The use of digital technology (e-commerce and social media) can increase the influence business strategy on the MSME performance. This study aims to examine digital technology in mediating the effect business strategy on the MSME performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, observation and questionnaire methods, with purposive sampling on halal certified and labeled food products, MSME that transact business using e-commerce and social media 2017-2019 in NTB, a sample 650 MSME with a response rate 536 MSME. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS. The findings show that digital technology partially mediates business strategy on the performance MSME. Digital technology is an intermediary variable that is able to be competitive in the global market, because MSME can do online marketing, so that their products can be recognized and can increase sales. The business strategy applied is the cost leadership strategy in terms; dominant commodity produc, production process using traditional tools, new product development, at least cooperation with resellers. Financial performance has increased sales and operating profit, non-financial performance has increased; Product quality, product quality, production target services and provide information about effectiveness, the use of digital technology in business strategies to improve the MSME performance.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has the benefit of enhancing organizational effectiveness, risk reporting, and improving business performance. The maturity measurement of ERM implementation is crucial in deducing risk management conditions and disparities within the company as means to achieve a more targeted ERM pursuance, one which is beneficial in assessing the company's condition. This study used sixteen criteria of ERM Maturity Models, to measure the maturity level of ERM implementation carried out by medium-sized industrial companies in priority sectors in East Java. Data were obtained from 137 company directors or managers of Medium Industry companies dispersed across 38 districts/cities in East Java among 6 priority sectors. Results showed that 43.5% and 46.6% of companies that experienced sales growth and an increase in net profit, respectively, are companies with optimal implementation of ERM. Meanwhile, 67% of companies that underwent a decline in sales performance and net profit turned out to be companies with weaker ERM implementation levels.

Abstrak – Siapkah Auditor Menghadapi Era Digitalisasi 4.0?Tujuan utama – Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui seberapa siap profesi audit menghadapi persaingan digitalisasi 4.0.Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode in depth interview. Adapun informan penelitian adalah tujuh orang informan dengan berbagai latar belakang auditor.Temuan Utama - Profesi audit belum sepenuhnya siap menghadapi revolusi industri. Ketidaksiapan ini disebabkan kualitas SDM yang belum mumpuni serta dukungan sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai. Selain itu, penerapan big data masih belum optimal.Implikasi Teori dan Kebijakan – Auditor harus memiliki strategi untuk bisa beradaptasi di era digitalisasi 4.0. Strategi yang bisa dilakukan adalah kemauan dan tekad yang kuat untuk mempelajari ilmu di luar akuntansi.Kebaruan Penelitian – Penelitian ini melihat lebih dalam kesiapan auditor dalam menghadapi era digitalisasi 4.0. Abstract – Are Auditors Ready to Face the Digitalization 4.0 Era?Main Purpose - This study seeks to determine how ready the audit profession is to face digitalization 4.0 competition.Method – This study uses the in-depth interview method. The research informants are seven informants with various auditor backgrounds.Main Findings - The audit profession is not yet fully prepared for the industrial revolution. This unpreparedness is due to the unqualified quality of human resources and inadequate infrastructure support. In addition, the implementation of big data is still not optimal.Theory and Practical Implications – Auditors must have a strategy to adapt to the digitalization 4.0 era. The strategy that can be implemented is a strong will and determination to learn knowledge outside of accounting.Novelty – This study looks deeper into auditor readiness in the digitalization 4.0 era.

The objective of this study was to export the application of sharia fintech to create crowdfunding donations (CFD) for Islamic boarding schools in productive business activities in terms of S-O-R theory. The Discourse Analysis (DA) approach was used to see the discourse on the websites of Kitabisa.com, Republika, Youtube, and journals and strengthened by 2 informants, including Ahmad (pseudonym) who was an expert in sharia, and Mrs. Ayu as a business player who donated money through the website. The code determination used NVIVO 12 and XMind software in linking the code to obtain meaning in each code. The results of this study found that a stimulus that uses technology to raise donations is supported by a quality web so that transactions are more comfortable. The organism code consists of simple, responsible, and viral, there are four codes, namely, the message is unique and interesting as a category of simple. Responsible, there is a code of transparency and virality expressed in the stories of donors who are told in response to giving opportunities for goodness, hearts becoming peaceful, fields of reward, and being able to build the economy. Research on CFD in Indonesia is rarely conducted in Islamic boarding schools. Previous research mainly discussed CFD for social interests, while this study discussed donations for productive business interests for Islamic boarding schools to support government programs to have excellent products and generate santriprenuers.

This study aims to measure the maturity level of Enterprise Risk Management in medium-sized priority sector companies in East Java. Studies on the application of ERM were previously focused more on big companies and tended to be carried out abroad and still gave inconsistent results. In addition, the number of studies on previous ERM that addressed the practice of its application on companies has not been that many. There are several studies on ERM conducted in Indonesia, however, the research objective focuses on the financial services industry referring to large companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Although several studies have yielded significant results for application in medium-sized companies, they are only centered on construction services companies. There are 16 indicators used to measure the maturity level of ERM implementation in this study that have been adjusted to the characteristics of medium-sized industrial companies in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that all medium-sized industrial companies in East Java have implemented integrated risk management (ERM) and have reached the optimal maturity level in implementing ERM. The results of the study also found that the automotive and electronics industry sectors are 2 industrial sectors that have the highest level of maturity in implementing ERM. Meanwhile, the lowest maturity level occurred in the food and beverage industry sector.

