 students. The information was collected by using a written exam. The data obtained are as follows (1) the thinking ability of students who apply the cooperative model are significantly higher than the thinking ability of students in learning using conventional methods because there is T_count = 1.78 T_table = 1.68 until H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, (2) student achievement in learning that applies the cooperative model is significantly higher than student learning outcomes in learning using conventional methods because there are T_count = 2.02 T_table = 1.68 until H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, (3) critical thinking ability of students are being taught based on the Pair Checks model, it is higher than the thinking ability of students in conventional lessons because based on low initial knowledge at a level of 0.05, it is found that T count T table with 0.178 1.68 until H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and (4) there is a relationship between learning achievement and students' thinking ability on the pair checks model because there is a significant effective contribution between learning achievement and thinking ability with a percentage of 87.6% and the remaining 12.4 is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

CONTRIBUTION OF LEARNING ATTITUDES AND LEARNING MOTIVATION TO WRITING SKILLS OF EXPOSITION DISCUSSION XI CLASS 1 BATIPUH STATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENT Delfa leli 1, Atmazaki 2 Abdurahman 3 Indonesian Language And Literature Education Study Program Graduate program Padang State University E-mail: delfaleli03@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the contribution of learning attitudes and learning motivation towards Writing Skills in Exposition Essay of Class XI Students of State Vocational High School 1 in Full 2015/2016 Academic Year. This research is a type of correlational research. The population in this study were all students of class XI of SMK Country 1 Batipuh which amounted to 187 students by taking samples from members of the population obtained a sample of 65 students. The instruments of this study were questionnaires and performance tests. The results of the validity test of the student learning attitude questionnaire obtained 30 items that were declared valid from 28 items tested. The results of the reliability test obtained a value of r_11 of 0.926, it was concluded that the research instruments used were reliable / reliable. While the learning motivation of the results of the validity test of student learning motivation questionnaire obtained 35 items that were declared valid. The results of the reliability test obtained a value of r_11 of 0.973, it was concluded that the research instruments used were reliable / reliable. The technique of analyzing research data using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, multiple correlation test, t test, F test, and determinant coefficient formula. The results of this study are as follows. (1) The attitude of learning contributes to the skill of writing exposition discourse by 10.0%. (2) Motivation to learn contributes to the skill of writing exposition discourse of 14.2%. (3) Learning attitudes and learning motivation together contribute to the skill of writing exposition discourse of 20.5%, in the description of reading habits including more than adequate categories and student learning motivation including more than adequate categories. Conclusions of this study (1) Learning attitudes contribute and a significant positive relationship to exposition discourse writing skills, (2) learning motivation contributes and a significant positive relationship to exposition discourse writing skills, and (3) reading habits and learning motivation together -sama contributes and has a significant relationship to the skills of writing exposition discourse. Abstract

This research aims to develop products of Bahasa Indonesia assessment instruments and learning process of the class in Eight Grade of SMP 2 Linggo Sari Baganti Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, The products are consists of learning assessment and questionnaire assessments. This study adapted the development model. Based on the test results, the product has a validity (content and construct), reliability, practicality, applicability, as well as the attractiveness; and after revisions, the products assured as feasible to implement.