Referring to historical developments, there is a dichotomy between religious knowledge and general science. Meanwhile, textually all knowledge comes from Allah without dichotomy. This research was conducted to analyze the classification of science according to al-Ghazali in the book Ihya Ulumuddin and to find out how relevant it is to modern education. In this research, the method used is library research which utilizes primary sources and secondary data sources. The primary source used is the book Ihya Ulumuddin by Imam al-Ghazali, while the secondary sources are articles related to the classification of science. The technique used to explore data sources is documentation techniques, namely using content analysis. The results of the research can be concluded as follows: 1) Al-Ghazali differentiated the legal classification of seeking knowledge, namely religious knowledge as fardhu 'ain, which includes the science of monotheism, the science of fiqh, the science of tafsir, the science of hadith, and the science of Sufism. Meanwhile, general sciences as fadhu kifayah include medicine, engineering, economics, animal husbandry, agriculture and others. Even though there are classifications of knowledge, in essence all knowledge comes from Allah and must be studied. 2) Spiritual values combined with the integration of religious knowledge and general knowledge, character development, use of active learning methods, multidisciplinary approaches and integration between technology and ethics have important points in developing Islamic education that suits students' needs in the current modern this context.

The plantation sector, especially tobacco plants, is the biggest contributor to the country's foreign exchange value non-mining through tobacco excise and export. With the increasing number of active smokers in Indonesia, the need for tobacco continues to increase, emphasizing the role of this crop in the economy and providing large profits for farmers. However, along with the growing issue of land use change, recently many tobacco plants have been planted on unsuitable land. The research was conducted on all rice fields in Bondowoso Regency from October 2022 to March 2023. The land suitability evaluation method was used to assess land characteristics that affect tobacco plant growth. The parameters used were soil pH, soil texture, C-organic, electrical conductivity, cations bases (K, Ca, Na, Mg), cation exchange capacity (CEC), base saturation, total N, available and exchangeable K, slope, temperature, and rainfall. Data analysis was carried out by matching techniques, namely matching land characteristics with the growing conditions of tobacco plants to get some suitable land suitability classes for tobacco plants. The results of the analysis showed that the area of land currently planted with tobacco reaches about 12,155.06 hectares, with a suitable class (S2) reaching 897.82 hectares, marginal (S3) reaching 1,614.44 hectares, and not suitable (N) reaching 9,642.79 hectares. Land that has the potential to grow tobacco is S2 (quite suitable) and S3 (marginal).

This research is expected to prove that the innovation strategy mediates the effect of the level of rivalry on organizational performance at the Muhammadiyah 'Aisyiyah College (PTMA). The population in this study were all active Muhammadiyah 'Aisyiyah Universities (PTMA) in Indonesia, as many as 164 PTMAs consisting of universities, high schools, polytechnics, institutes, and academies. Samples were taken as many as 70 PTMA with the technique of determining the sample used was random sampling. The data analysis techniques used were Common Method Biases (CMB) and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study prove that the Innovation Strategy is able to mediate the effect of rivalry on organizational performance. PTMA's ability to adapt as well as the ability to choose strategies will be a determining factor in maintaining and improving operational sustainability, competitiveness and improving PTMA organizational performance. The innovation strategy used in this research is an IT-based academic program strategy, the development of open learning through SiberMu, or a merger policy between PTMA. The results of this study provide empirical evidence on the Industrial Organizational (I/O) theory, which is related to the level of competition. Rivalry mediated by innovation strategies can improve organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that the increase in organizational performance will be influenced by the external conditions of the organization, namely rivalry. The results of this research are practically expected to contribute to policy and strategy development for PTMA leaders in facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era.

Penelitian pada artikel ini merupakan pembahasan analisis jumlah volume bahan bakar yang dihasilkan pada alat pirolisis sampah plastik tipe LDPE. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan limbah sampah plastik tipe LDPE menjadi bahan bakar alternatif dengan menggunakan suhu 3000C pada alat pirolisis. Pengujian alat pirolisis didapatkan data dari masing-masing pengujian yaitu pada suhu 3000C menghasilkan minyak dengan rata-rata 400 ml.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai konteks, masukan, proses dan produk program diklat teknis substantif guru IPA MTs Tahun 2018 dan tahun 2019 di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Palembang. Metode yang digunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi aspek Context diklat teknis substantif guru IPA MTs tahun 2018 dan tahun 2019 untuk peningkatan kompetensi SDM PNS dan non PNS Kementerian Agama di wilayah kerja Balai Diklat Keagamaan Palembang dapat terakomodasi. Balai Diklat Keagamaan Palembang perlu melakukan perbaikan untuk pengaturan dan penataan calon peserta diklat teknis substantif guru IPA MTs yang lebih rinci di dalam surat pemanggilan calon peserta ke satuan kerja masing-masing calon peserta. Balai Diklat Keagamaan Palembang perlu melengkapi sarana laboratorium IPA, perlu ada terobosan baru untuk melengkapi sarana laboratorium IPA yaitu adanya laboratorium virtual.
